Adidas debe haber visto venir los desplantes antisemitas de Kanye West.  Un reporte revela que durante una de sus primeras reuniones con la empresa, hace once años, supuestamente dibujó una esvástica en un boceto de zapatillas.

Poco después de firmar con el gigante deportivo en 2012, los empleados le presentaron un montón de bocetos de zapatillas, que no le gustaron. En respuesta, Kanye cogió un rotulador y dibujó una esvástica sobre uno de los bocetos, según un reportaje del New York Times.

Ese movimiento conmocionó a todos en la sala, sobre todo porque la reunión se estaba llevando a cabo cerca de Nuremberg, donde los nazis infamemente fueron juzgados por crímenes de guerra después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial.

Kanye sentó el tono con ese movimiento, porque el informe del NYT afirma que en futuras reuniones aconsejó a "un gerente judío de Adidas que besara una foto de Adolf Hitler todos los días", y repetidamente dijo a otros empleados de Adidas el gran genio que era Hitler en cuanto al marketing y elogió su "dominio de la propaganda."

Es importante tener en cuenta que Adidas se mantuvo en el negocio junto a Yeezy durante casi diez años e hizo una tonelada de dinero con Kanye hasta el año pasado, cuando comenzó a vomitar sus creencias antisemitas públicamente.

Adidas supuestamente triplicó el salario de Kanye durante una negociación de contrato en 2016, pero agregó una cláusula moral en el acuerdo, tal vez porque para entonces ya era muy consciente de su afinidad hacia Hitler y los nazis.

Britney Spears' lawyer has sent an email to the lawyer repping Jamie Spears, hurling numerous allegations against her dad -- opening the door for settlement negotiations -- but we're told Jamie's lawyer wasn't having it, saying he blew it by waiting way too long.

Two sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Mathew Rosengart's email opened with an acknowledgment Jamie was in poor health and this might be an appropriate time to acknowledge his alleged misdeeds during the conservatorship and pay Britney an unspecified sum so the legal dispute could be put to bed.

One of his claims ... Jamie authorized the illegal surveillance of Britney ... specifically her phone. Here's the problem for Rosengart ... he never filed a lawsuit claiming illegal surveillance and the statute of limitations lapsed more than a year ago. Besides that, we're told Jamie's lawyer responded to Rosengart he was dead wrong about illegal surveillance.

Jamie has made a demand for Britney to pay certain attorneys fees he incurred connected with the conservatorship, but Rosengart says that's a no-go. We've learned Jamie's lawyer actually offered a year ago to withdraw that claim if Rosengart withdrew his claims against Jamie, but Rosengart said no. Now, a year later, Rosengart seems ready to talk settlement, but we're told it didn't go over well with Jamie's team because of all the threats and allegations.

Now the case is set for trial in May, and we're told there is explosive evidence that would not be favorable to Britney. Beyond that, some of the biggest claims Rosengart has made will never go to court because the statute of limitations has run, and the conservatorship judge approved some of the expenditures Rosengart is contesting.

Sounds like an uphill climb.

Chris Brown beat the hell out of a man at a London nightclub, and his injuries were so bad he ended up in a hospital ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The singer is being sued by a man named Abe Diaw, who claims Chris smashed him over the head with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila back in February at TAPE nightclub in England.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Diaw claims Chris wielded the tequila bottle like a weapon as he pummeled Diaw over the head with "crushing blows."

The guy claims he was knocked unconscious but says that didn't stop Chris from continuing the attack ... he says CB ruthlessly stomped on him as he lay passed out on the club floor.

In the docs, Diaw claims he had to be hospitalized as a result of his alleged injuries ... which he says include cuts on his head and torn ligaments in his leg.

Chris' accuser says there's surveillance footage of the whole thing ... and he says cops in London have the alleged beatdown video. Diaw claims he can identify Chris in the footage and claims CB is a fugitive in the United Kingdom as a result of the alleged incident.

And, get this ... Diaw claims he's known Chris for at least seven years and thought Chris was coming up to hug him at the club when Brown instead allegedly struck him three times with the tequila bottle.

Diaw says his injuries may be permanent and he's suffering serious emotional distress and trauma. He's suing Chris for damages.

A high school basketball game turned into a violent brawl over the weekend ... when a referee straight-up punched a coach following a verbal altercation -- resulting in his arrest.

TMZ Sports is told ... the incident went down during a fall league contest between Arlington and Oak Hills at Santiago High School in Corona, California on Saturday, Oct. 21.

At some point in the second half, witnesses claim Oak Hills head coach Rob Alexander got upset with referee Brandon Knapper over his officiating ... and an argument ensued.

In a clip we obtained of the game, 26-year-old Knapper -- a former college basketball player at West Virginia, Eastern Kentucky and Cal State San Bernardino -- can be seen approaching Alexander near Oak Hills' bench and briefly talking to him ... before unleashing his fist on the coach's face.

Knapper appeared to land more punches on Alexander as he fell to the court ... before players and others in attendance got involved.

We're told cops responded to the scene ... and Alexander was taken to the hospital. The game did not continue.

Law enforcement tells us Alexander requested prosecution against Knapper, who turned himself in and was charged with battery causing serious bodily injury and assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury -- both felonies.

Knapper was booked in the Riverside County Sheriff's Department jail on Sunday ... and his bail was set at $25,000. He was released on Wednesday.

Oak Hills' Hesperia Unified School District released a statement to TMZ Sports ... condemning Knapper's "senseless and shameful" actions.

"The District is thankful for the swift and decisive action taken by the event promoters and local law enforcement. We are also happy to report that Coach Alexander is in good spirits and looking forward to returning to coaching and teaching as soon as possible."

"We have the utmost confidence that law enforcement, CIF, and Oak Hills High School, with the support of the District, will investigate the incident thoroughly and handle it appropriately."

Michael Blackson can't wait to get into the ring after inking a deal with Celebrity Boxing ... and, naturally, he's got his eyes on a bout with fellow comedian Kevin Hart.

The actor and comedian just signed his contract with CB founder Damon Feldman, and they're both pumped, and Michael's trash talking is already on point ... as he's calling out other celebs.

A fitness instructor is being accused of tearing down a poster of kidnapped Israeli kids outside a popular Los Angeles gym  ... and he says he's "proud" to be doing it.

The incident went down Wednesday outside the iconic Gold's Gym in Venice -- the man crumpled up the poster and chucked it in the trash. He's asked about why he ripped it down, telling the man filming he's proud of himself, before adding "Get the f*** away."

The man in question has been identified as model and fitness trainer Zaid Shaat -- his social media profiles say he's a "Lifetime Natural Athlete," and that he loves to "motivate people to live a healthy lifestyle. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and dreams."

Worth mentioning that Joe Gold, the founder of Gold's Gym, was Jewish ... and folks online have been letting Shaat have it over what he did outside the L.A. hot spot.

As you know, Hamas first attacked Israel on Oct. 7 killing thousands and taking more than 200 civilians hostage -- all of which sparked war as Israel retaliates.

Remember, in her book Brit blames him for talking her into an abortion, accuses him of cheating and claims a run-in with Justin triggered a panic attack that ruined her 2007 VMA performance.

While *NSYNC fans and RCA Records would love another Reunion, it isn't in the cards right now -- we're told Justin's focused on his new solo single, album and a tour next year.

BTW, our sources say the hate JT's been getting isn't impacting his career plans. The single and tour for next summer are a full go -- however, we're told he's quietly removed some club appearances that were set for early next year, tied to the release of his single and album.

As we reported, there are no current talks about *NSYNC doing more together -- Justin said recording "Better Place" would just be a special thing for his 'Trolls' sequel.

If anyone in New England still had thoughts of cutting ties with Bill Belichick this season despite the Patriots' upset win over the Bills on Sunday ... Rob Gronkowski tells TMZ Sports they need to change that mentality ASAP.

Out at LAX just a day after his old team beat Buffalo on a last-second touchdown, Gronk said he's nearly positive Belichick will continue his squad's turnaround after improving its record to 2-5.

"They could definitely build off that momentum now," the former Patriots tight end said, "and do a little damage this year."

While never quite this bad, Gronk told us he saw some darker times with Belichick when he was with "The Hoodie" in New England ... and yet, he explained Belichick "always" found a way out of it.

"He'll keep it together, that's for sure," Gronk said. "If there's one thing that he taught us, it's to always black out the outside noise. So, I'm 100 percent sure that's what he's doing."

Of course, some fans aren't as convinced ... while the Pats' win over their divisional rival was a big one -- a loud portion of New England faithful still seem ready to move on from Belichick.

But, according to Gronk, there needs to be patience when it comes to the coaching GOAT.

The off-duty Alaska Airlines pilot who tried taking down a sister airline's plane is blaming the incident on a nervous breakdown and a serious lack of shut-eye, and also admits to taking shrooms.

Joseph D. Emerson admitted to law enforcement he tried shutting off the plane's engines during a "nervous breakdown" in the cockpit, adding he felt dehydrated and tired and had not slept in 40 hours.

According to the criminal complaint, obtained by TMZ, Emerson told investigators, "I didn't feel okay. It seemed like the pilots weren't paying attention to what was going on. They didn't ... it didn't seem right."

Emerson copped to pulling both emergency shut-off handles, explaining ... "I thought I was dreaming and I just wanna wake up."

Police say Emerson told them he wasn't taking any medication, but said he had been depressed for about six months ... and then the conversation turned to psychedelic mushrooms.

The complaint says Emerson told investigators about his use of magic mushrooms, saying it was his first time taking shrooms. The complaint does not make it clear when or how many mushrooms Emerson ingested, but there's an insinuation he might have been on mushrooms during the flight.

As we reported, Emerson was arrested and booked on 83 accounts of attempted murder for the incident on a flight from Washington to San Francisco.

Now, the feds are charging him with inference with flight crew members and attendants ... a charge carrying a prison sentence of up to 20 years behind bars.

Remember ... the captain and first officer subdued Emerson in the cockpit after he tried to shut off the engines mid-flight.

The pilots told cops that before Emerson reached for the handles he stated, "I'm not okay."

The complaint says after Emerson was subdued, he told a flight attendant, "You need to cuff me right now or it's going to be bad." Another flight attendant says Emerson stated, "I messed everything up" and the attendant told investigators, "he tried to kill everybody."

10/24 2:49 PM PT -- Sam Underwood will not be charged for the arrest ... the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office has rejected the case.

A spokesperson for the City Attorney tells TMZ ... "After careful review, prosecution has been declined because there is a lack of sufficient evidence to prove the matter beyond a reasonable doubt."

Sam Underwood, famous for starring in "Fear the Walking Dead," ended up in LAPD custody after he allegedly roughed up a woman.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... cops responded to a 911 call about a disturbance in a Los Angeles-area apartment around 2:30 AM on Oct. 7 and when police arrived, they were told Sam and a woman had gotten into a heated argument that got physical.

Cops tell us the woman had visible marks on her body and Sam was arrested for felony domestic battery. We're told the actor was hauled off to jail, where he was booked and released after spending close to 10 hours in custody.

It's unclear what his relationship is with the alleged victim. Sam's case, we're told, will now be submitted to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office for possible criminal charges.

As for the woman, cops say, although she had marks, she did NOT require medical attention.

A source familiar with the case tells TMZ ... Sam has provided his attorney with photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings -- all of which disprove the claims of the party making these accusations against him. We're told his attorney intends to provide this evidence to the police early this week.

"Love and Hip Hop: Miami" star Prince Michael is apologizing for his explicit, and public, deep dive into his past relationship with Lori Harvey -- but he sounds very "sorry not sorry."

The outspoken reality star went into graphic detail on the "We in Miami" podcast earlier this week, sharing details like how he and Lori would Uber to each other's places for sex, and he claims they never used a condom.

Prince claims these trysts went down years ago when, as he puts it, Lori was thick and he clearly misses that 'ol thang.

On the creepier side ... he admitted trying to secretly record one of their hookup sessions but says there was no fooling Lori, who always suspected something. She was right!!!

Prince also took joy in allegedly dismantling Saweetie's family -- he claims he banged her mother and then got a DM from her husband accusing him of breaking up a happy home.

Lori's currently dating Damson Idris and was linked to Quavo, Future, Michael B. Jordan and Diddy in the past. Some fans aren't amused by his bedroom tea ... instead, they're destroying Prince for making his past with Lori public knowledge.

In his apology, he says he attempted to be funny with his responses ... but admits to failing at that, and blames his own insecurities for ruining things with Lori.
