Jan. 16, 2017 -- Reps for Soulja Boy tell us Soulja's business partner is the person who leased the house, NOT Soulja, and the rapper has no obligation to pay the landlord a cent.

Soulja Boy's not only in the market for some serious boxing lessons, he could soon be looking for a new place to live ... because he's WAY behind on rent.

Soulja leased a pad in the Hollywood Hills 3 months ago for $6k a month. His landlord tells us he's already $6k behind and counting. The landlord says when he demands rent he gets blown off.

Since he moved in, the house has been a target for trouble. Cops arrested him there last month after he violated his probation ... and earlier this week the place was burglarized.

The landlord tells us he's had it with Soulja, and if he doesn't pay up by week's end, the legal guns come out.

Young Thug is a wanted man after he failed to show up in court -- for the second time -- to face a simple fix-it ticket for tinted windows.

YT was supposed to be in an Atlanta court Thursday, but was a no-show ... so the judge issued a warrant for his arrest.

If you recall, Thug was picked up by the cops shortly before Christmas while shopping at an ATL mall. A cop spotted the rapper and remembered he had missed court. So much for learning his lesson.

He might want to avoid malls.

Zach Fernandez -- aka "Jesushands" -- is lying low in an undisclosed location on the heels of his "Hollyweed" stunt. Sources close to Zach tell us he's afraid he'll be charged with a crime.

We're told he's left L.A. and doesn't plan to return anytime soon ... especially after getting a flurry of calls from LAPD. He also caught wind cops were contacting his friends and co-workers too.

LAPD tells us Zach agreed to meet with detectives early this week, but never showed. He's been MIA ever since. Cops aren't exactly throwing out a dragnet because he's only facing a trespassing charge. Translation: they've got bigger fish to fry.

Even though he's on the lam, Zach's getting praise from the pot community and a major gift of green. We're told Tommy Chong gave him the POUND of weed seen in the pic before he left town.

Oklahoma running back Joe Mixon has decided to enter the NFL Draft ... just weeks after a video of him brutally punching a female was released, this according to multiple reports.

Mixon has two years of college eligibility left ... and since he's in the middle of a PR nightmare at the moment, a lot of people thought he would stay in school at least another year to see if he could rebuild his draft stock.

Before the release of the video Mixon was expected to go in the early rounds. The video is, obviously, a huge game-changer.

The big question ... will ANY team want to take a chance on drafting a guy who beat a woman on video???

The NFL Draft is set to begin on April 27 ... so, we're guessing a PR offensive will follow shortly -- TV sit-down interviews, apologies, charity work, you name it.

Country singer Brett Eldredge woke up on vacation like any normal dude looking to relieve his one-eyed snake, but got one helluva surprise when he found an actual snake in the toilet!

Brett was down in the Caribbean with his brother and some friends and posted footage of his find on Instagram. Unclear if the snake slithered into the bathroom or came up though the pipes, which is a possibility and totally terrifying. Either way, what's insane is the actual size of the thing!

Michael Rapaport just got counted out by UFC ref Herb Dean ... who says the actor should stay in his lane when talking MMA ... and not tell the veteran ref how to do a job Rapaport knows nothing about.

Rapaport went hard on Dean about how he handled the Rousey/Nunes ass kicking ... saying on FS1's "Undisputed" that Dean was too quick to stop the fight because of Ronda's "white girl privilege."

Translation -- Dean stopped the fight early to protect the blonde-haired, blue-eyed Rousey ... something he wouldn't have done for Nunes or any other non-white female fighter.

But Dean says that's a bunch of crap -- telling our guy MR doesn't have a CLUE what goes on in the Octagon and should keep his trap shut.

BTW, Dean was training at Fight Academy of Pasadena with former MMA star Savant "Black Superman" Young ... who gave us an exclusive demo of how Ronda could've avoided that ass kicking.

"Silicon Valley" star T.J. Miller became violent and belligerent after inhaling a bunch of "laughing gas" ... so says the private driver now suing him, but Miller says it's a brazen extortion attempt.

Wilson Deon Thomas III claims T.J. hired him back on December 8th to drive him around for the day but things immediately went south when T.J. allegedly started inhaling nitrous oxide -- aka "laughing gas" -- out of Whip-It refills.

According to the docs ... T.J. allegedly went through his entire Whip-It stash and had to call his assistant to bring him more. Throughout the ride, T.J. allegedly complained he spent big money supporting Hillary Clinton and said he was pissed she lost the election.

Wilson says T.J. became increasingly erratic and accused him of being a Donald Trump supporter. During the final drop off, Wilson claims that, out of nowhere, T.J. struck him on the right side of his head and shoulder -- all while still driving.

Wilson says he slammed on the breaks so hard he suffered a violent whiplash. He's suing for medical expenses and other damages. We broke the story ... T.J. was arrested for the alleged assault.

10:13 AM PT -- Trey Songz was just arraigned. He stood mute, so the court entered a not guilty plea on his behalf, and the judge set his bail at $25K. He has not yet been released.

9:54 AM PT -- The Wayne County Prosecutor has charged Trey Songz with assaulting a police officer causing injury, and aggravated assault. He's expected to be arraigned this afternoon.

Trey Songz made good on a threat during a Detroit concert Wednesday night ... and it landed him in jail.

Someone at the Joe Louis Arena apparently told Trey his set was going too long, but he wasn't near ready to leave. In fact, he dared them to cut his mic, promising retaliation if they did.

Well, they did and he did. Trey started destroying everything in sight, hurling objects in the air. A cop who tried subduing him was hurt after being struck by debris.

Trey was arrested for resisting arrest and malicious destruction of property.

Paul Wall and Baby Bash found themselves in a familiar situation Friday ... hooked up in cuffs after cops in Texas busted them for drugs.

Law enforcement sources in Houston tell us officers executed a search warrant early Friday morning. Wall and Bash were there and got arrested on the spot, along with 8 other people. According to court records, both have been hit with felonies.

At this time, it's unclear what drugs were found during the raid. The rappers were also busted together in 2011 ... for possession of weed in El Paso.

Time for a new BFF?

Bella Thorne and Charlie Puth were not meant to last ... mostly because she's allegedly still dating Tyler Posey.

Charlie is now publicly apologizing to Tyler and breaking it off with Bella, saying ... "I'm just removing myself from this." Charlie says Bella told him she was not with Posey anymore, but he found out otherwise.

He also tweeted, "I don't know Tyler personally, but I know he shouldn't be treated this way."

Bella and Charlie were spotted packing on the PDA earlier this week. It looked weird to a lot of fans who thought she was still with Tyler. Seems like they were right.

10:50 AM PT -- Bella just clapped back to the rumors, saying, "Ty and I have been broken up for like two weeks and charlie and I ARENT DATING we are friends. That article was written forever ago."

Blac Chyna is a liar and Adidas NEVER made a single overture to her about fronting a shoe line ... so claims Adidas.

Sources connected with Adidas tell TMZ, "This is 1 trillion percent false at level. She has never been on our radar."

Chyna's lawyer had told TMZ Adidas offered his client $250k for a line of shoes, but claimed the amount was woefully inadequate.

Adidas is calling BS and says there has not been a single discussion with Chyna, her lawyer or anyone else about using her to hawk shoes.

Chyna's lawyer tells us, "I have absolutely no comment."

AshleyMadison.com ripped off married people who no longer need its extramarital services -- according to NY State, which just got a hefty settlement from the website.

State Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman went after against AshleyMadison.com, saying it deceives customers with a $19 charge for what it calls the "full delete." It's nothing like the Full Monty.

AM offered the option for departing users who want to make sure their profiles are scrubbed from the site, including all messages and photos. But the state AG called out the site for retaining all that info for up to 12 months and sometimes longer.

Ashley reached a settlement deal with NY and 11 other states, plus Washington D.C. ... which calls for it to fork $1.65 million, of which $81k goes to the Empire State. The court cut Ashley Madison a break, suspending the other nearly $16 mil ... because the company's hurting financially.

Young Thug's fans need to hit the gym -- 'cause they failed miserably when the rapper tried to crowd surf ... but ended up falling upside down in the chaos.

Thug and 21 Savage had the crowd at Terminal 5 jumping Sunday night, but things took a turn when Thug hurled himself into the sea of fans ... no doubt, expecting them to have his back.

Here's the thing ... Thug can't be more than a buck 60, dripping wet, but you gotta see how the crowd struggled, and eventually just dropped him on his head. It took several minutes, but security eventually dove in too, and rescued him.
