It's the oldest story in Hollywood -- naive girl comes to La La Land ... only to be seduced by a pervy boss ... so claims a former "X-Factor" contestant in a new lawsuit.

Katie Waissel -- who appeared on the U.K. show -- moved to L.A. last year looking for fame and fortune ... but she needed a job to pay the bills, so she applied at Equinox in Woodland Hills, CA.

Katie claims the manager, Matt Lee, took an instant liking to her and gave her some very personal attention. Katie says Matt interviewed her several times -- at fancy restaurants where they drank. She says it didn't seem odd, because she had "little familiarity with the American hiring process."

She claims Matt then amped it up, showing up at her house with gifts, groceries and taking her out to more lunches and dinners. She says he also insisted she use his Amex card for gas.

Then Katie says things turned ... after a night of drinking she says she rejected Matt's advances, but says she gave in after he guilted her into feeling ungrateful.

She says she complained to Equinox, but they treated her like the bad guy ... so she's suing Lee and the health club for sexual harassment and retaliation.

Equinox had no comment. We left a message for Matt, but got no return call.

Porsha Williams SAYS she's not fazed by her recent demotion on "Real Housewives of Atlanta"... but she sounds like she's lying.

Porsha was at LAX Thursday when she told our photog her dance card is filled with work now that she's no long a series regular, but watch the video ... it just doesn't ring true.

We broke the story ... Porsha was demoted back in October from main cast member to friend for being a pain in the ass.

Being on "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" just cost Mally Mall $250K -- in the form of the brand new car he had to buy his girlfriend to repair their relationship after a full season of reality show BS.

Mally Mall just scooped up a 2014 Bentley Continental coupe for his gf Nikki Mudarris. We're told the rapper/producer's dodged most of the serious drama (as in, physical violence) through Season 1 -- but felt guilty Nikki had to deal with some cast gossip about him.

Pretty sweet trade off for Nikki ... who's gotta be used to drama, anyway. She manages a bunch of strip clubs in L.A and Las Vegas.

Strippers = Drama.

Alfonso Ribeiro -- the front-runner on "Dancing with the Stars" -- may have to pull out of the competition days before the semifinals ... and it's all because of The Carlton Dance.

Our DWTS sources say Ribeiro injured his back during rehearsal Wednesday night as he tried to overcompensate for a groin injury which he suffered on the show, performing his signature move.

The back injury is bad -- he's having trouble even walking. Alfonso skipped rehearsals Thursday so he could get an MRI.

Doctors are telling him the next 48 hours are critical, but they say there's a real chance he can't dance.

Mama June stiffed the woman who took care of June's daughter after she was molested by June's boyfriend ... this according to Georgia prosecutors who filed a criminal case against her.

June's mother, Sandra Hale, became the guardian of Anna/aka Chickadee in 2003, a year after Mark McDaniel forced the girl (who was 8 at the time) to perform oral sex on him.

When the guardianship was created, June was required to pay her mom $100 a month in child support. But fast forward to 2009, when the Henry County D.A. filed criminal contempt charges against June, claiming she was way behind on her payments -- $4,144.62 behind.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- June was behind "due to willful and continuous refusal to comply."

The D.A. threatened her with jail if she didn't pay. The mug shot was taken in the contempt case.

Mama June did a sit-down with Dr. Phil Wednesday and claimed TMZ doctored the pic showing her in a hotel room with convicted child molester Mark McDaniel.

Phil gets heated with June ... calling her out on her allegation. As we reported, we were told June was sneaking away from the production of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" to have secret rendezvous with McDaniel.

June made a bunch of claims during the interview -- which will air Monday -- including TLC allegedly folding and paying her full salary for the cancelled season. As TMZ reported ... TLC sources told us they blamed June for the cancellation and decided to pay her only a portion of her pay.

Our TLC sources say June lied on Dr. Phil's show ... she did NOT get payment in full because of her misconduct.

Kim Kardashian just revealed the whole enchilada.

More pics just surfaced from the Paper Magazine photo shoot with famed photog Jean-Paul Goude. The pics were taken in Sept. during Paris Fashion Week.

We've learned this pic was taken after the now-famous ass photo, when Kim decided to put everything on display.

As we reported ... this is Kim's last stand before getting pregnant again, which she plans to do shortly.

Her big thing was to show the world how she bounced back after giving birth to North West.

Buddy Valastro -- the star of "Cake Boss" -- was arrested early Thursday AM for driving while intoxicated ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... cops noticed the TLC star's 2014 yellow Corvette weaving on 10th Ave in Manhattan. They cops lit 'em up, pulled Buddy over and smelled a strong odor of alcohol.

We're told Buddy flunked multiple field sobriety tests. He was cuffed, taken to the cop shop and booked.

Buddy will go before a judge who will set bail -- probably this morning.

Kyle Richards made it as clear as she can without saying anything ... she's none too pleased the dog that attacked her daughter has not been removed from her sister's home.

Kyle was chatty as she left Craig's in West Hollywood Wednesday night ... telling our photog her daughter Alexia will hopefully regain full movement of her hand after the attack by Kim Richards' pit bull.

But when our guy asked about keeping the dog in the family ... her tone immediately changed. It's not just what she says, but how she says it.

Kim Kardashian's ass is the biggest news in the world today -- and that's only somewhat overstated -- but her wallet remains the same size ... because we know she got bupkis for the pic.

Our sources at Paper Magazine say ... Kim's sole motivation was working with famed photog Jean-Paul Goude. The mag does not have the money to pay Kim her market value, so compensation was never really an option.

We now know the shoot went down during Paris Fashion Week in September. The plan was to shoot just one cover, but she and JPG hit it off so well they "got creative" and shot a lot more.

We're told there'll be more pics coming out later this week.

Kim Kardashian shot the instantly iconic ass photo because it's her last stand before getting pregnant again ... TMZ has learned.

We know Kim is telling close friends and family she's about to get pregnant again, and wants to show off her body before the weight gain. She's proud she dumped the weight after North was born and wants to show her tight figure off.

As for Kanye ... we're told he's the opposite of jealous. He loves her public displays.

Our sources say there were a number of pics the photog took and they will be released soon. The photog -- Jean-Paul Goude, is famous for shooting nude celebs, including Naomi Campbell.

The Kim pic is actually a recreation of the famous champagne photograph that Goude shot in 1976. The model is Carolina Beaumont.

Goude shot a similar pic of Grace Jones. And get this ... another photog copied the Grace Jones pic, using Amber Rose as the model. Amber, of course, was Kanye's GF before he hooked up with Kim.

And we're told ... this will not be the last nude photo shoot before Kim gets pregnant again. She plans a few more, but it'll happen soon because she wants baby #2.

Khloe Kardashian reposted a meme today that's been going around the Internet.

NeNe Leakes has become a public enemy in Detroit, after glibly stiffing the school system out of $20K.

It's shocking ... NeNe challenged fellow "Real Housewives of Atlanta" castmate Kenya Moore to pony up $20K for the charity of Kenya's choice, so she picked the Detroit Public Schools Foundation and paid. NeNe then said she'd match Kenya's donation.

Now get this ... on Andy Cohen's show Sunday, she told the schools to kick rocks, then dropped this bomb ... that the statute of limitations had run out on her promise.

The prez of the foundation is incredulous, telling us there's no statute of limitations. She says they never heard from NeNe, but would be more than happy to take her money.

NeNe always says she's a rich bitch. At least we KNOW half that is true.

Bruce Jenner will be showing off his immense huevos by competing with his son in the legendary Baja 1000 this week ... thanks to more than $1 million in sponsorships.

Bruce and Burt Jenner will attempt to tame one of the world's most dangerous off-road courses through the Mexican desert at insane speeds -- and the 5-day race ain't cheap.

Sources connected to Team Jenner tell us entry fees alone are $125K minimum, the truck cost $500K ... plus several hundred thousands more in expenses and equipment. All in, we're talking more than $1 million, but Bruce isn't spending a cent of his own dough.

Team owner Craig Potts, along with sponsors Gladiator Tires and House Beer, are putting up all the cash. We're told Burt will drive the 1st 400 miles with Bruce navigating, then Bruce will take the wheel for the 2nd leg ... and Potts gets the home stretch.

The race, which begins Wednesday, is no cake walk. X Games star Kurt Caselli was killed last year, and multiple drivers and spectators have died during the event over the years.

Mark Cuban wrapped up his jury duty by reaching a verdict in the one day trial ... and then shouting out his fellow jurors on Instagram.

As we told you ... Cuban was selected for a Dallas jury in a civil lawsuit over a car accident -- and amazingly, the billionaire owner of the Dallas Mavericks tells TMZ Sports he did NOT have a ton of influence over his fellow jurors.

Mark says they wanted him to be the foreman, but he turned it down. Ultimately, the jury ruled in favor of the defendant -- saying he was NOT negligent.

As soon as the trial was over ... Mark posted what looks like a pic of the jurors deliberating, with the caption -- "Verdict reached and we are dismissed. World's best jury :)" Important to note he didn't post the pic until AFTER the trial. Doing it before would've been a major no-no.

By the way ... Mark took home a whopping $6 for his service.

"The Voice" contestant Delvin Choice is influenced by R&B legend Usher, and cops say he's also influenced by drugs or alcohol ... because Choice got busted for DUI.

Choice -- who made it to the top eight on "The Voice" last season -- was arrested shortly before 2 A.M. Sunday in South Carolina ... after a state trooper pulled him over.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... it's Choice's first offense. He was taken to jail ... and freed after paying $1229.50 bail.

Choice's father -- who's a Baptist pastor -- told the media, "We all make mistakes in life. We learn from our mistakes."

It's all about choices.
