"Bachelor in Paradise" was shut down after a producer complained about 2 contestants getting extremely sexual in a swimming pool ... this according to sources connected to contestant DeMario Jackson, but there are different versions and Warner Bros. has launched a full investigation.

Here's DeMario's version of events, as told by people with whom he spoke:

Last Sunday -- the first day of production at a Mexican resort -- DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios were told by producers one of the story lines would be the 2 of them hooking up ... especially entertaining because both are considered villains from previous shows.

We're told the 2 met at the bar and the alcohol was flowing. DeMario says Corinne jumped in his lap and started making out with him. We're told there was lots of "intense rubbing."

DeMario says Corinne then suggested they retreat to the pool, with the cameras rolling. They took off their clothes, started making out and "rubbing, touching and fingering." He says she put her genitals in his face and he began licking, but we're told this allegation is a big point of contention and others disagree with his account. He says he was not able to engage in intercourse because of the alcohol.

DeMario says the next day everything was fine and he and Corrine were actually getting along well, but on Tuesday they were called in by the Executive Producer and told one of the show producers had seen the film and was "uncomfortable" with what was shot.

The producer has filed a formal complaint with Warner Bros. Warner brass immediately suspended production, launched an investigation and released DeMario and Corrine. Two days later Warner Bros. released the entire cast while they investigated alleged "misconduct."

Production for 'Bachelor in Paradise' has been suspended after allegations of misconduct were reported ... which puts a halt to filming for the upcoming season indefinitely.

Warner Bros. execs for the show said Sunday that they had been alerted to some sort of misconduct on the set of 'BiP', which is currently shooting in Mexico.

As a result of the allegations -- which at this point have not been made public -- WB has put a temporary halt to the show and is now investigating. They've said they will also take appropriate action upon completing the investigation.

This season of 'BiP' is highly anticipated, especially after Nick Viall's recent stint on 'The Bachelor.' Some of his axed ladies like Raven Gates, Corinne Olympios and Taylor Nolan were cast, as was Amanda Stanton from Ben Higgins' season. Some of the guys cast were Derek Peth, Nick Benvenutti, Ben Zorn and DeMario Jackson.

9:00 AM PT -- According to cops, Danny was found with 2 vertical lacerations on his forearm. We're told police are now treating it as a possible suicide.

Danny Dias, who starred in season 13 of MTV's 'Road Rules,' has died and it appears drugs were involved ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Dias was at his Brooklyn apartment Saturday with a friend. Law enforcement sources say the friend told them he saw Dias take what he believed was LSD and mushrooms. The friend says Dias freaked out, ran in his room and that was the last the friend saw of him.

We're told the friend left the apartment and over the next 2 days called Dias, getting no response. The friend became concerned and on Monday called 911 for to get a welfare check on Dias. First responders had to force their way in, and found Danny dead in the room.

Dias appeared on the 2004 season.

Rachel Lindsay was done with the 'Whaboom' guy, Lucas, and his arch-nemesis, Blake, on "The Bachelorette" ... but they weren't done clowning each other.

After each guy got stiffed in Monday night's rose ceremony, Lucas and Blake went after each other. They've beefed all season, but instead of going out with a brawl -- or even clever insults -- they traded goofy-as-hell shots.

Lots of yelling back and forth, and playground mocking ... but Lucas didn't even get in 1 last WHABOOM!

Honestly, we got enough in episode 1.

Josh Duggar now wants his own pound of flesh from the police and city officials 4 of his sisters are suing for releasing investigators' reports on his molestation case.

Duggar filed documents to join the lawsuit Jill, Jessa, Jinger and Joy filed last month. In his docs, Josh says cops assured him his 2006 interview discussing the molestation of his sisters would remain private. He says since he wasn't charged, the information wouldn't have gone public ... if the reports weren't released to In Touch magazine.

Duggar says once the story came out, it caused him mental anguish and humiliation. He played up the sympathy card in the docs, saying he was "victimized and forced to relieve the painful and difficult circumstances of a traumatic experience as a juvenile."

'Bachelorette' Rachel Lindsay has Bachelor Nation up in arms because a video of her partying with a dude ... appears to totally SPOIL the ending of her season.

For the uninitiated ... a video posted the same night as Rachel's premiere episode showed her kicking it with a handsome guy with facial hair. No biggie, until fans noticed the guy has a strong resemblance to Peter Kraus -- one of the front-runners to win Rachel's hand.

Fans are pissed ... thinking Rach gave away all the mystery. After all, she's already admitted she got engaged to one of the guys.

Take a pill, fans ... sources at the party tell us the guy in the background is a friend of a friend of Rachel's ... and absolutely NOT Peter. If it were him, Rachel would be in hot water with producers. She's banned from hanging with ANY of the contestants while the show's airing.

Still, don't count Peter out of the running, for obvious reasons ...

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott hug and kiss when they say goodbye ... and play a little grab ass too.

Kylie was with the rapper at his home in L.A. for a couple hours Wednesday before they walked out together and packed on the PDA in front of her ride. Kylie didn't leave without also getting a piece ... of art, that is.

As we reported ... Kylie and Travis have been inseparable since Coachella and are way beyond a casual relationship.

Lauren Bushnell is traveling light these days ... as in, without the engagement ring Ben Higgins proposed with on "The Bachelor."

Lauren was at LAX Tuesday night and said she's planning to return the ice, although she hasn't yet. The couple announced their split 2 weeks ago.

Interestingly, she's not saying never when it comes to possibly working things out with Ben. As for a future stint on "The Bachelorette" ... Lauren's not ruling that out either.

Michael Nance -- a contestant on season 8 of "The Bachelorette" -- was found dead early Monday morning in Texas.

According to the Austin PD ... the death is not suspicious, but the manner will be determined later by the medical examiner. Officers were called to a residence at 2:10 AM Monday to check on an unresponsive male. They say Nance was pronounced dead less than an hour later.

Michael competed for Emily Maynard back in 2012, before she eventually sent him home mid-season.

Michael was 31.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Karlie Redd says 2 men broke into her garage and jacked her beloved Porsche, and she's suing a car dealership for organizing the heist.

Now, the dealership -- Vanderhall Exotics of Houston -- would call it your run-of-the-mill repo ... but in docs, obtained by TMZ, Karlie says her 2014 Panamera was straight stolen. She says she'd made $43,300 worth of payments on the car she purchased for $57,397 -- but on February 28, around 2:53 AM, the men forced their way into her garage.

In the suit, she says they also got into her house, stole an unspecified amount of jewelry and clothing ... and then bolted with the Porsche. Karlie says she called police and, through an app, traced the car back to the dealer in Texas.

The dealership claims the car was lawfully repossessed, but Karlie strongly disagrees. She's not demanding the return of the car, but she is suing to get back all the money she'd paid on it.

Stevie J says Joseline Hernandez put a new twist on her attacks on him -- this time her weapon of choice was, no joke ... a bowl of hot mushrooms.

The alleged fungi fling went down May 10 at Seasons 52 Restaurant in Atlanta. According to the police report, Joseline flew into a rage when Stevie tried to back out of the meeting they'd planned -- with his lawyer. He accused her of being "in a hostile mood."

When Stevie got up to leave he claims Joseline grabbed a bowl off the table with "about 6 to 8 very hot mushrooms ready to be served and threw it at him." Stevie's lawyer then called police.

Several restaurant employees told cops they witnessed the 'shroom abuse and added that Joseline's behavior scared other patrons. Officers recovered the ceramic bowl as evidence.

Erika Jayne wasn't being stuck-up on the finale of "Dancing with the Stars" like some fans accused her of being -- she skipped the final group performance because she needed surgery.

The 'Real Housewives' star is at an L.A. hospital Friday to have surgery to fix an upper body tear she suffered during the show. Sources with 'DWTS' tell us ... Jayne felt like something was wrong during a dance in early April.

Doctors confirmed the injury, but we're told she pressed on without telling anyone ... because she didn't want to play the sympathy card. She was eliminated shortly thereafter.

Doctors told her she should stop all dancing after that, which is why she sat on the sidelines -- on top of a unicorn -- during the finale.

We reached out to ABC about Erika's injury ... they had no comment.

"Alaskan Bush People" star Matt Brown needed 9 staples in his head after an explosion in his fridge landed him in the hospital.

Our sources in Alaska tell us the accident happened Tuesday night in Matt's Hoonah, AK crib. Apparently, he'd filled a mason jar with gunpowder and cannon fuse, and stored it in his fridge. Doesn't seem like the smartest move, but if you haven't seen the show ... the Browns march to the beat of their own drum.

Lo and behold ... the mason jar exploded, and blew the fridge door off its hinges, and into Matt's head.

He went to a hospital, got stapled back together and was released. Now, we know what you're thinking, and no ... this wasn't a stunt for the show. 'ABP' wasn't shooting at the time.

'Bachelorette' Rachel Lindsay's loudest suitor, the "Whaboom" guy, is already such a breakout star ... he's got fans in the streets, and haters trying to take him out on the show.

"Whaboom," whose real name is Lucas Yancey, made such an impression on Monday's debut he's gotten shout-outs from late night hosts, and when we saw him in Santa Monica ... even random German dudes were showing him love.

Lucas gave us a quick tutorial on his catchphrase -- which he says is more of a lifestyle -- and takes a shot at one of his 'Bachelorette' competitors.

Bottom whaboomline -- ya either got it or ya don't.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood is ready for the next stage of her career -- and it's looking like it could be in porn, because she's met with porn giant Vivid Entertainment.

Sources connected to negotiations tell us Amber and her boyfriend, Matt Baier, met with Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch in L.A. on May 8. We're told Hirsch had reached out to Amber in the past, and since she was already in town for the MTV Movie & TV Awards ... she decided to have the sit-down.

It's unclear if she's signed on the dotted line yet, but ya don't have to be a rocket scientist to know why Hirsch wanted this meeting. Vivid's made a bundle with its Farrah Abraham movies, and since Amber's always been one the most popular "Teen Mom" chicks ... it totally makes sense.

Amber and Matt tell us, "The meeting with Steven and Vivid was very professional and low key." They wouldn't say if a deal is done. Ditto for Hirsch ... who would only confirm he had the meeting.

Something tells us ... we've seen this movie before.

Rashad Jennings now joins the ranks of athletes who came out on top of "Dancing with the Stars." He got the Mirrorball trophy Tuesday night, and the trend is clear.

Ten athletes -- from figure skaters to football stars -- have taken home all the marbles on the dancing competition. We're talking 10 out of 24.

It's not just an issue of fitness ... lots of celebs on the show are in super good shape, but athletes still seem to hold the edge.
