Mama June is crafting a "direct deposit defense" against her daughter Anna's claims MJ made off with thousands of TLC dollars from the family's "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" days.

Mama June tells TMZ it's "ridiculous" to think she owes Chickadee any money ... because she says the network deposited Anna's money directly into her accounts.

MJ says their most recent contract, drawn up in September 2012, specifically stated that one-third of the family's $22,500/episode paycheck was to be divided up equally among the kids and paid to them individually -- meaning Mama June never saw a cent of it.

Mama June claims she gave Anna a $15,400 check last December ... her cut of a lump sum the family was paid when their show was cancelled.

Mama June's daughter and granddaughter are suing her, claiming she screwed them out of hundreds of thousands of dollars from their series, "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo."

Anna Cardwell and her 2-year-old daughter, Kaitlyn, claim Mama June pocketed money that was earmarked for them. Anna says she's owed around $200k and Kaitlyn is owed $100k.

The mother/daughter plaintiffs say Mama June kept their share of the $22,500 per episode. They also say Mama June didn't fork over royalties for their cookbook and other promotional things.

Anna and Kaitlyn have also dragged TLC into the lawsuit, claiming the network had a duty to protect them ... ensuring they'd get what was owed to them.

TLC has always said it helped set up accounts to ensure everyone got what was owed to them.

Meek Mill's beef with a rival exploded into a pistol-whipping melee on the streets of Philly ... with people fleeing for their lives -- and the violence is crystal clear in this video.

Meek and his crew were shooting a music video Tuesday evening ... when Louie V Gutta and his homies showed up. Watch the video -- there's a little bit of jawing, a little bit of pushing, tensions rising, and then ... chaos.

A guy standing behind Louie V got CRACKED in the face with what looks like the butt of a handgun -- and then everyone scatters ... fearing a shootout was about to go down.

No shots were fired, but police were called to the scene. No one got arrested.

Right after the incident, Louie V claimed he wasn't involved but admitted he was there talking to Meek.

Nicki Minaj’s ex Safaree Samuels rages in a new song that his blood, sweat and tears made her what she is, yet she treated him like dirt.

Safaree's song “Love The Most” will be released at the end of the week, but we got hold of it, and he's airing as much dirty laundry as he can in 5 minutes.

Among his gripes ... alleged infidelity, refusal to have his baby, coldly rejecting him and rubbing in his nose her new relationship with rapper Meek Mill.

And he even throws in a reference to pills for bad measure.

At one point he says Nicki made him look like Bozo the Fool, rapping: "Had to watch you kiss Nas and pretend it's all cool / Inside I was feeling like a motha f**king fool."

Their 12 year relationship ended last year, and Minaj rebounded with Meek Mill.

Nicki's camp had no comment.

We now know how Katy Perry's name ended up on the official registration of a song the media claims is a hit piece targeting Taylor Swift ... Katy had nothing to do with it, but a producer who once worked with her did.

The song -- "1984" -- was registered with BMI last September. When you go to the BMI site, it lists Katy as the artist and 4 producers/songwriters, including Dallas Austin and a guy named Andreas Carlsson.

The reason everyone's interested in the prospect of such a song ... Taylor got pissed off at Katy last September after 3 of Taylor's backup dancers bailed on Taylor to do backup for Katy. We broke the story ... the 3 dancers had worked with Katy long before and when they signed up with Taylor, they wanted a 30-day out if Katy launched a new tour. Katy had no beef with Taylor, but Taylor was bitter.

So when the story broke that Katy was attached to "1984" (the year she was born) -- a play on Taylor's "1989" album -- everyone thought it was a response to Taylor's song "Bad Blood," which is rumored to be about her feud with Katy.

But here's what we found out. "1984" was actually registered 5 days after we broke the story about the 3 dancers jumping ship. Sources tell us the management company BMG in Sweden registered the song at the behest of Andreas Carlsson. By the way, Carlsson co-wrote "Waking Up in Vegas," which Katy recorded.

Multiple sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ, Katy had no idea Carlsson registered the song.

Chris Brown got burned by friends who told him Karrueche Tran was dying to get back together with him -- which led to the nightclub blowup that made Chris look like an obsessed ex-BF.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Chris got a table at Playhouse, right next to Karrueche because their mutual friends told him to do it. The friend network was pumping Chris up ... telling him KT was ready to work things out.

So, as you can imagine ... Chris was shocked that night when Karrueche stormed out of the club.

Fact is, Karrueche never told anyone she wants to get back with Chris. According to our sources, she and Chris figured out the next day that they'd been had. We're told they're cutting off the so-called "friends" behind the conspiracy.

For his part, we're told Chris is fine with moving on ... and wouldn't have gone to Playhouse if he hadn't been set up. It was the first time Chris had seen Karrueche since they broke up over his baby ... and a total disaster.

Ariana Grande just came out swinging ... saying she's sick and tired of being referred to as "Big Sean's ex" -- because, "I do not. Belong. To anyone. But myself."

The singer just went off on social media -- saying she HATES the label because, "I am tired of living in a world where women are mostly referred to as a man’s past, present or future PROPERTY/POSSESION."

Grande then blasts society ... saying for the past 8 years she's been made to feel like she needed to have a man by her side or else she would be considered a loser.

"After being on my own now for a few months I am realizing that that's just not the case ... I have never felt more present, grounded and satisfied. I've ever laughed harder or had more fun or enjoyed my life more."

Grande also attacks society's sexual double standard -- saying:

As we previously reported, Grande and Big Sean split back in April -- and we're told a big part of the breakup was that Sean referenced Grande's vagina in a song ... saying she has a "billion dollar p***y."

There were also rumors that Grande had rebounded with One Direction's Niall Horan -- but she told The Sun, "A girl can be friends with someone with a d**k and not hop on it."

8:35 AM PT -- A police car pulled up outside Karrueche's house early this morning while Chris was there. Law enforcement sources tell us someone called cops to complain about the noise Chris and co. were making at her door.

We're told officers spoke to Chris and Karrueche, but there was no evidence of a crime ... so no tickets, no arrests.

Chris Brown's attempted reunion with Karrueche Tran last night did not end well -- with the singer BANGING on KT's front door after she kicked him out of her SUV.

We're told the drama started INSIDE Playhouse nightclub ... when Chris got the V.I.P. table next to the one Karrueche was at.

We're told KT was PISSED and left the club ... and Brown followed ... eventually weaseling his way into her SUV.

Our sources connected to Karrueche say KT did NOT want him inside -- and dropped him off with his friends a short time later.

Which is why she was even more upset when he showed up on her doorstep around 3:30 AM -- banging and yelling, clearly trying to get KT to open up.

Tran ultimately left her home -- and went to the famous Norm's Diner. Brown showed up a short time later.

Once inside, we're told they began to argue and it escalated into a full-blown shouting match. Eventually, Karrueche left the restaurant and returned home -- without Chris.

Bottom line -- don't expect a reconciliation any time soon.

Brandi Glanville humiliated her nemesis Joanna Krupa during a fancy L.A. dinner ... by putting a new twist on their stinky vagina war.

Sources at celeb hot spot Craig's tell us the feuding housewives were dining at separate tables last Friday ... when Brandi uncorked a brilliant, yet smelly prank.

Bobby Flay got a big honor Tuesday with his very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, but it was not exactly a banner day for the famous chef.

As Bobby raised his fist in victory, someone else gave him the fist ... in the form of a flying indictment, calling him a "Cheater."

The banner -- tethered to an airplane high above Hollywood -- clearly refers to allegations in his super bitter divorce with estranged wife Stephanie March. The actress has alleged in legal docs that Bobby cheated on her.

We don't know who commissioned the banner, but it flew around the area for about an hour.

It's what every little girl dreams of ... a marriage proposal over text message ... complete with crazy Hollywood bribes and a demand that you change your crappy attitude, stat.

And that's exactly what Floyd Mayweather fired off to Shantel Jackson back in April '14 ... according to new court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

Jackson put the proposal on display in new legal papers filed in her nuclear war with her ex-fiancee ... which shows how Floyd tried to convince Shantel into getting engaged for a 2nd time.

Jack Nicholson is officially UNDER ATTACK by a billionaire NBA superfan ... who claims the actor has TURNED HIS BACK on the Lakers -- and he's pissed!!!

The rich guy going after Jack is Jimmy Goldstein -- who the NBA says spends more money on tickets than any other person in the world. He's also a Lakers season ticket holder.

So, when Jimmy was leaving Mr. Chow the other day, we had to ask how he felt about Jack's decision to essentially turn his back on the Lake Show this year.

Lil Wayne's tour bus was allegedly shot up by a guy who has very close ties to Wayne's rival, Young Thug ... TMZ has learned.

Atlanta PD got an arrest warrant for the suspect, Jimmy Carlton Winfrey, on May 21 ... and he's been charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a firearm by a felon, and criminal gang activity.

We're told by multiple sources in Atlanta that Winfrey has been Young Thug's road manager -- which is incredibly relevant since Thug's been in a very public feud with Wayne for months.

Thug released a mixtape called "Tha Carter 6" -- mocking Wayne's long delayed album -- but changed it to "Barter 6" when he was threatened with a lawsuit.

TMZ broke the story ... Wayne's bus got blasted back in April as he was leaving a club gig in Atlanta. Police say Winfrey was trying to gain status in the Bloods by "committing a high profile shooting of a rival rap artist."

Winfrey's mug shot is from a previous arrest for drug possession in Florida.

Chris Brown's daughter Royalty got a phone call from her dad on her first birthday ... but a source close to his baby mama says that's it.

Sources close to Royalty's mom, Nia Guzman, tell TMZ ... Brown didn't show up for the 1-year-old's birthday, didn't send a gift and didn't contribute to the cost of the Chuck E. Cheese's shindig. Nia says her boyfriend, King Ba, paid for the whole thing.

Ba -- who's listed on the birth certificate as Royalty's birth father -- seemed to take pleasure in Chris' absence and captioned one pic of Royalty by writing, "Wouldn't Miss This Day For Anything In This World."
