Harrison Ford will not be disciplined by the FAA for his taxiway landing.

Ford's attorney, Stephen Hofer, just released the conclusions of the FAA's investigation into the February mishap at John Wayne Airport in Orange County ... where Ford buzzed an American Airlines 737 and then landed on the taxiway.

Hofer says the FAA determined no disciplinary action was warranted, adding, "Mr. Ford retains his pilot's certificate without restriction."

Detroit Pistons star Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was surprisingly calm for a guy suspected of DUI ... at least, it seemed that way in the video of his arrest, obtained by TMZ Sports.

Kentavious was arrested in the early hours of March 29 -- after the Pistons had lost to the Miami Heat.

KCP was initially pulled over for speeding -- but during the stop, the officer explains to the NBA star that he smelled booze and his eyes were glossy.

Caldwell-Pope explained that he only had 2 drinks that night -- two glasses of Hennessy -- but says he specifically kept his drinking in check because he knew he had to drive.

At one point, it sounds like Kentavious calls himself a "lightweight."

Michael Irvin tells TMZ Sports he will NOT stay quiet as cops continue to investigate the sexual assault allegation against him ... and says he will personally make a statement about the case TODAY.

We broke the story ... a 27-year-old woman accused Irvin of sexually assaulting her at a hotel in Florida on March 21. He adamantly denies any wrongdoing.

The Cowboys legend has been silent about the situation -- but as he was leaving an autograph event at the Dulles Expo Center on Sunday, he vowed to tell his side of the story.

"Cash Me Outside" girl Danielle Bregoli and her mom, Barbara, are officially on police radar for a video that many think shows Barbara beating her kid.

Law enforcement sources in Boynton Beach, FL tell us the department has been made aware of the videos showing Barbara pinning her then 11-year-old daughter down, striking her multiple times and calling her a bitch.

It appears someone filed a complaint against Barbara because when the video hit the Internet, cops said they would not investigate unless they were contacted by a complainant.

It would seem Children Services will be involved soon ... that's protocol when the welfare of a child becomes an issue.

We spoke to Danielle just after the video went viral, and she insisted it was all horseplay.

A company rep tells us they never reached out to Afeni's estate because they didn't think they needed to -- they feel they got the stuff lawfully. Lawyers for the estate beg to differ.

Live Nation is hell-bent on making sure no one's peddling bootleg John Mayer t-shirts outside Madison Square Garden next month when his show rolls through town.

The company just got a temporary restraining order banning street vendors from manufacturing, distributing or selling any merch with Mayer's logo or likeness 4 hours before and/or after his April 5th show within a 4-mile radius of the venue.

We're told the NYPD has a special task force to deal with these types of issues, called the "MSG Team," who will seize any counterfeit gear.

Good news is there'll be plenty of official merch to purchase ... for way more.

Waffle House sent the cops after a man for not paying for his meal, but video evidence cleared him and now HE wants payback ... according to a new suit.

William Edmonson Jr. claims he and his son went to a Pensacola Waffle House for some grub in October 2015, but when his burger order got messed up ... he saw one of the workers grab the patty with his bare hands, peel the cheese off and throw it back on the grill. He says he was so repulsed, he and his boy left before they got their meals.

Here's where it gets interesting. According to the docs ... Waffle House falsely reported to cops that the Edmonsons ate their food and left without paying, and William got arrested and charged with theft MONTHS later.

However, Edmonson says Waffle House later turned over surveillance footage of the incident that showed he and his son left without ever receiving their food ... so the DA immediately dropped the charges.

Edmonson's still PISSED, though, and wants a whole lot of cash from the restaurant to make it right.

Daryl Hall wants to move the music outside for his hit show, "Live from Daryl's House" -- but first he'll have to battle an upstate New York town in court.

Daryl's House, the venue where the show is taped, recently filed suit against Pawling, NY for blocking the joint from building an outdoor stage. The town's beef is all about occupancy. Daryl's team says it's being forced to cut it from 318 people to 198 ... or risk getting shut down altogether.

Negotiations had been underway between Pawling officials and management at Daryl's House for the outdoor stage expansion, but they're at a standstill until the numbers game is settled.

Daryl's House says if forced to abide by the lower number, they'll suffer millions of dollars in damages. Hall's jammed on the show with the likes of Wyclef Jean, Kenny Loggins and Elle King.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are not getting married, which is our takeaway after learning her bid to use the Kardashian name to hawk merch has been officially rejected.

We've learned Kim, Khloe and Kourtney were successful in blocking Blac's petition to own the rights to the name Angela Renee Kardashian.

We broke the story ... the sisters didn't want Blac to profit off the family name -- even if she did marry Rob -- so they filed legal docs to stop it. They claimed it created confusion in the marketplace.

Captain Lee Rosbach claims someone filed for bankruptcy for him without his knowledge or consent and he has no idea why ... but he's on the hunt and is looking for revenge.

The "Below Deck" sea captain tells TMZ ... he was shocked to hear reports of his bankruptcy case while he was out at sea filming for season 5.

Lee notified the Dept. of Justice which launched a federal investigation, targeting 2 individuals whose names also appear on the bankruptcy docs -- Maurice Clarence Jeffries and Edward Tinsley. Lee says he doesn't know either. The feds seem to be buying Lee's story.

The "Below Deck" Captain says he has hard proof it's all BS ... the signature on the bankruptcy petition is forged and the social security number is wrong.

Candy Crush's creators say a competitor is trying to hook players by stealing all the addictive stuff that made them top dog in mobile gaming ... so now they're out to crush 'em in court.

King.com, the maker of the wildly popular Candy Crush and Bubble Witch mobile games, is suing JoyFox, the makers of the similarly-named Cookie Crush and Bubble Mania, for having "slavishly copied the creative combination of elements that King selected to create a unique and engaging experience."

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Cookie came out 2 years after Candy with nearly identical fantasy worlds where players collect points and complete tasks by aligning candies into rows of 3 matching sets.

JoyFox pulled the same crap, according to the suit, with its Bubbly Mania -- a not-so-cleverly named "blatant clone" of King's Bubble Witch ... which has nearly identical "wand-wielding female protagonists" with cat sidekicks.

King wants JoyFox to stop selling the games and fork over every tasty penny it's made off them. You just want to get back to your game. We know.

Stephen Belafonte was swarmed by federal agents Friday who served a search warrant and we're told they were on the hunt for firearms.

Stephen -- who's embroiled in a divorce case with Mel B -- had just arrived at his Hollywood Hills home as agents from the Dept. of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms were waiting. The agents pat him down and then enter the house with a crowbar, a mini battering ram, and other tools.

Our sources say the warrant involves possible illegal possession of firearms.

It appears they found nothing because the agents left without taking Belafonte into custody ... although we're told it's still an ongoing investigation.

Katherine Jackson has been stashed away from her grandchildren since returning to Los Angeles ... out of fear they'll reprogram grandma and derail her legal battle with Trent Jackson.

Sources connected to the family tell us Michael's children -- Paris, Prince and Blanket -- didn't even know Katherine was coming back and as of Friday, had not seen her. Remember, she flew back from London Wednesday night, and her daughter Rebbie desperately tried to block our camera at LAX.

Other family sources say rather than taking the matriarch to her own home, she was secretly taken to one of her children's homes -- and it has everything to do with the elder abuse lawsuit.

Remember, the main reason Katherine even came back is to testify against her nephew, Trent. He's made it clear he believes Rebbie and Jermaine Jackson are masterminding the whole case in an effort to gain control of Katherine's money.

We're told Trent's camp thinks Katherine's kids are worried Paris and Prince will encourage grandma to drop the lawsuit. You'll recall ... Paris went off on Jermaine and other siblings in 2012 when Katherine was taken to Arizona for nearly 2 weeks. She equated it to a kidnapping.

Our sources point out the fact Katherine still hasn't seen her beloved grandchildren -- after being gone for 2 months -- is a strong sign someone doesn't want a repeat of 2012.

Forever 21 needs to step the hell off Rihanna's coattails, and her footwear designs for that matter ... according to Puma which says the retail giant is straight ripping off RiRi.

Puma is suing Forever 21 in federal court, accusing the company of illegally knocking off several shoes Rihanna helped design for Puma's "Fenty" label. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Forever 21 has copied at least 3 of Puma and Rihanna's designs -- the Creeper, the Bow Slide and the Fur Slide.

Rihanna's served as Women's Creative Director and brand ambassador for the sportswear co. since 2014. Puma openly admits in the lawsuit, it keeps volume low on her line in order to create demand for the "luxury products" -- a strategy it claims Forever 21 screws with its replica shoes.

Forever 21's whole "business model is based on trading off of the established goodwill of reputable, name-brand companies, such as Puma" ... according to the suit.

Translation: They're biting our style because they know it's hot.

Puma points out it holds patents and copyrights for the shoe line. It's suing to immediately shut down sales of the "knocked-off" gear, and for ALL Forever 21's profits from them.

Wonderful Pistachios allegedly put a man on a prolonged toilet visit ... a man who just filed a class action lawsuit claiming the nuts gave him Salmonella.

A Chicago area man is leading the charge against the The Wonderful Company, claiming he bought a bag of its pistachios in December 2015, and got abdominal pain and diarrhea shortly after eating them.

What's worse ... the man says after he recovered, he ate more Wonderful Pistachios and got sick again, because he had no clue the nuts were the culprit.

According to the docs ... the FDA determined in early 2016 the Wonderful Pistachios were indeed to blame for a Salmonella outbreak. The Chicago man believes the company failed to properly warn consumers of this risk and put people in danger.

He's suing on behalf of all folks who got sick from eating the pistachios. Sam's Club is also named in the suit, because he says that's where he bought his bag of nuts.
