Exactly 9 months before Dwyane Wade's son was born (by a woman who's NOT his fiancee) ... Wade and Gabrielle Union were still acting like they were very much a couple ... and TMZ has the proof.

We broke the story ... Wade's baby mama Aja Metoyer gave birth to Dwyane's son Xavier on Nov. 10. Wade claims the two were on a "break" at the time.

But on February 5th (9 months before the birth), Gabrielle was Instagramming about Wade ... posting a photo of the NBA star cuddled up with her dog Sasha along with caption, "Sasha don't play when it comes to her man... 'Down to ride 'til the very end, it's me and my boyfriend.'"

A couple of days before that (on Feb. 1), Gabrielle posted a romantic photo of the couple together from a photo shoot for a "Flashback Friday."

Doesn't seem like a couple on a break ...

There's more ... on February 19th, Gabby posted another pic of Dwyane holding one of her scripts ... with the caption, "It takes a village to help an actress learn her lines... @dwyanewade takin a break from his Gatorade commercial to give me a line reading. Thanks coach :)"

The patter continues until April ... when Gabby stopped posting pics of Dwyane and started posting a bunch of sad cryptic quotes. One reads, "We cannot start over, but we can begin now, and make a new ending."

Another says, "Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been, to stand up taller than you ever were."

But on May 16, Wade returns to the picture ... with Union posting a photo of the couple, along with the caption, "I like this dude."

Camille Grammer's former boyfriend has fired back at allegations he beat her ... claiming the night things fell apart she flew into a rage and snapped when he called her a fame whore.

Dimitri Charalambopoulos just filed legal docs, with a radically different version of events from Camille. After returning to her Houston, TX hotel after a medical procedure in October, Dimitri claims he got on his cell phone at 11:30 PM to call a male friend about arranging airport transportation.

Later that night, as he lay sleeping, he claims Camille woke him up, screaming he was a liar and a cheater and that the call was from a woman. He says she then grabbed his phone, threatened to flush it down the toilet and then snapped it in half.

Dimitri says she then began hitting him and he held his hands up in self defense.

Now the juice ... he says, "I told her that I now knew why Kelsey left her, because she was a 'fame whore' that only cared about attention and money."

Khloe Kardashian is filing for divorce from Lamar Odom ... TODAY ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us, Khloe will be citing irreconcilable differences in her legal docs. The split should be pretty cut and dry -- an ironclad prenup which kept all their assets separate ... and no kids.

As we reported, Lamar's bizarre freestyle rap video -- in which he brags about cheating on Khloe -- was the last straw in their crumbling relationship. Immediately after TMZ posted the video last month, Khloe stopped wearing her wedding ring.

The end was a long time coming ... Khloe had expressed dire concerns about the marriage ever since she learned about Lamar's crack addiction earlier this year, but she forestalled divorce for fear he'd OD or worse.

Lamar and Khloe tied the knot in September 2009.

George Zimmerman's just won a big round in the "She-loves-me-she-loves-me-not" game -- his ex-girlfriend wants him back so badly, she's recanted her claim of domestic violence and the case has been dropped.

Zimmerman was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and battery ... after GF Samantha Schiebe claimed he pulled a shotgun on her and pushed her out of their house.

But Samantha has had a change of heart ... she wants George back, and the State Attorney for Seminole County says Samantha now says she lied about the encounter and refuses to cooperate ... hence, there's no way to successfully prosecute him.

But there's still something blocking these lovebirds from reuniting -- a restraining order, which Samantha's lawyer is now trying to get lifted.

"Trophy Wife" star Malin Akerman is on the fast track to becoming a Trophy Divorcee -- TMZ has learned, her husband has filed for divorce.

Roberto Zincone filed the docs in L.A. the day before Thanksgiving.

The couple announced they were separating just one day prior -- a mere 7 months after Malin gave birth to their son Sebastian -- and immediately, everyone assumed Malin would be the one filing the papers because ... let's face it, she's the hot one.

So the fact that Roberto filed is pretty shocking.

Malin and Roberto -- who played the drums in Malin's old band The Petalstones -- got married in 2007 in Italy ... but now, finito.

Ryan Seacrest is more predictable than crap in a diaper -- the "American Idol" host has a new lady in his sights after dumping Julianne Hough ... and shocker, she's also a hot blonde.

The girl's name is Shayna Taylor ... she's 23 ... annnnd that's pretty much it.

According to our sources, Shayna runs in one of those hot blonde Hollywood crowds filled with Instagram models who pretty much party exclusively at rich people's houses. And that's how Seacrest met her roughly a year ago.

It's unclear if Ryan and Shayna are boyfriend and girlfriend ... or just "close" friends.

Fun fact: Shayna's the same girl who was pictured smooching with Terrence Howard last year in St. Barts.

So now we gotta ask ...

Charlie Sheen is wishing DEATH upon two of his former "Angels" -- claiming they scammed him out of some serious cash ... and now he wants 'em to "fatally choke on a Vons can of pressed turkey."

TMZ has learned ... before Sheen started dating Brett Rossi, he ended his relationship with the trio of porn stars he had been with for the past several months -- Celeste Star, Jayme Langford and Jana Jordan.

Sources connected to Sheen tell us Charlie believes two of the three "angels" -- Jayme and Jana -- carried out a scheme to run up his credit card bill ... and when Charlie found out, he went ballistic.

In fact, when we reached out to Charlie about the situation -- he fired-off one of the most Sheen-ish statements of all time ... telling us, "I've observed more nobility and honor in the drifters I've run over and child molesters I spit on at Pelican Bay."

It gets worse -- and far more graphic -- at one point he says they're worse than "the cancer known as Brooke [Mueller]."

Bruce and Kris Jenner aren't completely out of each other's hair after officially separating in October ... in fact, the two met up for some smoochie time over Thanksgiving weekend ... and Bruce ponied up big time.

As we reported, Bruce and Kris announced they were living in separate homes (Bruce in Malibu and Kris in Calabasas) and they're both happier that way. But they still came together for Thanksgiving.

The photo was snapped Friday after Bruce, Kris, Kris' mom, Kourtney, and Bruce's ponytail all took in a movie at the theater in Calabasas. When they parted ways, Kris gave Bruce a parting kiss on the cheek.

Kris Jenner has no hard feelings over her break up with Bruce Jenner or the disaster that has become the marriage of Lamar Odom and Khloe ... TMZ has learned both men are invited to Thanksgiving.

Our Kardashian/Jenner sources say ... Bruce has already accepted. We're told Bruce is surprised anyone would even question whether he's going. He's telling friends, "Of course I'm going. It's my family."

The jury's out on Lamar -- he hasn't said yay or nay.

As for why the doors are wide open ... the Kardashians say Bruce and Lamar are family and "always will be."

Sources close to Brooke tell us Hulk's daughter ended her engagement to Dallas Cowboys center Phil Costa a few weeks ago ... after he proposed in Vegas back in June.

We're told Brooke realized things had moved way too fast, too soon ... so she decided to call it quits and focus on her music -- before making things official forever.

Our sources say Hogan recently moved back to L.A. to put the finishing touches on her new album ... and she wanted to be closer to Momma Hogan.

Lamar Odom is living the life of a vagabond ... never staying in one place too long. Latest stop -- a friend's home.

Lamar dropped off a fully-packed suitcase at a pal's house in L.A. on Wednesday -- which also happened to be his 34th birthday.

TMZ broke the story ... Lamar and Khloe Kardashian are secretly selling their Tarzana mansion -- although Lamar hasn't lived there for months -- and Khloe plans to divorce Lamar once she thinks his life is stable enough to handle it.

Lamar took a momentary break from his baggage handling to flex his reduced muscles.

Here's something you didn't know about Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley -- he took Avril Lavigne's last name when he married her, and now ... 3 years after divorcing her he's finally sick of it ... because he's filed legal docs to drop it.

Deryck Jason Lavigne Whibley just filed in L.A. County Court to go back to his birth name ... sans Lavigne.

It's pretty crazy -- A) because he took her last name in the first place and NO ONE KNEW, and B) because it took him so long (FOUR YEARS) to switch it back.

Whibley and Lavigne got hitched in 2006 and divorced in 2010.

To review: Deryck ended up stuck with Avril's last name -- and Avril ended up ... stuck with Chad Kroger.

It's a toss up who got the worst end of that deal.

Lamar Odom seems to be waiving the white flag over his marriage -- at least that's the way it appeared when he was asked about Khloe Kardashian on his way out of lunch to celebrate his 34th birthday.

Lamar went to Casa Vega in the San Fernando Valley -- a place Kim, Khloe and the rest of the klan often go for good Mexican food.

TMZ broke the story ... Khloe plans to divorce Lamar, but she's made a decision NOT to prepare or file any legal docs, because she thinks it could be the last straw in his fragile life. On top of that, there's no pressing reason to pull the trigger on the marriage ... yet.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are packing it in -- we've learned they are secretly selling their Tarzana mansion.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Khloe has given several San Fernando Valley realtors a pocket listing -- meaning the house will not appear in the multiple listing service. It's being done on the down low. Any prospective buyer must pre-qualify before seeing the house, meaning they must have the dough to buy the crib.

We're told Khloe and Lamar want a cool $4 mil for the house. They paid $3.95 million in 2009.

Our sources say Khloe is the driving force behind the sale, telling realtors she wants to "start fresh and move on."

Title to the house is held in both Khloe and Lamar's names.

Tan Mom has no interest in patching things up with her husband ... kicking him out of the house just hours after filing for divorce ... and we got pics of their not-so-tearful goodbye.

Patricia Krentcil a.k.a. Tan Mom gave her now estranged husband Richard the actual heave-ho Saturday morning ... after serving him with divorce papers the night before.

It's kinda sad since Richard told us he wants to work things out -- but since TM's been cracking jokes in her stand-up act about his small penis ... we're guessing she's looking to kick-start her sex life.
