The man court staff believed was Johnny Depp when he got married on the courthouse steps says even though he's a newlywed, he'd still do the dirty with the real Johnny's real fiance.

Erez Peretz, was back on the streets of Hollywood -- where he makes his living impersonating Johnny -- one day after exchanging vows with his wife.

Fake Johnny says his wife isn't the jealous type ... and even though we didn't see her, she sounds like a babe. She works nearby on Hollywood Blvd. as a fake Playboy bunny.

In Hollywood, boob don't have a corner on fake.

We just got off the phone with Debbie Rowe ... who stopped laughing long enough to tell us the story out that she's engaged is "ridiculous and not true."

E! just ran a story saying Rowe is engaged to former Michael Jackson confidante/former gay porn producer Marc Schaffel, noting the big ring on her finger.

Rowe -- who was married to Michael Jackson -- tells us they're "just friends" and have been friends for years but they are "absolutely, positively not engaged."

TMZ was flooded with emails and phone calls this morning tipping us off that Johnny Depp just married Amber Heard ... but now we know they were all fooled by a PHENOMENAL impersonator.

A guy who looks just like Jack Sparrow tied the knot yesterday at the Ventura County Courthouse. It was a real marriage ... not a hoax.

The guy was a DEAD RINGER for Depp (above) ... even dressed just like him. Everyone thought he was really Johnny ... and lots of Depp fans took pics with him.

Let's hope the wedding video comes out better than the "Pirates of the Caribbean" sequels.

Hayden Panettiere is going Hollywood -- Hollywood, Florida because she just sold her home in L.A.

Hayden recently bought a house in Nashville, where she's doing her show. As you know, she's engaged to boxing champ Wladimir Klitschko, who owns a penthouse in Hollywood, Fla, and she's spent a lot of time down there.

As for the L.A. home ... we've learned Hayden sold it for $3.075 MIL (thanks to celeb realtor Josh Altman). She bought it in 2008 for $2.635 MIL.

It's interesting ... For years Hayden was a fixture in L.A. ... frequently hitting the town. But now she's high profile in Nashville.

Los Angeles ... it used to be a thing.

George Clooney has met his match with what appears to be his new girlfriend ... and if he doesn't marry this one, it ain't happening, period.

George and Amal Alamuddin were leaving the ritzy Carlyle Hotel in NYC Tuesday night when a photog snapped this pic.

How to say ... this chick has credentials. She's a lawyer (schooled at Oxford and NYU School of Law) who specializes in international law and has represented WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. She is fluent in French and Arabic and co-wrote a book entitled, "The Law and Practice of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon."

So if George is looking for a babe -- check. lf he wants someone smart who can hold her own in a conversation -- check. If he wants someone who already has a career who isn't interested in becoming a star -- check.

Which brings us to the question ...

The guy who Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are suing for secretly videotaping their engagement is not only sneaky ... he's blind -- at least according to the judge.

Chad Hurley -- who co-founded YouTube -- claimed when he videotaped the proposal at AT&T Park in San Fran and later released it on his website MixBit ... he had no idea he had signed a confidentiality agreement.

The case was in court Tuesday -- Hurley was trying to get it dismissed -- but the judge scoffed at him, saying the entire document Hurley signed was 1 page and at the top the words CONFIDENTIALITY could not possibly be missed.

Kanye and Kim could score a huge payday, courtesy of their lawyer, Eric George ... because the judge said Hurley could be liable for fraud, which opens the door to punitive damages ... which theoretically could mean millions of dollars. Hurley has the money -- Google bought YouTube for $1.6 billion.

The motion to throw the case out was denied. So full steam ahead!

There's nothing like a common enemy to unite enemies .... just ask Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller

The ex spouses -- who have been at war for months, with hideous superlatives thrown back and forth -- are "friends again" ... thanks to newly-minted arch villain Denise Richards.

Charlie and Brooke hosted a party for Bob and Max Saturday, and by all appearances got along great.

Charlie Sheen threw the shindig at his house for their twins' 5th birthday ... and planned it with Brooke and fiancee Brett Rossi -- it was very wholesome ... bounce house and all.

As you may recall ... Sheen and Mueller have been in a legal tug of war royale over custody ... Charlie accusing Brooke of screwing up the kids by doing drugs while she was pregnant.

Charlie is on a tear now against Denise because he feels she's not giving him enough access to their girls. Brooke hates Denise ... possibly because she's threatened that Denise has been the go-to mother when Brooke went in and out of rehab.

One big happy family.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard threw an engagement party Friday night at an awesome, out-of-the-way venue ... that had Medieval touches.

It was miles away from Beverly Hills or Hollywood. The party was thrown at the Carondelt House near downtown L.A.

Lots of stars showed up, including Johnny's director Jerry Bruckheimer, Marilyn Manson, Rick Ruben and Ryan Adams.

Steven Tyler says neither Johnny nor Amber stole the show -- that honor went to Johnny's mom.

There was a ton of food, including lots of vegan selections, to accommodate Amber.

"Bachelor" star Juan Pablo has told Warner Bros. he won't do ANY post-season publicity for the show ... and for its part the studio is saying good riddance.

Sources connected with the show and the studio tell TMZ ... Juan Pablo outright refused to appear on "Good Morning America" Tuesday, and made it clear he was done with publicity of any sort for the show.

Our Warner Bros. sources say that's just fine with them, because they think he damages the "Bachelor" franchise because of his d-baggery.

And even GMA wasn't fighting to get Juan Pablo on the show.

As for the show itself ... we're told producers grew to HATE Juan Pablo, and it appears the feeling was mutual.

Stacy Keibler broke a basic rule of romance -- never marry the rebound guy.

Stacy -- who famously dated and broke up with George Clooney -- and new hubby Jared Pobre shocked their family and friends Saturday by getting married on a beach in Mexico during a surprise ceremony ... and -- get this -- they told People they'd been planning it for months.

Weird ... 'cause back in July '13 she told GMA marriage was the "last thing on her mind."

Terry Bradshaw had a serious decision to make recently -- do I really let a kicker marry my daughter???

Don't worry ... to the delight of Tennessee Titans star Rob Bironas, he said "Yes!"

In case you didn't put two and two together, Bironas is engaged to Terry's oldest daughter Rachel ... but before he popped the question, Rob went the traditional route and asked Terry for his blessing.

"I felt waiting a year before asking for his blessing was both respectful and good timing since I was in season," Rob says.

When he finally got the chance (early one morning at Terry's Oklahoma ranch) ... Rob says the 1-on-1 session with his future father-in-law couldn't have gone better.

Papa Brown was leaving dinner last night when we asked him about BK tying the knot with Nick Gordon -- Bobby immediately laughed and said, "No, she didn't get married."

Interesting ... since BK and Nick showed off their rings back in January and announced they're hitched.

Forget the Oscars, Scarlett Johansson has an even bigger award on the way ... she's preggers ... and we're told pretty far along.

Sources close to Scarlett and fiance Romain Dauriac tell TMZ, the "Her" actress is roughly 5 months pregnant.

The 29-year-old Johansson got engaged to Dauriac -- a French journalist -- last September, but Johansson's in no rush to get married.

You'll recall, Johansson was previously married to Ryan Reynolds ... they got divorced in 2011 after about 3 years of wedlock.

Former WWE Champ The Miz tied the knot this week in the Bahamas ... marrying his longtime girlfriend/former Diva Maryse Ouellet -- and it sounds like the whole event was pretty baller.

TMZ Sports obtained photos of their nuptials -- which took place Thursday at the One and Only Ocean Club -- where they said "I Do" in a garden overlooking the ocean and filled with 12th century ruins.

We're told a private party was held for the newlyweds afterward at the Atlantis resort ... and they were surrounded by giant aquariums filled with sea life.

WWE Superstar Zack Ryder was on hand for the special occasion (pictured below) ... as well as former WWE Diva Kelly Kelly.

Darius McCrary is not only Charlie Sheen's co-star on "Anger Management" ... he's his comrade in arms on the subject of prenups ... which he believes destroys marriages.

Darius was hilarious as he arrived at Carvin Guitar Shop in Hollywood. He has high hopes for Charlie's 4th trip down the isle and thinks Sheen is 100% right ... you can't mix business and marriage.

Charlie Sheen has no issues with getting married for the 4th time -- despite all the evidence that he should -- but he does have two major hangups.

It's all about his testicles -- and keeping them in working order for Brett Rossi. Lucky girl.
