Things are finally looking up for Kim Richards, because we've learned she's off probation after the seemingly endless saga that started with her Beverly Hills Hotel bust ... back in April 2015!

Sources close to the situation tell us Kim recently ended her probation in the case. As we reported, she had completed her required 450 hours of community service and 52 AA meetings as of December 2017 ... but she was waiting out the clock for probation to end.

You'll recall, Kim got a 2-for-1 sentence for the drunken rampage at the hotel, and for shoplifting $600 worth of Target merch.

Now that the legal nightmare's in her rearview, it looks like Kim is in a good place -- she's repairing relationships and having some fun at the same time.

Kim went out in Los Angeles Monday night to celebrate her 54th birthday, and we were shocked to see her hanging with sisters Kathy Hilton and Kyle Richards.

The sisters have famously been hot and cold for years, so this was clearly a big step for them.

Beto O'Rourke all but winning over one of the most conservative towns in Texas spells bad news for Sen. Ted Cruz ... so says 'Real Housewives of Dallas' star D'Andra Simmons.

We got D'Andra in NYC Tuesday and it's pretty clear her support for Cruz has totally fizzled. What's also clear ... her admiration for Beto, the rival who's in a neck-and-neck race heading into the midterm election.

Kourtney Kardashian's juices are flowing ... with a dude who looks almost exactly like her ex.

Kourtney was spotted grabbing a matcha latte Tuesday at Alfred Tea in WeHo. There's no mistake about it ... the guy looks EXACTLY like Younes Bendjima, Kourt's ex. The resemblance is uncanny. It's unclear who the guy is, but what's clear is they're VERY thirsty ... judging from the 3 drinks at hand.

As we've reported ... Kourtney dumped Younes back in July amid rumors he cheated on her. The 25-year-old model has been adjusting back to a normal way of living, though he and Kourtney have been spotted together once since their split. But, that meeting was all about closure.

Lisa Vanderpump has totally disconnected herself from the rest of the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' cast and her costars are ticked off ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources tell us Lisa is making almost zero effort to interact with the rest of the women on the show -- on camera and off. They're currently shooting season 9, but we're told other cast members are getting frustrated with Lisa's isolation ... and it's approaching boiling point.

Erika Jayne went off on Lisa this week, publicly calling her out in an interview for blowing off a photo shoot with the rest of the cast.

We're told the recent story about Dorit Kemsley giving away a dog she'd adopted from Lisa might be the source of the tensions. Remember, Lisa told us the Dorit story was false, and assured us there's no beef between them.

However, it's clear there's an unresolved issue with the other 'Housewives' -- but we're told no one's saying exactly what it is. At least for now.

12:50 PM PT -- We've obtained more docs detailing the alleged incident. The report states Ravenel allegedly grabbed the victim's hand and placed it on his penis. While Thomas allegedly tried to remove her clothing, the victim's shirt got wrapped around her neck, causing her to struggle to breathe.

The docs state Ravenel pulled the victim's pants down and said, "Show me your pu**y," while he allegedly began to grab her genitals. The woman was able to escape and she immediately told her sister and then ex-husband of the assault. Photos were taken of her injuries.

Ravenel has been released on a $20k personal recognizance bond, but had to surrender his passport, cannot leave the state, and a no contact order is in place for the alleged victim.

10:34 AM PT -- According to a police report -- obtained by TMZ -- the arrest comes on the heels of an accusation made by a woman in May who told cops Ravenel forcibly raped her at his home in 2015.

An article published by People in May stated the woman worked as a nanny for Ravenel. She says Thomas was out with friends and when he returned home he cornered her in a bedroom, undressed himself and proceeded to remove her clothing. The report did not detail much more than that.

"Southern Charm" star Thomas Ravenel has been arrested for assault and battery in South Carolina.

Ravenel was booked Tuesday morning in Charleston County and is currently being held without bond. The 56-year-old's listed charge is for assault and battery in the 2nd degree.

Ravenel -- who was South Carolina's state treasurer in 2007 -- resigned from the position after he was indicted on federal cocaine distribution charges.

He left the Bravo show earlier this year after multiple women came forward and accused Ravenel of sexual assault. In leaving the show, he said, "I'm not doing the show anymore. In the contract they have the right to fictionalize your story. They took advantage of me. I decided I've got too much to lose and informed them I'm not coming back."

It's currently unclear what led to Tuesday's arrest.

The man who confessed to killing former "Bridalplasty" contestant Lisa Marie Naegle was found guilty of 1st-degree murder.

According to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office, a jury of 12 returned its verdict Monday, convicting Jackie Jerome Rogers after a nearly two-week trial. The verdict comes nearly 2 years after Lisa went missing following a date with Rogers.

He's facing up to life in prison and will be sentenced at the end of October.

Lisa's family caught Rogers in a lie when he told police he'd dropped Lisa off at a bar early in the morning. But, surveillance footage showed her getting into his SUV around 2 AM. Rogers eventually confessed to killing her and told police she was buried in his Inglewood backyard.

Naegle was on the E! reality show back in 2010. She was a nurse, and Rogers was one of her students.

Holly Madison is about to be on the market ... her husband, Pasquale Rotella, has filed for divorce from the former Playboy model.

Holly and Pasquale got hitched in 2013, and they have 2 kids together, daughter Rainbow Aurora and son Forest. The couple decided to end their union after their romance was said to have fizzled out.

According to the divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Pasquale filed on August 31 in Vegas.

Rotella posted a statement Tuesday, saying, "It is with love in our hearts and a deep respect for one another that Holly and I have amicably made the decision to separate. First and foremost, we are forever partners and parents to two beautiful children, and are fully committed to raising them in an environment filled with love and positivity."

Holly famously dated Hugh Hefner and was one of the stars of the TV show, "The Girls Next Door."

Holly and Pasquale got married at Disneyland ... but their marriage won't have a storybook ending.

When Tamar Braxton's mother heard the news her daughter was molested as a child -- she felt disappointed and hurt, but she's also ready to fight for justice.

We got Evelyn Braxton Monday at LAX ... and she told us the most devastating part of the whole tragedy is coping with the fact that her daughter was violated by a family member.

Evelyn doesn't know which family member molested her daughter ... she's going to let Tamar decide the best way to tell her story ... and she will stand by her side.

We broke the story ... Tamar made the revelation earlier this month during a taping of Wendy Williams ... telling the talk show host she was molested as a child by members of both sides of her fam.

Towanda Braxton tells us her sister showed incredible strength ... adding Tamar has the right to speak her truth.

"We don't [talk anymore]," Nikki says.

Remember, John proposed to Nikki at WrestleMania 33 back in 2017 after years of dating -- but Nikki called it off in April. Cena tried like hell to get her back -- even making public pleas on national television -- but he couldn't pull off the comeback.

Now ... Nikki says she's 100% single -- but isn't ready for another man yet.

"I am single, but I'm not ready for mingling yet," Nikki said. "You know? I don't know."

Nikki says she's focusing on finding personal happiness before she jumps back in the dating pool ... and her sister is all for it.

"You gotta find yourself first," Brie Bella said.

One of the sticking points with Cena is the fact Nikki wanted kids -- and he didn't.

After she dumped him, John changed his tune and said he'd be open to it now ... but Nikki wasn't buyin' it.

Kylie Jenner's fam has zero beef with her ex-bf, Tyga ... or so it seems after he had a pretty touchy-feely reunion with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.

The chance encounter went down Sunday night at Beyoncé and Jay-Z's concert at the Rose Bowl. Kim looked surprised, but happy to see Tyga. Ditto for Kylie's mom.

The happy moment is a little surprising because it's not like Kylie and Tyga had a smooth split. After several breakups and makeups, they parted ways for the final time about 18 months ago. A couple months later she got with Travis Scott and got pregnant ... while Tyga banged Kylie look-alikes.

We don't know if Kylie'd be smiling this much if she were there, but her mom and sis definitely chose peace and love or piss and vinegar -- at least to his face.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson showed solidarity Friday night by clasping hands at a birthday party.

Khloe and Tristan showed up with Kourtney for the 21st birthday bash of Kylie Jenner's best friend, Jordyn Woods.

There were stories out this week about Tristan hanging out without Khloe at a Hollywood nightclub until the wee hours of the morning. There were some reports he was hangin' with a couple of pretty brunettes, but our sources say there was barely any interaction.

Cardi B's gonna have to share the spotlight ... but she probably won't mind, 'cause it's with her sister.

Hennessy Carolina just hit the runway at a SUPER big fashion show -- the Philipp Plein Show at Milan Fashion Week. If you're out of the fashion loop ... Philipp Plein's a famous German designer who also has a stake in popular clothing brand Billionaire Couture.

Hennessy -- who has appeared on "Love & Hip Hop" with Cardi -- has done some shows here and there, but this is the first time she's gotten a chance to walk the runway in a massively important show.

Also at the show were Tekashi69 and Chris Brown. They were there to perform. But, no doubt the show belonged to Hennessy. Congrats!!

2:35 PM PT -- We've obtained video of Ketterer in custody outside of the hotel he was arrested at talking with an officer.

Michael Ketterer -- who finished in 5th place on this season's "America's Got Talent" -- has been arrested for felony domestic violence.

Ketterer was taken into custody Thursday afternoon by the LAPD in Hollywood. Law enforcement sources tell us ... he got into a fight with his wife, and when cops showed up they noticed she had a visible red mark.

We're told he was cuffed and booked for a felony because of the injury. Ketterer was released after posting $50k bail.

Michael tells us ... the arrest was a big "misunderstanding." He admits he and his wife got into an argument in their hotel room and cops were called, but she told them she didn't want to press charges. Ketterer says they arrested him anyway, telling him the law's the law.

Law enforcement sources tell us, the case will be downgraded to a misdemeanor because the injury was so minor. We're told the case will be referred to the L.A. City Attorney.

The 5th place finisher on season 13 of 'AGT' made headlines when Simon Cowell hit the Golden Buzzer during his audition, which advanced him right to the live shows. He later moved Cowell to tears during his quarterfinals performance ... after revealing his wife and daughter almost died during childbirth.

Kylie Jenner brought the glamour and her BFF Jordyn Woods brought the glitz -- and together, the dynamic duo painted the town.

The ladies were all dolled up to get a head start on Jordyn's birthday celebration. She turns 21 Sunday but kicked things off Thursday with dinner at Petite in L.A. ... before heading off to Poppy.

Kylie turned 21 over a month ago and clearly couldn't contain herself at the thought of her BFF coming THIS close to legal drinking age. They capped off their dinner with a small chocolate cake and giant sparkling candle. Nope, no cereal ... with or without milk.

Bottle service was flowin' later that night -- at least for Kylie, who held up a giant poster with Jordyn's face on it.

They're obviously tight. Remember, Jordyn was front and center in Kylie's birth announcement and they're nearly inseparable -- except for that one time Jordyn flaunted the goods down in Mexico.

Emily Fernandez -- aka Right Cheek, half of the rap duo from "Little Women: Dallas" -- is having a baby boy ... and soon!!

Sources close to Emily tell TMZ ... she's 8 months along in her pregnancy, and she's extremely happy and excited. You may recall, Fernandez tragically lost her infant son, JJ, in August 2016 at the age of 3 months ... and had been trying to get pregnant again.

As for the baby daddy ... it's Lontel, Emily's boyfriend from Season 2, and JJ's father as well. The 2 broke up last year over issues with her trying to have another child, and we're told they've had an on-and-off relationship since. She's no longer dating Dallas rapper, Dreadz 448.

We're told Emily and Lontel aren't currently together, but he still plans to be involved in their second son's life.

Our sources say Fernandez used IVF to conceive and choose the gender, but it's unclear if her baby will be a little person or not. That's unknown until birth ... which is quickly approaching.

9/24 -- According to the judgment, obtained by TMZ, David will pay Carlton $11k in spousal support. She gets to keep the 2017 Maserati and he keeps the 2016 Cadillac Escalade.

They'll share joint custody of their 3 kids. The kids will stay in the same house while David and Carlton will rotate who stays in the house depending on their period of custody.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum Carlton Gebbia is officially single -- her divorce from David Gebbia is now final ... TMZ has learned.

The judge signed off on the divorce settlement Thursday, according to docs obtained by TMZ. David filed in November 2017 -- citing irreconcilable differences -- but they'd separated nearly a year before that.

Carlton and David got married back in September 1997 and have 3 children -- 2 teenage daughters and a 6-year-old son.
