Wynonna Judd is super sad she can't be there to perform at her late friend Beth Chapman's final send-off ... but she's still making her presence felt from afar. 

Beth's memorial service is going down this afternoon in Colorado ... and she was a huge fan of Wynonna's music and the 2 got close, so the family asked the country music icon to come and sing. 

Unfortunately, Wynonna's on tour and can't be there to support a dear friend ... so she's giving Beth's family permission to feature her music during the service, including Beth's favorite Wynonna song, "Rescue Me."

Wynonna posted a tribute to Beth right after her death. 

Beth's memorial service, which is being planned by reality star Kim Fields, will feature video messages from some of Beth's celeb friends ... and Wynonna is part of it.

DMX is off the hook for a potential probation violation ... the feds found no wrongdoing on his part when he and his entourage mistakenly drove away from a restaurant in someone else's Corvette.

TMZ broke the story ... DMX and his crew left a Los Angeles restaurant in another diner's car following a mix-up with valet, and the car was reported stolen. But, the bigger issue for DMX was a question of whether he was behind the wheel. 

The feds felt X could've violated probation in his tax evasion case if he was the one driving the "stolen" Vette.

X's attorney, Murray Richman, tells TMZ ... DMX met with his probation officer and everything is fine. We're told the rapper's in the clear as far as a potential probation violation goes.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York -- which prosecuted DMX for tax evasion -- declined to comment on its investigation. 

If Diddy's really going to bring back his hit reality show for MTV, Day26 wants to know ... are we in this together?

We got 4 of the 5 members of the R&B group that formed at the end of "Making the Band 4," and along with getting geared up for a tour this fall, Willie Taylor tells us the fellas would love to be involved in Diddy's revival of the classic competition show. 

Willie says he can't speak for the other groups that formed from the show -- like O-Town, Da Band, Danity Kane and Donnie Klang -- but Day26 is "still making moves" and could serve as excellent mentors for new talent competing to make the band.

He says fans would also love to see what the group's been up to over the past decade, and Qwanell Mosley goes a step further ... telling us fans would be disappointed if they're deprived of some Day26 action.

Diddy made a surprise announcement about a possible 'Making the Band' reboot Monday, but expressed reservations about it ... and called on the public to let him know if they really want him to bring it back.

He says MTV's on board, and like the lyrics of their first hit track, "Got Me Going" -- the Day26 guys seem to be feenin' and dreamin' of the old days too.

T.I. has officially taken his Trap Museum from Atlanta to Los Angeles -- with a pop-up that will honor artists like Cardi B, Migos, Rick Ross and Nipsey Hussle -- and we've got your first look inside. 

The Lil Trap House pop-up is an ode to Trap culture and kicks off this weekend with a special event hosted by Karen Civil on Friday night.

Inside, the exhibit will honor some of the music's biggest artists ... with pieces to honor T.I., YG, Pusha-T, Nipsey Hussle, Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz, Future, Rick Ross, Migos, 21 Savage, Cardi B and plenty more. 

Given the success of T.I.'s Trap Museum in Atlanta -- which takes in about 6,000 guests each weekend -- this one is surely to be another home run.

Nipsey Hussle's baby mama is fighting his family that wants to keep custody of their daughter away from her, saying they're denying her a basic right -- contact with her flesh and blood.

Tanisha Foster says in legal docs, obtained by TMZ, she and Nipsey shared responsibility for parenting 10-year-old Emani.

She seems to be rebutting the family's contention she's not capable of caring for the child, saying they are ignoring the fact Nipsey provided for her ... setting her up in an apartment and providing for her livelihood. She's insinuating she's been cut off and that's not what Nipsey would want.

She also says, she's not the only person involved in the case with a "problem past," but she says she's choosing not to "sling mud." 

She says she can't pay rent, she's been cut off financially and is in desperate shape. Foster notes the lifestyle she and Emani were used to before Nipsey's death won't be the same ... but she is willing to make it work to the best of her ability. She's asking the judge to at least give her visitation rights.

Foster says, "If everyone was truly interested in doing what is best for Emani, they would treat me as her mother and not in the manner that they have.

Nipsey's family was awarded temporary custody of Emani, claiming Tanisha is an unfit mother.

The parents of Joycelyn Savage, one of R. Kelly's alleged victims, are desperate to get in touch with her and take care of her ... and say they won't feel any sort of relief until they do.

Tim and Jonjelyn tell TMZ ... Kelly's latest arrest on federal sex crimes and racketeering hasn't made them feel vindicated yet, because they're focused on finding their daughter, and so far have been unsuccessful.

The parents say they were in Chicago recently and went with cops to Kelly's Trump Tower residence to do a welfare check on Joycelyn ... but she wasn't there anymore. They have no idea where she is, but hope to contact her soon through Kelly's people, possibly his spokesperson, Darrell Johnson.

Speaking of Johnson, the Savages were back in Atlanta Friday morn for his news conference on Kelly's arrest, and shortly before he spoke to us ... Tim interrupted Darrell and demanded to know where Joycelyn's at. It seems he's open to disclosing the info, but we'll see.

Tim and Jonjelyn say they're eager to set up a meeting with their daughter and get her the help she needs ... and they're ready to hop on another plane ASAP to make it happen.

As we reported ... federal prosecutors want to keep Kelly behind bars until his trial, because they say he's a flight risk and a danger to the community, and they fear he'll obstruct justice by intimidating potential witnesses.

Chris Pratt is going country ... hopping onstage to belt out some Johnny Cash and Garth Brooks tunes during a couple of surprise performances in Nashville. 

The 'Guardians of the Galaxy' star hit up a couple honky tonks Thursday night ... grabbing the mic at Tootsies to belt out Garth Brooks' "Papa Loved Mama." Ya can't say Chris held back -- he went all in for the performance, even if he was a little loose with the lyrics.

But, one stop wasn't enough for CP on this night. He also went next door to test his voice onstage at Robert's Western World for a rendition of Johnny Cash's "Folsom Prison Blues." 

Chris belted out the country music classic alongside musician Sarah Gayle Meech ... and as you can see, they rocked the house with a full band behind them!

Folks who were there say Chris totally made their night ... and Katherine Schwarzenegger's gotta be pretty proud of her husband's pipes. Or, at least his energy.

Johnny was famous for always wearing black ... but Chris went a different route and kept it low key with a denim button down and a white hat. Johnny would approve of the actor's black pants, though. 

R. Kelly was arrested Thursday night for multiple federal sex crimes in 2 different states.

Kelly was arrested Thursday in Chicago on charges contained in a 13-count indictment returned in the Northern District of Illinois. The U.S. Attorney's Office of the Northern District says the indictment includes charges of child porn, enticement of a minor and obstruction of justice.

He was arrested in Chicago while walking his dog. Various law enforcement officials assisted in the arrest, including Homeland Security and Chicago Police.

But, that's not all. There's a second federal indictment out of Brooklyn, where Kelly is reportedly charged with various crimes, including sex trafficking. That indictment is expected to be unveiled Friday.

The singer will be arraigned in Illinois and then taken to New York where he will face a judge in that case.

R. Kelly was in court in Chicago in June on new state charges, where he pled not guilty to 11 felonies related to sexual assault and various abuse in Illinois. The Cook County State's Attorney's Office charged him with 5 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, 4 counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault and 2 counts of criminal sexual assault.

In those legal docs, Kelly is accused of forcing contact between his penis and the alleged victim's mouth and committing an act of sexual penetration on a victim listed only as "J.P." The alleged incident occurred in January 2010, when the victim was under the age of 18.

Lamar Odom says he's "extremely disappointed" after being cut from the BIG3 basketball league -- saying he first learned about the move on social media ... and not from Ice Cube. 

"As most of you have heard, the @thebig3 decided to deactivate me for the remainder of the 2019 season," 39-year-old Odom said. 

"I respect @icecube & the other league executives, however, I am extremely disappointed with the way that this has been handled."

"Besides the embarrassment, it’s disappointing to read on IG that this decision had been made, especially without sharing it with myself or my manager."

In his statement, Odom acknowledges that he wasn't in prime shape for Game #1 -- but says he was told he'd have time to get stronger ... and was hoping to showcase his talents in Game #4 this weekend in Rhode Island, where he played his college ball. 

"The Rhode Island game that is happening tomorrow was the game I have been looking forward to the most as many people know that this is where it all started for me."

Despite his issues with being cut, Odom thanked Ice Cube and the BIG3, and said he's rooting hard for the league to grow. 

He also praised Cube for being "the only black male owning a sports league in the USA, just let that one sink in for a moment."

Odom concluded, "I hope that we can use this situation as a lesson to grow, heal and become better people. I salute all of you, thank you for the love & energy."

As we previously reported, Odom was cut earlier this week -- and league sources told us it was because he simply wasn't ready to play. 

Ice Cube spoke after the move and said he still loves Odom but the league needs players who are gonna play every week. 

Salt-N-Pepa's DJ, Spinderella, is really pushing it by suing her groupmates ... mainly because she doesn't even have her facts straight, at least according to people close to Salt and Pep.

Sources connected with the group tell TMZ ... the ladies think Spinderella's suit is really about her own insecurities -- that she feels like a third wheel, and has ever since 2007's 'Salt-N-Pepa Show' on VH1. Spin was only a featured guest.

We broke the story ... Spinderella sued, claiming she got cheated out of royalties and says Salt-N-Pepa excluded her from a bunch of gigs and appearances before getting unceremoniously axed from the group.

However, our sources say Spin's not entitled to any royalties in her contract -- including the $125k she says she's owed from the 1999 'Best of' album. We're told she was always paid as an independent contractor, but S and the P still made sure Spin always got the finest accommodations to go with her paycheck 

As for the TV show ... our sources say it was TV producers who didn't want her involved and it was out of Salt and Pepa's hands. We're told they think Spinderella's bitterness also stems from talk shows regularly requesting only the 2 front women for interviews.

Our sources also say the Salt-N-Pepa brand is owned by Salt and Pepa, not Spinderella ... so her claims of trademark infringement in her suit are also baseless. We're told they haven't used her name or likeness once since her departure from the group. 

YNW Melly is putting on a brave face as he awaits trial in his double murder case ... flashing a huge grin and looking generally happy during a court hearing. 

Check out this footage from Melly's court proceedings Thursday in a Broward County courthouse ... he's smiling like a kid on Christmas and yukking it up with his legal team, despite being heavily shackled in his jail jumpsuit.

Not much happened in the hearing ... some procedural paperwork to officially add a couple lawyers to his defense team, but the mundane process didn't seem to bore Melly. 

At least from the outside, it seems like the rapper's upcoming trial doesn't have him fretting much, which is interesting ... considering prosecutors have already said they will seek the death penalty. 

Busta Rhymes apparently wasn't in the mood to mingle with a fan, and all hell broke loose when that fan got sour and used a homophobic slur while arguing with the rapper.

TMZ's obtained video that picks up in the middle of the heated confrontation that went down around 5 AM Wednesday in NYC. You can see the rapper arguing with a couple of men wearing construction crew reflective vests. Busta's being held back by friends and several NYPD cops. 

There's a lot of shouting going on and Busta gets right up in the grill of one of the construction dudes. Things quickly escalated when one of the guys appears to drop the f-word on Busta. You can see in the video ... Busta appears to retaliate by throwing a punch but misses. Cops step in between the man and Busta and that's where the video ends.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... one of the construction workers filed a harassment report around 10 PM later that night .... claiming Busta was the aggressive one before cops showed up and before action picks up in our video.

The man alleged Busta swung at him but made no contact, and told him "I will f*** you up" after saying hello to the rapper. The man said he felt threatened and dropped his phone because he was scared.

Our sources say cops didn't witness what the man alleged. We're told besides the harassment report, cops have washed their hands of this incident. There's no further investigation and the matter's considered closed.

Lately, it seems everyone wants a piece of Busta. As we reported, he got into a heated argument with another man who was pissed the rapper hit on his wife. 

Danielle Bregoli's favorite color has to be green by now -- she's getting a ton of it after inking a seven-figure deal with a publishing company ... at just 16 years old.

According to new docs obtained by TMZ ... Bhad Bhabie signed a $1 million exclusive songwriter and co-publishing agreement on June 12 with Pulse Music Group.

Danielle's deal calls for her to get $350k up front ... so, CHA-CHING!!! She'll also get two $325k installments later, once she hits certain revenue targets.

The $1 million is an advance on her future royalties, but she'll also get at least 70 percent of her future record sales, licensing fees and digital streaming.  

Other popular Pulse clients in hip-hop include Ty Dolla $ign, Run The Jewels and Rich The Kid.

She was already balling, but you can definitely say Danielle is one rich kid now.

Beyonce is getting the star treatment at one of the most beautiful locations in the Grand Canyon -- but her music video shoot will likely piss off a few die-hard campers.

TMZ obtained this footage of Bey and her crew as they shot Wednesday in the shadow of the spectacular Havasu Falls. That's her draped in a blue dress with the stunning backdrop ... a majestic waterfall, bright blue waters and a tiny forest of green.

Easy to see why Beyonce would want to shoot here -- for those not in the know, Havasu Falls is right next to a super-exclusive campsite that requires a reservation that's tough to get. The Havasupai tribe owns the land and only approves 300 camping passes a day. Thousands of people get turned away daily.

Beyonce plays by different rules.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Beyonce's team arranged the visit beforehand, and the tribe made an exception in her case by granting her use of the land for a few hours. Police are handling crowd control, because the nearby campground is packed.

Our sources say Beyonce and her peeps flew in by helicopter ... shot for about 5 hours and then bolted.

In our footage, you see Beyonce climbing into the chopper in a white robe, accompanied by Blue Ivy.

Salt-N-Pepa's DJ, Spinderella, is cooking up a remix that probably goes like this -- Whatta Scam, Whatta Scam, Whatta Mighty Good Scam -- cause she says the group's been screwing her out of millions.

Spin's filed suit against her groupmates of nearly 35 years ... claiming the screw job started with their 'Best of' album, released in 1999. In the suit, she says she was promised one third of the royalties for the record, and even got a phone call telling her she would be getting $125k ... but she never got it.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, that was just the beginning. Spin says she also got cheated when Salt-N-Pepa excluded her from a VH1 TV show based on the group's rise to stardom. In the suit, she says she was promised one third of the group's fee for the show -- and even though she got an occasional guest spot, she got way less than one-third.

Even worse, Spin says she got ZERO compensation for their appearance at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards. 

But, according to the suit, she got the biggest shock this year. Spin says she was informed by SoundExchange -- which collects and distributes royalties to artists -- that her groupmates had been paid more than $600k in royalties over the last decade, but she hadn't seen a dime of that money.

Miley Cyrus' beloved pet pig, Bubba Sue, has died ... and is now gobbling down apple cores and rolling around in mud in the afterlife.

Nothing breaks like a heart of a person who loses a pet, and Miley's sharing her sadness on a series of Instagram Stories paying tribute to Bubba, aka Pig Pig.

The singer first posted a short vid of PP going to town on what's left of an apple as she holds her over her shoulder like a baby. She wrote ... "Very sad to say...my dear friend Pig Pig has passed away....I will miss u always (pig emoji) thank you for so many laughs and good times girl."

Cyrus also shared a cute pic of Bubba as a piglet, with Miley giving her a smooch, and her cover photo for the summer 2015 issue of "Paper" magazine ... for which she posed nude and muddy with Pig Pig.

Miley adopted the sweet swine in August 2014 after her dog, Floyd, died. It's unclear what Pig Pig died from.

Cyrus still has plenty of pets to give her comfort at this difficult time -- 7 dogs, 4 horses and 3 cats ... and her hubby, Liam Hemsworth, also has a dog.
