Seems that alleged bloody fight between Emma Roberts and Evan Peters is just water under the bridge ... 'cause the two went out for ice cream last night ... and flaunted some serious PDA in the process.

TMZ broke the story ... Julia Roberts' 22-year-old niece was arrested for domestic violence in Canada back in July after someone called to report a fight in the couple's hotel room.

We're told ... when cops arrived to the scene, they observed Evan -- who stars in "American Horror Story" -- had a bloody nose. Days later, Emma was photographed with bruises on her arms and legs.

But last night, it was like nothing ever happened ... when Emma and Evan hit up Sprinkles Ice Cream in Beverly Hills for some late night ice cream and couldn't keep their hands off each other while waiting in line.

Former Cleveland Browns QB Bernie Kosar was arrested for drunk driving in Ohio this morning, and his mug shot reveals ... a lot of scalp.

A rep for the Solon PD says ... officers pulled Bernie over at 2:52 this morning and detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from his car when they approached it.

After a series of field sobriety tests -- police hauled Kosar off to a nearby station for operating a vehicle impaired ... where he was booked and released on a $500 bond.

Burned by "The Drive" again ... allegedly.

The fiancee of ex New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez ... along with Hernandez's cousin ... were indicted today .. in connection with the Odin Lloyd murder case.

According to the Bristol County, MA D.A.'s Office Shayanna Jenkins -- Aaron's fiancee and baby mama -- was hit with a single count of perjury. No further detail has been provided on her charge.

Tanya Singleton -- Aaron's cousin -- was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Accessory After the Fact. Translation: authorities believe she helped one of Aaron's alleged accomplices get outta dodge ... by buying him a bus ticket to Florida.

That guy, Ernest Wallace, was eventually arrested in FL, and charged with being an accessory to Lloyd's murder.

Singleton has already pled not guilty to a criminal contempt charge -- authorities say she refused to testify before the Grand Jury in the murder case.

Jenkins and Singleton were not arrested ... and they don't have a court date scheduled yet.

Jenkins faces up to 2-and-a-half years in a county jail if convicted on the perjury charge ... but sources close to the situation tell us she would likely only get six months to a year. She could also be hit with a $1,000 fine.

Lamar Odom's DUI case was put on hold this morning ... as his attorney appeared in court and requested a continuance.

Lamar was not in the Van Nuys, CA courtroom for the scheduled arraignment -- he wasn't required to be there -- but his attorney Richard Hutton was ... and the judge granted a new hearing date of October 10.

Sometimes it doesn't pay to party ... 6 youngins were arrested Thursday for causing 10s of thousands of dollars in damage after breaking into the house of former New England Patriots' star Brian Holloway ... and now TMZ has learned more than 200 others could be arrested as well.

As we previously reported ... Holloway claims hundreds of teens broke into his house near Albany and trashed it over Labor Day weekend.

The 6 kids -- ranging in age from 17 - 20 -- were taken into custody and arraigned on various charges, including criminal trespass. The 19-year-old was charged with felony burglary and felony criminal mischief. And 3 of the adult kids were charged with endangering the welfare of a child. The 17-year-old was charged with felony grand larceny.

Only a handful of parents even bothered to call Holloway after the incident to apologize or offer help in repairing the damage.

Holloway posted hundreds of names of the partygoers on his website. Now the cops are telling TMZ, "We currently have over 200 names ... Once we've established proof of their presence at the party, they will be asked to turn themselves in."

And here's how crazy that could be ... the courts can't handle that kind of volume, so cops say they will be arraigned in groups of 10 to 12.

Lamar Odom could be a wanted man Friday ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Lamar was arrested last month for DUI. His arraignment is set for Friday. He's not required to show up in court to enter a plea -- his lawyer can do the trick.

Here's the problem. If no one shows up, the judge will issue a bench warrant for Lamar's arrest. And based on what we know, if cops find Lamar ... they will also find plenty of illegal drugs.

As we reported ... Kris Jenner contacted famed lawyer Robert Shapiro to represent Lamar, but that was before Lamar went MIA on the Kardashian family.

TMZ reported several weeks ago ... Shapiro would ONLY take the case if Lamar would seek treatment for his addiction. We are positive ... Lamar is not only refusing treatment, he's deeper into drugs than ever before.

It's unclear if Shapiro will change his tune and represent Lamar. It's also unclear if Lamar has even formally hired Shapiro.

There is one way Shapiro can help Lamar dodge an arrest warrant -- by going to court Friday, and asking the judge to put off the arraignment for a few weeks while Lamar nails down who will rep him.

Former NFL star and ESPN analyst Hugh Douglas was arrested for the assault of a woman in Connecticut, and TMZ has the mug shot.

The alleged incident went down in a Marriott hotel in Hartford ... and the woman involved claims the former all-pro defensive end "grabbed her by the neck" and slammed her into the walls of the room several times.

Douglas - who played for the Eagles, Jets, and Jaguars during his NFL career -- was arrested on Tuesday and booked for third degree assault and second degree strangulation. He told police the alleged violence was just rough sex.

Dina Lohan just showed up in court in New York a few minutes ago and pleaded not guilty to drunk driving charges ... but she wasn't just allowed to go ... because the judge suspended her license.

Dina showed up with her attorney, Mark Heller -- the same guy Lindsay used -- who argued that Dina didn't have a criminal record ... and the judge released her without bail. Then they faced reporters outside the courthouse.

As we reported ... Dina was stopped for speeding on a Long Island highway earlier this month and cops say she blew a .20 on a breathalyzer. She was ticketed for DWI and speeding.

No license? No problem. Dina was driven away ... in a silver Rolls-Royce.

Adam "Pacman" Jones -- aka the NFL's version of DMX -- was arrested again, this time during a DUI stop where he wasn't even the suspect ... for once.

Jones was the passenger in a car Ohio State Patrol pulled over early Monday morning -- and he reportedly mouthed off to officers while they were conducting a field sobriety test on the woman was driving.

The Cincinnati Bengals' star cornerback was arrested for disorderly conduct and released. The driver was also arrested for OVI ... operating a vehicle impaired.

Jones has a string of legal issues -- 8 arrests since entering the league 2005 -- and could be suspended by the league or the team for this latest one.

6:03 PM PDT: Smith has been released from jail. The 49ers expect Smith to play on Sunday.

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith is on the defensive again -- legally ... he's been busted for DUI and pot possession.

Smith was popped after he crashed his pickup truck around 7 AM. He wasn't hurt ... but the breathalyzer almost was.

The 49ers say they're on top of it. San Francisco plays the Colts on Sunday ... Smith's status for the game is in doubt.

The All Pro linebacker works as a receiver off the field -- receiver of legal charges.

- Arrested in Miami last year for DUI -- later reduced to reckless driving.
- Stabbed during a party at his house in June 2012.
- Named in a lawsuit by a man who claims he was shot at Smith's house during a party.

Former middleweight boxing champ Kelly Pavlik was arrested today after allegedly stiffing a cab driver in Ohio -- and the police report is HILARIOUS.

The cabbie called cops immediately after Kelly allegedly bailed on his fare early Wednesday morning in Canfield, and when police arrived at the scene ... the cabbie told officers he had been "ripped off by that drunk f*** Kelly Pavlik."

According to the cabbie, he had picked Kelly up at a nearby bar and driven him home -- resulting in a $25 fare -- but Kelly didn't feel like paying, telling him, "F*** you guys. I'm not paying you. Go f*** yourselves." Pavlik then disappeared into his house.

Pavlik was eventually arrested today for failing to show up to court to answer to the cabbie's complaint.

For Pavlik's part, he reportedly said he refused to pay because the cabbie was driving like a lunatic and he feared for his safety.

NBA star DeAndre Liggins just surrendered after being charged with beating his girlfriend and throwing an Xbox at her.

Liggins allegedly ran into the bedroom he shared with his GF in Oklahoma City ... then grabbed her by the hair, pulling her out of the bed. Then, for bad measure, he allegedly punched her 11 to 12 times and then hurled an Xbox and a box fan at her head -- striking her. He then allegedly held her at bay.

What's worse ... the fight went down right in front of their 2-year-old son.

Liggins has been charged with 7 criminal offenses, including domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and kidnapping.

Justin Timberlake's got some serious family drama back home in Tennessee -- where his aunt is currently locked up after allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from his parents in a check forging scheme.

According to law enforcement, Jane Harless -- whose brother Paul married Justin's mother when the singer was 5 -- was arrested in Shelby County, TN on Friday after cops say they found evidence she forged more than 100 bad checks.

Officials believe ... 53-year-old Jane was writing checks out to her herself and forging her brother's signature -- stealing more than $64,000 from JT's mom and step-dad (pictured above) from 2011 to 2013.

Jane reportedly worked for her brother before 2011 but it's unclear what she did ... or why they parted ways.

FYI -- Paul is a minority owner of the Memphis Grizzlies ... and a partner in Justin's Mirimichi golf course.

One of the tough kid security guards from "Project X" was arrested yesterday after allegedly getting physical with his girlfriend ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ -- deputies received a call from someone around 4:30 pm claiming 'X' star Nick Nervies had been arguing with his girlfriend and it escalated in a bad way.

It's unclear what happened but when cops arrived the alleged victim had minor injuries -- not serious enough for an ambulance.

The 18-year old actor was cuffed and taken to a nearby jail where he was booked on misdemeanor domestic violence charges.

Gucci Mane was arrested this morning for allegedly cussing out a couple of cops in Atlanta while in possession of weed and a gun ... TMZ has learned.

Gucci Mane -- real name Radric Davis -- was taken into custody at 12:05 am this morning after one of his friends complained to cops about his erratic behavior.

According to the report -- the friend waved down police to help out ... but when they approached Gucci he began "cursing and threatening them."

We're told he was immediately taken into custody and police found a small amount of marijuana on the 33-year old rapper ... as well as a handgun.

GM was booked for carrying a concealed weapon, disorderly conduct and marijuana possession ... then taken to a nearby hospital as a precaution.

Lindsay Lohan just arrived at her mom's house on Long Island -- this after Dina Lohan's arrest for an off-the-charts DWI -- and she was definitely lacking in the support department.

Lindsay showed up in a black Porsche with her sister, Ali and an unidentified guy -- flashing a ton of side-boob as she walked into the house.

Shortly after Linds showed up ... her old attorney Mark Heller walked out of Dina's pad, and announced he's representing her in the DWI.

Heller pointed out Dina is a first time DWI offender with no prior record (criminally, anyway) -- and as a result he felt she would be treated with "fairness." Translation: he's hoping for no jail time.

As we previously reported ... Dina was arrested Thursday night ... and cops say she had a BAC of 0.2 -- nearly 3 times the legal limit.

Dina's still laying low -- the only sign of her all day was in the doorway as she let a friend out. She looked ... hazy.
