Most people spend a fortune on wedding photogs, but Xzibit got his for free, courtesy of the police who took his mug shot after he got arrested for DUI immediately after his reception.

Xzibit tied the knot Saturday night near Laguna Beach, CA. He and his bride, Krista Joiner, partied hard at the St. Regis Monarch Beach. After getting pelted with rice early Sunday ... he left, presumably with her.

But the coitus got interrupted in Laguna, when cops pulled Xzibit over for speeding. He reeked of booze so cops cuffed him and took him to the station.

It's fitting ... Xzibit was associated with the group, The Alkaholiks.

If Snooki and new hubby Jionni LaValle left their wedding reception in a car with tin cans attached, it's a safe bet he didn't drive ... because we found he was on the heels of a drunk driving arrest.

Jionni spent the first weekday as a married man in court, where he copped a plea in his criminal case. He was arrested August 7 on Interstate 80 in Totowa, NJ at 3:30 AM after cops noticed him driving erratically.

Jionni pled guilty to DUI on Monday and had 2 other charges -- unsafe lane change and careless driving -- dismissed. His license was revoked for 3 months and he has to attend a drug and alcohol education class.

Snooki can relate ... she was arrested in 2010 for public drunkenness on the Jersey Shore.

Lindsay Lohan's old man got hitched Oct. 30th in a private ceremony at Hillsboro Beach in Florida. It was so private neither Lindsay nor Mike Jr. were invited ... or even told.

Here's the thing. When Lindsay finally did find out ... she didn't care.

We're told Michael's motivation was his soon-to-be-born child. This is #2 for Michael and Kate.

They've had a rough ride with multiple mutual arrests. Hopefully "till death do us part" comes naturally.

Pittsburgh Pirates superstar Andrew McCutchen is a MARRIED MAN ... one year after proposing to his girlfriend Maria Hanslovan on "Ellen" ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The two were married in a ceremony on November 22nd ... they reportedly picked the date because of Andrew's jersey number ... 22.

When he proposed, Andrew told Maria ... "I did this to show you that ... If I could tell the whole world how much I love you, I would do that."

Obviously, she said yes and this weekend ... they finally swapped "I dos."

And to prove it's official ... Maria already changed her last name on her Twitter account to McCutchen!!!

Charles Manson will be allowed to make out with his bride, but he will never get to second base ... according to prison honchos.

Officials from the California Dept. of Corrections tell TMZ ... Manson's upcoming prison wedding next month at Corcoran State Prison will be G-rated and Spartan. There's no time limit on the first kiss but prison officials will cut it off before it becomes foreplay.

We're told Manson will not be restrained during the ceremony but he won't be allowed physical contact with 26-year-old Afton Elaine Burton other than locking lips and holding hands during the ceremony. FYI ... the officials wouldn't say if tongue was fair game.

The murderer can't wear a tux -- he'll get hitched in Corcoran couture, but the bride can wear what she wants.

As we reported, the bride and groom can invite up to 10 guests who are not inmates, but they won't be feasting on salmon. The meal will be catered by the company that provides Cup-O-Noodles with the push of a button. The good news ... there are pastries in the vending machines.

And, as we told you, Manson will not get conjugal visits.

Charles Manson knows a thing or two about "till death do us part," so he's taking the marriage plunge.

The man convicted of slaughtering Sharon Tate and 6 others got a marriage license earlier this month. The 80-year-old murderer is marrying 26-year-old Afton Elaine Burton, who runs a Manson fan website.

Burton says the ceremony will go down next month behind prison walls. They can invite up to 10 free people.

There won't be any little Mansons running around ... he's not entitled to conjugal visits. Manson does have several grown children. Harvey interviewed one of his sons, back in his KCBS days.

Solange Knowles sure looked great at her New Orleans wedding, but some sort of severe food allergy made her break out in HIVES after the reception.

And just when ya think she can't catch a break -- her ole elevator mates, Beyoncé and Jay Z, show up to save the day!

According to our sources, Solange suffered some kind of food allergy, though she isn't sure what it was from. We're told the hives were gone in a matter of minutes.

Solange got hitched in New Orleans Sunday -- she married music video director Alan Ferguson.

Jay Z showed up to Solange's wedding Sunday in New Orleans breaking a cardinal rule ... but in this case there's an exception.

Hova and Beyonce arrived hours before the nuptials and Jay dressed to the nines in a fancy white tux.

Wearing white to someone else's wedding is normally frowned upon ... the whole upstaging the bride thing. But when you look at the photos it appears the ceremony has an all-white theme.

Seems Nick Young and Iggy Azalea are one step closer to the alter ... because they just bought a house together -- and Nick says they've started talking about marriage.

Nick just spilled his guts about his relationship with the rapper to DuJour Magazine ... saying, "Me and Iggy just bought a house. We’ve been getting really close lately. I’ve never been with somebody like this."

The couple has only been dating for about a year ... but when Nick was asked if the two have talked about getting married, he replied, "It’s come up a couple times."

Nick wouldn't say if they have a time-table on tying the knot -- but ya don't just buy a house with someone you don't plan on being with for a while.

Lady Gaga just gave a couple in England the most AWESOME engagement story ... by helping pull off a surprise marriage proposal during her concert.

Gaga called her friend Jay Lomax and his boyfriend Sean Martins out on stage Tuesday night in Manchester, England. Watch the video (around 1:17) ... Lomax gets down on one knee and pops the question.

Sean tells us he was completely shocked -- and it turns out the whole thing had been plotted for months by Gaga, Jay, and Jay's famous uncle ... photographer (and Gaga friend) Terry Richardson.

Martins says he only got suspicious when Lomax wouldn't let him drink too much at the concert ... and told him to take off his glasses before going out on stage.

Sean says his engagement ring is inscribed with the lyric, "We could belong together" ... from his and Jay's favorite Gaga song, "Artpop."

Martins says there's only one thing that could top the proposal -- having Cher perform at the wedding.

You can do a lot in one year with a porn star ... and Charlie Sheen ... enough so that the engagement is now off.

Charlie tells TMZ ... "Scotty and I had a great year together as we traveled the world and crossed a lot of things off our bucket list."

Sheen says it's more important right now for him to focus on his 5 kids ... and, we're guessing, keeping the peace with his exes.

TMZ broke the story ... Charlie got engaged to the ex-porn star last Valentine's Day in Hawaii ... Sheen called it true love.

But love stories don't always end with white picket fences. The good news -- no child support, no spousal support and he doesn't have to buy her a house.
