You Might Want to Rethink

The honchos at CBS tell TMZ ... they were certainly OFFENDED by several racist and homophobic comments made by the current "Big Brother" houseguests ... but hey, that's live programming for ya.

The houseguests have been under fire from what appears to be the ENTIRE INTERNET over the following comments:

-- GinaMarie referred to welfare as “n**ger insurance”
-- Aaryn called gay contestant Andy a "queer."
-- Spencer referred to Andy as “Kermit the F**" ... and praised Hitler as a gifted speaker.

CBS has released a statement to TMZ ... saying, "We certainly find the statements made by several of the Houseguests on the live Internet feed to be offensive."

However, The Eye points out that 24/7 live programming can sometimes reveal some bad things about people ... saying, "At times, the Houseguests reveal prejudices and other beliefs that we do not condone."

Tanning Mom Patricia Krentcil has committed the cardinal sin of tan addicts -- stuffing her orange, leathery skin suit into a tube of fake UV light ... i.e. a TANNING BED!!!!

Our tanning sources tell us ... while in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida -- where she's staying for rehab (alcohol, not tanning) -- Patricia stopped by a Copper Tan USA to get her brown on ... despite vowing in the past​ to never fake tan again.

And get this ... we're told Patricia didn't buy just one session, she bought NINE. Here's the breakdown:

-- 8 sessions for $40 in a level-one bed (the lowest level of cancer light tanning avail)
-- 1 session for $32 in the strongest bed ... the "Celebrity Bed" ... which she USED the same day.

According to the receipt Patricia plunked down $113.10 (she also bought tanning lotion).

Busy week, with lots of alleged bigotry front and center -- from Alec Baldwin's Twitter rant, to Paula Deen's Titanic-like career plunge. So we gotta ask ...

Here's a good lesson: don't creep around Rihanna's roof ... or you'll find yourself in a buttload of trouble.

TMZ broke the story ... Rihanna obtained a restraining order against a man named Robert Melanson after he was captured skulking around her roof on June 17th.

In addition to being hit with a restraining order, Melanson was charged with criminal trespassing.

Now the buttload of trouble part -- Melanson pled no contest this week to the trespassing charge, and was subsequently sentenced to time served in jail (6 days), 3 years probation, $344 in fines, and one year of mental health treatment.

Kim Zolciak isn't trying to smoke out her fetus -- and instead claims the shots of her puffing a cigarette while pregnant were NOT shot yesterday ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Kim tell us, she has sent a cease and desist letter to the agency ... accusing them of purposely deceiving the public about 2 sets of photos they shot.

Kim is claiming the shots of her smoking were taken quite some time ago ... though she doesn't remember exactly when.

We're told Kim says she was actually photographed yesterday by the agency (above) -- while wearing black sweat pants -- but not smoking.

According to our sources, Kim feels the agency defamed her by creating a made-up scandal -- and she also claims the photog was trespassing when the smoking pics were taken.

Sources tell us the independent photog, who works for the agency, was on private property ... so they've pulled the smoking photos.

EVERYBODY loves watching people fall down ... even Hilary Duff ... who couldn't help but smile last night when a paparazzo lost his footing and ate it HARD ... and it was all caught on tape.

Duff was leaving Aventine in Hollywood when an overzealous and underbalanced photog tried to get in position for a shot ... and wound up flat on his back.

You gotta see Hilary's post-fall commentary, which included gems like ... "exciting" and "pretty awesome."

3:30 PM PT -- Alec just responded to all the homophobe allegations.

Alec Baldwin -- who puts Paula Deen to shame in the bigotry department -- again showed his true colors with a hate-filled tirade that targeted gays.

A British reporter wrote a story that Baldwin's wife was tweeting recipes and other things during James Gandolfini's funeral. The actor went nuts on twitter, claiming the story was false. Nothing wrong with that.

But then Baldwin played his go-to homophobic card -- he's done it before -- tweeting that the reporter was "a toxic little queen." Baldwin continued, "If (sic) put my foot up your f***ing ass, George Stark, but I'm sure you'd dig it too much."

Aspiring rap star Amanda Bynes doesn't need street cred, 'cause she's got something way more powerful -- DISNEY CRED ... this according to her new hip hop partner Waka Flocka Flame.

WFF was heading into the WME agency in Beverly Hills yesterday when we asked about his plans to help launch Amanda's rap career into orbit.

FYI -- Bynes was a Nickelodeon star, not Disney, but we think we get Waka's point.

According to Flocka, things are going so well ... he's already given Bynes an official RAP NICKNAME!!

Rick Ross has just been sued for being so sophisticated ... he forgot to pay a nearly $90,000 bill for three Rolexes he bought last year -- this according to a new lawsuit.

Johnny's Custom Jewelry in Texas filed the suit against Ross and his company Maybach Music, claiming the rapper agreed to purchase 3 diamond Rolexes last August for a total of $89,847.50.

According to Johnny's, the Rolexes include one 18K gold watch with 30CT of diamonds ($55,000), one 18K gold watch with 7CT of diamonds ($14,000), and one two-tone watch with 5CT of diamonds ($14,000).

Johnny's says it held up its end of the bargain -- delivering the watches as ordered -- but Rick still hasn't paid for the bling. Johnny's wants the rapper to cough up the owed money stat, plus interest.

More evidence that Chris Brown's latest accuser is full of it -- TMZ has video footage showing her walking on the leg she claims Brown seriously injured ... minutes after the alleged incident.

The video was shot early Sunday morning in the Heat Ultra Lounge parking structure in Anaheim, where Deanna Gines was being escorted out by security. She's clearly upset, telling the bodyguards, "F*** all y'all!"

As we reported, Gines claims Chris Brown shoved her to the ground inside the club, tearing the ligaments in her right knee.

But the video appears to contradict her story ... because you see Gines putting weight on her right leg and limping on her left.

Sources at the club tell us, Gines did actually injure herself ... but it was her own fault, drunkenly stumbling down some stairs on the way out of the club. As we reported, the club's owner (as well as several eyewitnesses) claim Chris never touched Gines.

For Gines' part, she tells us she did NOT fall outside the club -- the club's trying to cover its ass. As for the mystery limp, she says her whole lower body was in pain after Chris allegedly shoved her ... and at the time, her left leg hurt more than her right. Oh yeah, and she was drunk.

11:20 AM PT Chris just scoffed at the allegation, tweeting, "I didn't do anything."

Chris Brown has been accused of badly injuring a 24-year-old girl inside an Orange County nightclub Saturday night ... and the alleged victim says it was so violent she might need surgery.

Deanna Gines tells TMZ ... she was in the VIP section with Chris at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim -- where he had just performed. When the bar was about to close, she claims Chris shoved her to the ground. Deanna tells us, the shove was deliberate and she fell hard on her knees.

Deanna tells us she filed a police report, and a rep for the Anaheim PD says a female did indeed file a report for assault inside the club, but the rep won't disclose the name. Cops are investigating.

Deanna says she went to the hospital and doctors told her she had torn ligaments in her right knee. She's going to see another doc later this week and she says she's already been told she may have to go under the knife.

Chris Brown's rep, Nicole Perna, tells TMZ, "I'm unaware of the incident, as is Chris' lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse." Perna adds, "None of this makes sense."

When Chris Brown sings, the panties start dropping ... and TMZ has the footage to prove it.

Chris was performing at Heat Nightclub in Anaheim Saturday ... when a very generous female fan handed the singer a silky white thong as a present.

Unclear, from the footage, if it was used or not -- but witnesses on scene tell us the club was super hot and sweaty, sooooo ...

Beyonce shaking it on stage ... the L.A. Sparks ... the B.E.T awards ... all events Grammy Crasher Vitalii Sediuk won't be seeing in L.A. anytime soon -- because he's been BANNED from L.A. LIVE.

Vitalii -- the prankster who ruined Adele's big moment when he ran on stage during the Grammy Awards this year -- faced up to 6 months in jail for his crime. But according to court docs, he copped a plea deal with prosecutors on June 20th and won't spend a day behind bars.

Instead Vitalii was sentenced to 3 years probation AND banned from L.A. Live -- the entertainment complex where the Grammys (and many other glorious events) are held.

And in case you forgot ... this is the same guy who tried to kiss Will Smith on the red carpet in Moscow and gave Madonna a bouquet of hydrangeas -- her "most loathed" flower.

All we can say is, Madison Square Garden: watch your back.

Paula Deen has been 86'd from the Food Network for confessing during a deposition that she used the N-word in 1986. So we gotta ask ...

5:10 PM PT -- Paula has just released a statement, thanking the Food Network for 11 "great years." She said, "Because of the gift the Food Network gave me, I've had the pleasure of being allowed into so many homes across the country."

Paula Deen's goose has been cooked at the Food Network. Officials tell TMZ they are not renewing her contract, which expires at the end of this month.

Paula apparently was done in for her comments during a deposition in a civil lawsuit, in which she freely admitted to using the N-word in the past.

Deen issued an apology this morning that bordered on ridiculous -- it was heavily edited and frankly insincere.

She issued a second apology shortly before the Food Network said it would not renew her contract.

Paula Deen must have realized how insincere her first video apology was when she posted it several hours ago ... because she's decided to do it again, and this one is much better.

Paula says in the new video she wanted to speak from her heart -- something she clearly didn't do in her first, heavily-edited and publicist-vetted disaster.

This time she speaks in one take, saying she doesn't discriminate against African Americans, Jews or gays. It's not polished, but it seems way more authentic.
