Steve Francis Finally Released from Jail Ordered to Put Breathalyzer In Car

Published | Updated

Ex-NBA star Steve Francis has been released from jail after his Saturday drunk driving arrest -- but was ordered by the judge to install a breathalyzer system into his car.

As we previously reported, cops say Francis reeked of booze and vowed revenge on officers during his arrest ... in which a bunch of weed was also allegedly found in the car.

After he bonded out Wednesday morning, he returned to court -- where the judge told him he's not allowed to drink or take drugs unless prescribed by a doctor.

He will also undergo random drug and alcohol testing.

The judge also said he can't leave the state of Texas without permission -- unless he's going to Florida to turn himself in on an unrelated burglary charge (he has 30 days to do that).

Francis is due back in court in Texas in January. As he left court today, he gave reporters the silent treatment.

PLEASE DON'T USE THAT WORD

CNN anchor Brooke Baldwin was NOT having it when a guest on her show used the n-word while criticizing Donald Trump's appointees, and she abruptly pulled the plug on the interview.

Author Charles Kaiser was ripping Stephen Bannon when he claimed Trump's Chief Strategist uses the racial epithet. Watch the reaction from Brooke and Paris Dennard -- a Trump supporter who's black and shocked as hell at the turn in the conversation.

The buck stopped with Brooke ... real quick.

2:00 PM PT -- Kaiser is apologizing to anyone offended by his use of the n-word, but thinks it's worse that he accused Bannon of using it instead of Jeff Sessions, Trump's potential Attorney General candidate. On Facebook he claims several witnesses will back his allegation.

Worth noting ... Kaiser wrote out the n-word in full in his FB post.

Steve Francis 'I Just Robbed Somebody' Warrant Out for Florida Burglary

Published | Updated

The bizarre saga of Steve Francis has taken another crazy twist -- turns out, there's a warrant out for his arrest for allegedly BURGLARIZING a BMW outside of a clam restaurant in Florida.

Here's the deal ... officials in Florida caught wind of the fact Francis was arrested in Houston for DWI over the weekend and are now trying to extradite him for an alleged burglary that went down in June.

We obtained the police report from that incident which says the ex-NBA star cased a 2003 BMW parked outside of the Cortez Clam Factory on the evening of June 15th.

Francis allegedly asked the bartender at the restaurant to give him a flashlight -- and then he went to the car and ransacked it ... taking the following items:

-- makeup pouch, wallet, gold wedding ring, gold diamond band, earrings, press credentials and $100 in cash.

Total amount -- $7,252 in goods and cash.

Two days later, cops say Francis went to the police department with a clear plastic bag of goods and said, "I just robbed somebody, take me to jail. I'm turning myself in."

Despite what appeared to be a confession, Francis left the police station without being charged with a crime.

But now, cops want him on a felony burglary charge -- and they want him extradited ASAP.

Von Miller 'I Believe In Karma' After Sex Tape Lawsuit Goes Public

Published | Updated

Von Miller got deep on social media today -- talking about karma and "curve balls" in life -- and it seems like a thinly veiled reference to his sex tape legal battle.

As we previously reported, Von has declared legal war on a woman he had sex with in Mexico -- a woman who recorded the session and allegedly tried to sell it back to the NFL star for $2.5 million.

Von got a temporary injunction in court which blocks her from releasing the tape ... at least for now.

The Denver Broncos star never mentioned the sex tape in an Instagram post on Thursday -- but the message seems clear ... karma will bite this woman in the ass.

"I believe in God, luck, fate and I believe in karma, that the energy you put out in the world comes back to meet you."

"But life inevitably throws us curve balls, unexpected circumstances that remind us to expect the unexpected. I've come to understand these curve balls are the beautiful unfolding of both karma and current. #lifeisgreat #blessed."

Published | Updated

Kate Upton is FURIOUS Justin Verlander didn't win the A.L. Cy Young Award -- sending a scorching note to the MLB writers who voted on it ... YOU F**KED MY FIANCE.

Verlander came in 2nd in the voting behind Red Sox pitcher Rick Porcello -- despite the fact Justin had more 1st place votes.

FYI -- the Cy Young voting system is weighted. Writers fill in a name for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place -- a 1st place vote is worth 7 points. 2nd is worth 4, 3rd is worth 3, 4th is 2 and 5th is 1.

Verlander had 14 1st place votes. Rick had 8 ... but Rick beat Verlander out in the overall scoring.

Enter Upton who went all scorched Earth on the process.

"Hey @MLB I thought I was the only person allowed to f**k @JustinVerlander ?! What 2 writers didn't have him on their ballot?"

"He had the majority of 1st place votes and 2 writers didn't have him on their ballots?!! can you pick more out of touch people to vote?@MLB"

"Sorry Rick but you didn't get any 1st place votes? you didn't win. #ByeFelicia @MLB keep up with the times and fire those writers."

'Making a Murderer' Star State's Last-Ditch Effort to Keep Him Locked Up

Published | Updated

Brendan Dassey poses a "serious public safety issue" if he's released from prison and the state of Wisconsin wants him to stay behind bars until a higher court makes a final decision on his conviction.

The state filed an 11th hour motion to block Brendan's release. As we reported, a judge ordered him to be set free because his rights were violated when cops interrogated the then 16-year-old without an adult present.

His conviction, chronicled on the Netflix series "Making a Murderer" ... was overturned back in August.

The state says even if his confession was involuntary, it doesn't mean Brendan didn't actually commit the murder. Dassey could be back on the street as early as Wednesday ... so a judge will have to rule ASAP on the state's motion.

Bucs' Mike Evans ENDING TRUMP PROTEST ... 'I Was Frustrated'

Published | Updated

Well, that was quick.

Tampa Bay Bucs star Mike Evans says he's officially calling off his Donald Trump protest -- and apologizing to the people he offended.

Evans sat down during the National Anthem at the Bucs vs. Bears game this past weekend -- claiming he was upset that Trump won the election.

But a backlash soon began when it came out that Evans -- who lives in Florida -- didn't vote in the election.

Now, he's issued an apology.

"I want to start by apologizing to all the U.S. military members, their families, and the fans who I offended by my actions on Sunday. It was never my intention as I have tremendous respect for the men and women who serve our country."

"I have very strong emotions regarding some of the many issues that exist in our society today. I chose to sit as an expression of my frustration towards this year’s election. It was very personal for me, as it was for so many Americans."

"With that being said, I will not sit again during the National Anthem because I want to focus my efforts on finding more effective ways to communicate my message and bring about change by supporting organizations and movements that fight for equal rights for minorities."

"This Sunday, I will be back to standing with my teammates."

President Obama Hillary Lost Because She Didn't Read My Playbook!

Published | Updated

President Obama just did some hip-hop level trash-talking, and Hillary Clinton was his target.

The Prez took the shot during a news conference from the White House ... when he was asked what the Dems can learn from Donald Trump's huge victory in the Electoral College.

He didn't parse words in explaining why he won certain battleground states that Hillary lost. In a nutshell ... her math sucked in states like Iowa -- where she only visited 3 times after the Caucus.

This won't be well-received in the Clinton's living room. Truth hurts?
