Amanda Bynes Roommates Demand Money For Hair Dye Damage

Published | Updated

Amanda Bynes and her parents are on the verge of getting sued for allegedly trashing the apartment where she's been staying.

TMZ broke the story ... Amanda was staying with 3 girls in West Hollywood ... one of whom was her hair stylist. The girls say Amanda went wild at times ... burning cigarette holes in the carpets, splashing blue hair dye on the carpets and porcelain sinks, and on and on.

The mother of one of the girls signed the lease, and she contacted Amanda's parents and demanded $1,500 to repair the damage.

We know Amanda's parents told the mother to pound sand, saying the girls knew Amanda was unstable when they allowed her to stay against the parents' wishes, so as far as they're concerned the girls assumed the risk.

One of the girls told us ... Amanda was like 2 different people -- sometimes she was sweet and quiet and then on a dime she would turn angry and rude.

Nick Carter Battling Kenny G's Wife Over Trashed Beach House

Published | Updated

Kenny G's ex-wife is at war with Nick Carter ... claiming he trashed her Malibu beach house ... leaving it littered with dog and cat poop.

The "Backstreet Boys" singer rented the home from Lyndie Benson in the super-exclusive Malibu Cove Colony for the very reasonable price of $17K/mo. plus a $35K security deposit.

Sources close to Benson claim Nick left the place a wreck ... flooding the house by overloading the septic tank, and letting his pets crap and pee everywhere.

Carter's calling BS ... he's furious she only returned around $1,700 of the security, so he's suing to get the balance.

Carter says the house was a mess when he got it ... stained carpets, leaky toilets and a broken A/C.

Carter -- who by the way lists his income at over $1M a year -- is suing for the balance.

Amanda Bynes Yeah, I Have a Place to Stay But I Don't Like It

Published | Updated

Amanda Bynes is not telling the truth when she says her parents aren't allowing her to have a roof over her head, because we've learned she's had a place all along ... she just doesn't like the location.

Sources connected with the Bynes family tell us ... Amanda's parents got her a room in a Glendale hotel immediately after she was released from the psychiatric facility.

Amanda does NOT want to stay in Glendale, but her parents were firm ... they will not get her a place anywhere near Hollywood or West Hollywood, because they think it spells nothing but trouble and where leeches glom onto her.

Our sources say Amanda's parents have told her if she wants a different area they'll find her a place, as long as it's not Hollywood or WeHo. But that's where Amanda wants to be and that's why she's been mooching off friends and crashing at their places.

We're told her parents' hotel package includes car services, food ... the works. Amanda's tirades that she doesn't have money for food or lodging are simply false.

The Situation My Rent's Paid in Full ... But I'm Movin' Out

Published | Updated

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's gonna need a new place to GTL -- fast ... he's hightailing it out of his NJ house ... ending his war with the landlord.

As we first reported ... Sorrentino's landlord, Pat Giganti, took Sitch to court ... to try and force him out of a $700K rental home in Manchester, NJ. Giganti claims Situation is a lousy tenant who's trashed 2 different homes.

Both sides were in court Monday, but the case was dismissed because Sitch was up to date on his rent. Rather than continuing to fight Giganti though ... Situation's decided to get the hell outta Dodge. We're told he'll be moving out within 2 days, and moving trucks are already at the house.

As for any alleged damages -- Giganti tells us he will have to file separate lawsuits to collect any $$$.
Situation is also threatening a lawsuit ... if Giganti doesn't give him back his security deposit.

The Situation Landlord Says WORST TENANT EVER

Published | Updated

The Situation has both the civil and criminal courts covered in New Jersey ... because his landlord will ask a judge on Monday to boot Sitch from his home.

Pat Giganti is a tolerant if foolish man ... he rented to The Situation once before and got burned -- the "Jersey Shore" star trashed his $750,000 home 2 years ago.

But Giganti -- clearly a glutton for punishment -- rented Sitch another home worth around $700K in Manchester, NJ ... and apparently history has repeated itself.

The landlord claims there are bottles at the bottom of the pool, rips in the pool liner, holes in the wall and a ton of other problems that go with big, drunken parties.

And there's this ... the landlord says Sitch is a deadbeat who's behind on rent.

In the greater scheme of things it's small potatoes ... the reality star faces hard time if he's convicted of tax fraud.

Fame ... sometimes it really is a bitch.

Published | Updated

Michael Strahan hates to see her go, but he loves the look of $23 million in the bank -- so he's finally ready to part with his most beloved and prized ... L.A. area mansion.

TMZ Sports has learned the NFL Hall of Famer is pocket listing his Brentwood pad ... which buyers have been drooling over ever since Michael and Nicole Murphy broke up in August.

Our real estate sources tell us ... Michael is emotionally attached to the 15,600 sq. foot palace -- he just bought it in December for $16 million -- but recently decided he'll let it go IF, and only IF, he gets an offer of $23 million ... or more.

The spread includes 9 bedrooms and 14 baths ... but NOT Nicole. We're told she moved out back in the summer.

Amanda Bynes My Parents Won't Give Me Money For a Place to Live

Published | Updated

Amanda Bynes is a vagabond ... crashing wherever she can, and she's pleading with her parents to dole out enough money so she can get a place of her own.

Amanda is living off of gift cards courtesy of her parents -- between $50 and $100 a day. She clearly can't put down first and last month's rent for a place to live, and as a result she's calling on friends and former associates for help.

Amanda has been staying with 3 girls in a West Hollywood apartment for the last few days ... one of whom is her hair stylist. But that's not a long-term solution for her.

Amanda's parents hold the key, but our sources say they are "burned out" and don't have the energy for Amanda to move back in. Although her parents understand Amanda's anger -- after they tricked her into getting involuntarily committed at a psych hospital -- they are hurt by Amanda's public displays of anger toward them.

Amanda seems to realize she needs her parents on her side, so she's been deleting some of the inflammatory tweets, hoping to open the bank vault.

Amanda's parents have control over her assets, valued at $5.7 million.

Nick Young & Iggy We're Talkin' Marriage Bought a House Together

Seems Nick Young and Iggy Azalea are one step closer to the alter ... because they just bought a house together -- and Nick says they've started talking about marriage.

Nick just spilled his guts about his relationship with the rapper to DuJour Magazine ... saying, "Me and Iggy just bought a house. We’ve been getting really close lately. I’ve never been with somebody like this."

The couple has only been dating for about a year ... but when Nick was asked if the two have talked about getting married, he replied, "It’s come up a couple times."

Nick wouldn't say if they have a time-table on tying the knot -- but ya don't just buy a house with someone you don't plan on being with for a while.

Other highlights from the interview:

-- They bicker (like every couple) ... "We fight over the TV remote because she watches TLC and the Weather Channel all night. We argue all the time, but we get it worked out. We understand each other."

-- Iggy wants Nick to dress better ... "I like shopping a lot, but Iggy’s been on my back saying I should get a stylist." He adds, "She picked out my outfit for the ESPY [Awards] and everybody loved it, so now she thinks she’s my stylist."

Selena Gomez Cops Plead With Her ... Just Lock Your Damn Door!

Someone give Selena Gomez a Kleenex, because she cried wolf again ... after cops responded to yet another false alarm.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... an alarmed Selena called police a few days back saying she thought someone was inside her house because when she got home the door was unlocked.

Cops raced over but found no one inside.

This is the third time Selena made calls to cops fearing an intruder where there was none.

Selena had gates installed around the house earlier this year -- after a stalker repeatedly showed up at her $3 million Calabasas mansion.

Here's another idea. Lock your doors and turn your alarm on.

Ashley Greene Fire No Crack Pipe Or Arson Evidence

Published | Updated

Cross crack pipe off the list of possible reasons Ashley Greene's apartment went up in flames -- according to Sheriff's investigators who sifted through the burned out pad right after the fire.

TMZ broke the story ... Ashley's building manager says a cleanup crew claimed to have found a glass crack pipe in Greene's unit. But we got hold of a report filed by the Sheriff's Arson/Explosives Unit ... and there's no mention of a crack pipe.

That could mean there was NO pipe, but it could also be that investigators just missed it. According to the docs ... there was also no sign of arson.

As we first told you ... a preliminary report said a candle ignited a sofa -- and indeed, the Sheriff's doc says investigators could NOT rule out an accidental cause.

Famous Haunted House Girl Exorcised After Demonic Invasion

The house has had documented incidents of paranormal activity. As we first reported ... a family fled the home after claiming they were terrorized by demons.

Zak convinced different former residents to return to the home for a new documentary ... and as soon as they began filming, demonic activity surfaced. The mother claimed someone kicked her when no one was around. And there were other incidents as well.

A few days later, the daughter began having violent outbursts ... threatening to hurt herself and others. Zak says the girl's family witnessed her speaking in tongues ... exhibiting signs of demonic possession.

Zak claims they brought the girl to a Catholic priest, who performed an exorcism. He recorded the ritual on video. Zak says the girl is now back to her old self.

The documentary was put on ice while everyone dealt with the daughter, and now Zak says he'll return to the house in December ... to finish the film.

Val Kilmer I Lost My Small Claims Case But Still Got Money!

Published | Updated

Val Kilmer just learned a hard lesson about being a tenant ... because a judge just socked him hard for making what the actor felt were "improvements" on his Malibu rental.

As we reported ... Kilmer sued his landlord, claiming he made drastic improvements on the crib by painting the fireplace and slapping wallpaper on the wooden cabinets in the kitchen.

Problem is ... the lease required the landlord's prior approval, and Val didn't get it.

When Kilmer moved out, the landlord returned only around $16K of the $23,500 security deposit ... withholding around $7,400 for undoing Val's handiwork.

The judge just laid down the law ... saying the landlord was indeed allowed to withhold money but he got greedy. The judge allowed the landlord to keep a little more than $5K but return $2,210.

So note to Val: Get your landlord's approval before doing it again ... and don't wallpaper over wooden cabinets -- it's gross.

James Cameron Terrorizing Malibu ... With Front Yard Horror Show!

Published | Updated

James Cameron's known for sinking millions into big budget action films or sinking ships -- but now he's jumping into the horror game with a sick Halloween display ... worthy of his Malibu mansion.

No 'Avatar' blue creatures, or 'Aliens' monsters -- instead Mr. Terminator went with more traditional macabre scenes. But check out the gallery ... his ghouls, ghosts, and cemetery will put most to shame.

Sadly, JC passed on paying homage to the first feature film he ever directed -- the 1981 cult classic "Piranha II: The Spawning."

C'mon, James ... flying piranhas in Malibu would've been awesome.

'Breaking Bad' Star Bob Odenkirk You Want A Real Estate Lesson? Better Call Saul

Published | Updated

Bob Odenkirk made a career playing a guy who protected drug kingpins and their money on "Breaking Bad" ... and now he's ready to cash in legitimately in real life.

The actor who played Walter White's shady lawyer Saul Goodman on BB just listed his home for $2.5 million ... not bad, because he bought it in '98 for $675K.

The single-level house is in the same exclusive Oaks area of Los Feliz -- home to celebs like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Zac Efron, Jon Hamm, Alexander Skarsgard and Naya Rivera.

It vaguely resembles the Heisenberg's digs from the outside.

And one more celeb connection. Bob listed the house with real estate guru Sharona Alperin -- she's the inspiration for "My Sharona."

UP IN FLAMES

Ashley Greene's apartment that burned to a crisp last year had one remnant ... a crack pipe, according to a sworn statement by the building manager.

TMZ broke the story ... Ashley, her boyfriend and her brother were all sleeping in the unit when a fire broke out after a burning candle ignited some nearby fabric. All 3 fled, but one of her dogs died.

The fire did extensive damage to a number of units and a number of tenants/owners are suing the "Twilight" star.

The manager, Adrian Mayorga, is also suing, claiming he suffered permanent respiratory damage. According to his sworn deposition -- obtained by TMZ -- Mayorga says one of the men who cleared out the unit after the fire told him he found a glass crack pipe.

Mayorga said, he was the first person in the hallway after the blaze broke out and says he saw Ashley and the others "disoriented ... they looked like they were drunk or under the influence of something."

Mayorga also says in the depo ... "The only people I saw getting treated was Ashley Greene, her brother Joe Green, and her -- the current boyfriend, Ryan Phillippe."

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ ... Phillippe submitted a sworn declaration to Greene's lawyer this week, saying not only was he not in the apartment the night of the fire ... he has never been in her unit at that building.

We contacted Greene's people but did not get a response.
