Dwyane Wade Divorce Deposition: STD Lies

Published | Updated

That shocking STD accusation in NBA star Dwyane Wade's divorce is a big nasty lie, according to sworn testimony in legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Siohvaughn Wade has claimed in legal docs the Miami Heat guard gave her chlamydia. But during a deposition, Andrea Williams ... a close friend of the Wades -- claimed Siohvaughn told her she contracted the disease from another man.

Williams testified in her depo, Siohvaughn was seeing another man during her marriage -- and claims she was present in 2007 when Mrs. Wade accused the boyfriend of giving her the STD.

But enough about chlamydia. Williams also claims in her depo that Siohvaughn bought a T-Mobile cell phone for her BF. Dwyane is a T-Mobile spokesperson. Guess who's not making his fave five?

Miami Heat Star Claims Wife Sabotaged Big Game

Published | Updated

Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade claims his estranged wife intentionally blocked their oldest son from sharing in one of the most precious moments a child can have -- out of spite.

In legal docs filed in Wade's uber-nasty custody fight, Wade's lawyer claims he wanted to take his 8-year-old son to All-Star weekend in Dallas. But Dwyane's lawyer claims Siohvaughn jock-blocked him by throwing a birthday party for the boy in Wisconsin -- 10 days after the boy's real birthday.

According to Wade's lawyer, James Pritikin, Dwyane actually filed an emergency motion before the game, asking the judge to order his wife to let the boy go to Dallas. But the judge felt the All-Star game was not an emergency.

Sad part of the story -- Dwyane scored 28 points, got the MVP award and led his team to victory. And the boy got a sucky cake in Wisconsin.

Dennis Hopper's Asst. -- Wife Tried to Kill Him!

Published | Updated

Someone tried to kill Dennis Hopper -- according to legal docs filed by the actor's assistant -- and the alleged culprit is Hopper's own wife.

Dennis' assistant, Emily Davis, made the shocking allegation in a declaration filed in Hopper's epic divorce battle with wife Victoria.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Davis claims she and everyone else in the Hopper household were "at the mercy of [wife Victoria's] cruelty" when Hopper had to be taken to the hospital last December -- and added that his wife "was trying to kill him." Emily didn't specify the alleged method of termination.

Davis claims Victoria -- who's been trying to preserve her stake in Dennis' inheritance -- "is a threat to all in the home and has already looted millions of [dollars in] property that is not hers."

Dennis' daughter from a prior marriage, Marin Hopper -- who's actually older than her stepmother -- also weighed in, calling Victoria's behavior "frightening" ... and accusing her of spreading "slanderous lies" to the media.

UPDATE: Victoria tells TMZ: "Emily Davis' claims are outrageous, horrifying, and not based on facts or reality."

Frank McCourt has offered to pay his wife Jamie $150,000 a month in spousal support ... which doesn't sound bad until you realize she was asking for $1 million.

Jamie's lawyers requested the astronomical amount in part because they say she has to pay mortgages on seven houses.

Outside of court today, Frank's lawyers came out swinging by claiming Jamie uses one house to do laundry, one to hold her furniture and one as a $27 million swimming hole ... and if she wants to pay the mortgages, she can simply place some of the multi-million dollar mansions up for rent.

Dodgers Divorce -- $9 Mil For Jamie's Lawyers

Published | Updated

Fired L.A. Dodgers CEO Jamie McCourt's lawyers say it's gonna cost her around $9 million in lawyers fees to seal the divorce deal with hubby Frank McCourt ... and she's already in the hole $800,000, this according to oral arguments in court this morning.

Interesting ... on Saturday, one of Jamie's lawyers, David Boies, told TMZ Frank's lawyers are charging a lot more. The divorce is expected to cost a total of $19 mil in lawyers fees. If true, we're guessing $9 million is a bargain compared to $10 mil.

Dodgers Divorce - Stadium Standoff

Published | Updated

UPDATE: Frank's lawyers tell TMZ Jamie was fired six months ago and had all that time to clear out her office. Instead of going for that purpose last Saturday, she created a spectacle by bringing an entourage. The laywers call it a "publicity stunt," which occurred just days before this morning's spousal support hearing. Frank's lawyers say they'll be happy to return her stuff.

Former Los Angeles Dodgers CEO Jamie McCourt went to Dodger Stadium to clear out her office Saturday, but she couldn't get past the security gate ... she says thanks to her estranged husband, Frank McCourt.

Jamie and the newest member of her legal team, David Boies, claim Frank wouldn't let her into her office to take her stuff away, so they threatened to take him to court. Jamie and David say Frank and his lawyers recanted and invited her to show up Saturday at 3 PM for the move.

Jamie and David were there on time, along with a moving van, but the guard turned them away, saying he was under orders to keep them out.

The biggest insult of all: The guard wouldn't even let Jamie into the Dodgers gift shop ... notwithstanding a looming billboard that read, "The World of Dodgertown. All Are Welcome" ... except Jamie ...

We couldn't reach Frank's reps for comment ... but we're sure we'll hear something.

We learned last Monday a judgment was entered on custody and visitation issues, though the terms are confidential.

Sources tell us Shaq and Shaunie have agreed on all spousal support and property issues, and papers will be filed in Florida soon. But the case is over, except for the part where the Florida judge signs the marriage-kill document.
