Zachary Quinto Spacey's Coming Out Is 'Deeply Sad and Troubling'

Kevin Spacey is taking more heat from the LGBT community -- now, Zachary Quinto is teeing off on his coming out, calling it "deeply sad and troubling."

The 'Star Trek' star says Spacey's announcement he's gay was nothing but a "calculated manipulation to deflect attention from the very serious accusation" ... that he attempted to molest then-14-year-old actor Anthony Rapp.

As we reported ... Spacey came out in his apology statement to Rapp, in which he also claimed he didn't remember the alleged incident.

Quinto ain't buying that. He added, "i am sorry that kevin only saw fit to acknowledge his truth when he thought it would serve him - just as his denial served him for so many years."

Rosie O'Donnell has ripped Spacey, and so has Billy Eichner.

Attorney Lisa Bloom Deeply Involved in Investigating Harvey Weinstein's Alleged Victims

Lisa Bloom -- who said she resigned from representing Harvey Weinstein after learning of his sexual misdeeds -- was deeply involved in investigating various female accusers to discredit them ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.

We've learned Bloom actively investigated Rose McGowan back in July ... months before she left the case. We're told she had combed through private investigator's reports and discussed the findings with Harvey Weinstein and others.

We also learned Bloom investigated compromising information to use against another alleged victim, Ambra Battilana Gutierrez, specifically documents from Italy. We're told the endgame here was to kill a story. Gutierrez was mentioned in The New Yorker article.

We're told Bloom was also involved in lobbying the New York Times and NBC to back off their stories on Weinstein.

Our sources say Bloom had been extremely active in honing in on the alleged victims as early as April ... pouring over non-disclosure agreements and reviewing investigative reports prepared on at least one rape accuser.

Our sources say Bloom was also involved in efforts to secretly record at least one sexual assault victim.

We're told Bloom's involvement in the Weinstein sexual assault/harassment matters go back as far as January 2017.

When Bloom left the case she told the LA Times, "I was never aware that there were allegations of sexual assault. Should I have? Yes."

Bloom declined comment. We're told The Weinstein Company threatened her with legal action if she speaks further on the case and about her representation, on grounds it would violate the attorney-client privilege.

Harvey Weinstein Sues The Weinstein Co. No 'Unjustified Legal Settlements' On My Watch!!!

Harvey Weinstein just took a dramatic step to defend himself and the company he founded ... by suing the company he founded.

Weinstein just filed a lawsuit against The Weinstein Co. in an effort to access records he can use to defend himself and the company against potential liability from women who have sued TWC for allegedly enabling Harvey's predatory behavior.

In the suit, Harvey says he wants all emails sent to and from his account and his complete employment file. He says he also wants these docs to help prevent the company from being forced to pay out "unjustified settlements," claiming he's "in a unique position to offer insight, and further explain and contextualize his emails."

As one of the largest TWC shareholders, Harvey claims money that's paid out in settlements essentially comes out of his pocket. TMZ broke the story ... actress Dominique Huett sued TWC claiming the company had knowledge of past behavior.

Angie Harmon Dodged Harvey Weinstein Bullet Thanks to His Rude Ass!!!

PHEW!
TMZ.com

Angie Harmon never got along with Harvey Weinstein ... and she thanks her lucky stars for that.

We got Angie going to Craig's in WeHo Wednesday night and asked her for her take on Weinstein's 50-plus list of women -- including Ashley Judd, Angelina Jolie and Gwyneth Paltrow -- who have alleged sexual harassment, assault or rape.

Angie's now breathing a huge sigh of relief because it turns out Weinstein was never nice to her ... which probably explains why she may have never been his target.

Weinstein Accuser Dominique Huett We Think Weinstein Co. 'Knew A Lot' Details Suit in Presser

WE'RE FIGHTING THE SYSTEM
TMZ.com

One of Harvey Weinstein's new accusers told the press she's suing The Weinstein Co. because she and her legal team believe they knew about his behavior for years.

Actress Dominique Huett addressed the media Wednesday with her attorney, Jeff Herman, in L.A. where she briefly described an alleged incident in 2010 in which Harvey forced oral sex on her ... sparing the salacious details.

WHY I'M DOING THIS
TMZ.com

We got Dominique and Jeff before the presser, where they explained why they were gunning for the company ... and he says they both believe board members knew about this behavior for decades, and enabled him behind the scenes.

During the presser, Jeff said he was very interested in taking Harvey's brother Bob Weinstein's deposition, as well as other TWC employees to see exactly who knew what and when. He also indicated that Harvey's work contract that allowed for sexual harassment could be a smoking gun in their case.

Jeff and Dominique believe facilitating Harvey's alleged sexual harassment and assault was part of the company culture ... and they're implying they'll be seeking millions in damages through their lawsuit.

Harvey Weinstein New Accuser Alleges Rape

I WAS FORCED
TMZ.com

Harvey Weinstein allegedly raped an actress and proposed a threesome ... so says the latest woman to accuse the ex-movie mogul.

Natassia Malthe dropped the bombshell Wednesday in NYC with her attorney, Gloria Allred, when she alleged Harvey, back in February 2010, raped her without a condom at her hotel in London. She claimes Harvey also masturbated after the alleged rape.

Natassia -- who Allred said has over 50 film credits -- said she laid still during the London alleged sexual assault and "played dead." She says days later Harvey lured her to the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills to discuss a movie role.

Natassia says she walked in and another woman was there who took off her clothes and, while the woman gave Harvey oral sex, he requested a threesome. Natassia refused and she said Harvey called her an "ungrateful c***."

Allred also said she had a meeting scheduled with The Weinstein Co. Board of Directors set for Wednesday to discuss a victims fund. Allred said the board offered its lawyers instead, but Allred declined.

Cate Blanchett Just Because We Dress Sexy Doesn't Mean We Want to F*** You!

Cate Blanchett took a not-so-subtle jab at Harvey Weinstein and other sexual harassers by pointing out women who wear sexy clothes don't necessarily want to have sex -- but in much fewer words.

Cate was speaking at the InStyle Awards Monday night in L.A., and although she never said Weinstein's name -- the message was clear when she started talking about women's fashion choices.

Cindy Crawford, Selena Gomez, Zendaya and Brie Larson were all in the crowd when Cate unloaded with her awesomely blunt declaration: don't assume we're dressing up for you, and, most importantly, don't touch!

But again ... she said it better.

Khalid Keep Your Hands Off Mine & Harry Styles' Junk!

TOUCHY SUBJECT
TMZ.com

Warning to Khalid fans: don't go grabbin' the R&B star's junk if you're ever in the front row at one of his concerts, because he thinks it's hella disrespectful.

We got Khalid at LAX Monday and asked him what he thought about a fan copping a feel of Harry Styles' privates mid-performance over the weekend.

Khalid thinks the fan crossed the line since being a pop star and getting felt up onstage don't go hand in hand ... at least not anymore.

Khalid says he doesn't mind getting touchy-feely with fans but dude's got his boundaries.

Janet Jackson NOT Banned from Super Bowl Halftime ... NFL Says

Well, this is interesting ...

If Justin Timberlake wants Janet Jackson in his halftime show, he can have Janet Jackson ... because there is NO official ban barring her from performing at Super Bowl 52, TMZ Sports has learned.

After the nipplegate incident in 2004, Janet was seemingly blackballed by the NFL -- she hasn't worked with the league since.

Now, with JT getting the SB52 halftime show, it's clearly water under the bridge when it comes to his relationship with the NFL. But what about Janet?

We reached out to the league and we're told straight-up, "There’s no ban."

So, does this mean Timberlake will bring Janet on as a special guest?

An NFL spokesperson tells us, "We are not going to comment on any speculation regarding potential guests. There may be no guests. Along with Pepsi, we’re excited to have Justin Timberlake."

That's not exactly a "no" ...

Fingers crossed!

Rick Pitino FBI's Fall Guy ... Says Ex-Louisville Star

HE'S A TARGET
TMZSports.com

Former Louisville basketball star Kevin Ware is standing up for Rick Pitino amid his suspected involvement in the NCAA recruiting sting ... saying his ex-coach is being unfairly fingered by the feds.

"What are you doing a full FBI investigation on? ... That don't make a lot of sense to me unless you were already digging, trying to make Rick to be that culprit and take that fall," Ware told TMZ Sports.

Kevin says he didn't notice anything fishy when he was playing for the Cardinals from 2011-2014 ... including any sign of Katina Powell -- the escort whose prostitution scandal rocked the university last year.

Ware told us he's got nothing but respect for the man Pitino is off the court ... calling him "a very loving and caring person."

But even Kevin can see Coach P's days in college hoops are done -- which he says is for the best.

Ware also weighed in on Gordon Hayward's gruesome injury since he suffered a brutal leg-break while he was at Louisville ... telling us why the NBA superstar should be A-OK.

Harvey Weinstein Completes 1-Week Outpatient Program Psychologist Says, 'He Took it Seriously'

5:43 PM PT -- A Weinstein rep just called to say the plan has now changed. Weinstein will stay in Arizona for another month or so because he doesn't want excessive distractions and wants to continue working with his doctors. The outpatient program which Weinstein entered still ends Saturday.

Harvey Weinstein is leaving Arizona Saturday after completing a one-week program treating various psychological issues, and Weinstein's psychologist tells TMZ the fallen mogul took it seriously.

Weinstein gave his treating psychologist permission to speak with TMZ. The psychologist asked us not to use his name, but he was a key member of the team treating Weinstein.

The psychologist says Weinstin's program lasted 1 week, and involved "intensive therapy" on an outpatient basis.

The psychologist says he helped Weinstein focus on "dealing with his anger, his attitude toward others, boundary work and the beginnings of work on empathy." He says Weinstein was "invested in the program."

He disputes reports that Weinstein didn't take his sessions seriously and that he ranted that there was a conspiracy to get him. The psychologist says Weinstein "was able to focus on his therapy despite a ton of distractions," adding, "He showed up for all the meetings and was fully engaged."

We're told Weinstein had only one group session at the beginning of his treatment but doctors quickly decided there were confidentiality concerns, so every other session was individual and private.

As for reports that Weinstein was angry, the psychologist says there was anger that manifested itself, but other patients at the facility wouldn't have been privy to it so reports of Weinstein spinning out of control were "just not true."

The psychologist says, "There were things that triggered [Weinstein's] anger and our job was to help him recognize where it was coming from and how to control it. But he was not venting about some conspiracy to get him. It was an appropriate display of anger."

Weinstein will leave Arizona Saturday and begin "significant outpatient therapy" when he returns home.

As for whether he's made progress, the psychologist hedged, saying, "Time will tell."

Guillermo del Toro I Understand Why Quentin Didn't Blow Whistle on Weinstein

MORE CLUES
TMZ.com

Guillermo del Toro is a strong defender of Quentin Tarantino, saying he understands why Quentin didn't come forward years earlier to expose Harvey Weinstein.

We got the famed director Friday heading into The Palm in Bev Hills, and he said he gets it ... that Quentin had a relationship with Weinstein, and hindsight isn't reality in Hollywood or anywhere else.

Tarantino, who says he knew of several incidents of Weinstein sexually harassing women, has taken a lot of heat for not coming forward sooner. The reality is ... everyone in Hollywood knows this was talked about for years and years -- for cryin' out loud, multiple jokes were made on TV and even at a televised Oscar ceremony. At least Tarantino's being honest.

As for del Toro, he explains why he would never work for Weinstein ... something he's felt for decades.

Harvey Weinstein Rape Accuser LAPD Concerned She's Already Courted Media

Harvey Weinstein's rape accuser already has the LAPD worried, because she orchestrated an interview with a newspaper immediately after going to the cops with her story.

Sources familiar with the investigation tell us, detectives think the almost contemporaneous move to talk to the police and the L.A. Times will make jurors suspicious. Cops say they've routinely had problems with prosecutors when alleged victims go to the media. These cases are hard to prove because they're almost always he said/she said, and when motivation becomes an issue it's problematic.

The detectives are also very concerned she came armed with a civil lawyer, David Ring, who's holding a news conference today to "share more information about the case."

On the other side, the woman says she told her priest and her nanny about the alleged rape. If the disclosures were made on the heels of the alleged rape, it's powerful evidence to support a prosecution.

The woman -- an Italian model/actress -- claims Weinstein raped her in a Beverly Hills hotel in 2013.

BTW ... we'll be livestreaming the news conference at 1 PM PT.

Kevin Hart's Sex Tape Partner He's Cashing in On Scandal While I'm Still Getting Screwed!

Kevin Hart is turning his sex tape scandal into a big joke that will ultimately make him richer, but his partner on the tape isn't laughing ... TMZ has learned.

In the new promo for Kevin's upcoming "Irresponsible" comedy tour, he openly takes shots at himself for getting caught in bad situations -- such as the Las Vegas hotel room sex tape with Montia Sabbag.

The spot, which started airing this week, is a slap in Montia's face ... according to her attorney, Lisa Bloom. She says both she and Montia find Kevin using the scandal "very distasteful" because Montia's enduring social media hacks, death threats and slut-shaming.

INSIDE JOKES

Bloom says, "This stuff takes a toll mentally and physically, and now with this tour it's like this whole thing was a joke."

She adds Montia will continue working with cops tracking down the extortionists.

Nick Cannon Hey, Kids ... Stay the Hell Away from Hollywood!!!

HIDE YA KIDS!
TMZ.com

Nick Cannon's advice to parents looking to get their child actors into Hollywood? Don't.

We got Nick out at LAX Wednesday and wanted to get his take on whether kids are safe in the industry following Reese Witherspoon's revelation she was sexually assaulted by a director as a 16-year-old. She confessed the harrowing experience amid Harvey Weinstein's continuing fallout.

Nick -- himself a kid actor, performer and teenage star -- had zero hesitation about where he stands: kids shouldn't be working ... especially in Hollywood.

Harvey Weinstein I'm Gonna Keep Making Movies With Or Without You, Bro

Harvey Weinstein is not giving up -- not even close -- he vows he'll continue making movies, whether it's with The Weinstein Co. or someplace else.

Weinstein's showdown with TWC is set for Tuesday morning in NYC, where he will make his case by speakerphone that he was illegally fired and has a right to retake the reins. His lawyer, Patty Glaser, will be in the Board of Directors meeting to make the case.

Our Weinstein sources say he knows he's "momentarily toxic" but thinks with a little time, writers and actors will seek him out again because of his track record. He believes -- and probably rightly so -- that TWC exists because of him. He believes he can go back and produce movies, or he can just as easily do it somewhere else.

As one source put it, "Harvey's like Judge Judy. She can do her show for CBS, but if she wanted to go to NBC she can do it because it's all about her."

Harvey may not be able to make his case Tuesday. There are rumblings the Board may fire Weinstein as the first order of business, then disconnect the speakerphone and throw Patty Glaser out of the meeting. If that happens, our Weinstein sources say they will 100% go either to arbitration or court.
