Ke$ha is telling friends her eating disorder was caused by her very own music producer Dr. Luke -- claiming he bashed her weight and even called her a big, fat refrigerator ... TMZ has learned.

Sources directly connected to Ke$ha tell us ... it all started when the singer's "Get Sleazy" tour ended in 2011. She says Luke -- who signed Ke$ha to a deal at age 18 -- started ragging on her over the extra lbs she had gained in her downtime.

Ke$ha says Luke -- a huge producer who has worked with Miley Cyrus and Rihanna -- began calling Ke$ha fat and urged her management team to do something about it.

Our sources say Ke$ha complained ... during a music video shoot in 2012 Luke told her she "looks like a f***ing refrigerator" ... and the singer was profoundly affected by it.

We broke the story ... Ke$ha is now in rehab for an eating disorder.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore is so determined to have a bambino ... she went under the knife to make it happen ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Kenya -- who is 42 -- tell us she had surgery Friday to remove fibroid tumors from her uterus.

The fibroids are a benign type of tumor that were discovered during an ultrasound. Doctors say fibroid tumors can cause miscarriages ... they told her surgery would increase her chances of a successful pregnancy.

Paul Walker's entire body was charred through the skin it was burned so badly ... this according to the autopsy ... burned so bad none of his organs were suitable for donation.

According to the report ... obtained by TMZ ... Walker's body was laying supine in the passenger seat in a "pugilistic stance" -- that's a defensive position, as if he were bracing himself for impact.

He had multiple fractures throughout his body, including his jaw, collarbone, and left upper arm. There were also various ribs and pelvic fractures.

The report concludes Walker died from "combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries" sustained from the Nov. 30 crash in Santa Clarita, CA.

According to the report, the L.A. County Coroner is preserving portions of Paul's organs in a jar -- sources tell us tissues are kept for a certain period of time in case of lawsuits.

Roger Rodas -- the driver -- suffered major head trauma with the top portion of his skull fractured and his brain exposed.

No alcohol or drug traces were found in either body.

The report also says there was "scant soot in Walker's trachea" -- suggesting he took a few breaths after impact. Sources close to the investigation, however, tell TMZ, they believe both men died almost immediately.

And the report goes on ... Paul had 14% carbon monoxide saturation in his blood stream ... the normal level is 2%. Roger had 10%.

According to the report ... after impact the car spun 180 degrees, struck a tree and nearly tore in half before exploding in flames.

Rose McGowan says she personally witnessed a knockout game attack in L.A. yesterday ... when a masked "evil guy" punched an unsuspecting 65-year-old man and then took off.

McGowan described the incident on Twitter ... saying she was walking around Venice, CA when things got violent.

"I just witnessed a 65 year old man get punched by an evil guy playing that goddamn knockout game. #criminal #heartbroken #whattheF?!"

Rose says the attacker was wearing a mask and riding a skateboard ... and while she tried to chase after the bad guy, he was just too fast and got away.

McGowan said the victim was bleeding from the ear, so she called an ambulance for him.

Rose says the victim had a little dog with him at the time that tried to protect him, but couldn't fend off the attacker.

So far, no word on the identity of the attacker or the victim.

Johnny Depp decided it's better to pay a little cash to rid himself of a woman who claims the actor's bodyguard beat the crap out of her ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Depp was at an Iggy Pop concert in L.A. in 2011 when a woman sitting next to him claims she got up and danced a little too close to him ... and she says the bodyguards unloaded on her ... allegedly dragging her to the ground, causing her pants to slip down to her ankles and "exposing her buttocks to other Hollywood Palladium Theater patrons."

She claimed severe injuries and filed a police report, but cops never bought her story and law enforcement sources told us she was just plain wasted. She subsequently sued Depp and others.

Now we've learned the woman -- Robin Eckert, who claims to be a professor of medicine at U.C. Irvine -- has settled her lawsuit.

James Avery -- the beloved dad on "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" -- has died at age 68 ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the actor tell TMZ he died in a Glendale, CA hospital last night. Avery had undergone open heart surgery and took a turn for the worse late yesterday.

And we're told ... his wife, Barbara, had been at his bedside but left for a short period of time and when she came back ... she learned he had just died.

Alfonso Ribeiro -- who played Avery's son on "Fresh Prince" -- just posted a message on his Facebook page.

Avery starred in dozens of TV shows through the years -- shows like "Grey's Anatomy," "The Closer," "L.A. Law," and "The Jeffersons." This past year, he appeared in three TV movies -- most recently, "Go, Bolivia, Go!" -- but didn't appear to have other projects in the works.

Avery reunited with most of his "Fresh Prince" cast -- including Will Smith -- two years ago at a charity event.

David Rainey -- AKA Puck from "The Real World" -- is going back to school -- domestic violence school ... and if he graduates with honors, he won't go to jail.

Rainey copped a plea in his criminal case -- he was accused of hurting his live-in girlfriend and faced one year in jail.

Rainey got into an argument with his girlfriend in July and allegedly scratched and bruised her ... then slammed the phone down when she tried to call 911.

Rainey pled guilty to domestic violence and dissuading a witness -- both misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 3 years probation and ordered to attend a 1-year domestic violence program.

The judge gave Rainey credit for the 15 days he spent in the slammer.

Rainey had a similar run in back in 2011, when he was arrested for felony domestic violence. And he served prison time in 2012 for stalking a woman.

Maybe these women should learn a lesson from the 1994 "Real World" housemates ... and kick his ass out.

Camille Grammer's former boyfriend has fired back at allegations he beat her ... claiming the night things fell apart she flew into a rage and snapped when he called her a fame whore.

Dimitri Charalambopoulos just filed legal docs, with a radically different version of events from Camille. After returning to her Houston, TX hotel after a medical procedure in October, Dimitri claims he got on his cell phone at 11:30 PM to call a male friend about arranging airport transportation.

Later that night, as he lay sleeping, he claims Camille woke him up, screaming he was a liar and a cheater and that the call was from a woman. He says she then grabbed his phone, threatened to flush it down the toilet and then snapped it in half.

Dimitri says she then began hitting him and he held his hands up in self defense.

Now the juice ... he says, "I told her that I now knew why Kelsey left her, because she was a 'fame whore' that only cared about attention and money."

Paris Jackson looked healthy and happy vacationing with her mom in Hawaii ... but MJ's daughter still has a long road ahead of her -- we're told the treatment will last years.

Debbie Rowe and Paris mugged for the camera during the trip ... as you know, Rowe lost contact with Paris after she divorced Michael Jackson, but the 2 reconnected a little over a year ago and are now extremely tight. Rowe speaks constantly with Paris -- who is at a boarding school in Utah.

As for Paris' treatment ... our sources say she's riddled with so many problems she's almost certainly spending several years at the facility ... where she is getting intensive counseling.

Robin Roberts just officially came out of the closet ... telling the world she's gay and has a longtime girlfriend.

Robin just recounted her triumphs over the last year on her Facebook page ... talking about her battle with cancer and how she overcame the odds and regained her health.

In the middle of her Facebook essay she said, "I am grateful for my entire family, my long time girlfriend, Amber, and friends as we prepare to celebrate a glorious new year together."

It's kind of cool the way she did it, she didn't scream it from the mountain tops ... but she revealed her true self in an authentic way.

"Love & Hip Hop" star Chrissy Lampkin was arrested early this morning for allegedly bloodying up a girl at a New Jersey bar ... not exactly a stretch, right?

Edgewater PD tells TMZ ... Lampkin was popped around 2:30 AM for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct ... we're told it was bad enough that the victim required hospitalization. She was bloodied and doctors had to stitch up the area above her eye.

This wasn't pure theatrics ... cameras were NOT rolling.

As for what started the fight ... we're told Chrissy got pissed that the alleged victim sat on the sofa she was sitting on and accidentally bumped into someone. Sounds like self defense to us.

Justin Bieber's security team flip-flopped SEVERAL times when they urgently called 911 to report a woman in distress at Justin's party earlier this month.

TMZ has obtained the 911 tape. You hear a member of Justin's security team telling the dispatcher a woman in her early 20s was "hyperventilating." He then changes his diagnosis to a seizure.

The dispatcher grills the guy, asking if the woman is still showing seizure symptoms. He then changes the story again and says she didn't have a seizure ... she just passed out.

Shortly after the incident ... Justin's people told TMZ the woman had too much to drink and not enough to eat ... and that security called off the ambulance and took her to the hospital.

But we've learned she was NEVER taken to the hospital.

Zac Efron has taken a page out of Alec Baldwin's playbook ... when something bad happens, turn it into a joke and people will laugh.

That's exactly what Zac is doing -- without saying a word in a new video that makes fun of how he broke his jaw last month.

As TMZ previously reported ... Zac claims he slipped in a puddle of water at his Hollywood Hills home. His jaw broke and he gashed his face.

As you know .... Zac has been to rehab twice this year for cocaine abuse.

The criminal investigation into the brutal beatdown of Paris' Hilton's brother is on ice ... because Barron Hilton is not cooperating ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay Lohan's buddy, Ray LeMoine, smashed in Barron's face at an all-night rager in Miami. Barron says Lindsay instigated it, but Ray says Hilton was the aggressor.

Barron immediately filed a police report after the Dec 6 incident, but he has not cooperated with cops ... who have asked for a meeting. In fact, we're told he hasn't even answered the phone.

So the Florida State Attorney's Office tells us ... they are shelving the investigation and will ONLY fire it up again if Barron cooperates.

Tyga is on a mission to find a kidney, ASAP ... and it's all because he's determined to help a sick kid he met during a recent visit to an L.A. Children's Hospital ... TMZ has learned.

We know ... Tyga recently surprised 60 kids with all sorts of gifts and goodies, including fresh clothing, music and Flips headphones.

But during the visit, the rapper spent some time with a brave kid named Isael ... who's hoping to find a kidney donor so he can have a life-saving transplant.

We're told Tyga was so moved by Isael's story, he swore he would do everything he could to help the kid find a match ... starting with reaching out to his fans on Twitter and Instagram.

Meanwhile, over in Detroit ... another rapper, Big Sean, was spreading Christmas cheer at the Children's Hospital of Michigan.

We're told Big Sean hit up a local Toys R Us and went on a shopping spree for the kids ... buying up board games, stuffed animals, dolls, headphones and more.

A source at the hospital tells TMZ ... Big Sean also made a 5-figure donation to the children's ward.
