Here's the deal ... a fashion student recently posted a video on TikTok where she revealed a man punched her in the face while she walked down the street -- randomly and for no reason.

THEIR STORIES

In the clip, the student says she was just staring at her phone -- minding her own business -- when a dude came up and clocked her -- which she says her friends told her was becoming the norm for a lot of women all over the city.

Cash Cobain Rapper Behind TikTok 'Fisherrr' Craze Trading NYC Drill for Sexy Drill!!!

Not "Fo' Sho," It's "Fisherrr"
TMZ.com

TikTok is exploding with fans getting groovy to the #Reemski dance ... the hottest new bop set to Cash Cobain and Bay Swag's runaway hit track, "Fisherrr."

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Cash ahead of his upcoming Slizzy Fest next week, and he tells us a simple play on words saying "for sure" during a convo with Bay created the viral moment you see on TikTok today.

Cash tells us a Brooklyn cat by the name of Reem created the dance -- a smooth and graceful distorted twist of the body -- and the East Coast has been going crazy with the Reemski ever since!!!

Waiting for your permission to load TikTok Post.

They're calling their new movement "Sexy Drill" -- an upgrade on NYC's violent and rampant drill movement.

No disrespect to the current players, but Cash & co. say they want the world to party with girls -- not guns!!!

That's the sentiment Cash is bringing to Slizzy Fest, a partnership with The Smoker's Club and featuring Bay Swag, Dusty Locane, and promises to bring out plenty of special guests.

The party goes down on April 1 ... it's guaranteed that everyone will be hitting the Reemski!!!

Braxton Berrios I'm Happy With Alix Earle!!! ... 'We'll See' About Possible Engagement

Hearing Wedding Bells ???
TMZSports.com

Braxton Berrios and Alix Earle don't appear to be close to tying the knot anytime soon ... but the Dolphins wide receiver certainly ain't ruling out the possibility of future nuptials!!

We got the "it couple" out in Los Angeles this week ... and as they looked smitten walking through city streets -- we just had to ask Braxton if an engagement was on the horizon.

The football player laughed -- but when Earle jokingly prodded him to answer the question ... he didn't say no!!

Berrios then added that he and Earle are happy together ... and things are "going well."

Berrios and Earle have only been dating for around a year -- but the two have been inseparable since making things official.

Berrios has been seen in a myriad of her TikToks -- while the social media star has attended a few of his NFL games at Hard Rock Stadium.

In fact, they've grown so close, they each got matching pendants to memorialize their "Panda" nicknames back in February.

Waiting for your permission to load TikTok Post.

So, no Save The Dates have been sent out just yet ... but if the two keep continuing down this path -- it might be time to start checking mailboxes soon!

Ryan Garcia Breaks Down In TikTok Video ... Tearfully Thanks Fans

FEELIN' THE SPIRIT
TikTok / @kingrygarcia

Ryan Garcia just got super emotional on video ... crying as he tried to create a TikTok to thank his fans for their recent support.

The boxing star can be seen in the footage -- which was posted to his social media page on Monday -- listening to Hillsong UNITED's "Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)" ... before he suddenly starts to break down.

In the clip, Garcia tearfully explains that he's "been going through a lot lately," but his faith -- and the love from his supporters -- have helped him get through it.

Garcia noted he was torn up over the fact that despite trying to do good in his community -- some tried to muzzle him ... and even cancel his upcoming megafight with Devin Haney.

"I was trying to do something good, you know?" he said ... adding, "I love you guys. And I appreciate every one of you guys. And I love all you guys."

Garcia ended the vid by promising to address his fans again soon.

It's been a whirlwind couple of weeks for the 25-year-old ... especially when it comes to social media postings. Since announcing his April 20 tilt with Haney, he's shared bizarre messages and clips frequently on both his X and Instagram pages.

BACK ON THE GRAM

At one point following a series of unusual posts earlier this month, he actually vowed to no longer talk about anything but sports, boxing, and his fight with Haney.

Clearly, however, he's still making content ... although Haney's father and trainer, Bill, said on Tuesday he's sure Garcia is fine and the fight will go down as scheduled.

"No matter how many distractions, no matter the antics Ryan has displayed, I know the kid ain't crazy," Bill said.

"The crazy thing was signing up to fight Devin. We're gonna be ready."

James Charles Congress Too Focused on TikTok ... Bigger Problems to Fix!!!

Congress' potential TikTok ban isn't sitting right with some people ... especially influencers it's going to affect like James Charles -- who absolutely trashed the government.

The controversial social media star was at the 35th annual GLAAD Awards and -- while walking the red carpet -- he was asked about the potential TikTok ban that just passed through the House of Representatives.

Charles didn't mince words ... doing on an expletive-laden tirade that's sorta taking social media by storm at the moment where he laments the number of issues the U.S. is facing -- and makes it clear he doesn't think TikTok is one of them.

JC points out that the TikTok bill is relatively new to the discussion table ... whereas lots of other bills have languished in front of the governing body for years.

James says -- if nothing else -- that should show people Congress really can get things done ... but, only when it's something that truly benefits them.

Charles says this is exactly why people need to get out and vote ... especially important given that it's an election year, he says.

As we reported ... the bill calls upon ByteDance, TikTok's parent company, to sell off the social media platform or lose access to the American market anyway -- and it passed in a rare bipartisan landslide, moving to the Senate on the back of a 352 to 65 vote.

Anyhoo, Charles' reaction to the bill's passing is generating some buzz online ... and -- while most people agree he's in the right -- many of them are giving him kudos begrudgingly ... oftentimes making it clear they're not big fans of his.

Hey, sometimes ya gotta give it up when someone seems to be speaking for a whole generation.

TIKTOK BILL HOUSE VOTES TO BAN APP IN U.S.!!! Senate To Make Final Call

TikTok's dancing on thin ice in the U.S. ... with the House voting to ban the popular social media app -- unless its Beijing-based parent company ByteDance sells its stake, that is.

A vote went down Wednesday and it was a landslide -- 352 to 65 -- in favor of the ban ... a rare moment of bipartisan agreement, with 197 Republicans and 155 Democrats giving it the green light, citing the app's Chinese ownership as a major national security threat.

The House didn't waste any time with the legislation -- dubbed the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act -- but TikTok's future still hangs in the balance ... as it still has to make its way through the Senate, and then over to Joe Biden.

This current bill gives ByteDance a strict ultimatum -- either sell off TikTok and its other apps within six months or face the chop from U.S. app stores and other web-hosting services.

Lawmakers have long been sweating bullets over fears the Chinese government could force ByteDance into handing over the data of its whopping 170M American users -- even though TikTok has vehemently denied it's snooping on U.S. citizens.

Rep. Dan Crenshaw didn't pull any punches before the vote, saying ... "TikTok is owned by ByteDance. ByteDance is in China and when you're in China, you have to do whatever the Chinese Communist Party tells you what to do."

THE END OF TIKTOK?
TMZ.com

He added, "If they want you to spy for them, you will spy for them; that's how that works."

However, Liu Pengyu, spokesperson for the Chinese Embassy in Washington, is accusing the U.S. of running a smear campaign to bring down the China-based company -- adding in a statement the U.S "has not been able to give hard evidence to prove the so-called threats from TikTok to U.S. national security."

FWIW, Biden's promising to put pen to paper on the bill if it lands on his desk. Nonetheless, it's gonna be a nail-biter to see if this bill actually sticks, especially since TikTok's survived previous ban attempts. We're sure the influencers are shaking in their boots!

TIKTOK'S REESA TEESA Ex Says CAA Will Be Disappointed ... She Has No Talent!!!

The big shot Hollywood agents over at CAA are about to have buyer's remorse over their newest client in TikTok star Reesa Teesa ... at least according to the ex-husband.

Jerome McCoy -- dubbed "Legion" on Reesa's wildly popular 'Who TF Did I Marry?' video series -- tells TMZ ... Reesa does NOT have a career in Hollywood in front of her despite recently being signed to one of the biggest agencies out there.

The reason, according to him ... it's because he thinks she has no talent. Oof, brutal.

Reesa's ex also says she lacks the will to work hard for anything and has no discipline ... two key reasons he says led to their split in the first place.

CAA reportedly signed Reesa as a client this week, after her 'Who TF Did I Marry?' TikTok videos blew up ... the series reached 400 million impressions in just 3 weeks, which apparently caught the eye of the big-time Hollywood agency.

Waiting for your permission to load TikTok Post.

But, Jerome says the only thing Reesa's accomplished here is telling a compelling story ... and he thinks it's "horse crap that she might have a career" -- especially over something he considers a flat-out fabrication. Remember, her whole series details their relationship, which she characterized as full of lies.

Jerome -- who previously told us he's considering legal action against Reesa, as he claims she's smearing him in her videos -- doubles down here with us again ... saying it's disgusting she got quick fame from nothing but spinning a good yarn.

Reesa's ex also doesn't like the fact she added her CashApp to her TikTok account and is seemingly soliciting payments from fans ... he says the fame and fortune coming her way is BS, and that doesn't sit well with him.

Jerome's painted as the bad guy in the viral sensation that's raising Reesa's profile ... but he says the only thing he's guilty of is breaking up with a chick who had no ambition.

Clearly, CAA thinks otherwise ... but it will be interesting to see who gets the last laugh.

Travis Barker's Son Landon I Have Minor Tourette Syndrome ... Describes His Tics

FINALLY SPEAKING

Travis Barker's son, Landon, is opening up about his life with Tourette syndrome ... which nobody seemed to know about until now.

The 20-year-old influencer shared his health journey Monday -- this after a fan on TikTok speculated he may have the disorder. As Landon detailed in the video above ... he has a minor case of Tourette's -- which he says he was initially diagnosed with as a child.

Landon recalled first experiencing Tourette's back in preschool ... after a teacher accused him of rolling his eyes at her. Travis' son -- whom he shares with Shanna Moakler -- explained the eye-rolling was eventually diagnosed as a tic ... a symptom of the neurological condition.

He went on to describe his tics -- which also include jerking his head to the side and moving his jaw repeatedly -- stuff he'll do when he says he's nervous or anxious.

On why he decided to share his diagnosis now ... Landon said he just felt like sharing his truth -- and fans have since applauded him for his candor.

Landon has been opening up about his personal life quite a bit in recent weeks ... having previously confirmed his split from TikToker girlfriend Charli D'Amelio in February.

At the time ... Landon told fans that he and Charli split on good terms -- as they're taking time to focus on themselves.

Anyway ... interesting little tidbit about Landon here. Never would've guessed!

L.A. Clippers Teens Break into New Arena, Post Mayhem Vids ... Cops Search for Suspects

STADIUM SHANANIGANS
TikTok / @shawty_grandmaa

This is not the headline NBA Clippers owner Steve Ballmer envisioned when he sunk $2 billion into building a brand new state-of-the-art arena.

Cops are on the lookout for the 2 male teenagers who broke into the Intuit Dome -- which is still under construction in Inglewood, CA -- and ran around the place like they owned it ... shooting hoops, climbing on scaffolding and spraying fire extinguishers.

They pulled off the brazen caper last week, recording the whole thing ... and proudly posted it on TikTok, which is likely what will get them busted.

The video shows them climbing a construction crew's ladder at night to gain entry, and then strolling around the empty hallways and bleachers. When they found an unfinished basketball court, they decided to take a few shots.

They did all of this while showing their faces, and, as a result, Inglewood Mayor B has since identified the pair and their parents. Butts told ABC 7, "It will be very clear to these young men -- and to people who are TikTok followers -- that you have a moment of TikTok greatness followed by a little bit of misery. And so we don’t play around with these things.”

It's unclear if cops have made contact with the suspects yet, or what their punishment might be.

The Clippers started work on the dome in September 2021, and it's set to open in August ... and in addition to being the Clippers' new home court, it will be a concert venue. In fact, Usher is slated to be the first performer this summer.

Reesa Teesa de TikTok Ex estudia acciones legales... Por "Who TF Did I Marry"

Waiting for your permission to load TikTok Post.

TikTok's Reesa Teesa Ex Weighing Legal Action ... Over 'Who TF Did I Marry'

Reesa Teesa's ex is telling his side of a viral TikTok saga that's taken the internet by storm -- and while he's been painted one way, he's got a different story ... which might end in court.

Jerome McCoy -- who goes by "Legion" on Reesa's now-infamous 'Who TF Did I Marry?' video series, which is at least 50 parts deep at this point -- tells TMZ ... everything Reesa, whose real name is Teresa Johnson, declared about him in her lengthy video series is false.

While Reesa made many allegations against Legion -- including claims that he fibbed about his career, family and wealth, etc. -- he's hitting back with accusations of his own.

Legion claims he and Reesa were having trust issues at one point -- and goes on to claim she attempted to reconcile with him while allegedly threatening to "expose" him if he did not comply ... and he suggests him not budging is why this is all coming out.

Waiting for your permission to load TikTok Post.

It goes without saying ... Reesa's ex is feeling the backlash of the TikToks going viral and claims it's hurting his job in PR -- which he says he does for a hospital. Amid all this attention, Legion tells us he met with attorneys Monday at work to discuss taking legal action against Reesa -- on its face, it seems his company believes they mighta been damaged by her storytelling. Legion says he's supportive of any moves they might make.

Unclear if he's considering private counsel for himself at this point ... but he's certainly mulling his options right now. Bottom line ... Legion tells us the way he's been portrayed by Reesa is NOT who he is at all -- and he feels he's been wronged by the tale she's told.

There's no denying that Reesa's videos have been a huge hit online ... with one video garnering over 11 million views on TikTok. Reesa's account also boasts nearly 32M likes.

Actress Danielle Pinnock -- from the TV show 'Ghosts' -- has already pitched herself to play Reesa if the viral saga ever gets a small screen adaptation ... and something tells us this thing might just get made into a movie or show down the line. Indeed, it's that wild.

Knowing Hollywood ... someone is probably already working on the screenplay.
