Demi Lovato's heartsick ex-fiance has found love again -- or maybe it's just a rebound -- but he's definitely trying to make it look like he's moved on.

Max Ehrich hit the beach with blazing hot Mariah Angeliq. They took a sunset stroll at the South Pointe Park Pier Friday in Miami Beach and looked, well, cozy. They were there with singer Lele Pons.

Last we saw Max, he was fretting in the sands of Malibu, appearing crestfallen in the wake of his breakup with Demi ... a breakup which he claims he only became aware of through tabloids, although she strongly denies it. Max, like Trump, seemed to have trouble letting go.

Demi seemed super annoyed by Max's post-breakup antics, and even leaked a song about their breakup.

Sofia Richie is doing her best to give Scott Disick second thoughts ... she's looking sexy as hell on an island getaway.

Here's an idea of what Lord Disick is missing out on ... Sofia's slipping into tiny bikinis while on vacay in the Bahamas with her pops, Lionel Richie. If the crystal-clear water, blue skies and soft sand weren't enough to make Scott nostalgic ... Sofia's wardrobe, or lack thereof, oughta do the job.

It's a phenomenon we normally like to call post-breakup hotness, but let's call it like it is ... Sofia's always been smoking hot.

TMZ broke the stories ... Scott and Sofia officially broke up back in August after trying, but failing to work things out, and just last week he hit the beach with a new squeeze with famous parents -- Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin's 19-year-old daughter, Amelia Hamlin.

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis are no longer an item ... the couple's reportedly called it quits after a lengthy engagement, during which they started a family.

The actors secretly ended things at the beginning of this year, though they've been able to successfully co-parent their 2 young children ... according to People. The report also describes the breakup as amicable.

Sudeikis and Wilde first started dating in 2011, and Jason proposed the next year. Olivia said yes ... but, barring reconciliation, there won't be a walk down the aisle.

They were last seen together in September, and the pics of them on a Malibu beach appear to show they've remained friends after the split ... or maybe even tried to work things out. It doesn't appear their kids -- 6-year-old Otis and 4-year-old Daisy -- were with them on the beach trip.

We reached out to reps for both Jason and Olivia ... so far, no word back.

What a difference a week makes ...

Lamar Odom and Sabrina Parr are apparently BACK ON -- just one week after Parr announced they had broken up so Lamar could focus on his personal issues.

The two hopped on a plane early Thursday morning for a quick romantic getaway. Unclear where they were headed, but once they touched down, the two posed or a kissy face photo, seemingly to show social media they're back together and happy.

Parr says they are celebrating the 1-year anniversary of their engagement -- so, is that back too?

Remember, it was just a week ago Sabrina went public about their split -- suggesting Odom is still dealing with personal demons that were getting in the way of their relationship.

"Y'all know I'm honest and transparent so I have to be the first to let you guys know that I am no longer engaged to Lamar," Sabrina Parr posted last Wednesday night on IG.

"Lamar has some things that he alone needs to work through," Parr said ...adding, "I love him dearly but I am no longer able to be by his side while he seeks the help he so desperately needs."

So, what changed? We're trying to find out.

40-year-old Odom had proposed to Parr (a fitness and life coach) at Myles Chefetz's Prime 112 restaurant in Miami back in November while dining with pal Nene Leakes.

Lamar Odom's fiancee says she's called off their engagement -- and is raising new concerns that he's backsliding in life.

"Y'all know I'm honest and transparent so I have to be the first to let you guys know that I am no longer engaged to Lamar," Sabrina Parr posted Wednesday night on IG.

"This has been a difficult decision for me to make but it is the best for myself and my children."

Here's the troubling part ...

"Lamar has some things that he alone needs to work through," Parr said.

"I love him dearly but I am no longer able to be by his side while he seeks the help he so desperately needs."

Parr did not specify what she's concerned about -- but Odom's issues are no secret. He's struggled with substance abuse over the years and nearly died from an overdose during a 2015 incident at a Nevada brothel.

"I wish him all the best and I am asking that you pray for everyone involved," Parr added.

They had only been dating for 3 months at the time but felt there was a connection.

Lil Wayne is single once again -- his GF, model Denise Bidot, is moving on ... and it sounds like his endorsement of President Trump was the last straw.

Denise deleted her IG account Tuesday, but before she went dark, there were a bunch of signs of trouble spotted by Internet sleuths. For starters, folks noticed at some point that Mr. Carter and Ms. Bidot stopped following each other.

Then there was Denise's not-so-cryptic meme post that read, "Sometimes love just isn't enough." However, blogger Love B. Scott is reporting Weezy's love for Trump was the problem -- specifically, last week's meeting/photo-op with DT was the last straw for Denise.

Weirdly, Wayne hasn't scrubbed old pics of Denise from his IG feed just yet -- a go-to move of famous exes.

It's not entirely clear how long they've been an item, but they've only been Instagram official since the summer -- and have been very open with their PDA, sometimes to the chagrin of Wayne's kids.

Cassie Randolph apparently no longer feels threatened by her ex Colton Underwood ... 'cause she dropped the restraining order against him ... in fact, she's dropped everything.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Cassie dismissed the restraining order with prejudice, meaning she can't refile it.  We're also told the police investigation is being dropped -- per her request.

Colton tells TMZ, "Today Cassie asked the court to dismiss the temporary restraining order against me. The two of us were able to reach a private agreement to address any of Cassie’s concerns. I do not believe Cassie did anything wrong in filing for the restraining orders and also believe she acted in good faith. I appreciate everyone’s respect for privacy regarding this matter."

As we reported ... Cassie filed a police report with the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. claiming the "Bachelor" star put a tracking device on her car.

Remember, she had made these allegations last month when she filed for a restraining order against Colton. TMZ broke the story ... Cassie claimed her brother found the tracking device taped to the bottom of her car's back bumper. As for why Colton allegedly did that ... Cassie claimed he was trying to track her whereabouts long after they had broken up.

Revenge bod???

Not exactly ... but LSU football coach Ed Orgeron says now that he's single, he's been filling his spare time by running like crazy!

As we previously reported, Coach O and his longtime wife, Kelly, split back in February ... right after he led the Tigers to a National Championship.

Orgeron says he kinda had a "Forrest Gump" moment -- explaining that with the pandemic and his breakup, he just felt like running one day.

"During the COVID, we had a lot of time off -- and I'm single now so I have a lot of time," Coach O said on Barstool's "Pardon My Take" podcast.

"So, I decided to start running 2 hours a day on the weekends -- 2 hours on Friday, 2 hours on Saturday, 2 hours on Sunday ... in the sun at 12 o'clock."

The 59-year-old says he's lost 25 pounds so far (amazing!) -- and admits he feels a lot better these days.

Coach O also says he doesn't like running with headphones -- so, what does he think about when he's on a jog?

"Everything passes through my mind. I get clarity. I get ideas for work. I get ideas for recruiting … I think about my family, I think about other things. I enjoy it. It's been fun."

Coach O admits he gets heckled for his less-than-blazing pace -- but he just laughs it off.

"It's a slow man’s run. I've been ridiculed for that. But, you know what I told 'em? When you’re 59, you run like you walk!"

Dr. Dre's wife wants the rap mogul to put up or shut up about his so-called "ironclad prenup" as their divorce war rages on.

Nicole Young filed legal docs demanding Dre turn over the original version of the "ironclad prenup" upon which he's basing his whole divorce case. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she says Dre's failed to produce the prenup even though the law is clear he must turn over all relevant financial, business and personal documents.

She says because Dre hasn't produced it ... she doesn't know which version of the alleged prenup he's referring to, and calls his refusal to share the info an "intentional abuse" of the divorce process.

Nicole says they got married long before they amassed the billion-dollar fortune that's now at stake -- and claims they stayed together for more than 24 years, despite Dre's "rampant and repeated marital misconduct." She doesn't offer any detail about the alleged "misconduct."

As we reported ... Nicole's already claimed she was pressured into signing the prenup back in 1996. Not to mention, she claims he tore up the prenup 2 years into the marriage, and said "he felt ashamed he had pressured me into signing." Nicole insists they've both said it was "null and void" ever since then.

Her new filing seems to be a challenge of sorts to Dre. Basically, since you acted like you tore it up 22 years ago, let me see what you're talking about now. For the record, Dre denies ever tearing it up.

Still, her request for the prenup does seem like a bit of gamesmanship ... because whoever her lawyer was when she signed the prenup should have copies.

Taraji P. Henson is officially single again ... the actress confirmed she's splitting up with her fiance.

Taraji revealed the news Monday while on "The Breakfast Club" and inferred she and Kelvin Hayden may have hit a rocky patch, so she suggested going to therapy to work on the relationship. But, ultimately ... Taraji said they weren't on the same page when it came to that.

She said, "I’m dedicated to the black man, y’all. I just turned 50 and I mean, I hadn’t said it yet, but it didn’t work out. I tried. I was like, therapy. Let's do the therapy thing, but if you're both not on the same page with that then you feel like you're taking it on yourself and that's not a fair position for anybody to play in a relationship."

Hayden, a former NFL cornerback, and Henson got engaged back in May 2018. They were reportedly set to get married in June but nixed those plans due to the pandemic.

Rumors started last month the pair were on the fritz ... after Hayden was NOT part of Henson's 50th birthday event in Mexico.

Former Eagles guitarist Don Felder won't be walking down the aisle with "Inside Edition" anchor Diane McInerney ... we've learned they broke off their engagement.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Diane called off the engagement back in August after their long-distance relationship became too difficult. Don lives in California, and Diane lives in New York City.

We're told the split is amicable ... our sources say Diane will always love Don and they're still keeping in touch -- Don even sent Diane 3 dozen pink roses last month for her 49th birthday.

Don and Diane dated for 2 years before he proposed this January on the beach in Malibu.

There's a pretty big age gap too ... Don's 24 years her senior, but we're told the distance -- not the age -- led to the split.

Now that she's not getting married, we're told Diane's focusing on homeschooling her young daughters back home in NY.

Demi Lovato's would-be groom is pouring his heart out on wax ... with a love song about the first time he met her ... something we're guessing ain't gonna please his ex-fiancee.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Max Ehrich is dropping a new single Friday, and it's all about his relationship with Demi.

We're told the tune is about the night he met Demi, and it tells the story of his inner dialogue -- being terrified of falling in love with her because he knew their relationship was the real deal.

Our sources say Max's song also touches on him falling for Demi right off the bat, and he sings about how he couldn't sleep because he knew he wanted to be with her forever.

As you know ... things didn't work out between them, and Demi recently leaked a song about their breakup. For his part ... well, he went ham, first saying she never really broke up with him because he learned about it in the tabloids, and then somehow invoking Jeffrey Epstein's name in their relationship.

It's interesting ... we're told Max recorded the song in quarantine, in a makeshift studio inside the home he was living in with Demi. So, exactly when did he write this song?

Max's album won't come out until next year -- he signed a music production deal last October before he started dating Demi and finished the second half of the album after meeting her -- but our sources say he wants to drop the single now because of how he feels.

Max's track is set to debut on all streaming services.

Our sources say Max still loves Demi and while he's doing all he can to move forward, the split's been very painful for him.

We're told Demi wrote her new single, "Still Have Me," a while ago with friends. Our sources say she kept the hook but changed the lyrics to reflect her split with Max Ehrich.

Sources connected to Demi tell us she became so frustrated with Max's recent antics -- the most recent, somehow comparing Demi and the breakup to Jeffrey Epstein -- that she didn't want to wait to release the song. We're told, her team is scrambling to get the single on streaming services like Apple Music and Spotify so that fans can purchase it and streaming numbers can be collected.

The song's lyrics certainly paint a picture of heartbreak, "I'm a mess and I'm still broken ... I don't have much but at least I still have me ... and that's all I need."

Demi also sings, "All the highs and now just lows. But it doesn't even matter, cause I'd rather be alone. All my life disappeared and I'm laying right here while the silence is piercing ... and it hurts to breathe."

As we reported ... Max has said he learned about their breakup when he read about it in the tabloids while filming on set. Demi, of course, reportedly disputes Max's account ... her people say she and Max spoke, she told him it was over and about to come out in the media. Max also took aim at Demi's manager, Scooter Braun, claiming he was trying to silence him.
