Bruce Jenner was his old self Wednesday night, motivating college students with a pep talk about achieving your goals.

Bruce -- a very successful motivational speaker -- had the crowd at Mercyhurst University eating out of his hand. And speaking of his hand ... check out the wedding ring.

Also check out what Bruce is wearing. His hair is pulled back into his signature ponytail and he's wearing a traditional suit.

Bruce spent a good chunk of the hour talking about his 1976 Olympic victory ... a frequent topic of conversation for him.

We got a short clip of the speech. During another part he told the Erie, PA crowd, "Steal, lie, cheat and gamble ... but in a good way" ... and then went on to explain what he meant.

There seems to be a conflict in the Sheriff's Dept. A Dept. rep told us earlier the officers were on duty, but we just got a call from the Capt. at the West Hollywood station who says the deputies were all off duty and hired by a production company.

Kim Kardashian and Ciara got as much law enforcement attention as Rodney King on Wednesday ... as they shopped for baby clothes.

Kim and Ciara were leaving Bel Bambini ... a high-end baby store on Robertson in L.A. -- as 5 (FIVE) L.A. County Sheriff's deputies flanked them as they made their way to their cars.

So the question -- What the hell? We called the Sheriff's department and they said they had no answer.

Bruce Jenner is NOT changing his identity ... he's just going through a mid-life crisis and is addicted to plastic surgery -- this according to sources close to the Kardashian family and Jenner sons.

Family sources say the klan does not buy what increasingly looks like gender reassignment. They say Bruce is changing his look because of his "Michael Jackson-like obsession with plastic surgery."

They say he is struggling to re-gain his youth. They point to the fact that he's moved to Malibu, grown his hair long and had a ponytail for a long time, drives a Harley, and has changed his nose and neck.

We're told the family has actually counseled him against all the surgery, saying he was a good looking man to begin with, but he wouldn't listen.

They also echo the story TMZ posted Tuesday -- that Bruce is "super manly," the family saying, "He loves sports, helicopters and cars."

It's interesting ... because we also know that when Bruce golfs at the Sherwood Country Club he constantly talks about the '76 Olympics where he won gold. It's also when he was young and great looking, which kind of supports the family's position.

Khloe Kardashian and Game are really great friends ... which totally explains why her ass had a great time twerking all over his junk in a nightclub.

However, it does NOT explain why her mom was watching it all go down! Ewww ...

Bruce Jenner is changing his look in an arguably radical way, but day-to-day Bruce is a man's man.

At the time of this post, Bruce is having lunch in the men's only dining room at the Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks. He's a fixture at the club, golfing almost every day -- typically wearing khakis and golf shirts.

People at the club tell us ... Bruce -- who is one of the best golfers there -- talks about sports all the time. He regularly recounts his glory days at the '76 Olympics. And he loves talking about helicopters.

Bruce is very outgoing, helping people out -- especially kids -- giving them pointers.

It's a pretty sharp contrast -- Bruce's physical appearance and his masculine personality.

Let's be blunt ... like Khloe Kardashian.

Khloe appears to have been blazin' at Tru nightclub -- where she partied Monday night with The Game and mom Kris Jenner.

Khloe was twerking up a sweat and apparently needed something to calm down ... at least that's the way it seems.

We've reached out to Tru ... for a reaction. So far, no response.

One thing's undeniable ... Khloe's smokin'.

Khloe Kardashian gave Game an assful last night in Hollywood ... twerking hard on the rapper in the middle of a packed nightclub.

Khloe put on a clinic in Tru Nightclub with moves that screamed, "I'm single and ready to mingle" ... with Game's crotch.

While we've seen Game and Khloe kick it in clubs before ... we've NEVER seen them on the dance floor like this. They always deny they're together -- but there's no denying their genitals were together last night.

Khloe and Game had a chaperone -- Kris Jenner was also in the club -- but clearly they couldn't care less.

By the way ... Khloe, and her ass, look amazing. Big mistake, Lamar ... big mistake.

Bruce Jenner was out and about Monday near L.A. ... with a new, shaved Adam's Apple and a very popular woman's hair style.

Check out the pic ... Bruce got himself an ombre hair coloring where the color reverses the norm. It becomes lighter toward the ends. In other words, it goes from dark at the root to light at the end. It matches Khloe and Kylie's hairdos.

As for the Adam's Apple -- it looks pretty clean ... and smooth.

Bruce Jenner is going through some radical physical changes that could be fundamentally altering who he is ... yet he is telling his family NOTHING.

TMZ broke the story ... Bruce went to a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon and scheduled surgery for a laryngeal shave -- which smooths out the Adam's Apple. He told TMZ, "I just never liked my trachea. "He also wanted a smaller nose. Bruce cancelled with the Bev Hills doc and subsequently got the procedure somewhere else.

Bruce has gone through other changes as well, including growing out his hair and nails in a pronounced way. And he seems to be growing breasts.

Under the category -- the 800 pound elephant in the room -- Bruce is saying nothing to his family about the changes ... some of which are markers of gender reassignment.

Bruce told TMZ he's not becoming a woman, which means he's telling us more than he's telling his brood. We're told Kim is completely in the dark -- he says nothing to her. And she's not alone.

A well-placed source on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" tells TMZ .... no one on the show discusses the changes in Bruce ... and there are no plans to address them on the show.

Bruce Jenner's oldest son Burt Jenner went nuclear on the paparazzi Thursday ... berating them for screwing with his famous family. Problem is ... most of the photogs didn't know Burt from Adam.

Burt owns a dog sitting business. The paparazzi swarmed Burt's parking lot after getting wind of a big celeb who was inside a building across the street.

The non-famous Jenner was indignant, ordering the photogs -- not ours -- to skedaddle. Their response -- Who the hell are you?

That's all Burt needed to hear. He had his employees get in their car and block the photogs from leaving.

Everyone screamed, had a bad time ... and the video is awesome!

Kris Jenner won't be happy about this -- her youngest daughter's been hanging out inside Justin Bieber's famously drugged-out house ... and if that wasn't bad enough, she's even getting cozy with his bad news BFF Lil Za ... who was just charged with 3 FELONIES.

The photo was taken Sunday inside Bieber's kitchen -- where the singer's always kept a giant weed stash -- and it's clear ... Kylie is getting comfy with Za.

The other pics were taken earlier this week -- Za posted them on his Instagram ... referring to himself and Kylie as "best friends."

Probably a bad idea -- Za is 20 and Kylie's only 16 ... not to mention the fact that just last Friday, Za was charged with 3 felonies in connection with the police raid on Bieber's house a couple weeks ago.

As we reported, Za was arrested after the raid when police claim they found MDMA (ecstasy) and Oxycodone near him in the house. He's been charged with felony possession of controlled substances and another felony for breaking a jail phone.

Scott Disick claims he was taken for a ride by Mercedes Benz, which sold him an insanely expensive car that is as reliable as Lindsay Lohan on a movie set.

Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy has filed a lawsuit against the auto company, alleging the 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG he bought breaks down so much it's "virtually useless."

Disick says the only people who can admire the car are mechanics in the repair shop -- because that's mostly where it sits. And to add insult to injury ... the sticker price for a new one is $190K. He doesn't say how much he paid.

Disick claims MB has failed to make the car roadworthy after numerous attempts, so he wants his money back, plus expenses, plus anything else he can get for his troubles.

The man who stole Kim Kardashian's identity and tried to transfer thousands of dollars from her bank accounts has been sentenced to 3 1/2 years in federal prison ... TMZ has learned.

Luis Flores, Jr. gained access to Kim's personal information, including credit card and social security numbers and then changed some of her accounts to his personal accounts.

Flores also victimized Kris Jenner. Flores was able to get a total of $71K transferred from Jenner's account to his, but it's unclear how much he got from Kim.

Flores ordered replacement cards to his address, and that's how he was nabbed.

Kanye West will NOT be prosecuted for beating up a guy in the waiting room of a Beverely Hills chiropractor ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County D.A. has REJECTED the case. As for why ... the D.A. gave several reasons:

-- A civil compromise has been reached. TMZ broke the story, Kanye agreed to pay more than $250,000 to the 18-year-old.

-- The victim was not hurt. The D.A. says "No significant injuries were documented."

-- The victim became uncooperative after the civil compromise, and would not speak with prosecutors.

The conclusion of the D.A. ... "Prosecution is accordingly declined due to Victim unavailability."

The guy Kanye West beat up in the waiting room of a Beverly Hills chiropractor hit the jackpot ... scoring a settlement of MORE THAN $250,000 ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the negotiations tell us ... the young man who allegedly hurled racial epithets at Kim earlier this month has agreed to the civil settlement and now feels satisfied enough that he does NOT want to go forward with a criminal prosecution.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the D.A. has not decided whether to charge Kanye with battery. The reality is ... there's almost no chance of that happening. First, the D.A. now has an uncooperative victim. Second, the victim's alleged racial epithets will not sit well with the jury. And there are probably lots of Kanye fans in the jury pool.

We're told during the settlement negotiations the victim's demand soared to the upper 6 figures, so $250K is just a fraction.

We called Kanye's civil lawyer, Shawn Holley for comment ... but we got nothin'.

Khloe Kardashian's divorce isn't all bad -- TMZ has learned, she and Lamar Odom just dumped their massive marital mansion for a HUGE profit ... and now it's a "Big Bang Theory" star's problem.

As we first reported, Khloe and Lamar listed the 7-bedroom 8,000 sq. ft. Tarzana home last year for $4 million ... shortly before Khloe filed for divorce. They bought the house for $3.95 million in 2009.

Now, sources tell us, the home has sold for $5.49 million ... nearly $1.5 million more than the asking price. We're told Khloe's now looking for a new place near her mom in Hidden Hills.
