La persecución a baja velocidad se llevó a cabo el domingo por la noche. El conductor, alcanzando velocidades máximas de 19 MPH, supuestamente había robado el vehículo de un centro comercial cercano y es cuando la "persecución" se puso seria.

Hasta cuatro patrullas de policía perseguían el conductor que iba en toples y descalzo y con un cachorro en su regazo.

Después de múltiples intentos fallidos de los oficiales, condujo el carro en un estacionamiento y saltó con el perro en su brazo corriendo alrededor de un camión que estaba descargando.

Randolph White, sitting alongside his wife, Carrie, tells TMZ ... he could've been killed by the missing F-35 jet that practically crash-landed in his South Carolina backyard on Sunday -- calling it a real "near miss."

He thinks officials and the military should go through a thorough investigation and find out what the hell went wrong ... and he even wants whoever's to blame to be held responsible for the potentially fatal catastrophe.

As we reported, Randolph gained traction online for the hilarious way he described the fighter jet crashing nearby -- calling the sound it made something "between a screech and a whistle" before giving his own, wild impression.

BTW, Randolph gave us a new version of the sound ... and it's just as great.

Randolph tells us he's not all that interested in his internet fame, but Carrie and their kids sure are loving it! The guy admits he isn't used to his celeb status, but he'll take it.

FYI, 911 audio revealed the pilot ejected out of the aircraft and landed in someone's backyard ... apparently hurting his back. As you can imagine, the dispatcher was pretty confused about the rare call-in.

Humans are one step closer to figuring out the mysteries of the universe -- and it's all thanks to a NASA capsule that just got back with some space soil ... from a long way away!

The capsule was shot down from a larger mother ship spacecraft called OSIRIS-REx, which got launched into the sky a whole 7 years ago ... with the idea being that it'd travel billions of miles to reach a huge asteroid named Bennu, which while far ... it's still within reach for us.

NASA wanted to study debris from this asteroid, which is said to be very, very old. Scientists say the samples collected are going to help us understand more about our origins, not to mention other discoveries about our solar system and maybe even the galaxy at large.

It took a while, but the capsule finally touched down Sunday ... landing in a Utah desert, where NASA deployed helicopters as part of a recovery team. Seems they wanted to be extra careful with this thing -- even when they got back to the lab, it was hazmat suit galore.

As for what exactly the samples consist of ... it's mostly just rocks and dust, but considering it comes from an asteroid that likely traveled from a far distance, precaution is necessary.

While this is the first such asteroid mission for NASA, Japan's space agency has already beat us to it ... a couple different times, actually. Still, it's a major accomplishment for the U.S. -- and just another example of people venturing out into space more and more now.

A California deputy was recorded committing alleged police brutality, body-slamming a teenage girl and nearly knocking her unconscious.

Disturbing footage of the terrifying ordeal was posted on Instagram late Friday night after Victorville PD deputies were called to squash a fight at Victor Valley High School earlier in the evening.

The video opens just after the deputy has hoisted the 16-year-old girl into the air, and then you see him aggressively throw her to the ground. Like a rag doll, her body goes limp.

People rush over to help her, including the photog ... the girl seems completely out of it and barely conscious.

A rep for Victorville PD tells TMZ ... deputies tried to disperse the rowdy group by firing pepper balls at them, but it didn't work.

The crowd then converged on the deputies as the girl tried to seize the pepper ball launcher.

That's when "the deputy pulled the female away causing her to land on the ground," according to police. Yet, the video clearly contradicts the PD's statement.

The teen was taken to a local hospital for treatment, but the extent of her injuries and her condition were not disclosed.

Cops said they arrested a 16-year-old boy for punching a deputy in the face and later booked him into a juvenile hall due to his age.

The D.A. is currently reviewing the matter to determine if charges are warranted against the boy -- and the girl.

A woman said to be running a special needs dog rescue out of her Arizona home landed in jail after mounting allegations of animal abuse ... resulting in a major confiscation of pups.

April Mclaughlin was arrested Friday evening in Chandler, AZ following a search warrant that was executed at her house by local law enforcement ... which resulted in her being hauled away and booked on 55 counts of animal abuse, 55 counts of animal cruelty and a lone count of vulnerable adult abuse. All of this stems from what they found in this one home.

Multiple agencies were on the ground last night responding to the scene ... including the Arizona Humane Society, which assisted in removing dozens of canines from the property.

There were even hazmat teams deployed to deal with this -- as there was a reported foul odor emanating from the home that could be smelled from the street. Multiple bystanders watched as they removed dog after dog ... many of which were disabled and couldn't walk.

The bust follows weeks of claims from different animal rights orgs and other dog rescues in the area, as well as outside of the state ... with a key handful of women beating the drum on social media trying to raise awareness about what they alleged was going on here.

Essentially, they claimed this woman had gone around taking in special needs dogs from other dog rescues that didn't have the resources to accommodate them -- bringing them to a rescue called the Special Needs Animal Welfare League ... which these accusers allege is a total front, and that it simply existed as her own house as opposed to a legit facility.

Instead of providing them proper care, however ... these other orgs assert Mclaughlin treated them terribly -- allegedly removing the doggy wheelchairs of several of the pooches under her watch, and allegedly leaving them malnourished -- among other horrible conditions. Some of the court docs obtained by local outlets appear to back at least some of this up -- detailing what officers say they found inside, including several dead dogs in the freezer.

Here's another twist ... some outlets report that Mclaughlin had used multiple aliases to do what she's been alleged to have carried out. Obviously, unraveling this case will take time.

Unclear if AM's still in custody or not -- she's said to have been taken to Maricopa County Jail on $2,500 cash-only bond. Some reports have her on record as denying wrongdoing.

A woman appeared to be knocked unconscious after somebody threw a loose tire at her during an absolutely crazy fight between cops and citizens in Wales ... and it's on video.

This clip is pretty tough to watch considering the brutality shown. It depicts a decent-sized crowd of people straight up battling with a handful of police officers in the streets of Wrexham -- specifically, in the village of Rhosllanerchrugog.

You see cops trying to wrestle a man down in a residential neighborhood -- with a bunch of people (presumably neighbors) watching ... including tons of kids. Some of the adult bystanders actually appear to get in the mix. Safe to say, it's complete violent chaos.

Eventually, it looks like the police are actually surrounded by hostile citizens and they bust out their batons -- telling them to get back, threatening to swing on them. One officer even deploys his pepper spray as the other cops continue dealing with someone on the ground.

That's when a large bicycle tire gets hurled out of nowhere by someone out in the crowd. It appears to have been intended for one of the cops -- but it hits an innocent lady who's just standing there. She goes down immediately, losing all control of her body ... hitting the ground hard. People are freaking out, and another woman carrying a baby checks on her.

The clip cuts out after that -- so it's unclear what happens after. North Wales Police have since addressed this incident, which occurred Thursday. They say officers were deployed to respond to reports of public disorder, but they don't say what that was exactly.

A real-life monster tale unfolded in Florida Friday ... after a 14-foot alligator was found with a dead body in its mouth.

The super scary incident occurred yesterday afternoon in the city of Largo, where the hungry reptile was slithering around the neighborhood -- freaking out residents.

One local was on his way to a job interview when he spotted the creature biting down on what appeared to be a portion of a mannequin.

But then Jamarcus Bullard got a better look, believing it could be a human torso in the jaws of the alligator.

Bullard told Fox13 News he reported the grisly find to the fire department, which quickly responded and confirmed it was a human part.

Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies said additional remains from an unidentified adult were found nearby. No one else was injured.

Singapore Airlines is getting the gas face from a couple of pissed passengers who say a 4-legged traveler's flatulence blew them out ... all the way from Paris to Singapore.

Gill and Warren Press say they ended up seated next to a dog, and its owner, during the 13-hour trek back in June.

It's a cute enough dog to look at, but the Presses say the pooch bombed on them for the whole flight ... farting so badly, they eventually surrendered their premium seats, and moved back to economy.

The couple says the gas was only half the battle, because they also had to contend with the pup -- which looks like a bulldog mix -- loudly snorting.

They were determined to get something for their troubles, and told Insider they went through several months of negotiations with Singapore Airlines before getting a $1,410 refund.

The Presses say they plan to donate the money to a guide dog org in their native New Zealand.

As for their future travels, they'd just appreciate a heads-up if they're seated next to an animal. Gil says, "I expect to see a baby. I expect young children. But, I don't expect a dog."

Gotta wonder what Singapore Airlines would pay if it were a gassy human.

The viral golfer who ripped his shirt off and threatened to fight others is no longer welcome at the scene of his bizarre outburst ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The golfer has reportedly been identified as John Reeb, a middle-aged man from Ohio with an extensive criminal history.

We spoke with Heather Ryan, the general manager of Crooked Creek Golf Course in Ottawa Lake, MI, who tells us Reeb is permanently banned from the course due to the behavior he showed in the viral video.

We're told the people Reeb threatened reported him to Crooked Creek staff shortly after the incident ... Reeb was then asked to leave the course and told he couldn't ever come back.

Heather tells us Reeb has also been banned from Cherrywood Golf Club ... another course they own in Ottawa Lake.

Chrisean addressed the now-viral video showing her young son's head dangling around while she held him in a carrier at Walmart. Rock admits fault for not cradling his head properly, but says the woman who recorded her struggling with the baby could've offered assistance if she felt there was a problem.

Chrisean also called out Blueface -- who took a jab at Chrisean after the video went viral --claiming her calls to him went unanswered. Rock explained she was juggling the baby, dog and 2 full carts with only 2 hands. Chrisean says she was stretched to the limit.

Blue, for his part, says he wasn't ragging on Chrisean over the Walmart but says she's going to have to play the part of the adult when he's not around to save the day.

Cardi B spoke on manic days like this when we asked her the best advice for Chrisean's crash landing into motherhood, where she reminded her to save some free time for herself when the going gets tough and vice versa.

The 49ers didn't have many issues on the field on Thursday night, but their fans in the stands sure as hell did ... getting so mad at each other, they brawled right in their seats!!

The fracas happened at some point during San Francisco's blowout win over the Giants at Levi's Stadium ... when about half a dozen Niner supporters decided to beat the hell out of each other.

It's unclear what started it all -- but both women and men were involved.

You can see in video from the scene, as two ladies decked out in SF gear took swipes at each other ... a man wearing a Richard Sherman jersey grabbed one of the combatants by her hair and threw her several feet down some stairs.

The fight, though, continued ... and when another man jumped into the action, the guy in the Sherman jersey started throwing punches.

Meanwhile, another 49er fan hopped into the fray to land some kicks as well.
