E.G. Daily feels terrible about Conrad Hilton getting arrested for trying to break into her house, but she's also concerned for her family ... and says something needed to be done this time.

E.G. tells TMZ ... Conrad's erratic behavior toward her and her daughter Hunter has been going on for years, and she could have called cops on him many times. She says she's been in touch with Rick and Kathy Hilton, and tried to cut Conrad a break -- but thinks it's clear he needs serious help.

We broke the story ... Conrad was arrested Saturday for breaking into E.G.'s house and violating a restraining order Hunter has against him -- not the first time that's happened -- and for stealing her dad, Rick Salomon's Bentley.

"Revenge of the Nerds" star Robert Carradine admits being in a psychotic state when he slammed into a semi-truck head on that nearly killed him and his wife ... but he claims it's HER fault because she cut off his meds.

Robert says he experienced acute psychosis after his estranged wife, Edith, cut off his bipolar Rx ... still, she implored him to get behind the wheel the day of his horrific March 2015 crash.

In the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Robert says his downward spiral began after his brother David's death in 2009. He says he was eventually diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

We broke the story ... Edith filed docs saying Robert confessed to intentionally driving into the semi-truck to kill them both.

As for their beef over money ... Robert says she blew the $70k they made off an appearance on "Celebrity Wife Swap."

50 Cent just taught a lesson to anyone who's thinking of getting rich off a celeb's back ... or face.

Lesson learned by an auto detailing company that dared to plaster Fiddy's pics on its online ads hawking rims without his permission.

We've learned Phenomenal Vinyl, Rim Source Motorsports has just plunked down some cash in return for getting out from under the lawsuit 50 filed.

As for how much money ... part of the deal is that no one would talk, however, our sources say money did indeed change hands.

We broke the story ... 50 prohibited the company from posting any images of him. Not only did the company post pics, they even tagged him on Instagram. Audacious, and kinda dumb.

Chris Brown was just on the receiving end of the old adage, "If at first you don't succeed, try try again," because Karrueche FINALLY was able to serve him with legal docs triggered by alleged death threats.

And speaking of adages, it's the classic insult to injury, because Chris was served at his birthday bash. We've confirmed he was leaving Grooves nightclub in Houston when a process server slapped him with papers ... and Chris was pissed.

TMZ broke the story ... Karrueche wants a judge to order Chris to stay clear of her, claiming he threatened to shoot her and has resorted to physical violence, punching her in the stomach and throwing her down the stairs.

The hearing is set for later this month.

1:40 PM PT -- Cops in Oregon say they just caught Lyerla.

It's a crazy story ... a rep for the Hillsboro PD says they responded to a call for an overdose earlier today. When they got to the scene, they ID'ed the overdosed person as Lyerla.

Cops say he tried to run away but didn't get very far. He's currently in the hospital getting treated and will be rebooked into jail when he recovers.

Ex-Oregon Ducks tight end Colt Lyerla broke out of a jail on Thursday ... and now cops are trying to bring the 24-year-old back into custody, ASAP.

Lyerla was a key part of those insane Ducks teams from 2011 to 2013 -- winning the Pac-12 championship, the Rose Bowl and the Fiesta Bowl. He signed with Packers in 2014 but got injured before the season began.

The 24-year-old was 2 months into a 6 month sentence at a minimum security jail in Oregon stemming from a heroin arrest back in March ... but he went missing on Thursday.

Officials from the Washington County Community Corrections Center tells TMZ Sports an alarm was triggered by an open window at the jail and after a search, officers determined Lyerla had escaped.

We're told a warrant has been issued for his arrest and if/when he's caught he'll face a felony escape charge.

Lyerla has a troubled past -- with previous arrests for cocaine possession, DUI and forgery.

Demi Moore has been sued -- belatedly -- over a death in the actress' pool 2 years ago.

TMZ broke the story ... Demi was out of town when her caretaker threw a party for a small group. Most of them left to go out at some point in the evening, and when they returned they found a 21-year-old male who stayed behind facedown in the pool.

Law enforcement told us the victim had told the group he couldn't swim and apparently tripped over something while everyone was gone and fell in the pool.

There was alcohol at the party, and that's a factor in the lawsuit.

The man's parents had sued the trust that owned the house, but Demi had not been named. She's just been joined as a defendant.

As for why Demi's sued, the parents say there were no depth markers or any safety signage in the 10-foot-deep pool. The parents also claim there were rocks around the pool which created a trip hazard. And, the parents say, the temp in the pool was 101 degrees, and they say that compromises brain function.

Naima Mora -- Cycle 4 winner of "America's Next Top Model" -- claims she had her ass slapped in front of coworkers by a manager who tormented her.

Mora claims in a new lawsuit she was sexually harassed at the Alberta Ferretti boutique in West Hollywood almost from the get-go. She says she was targeted with inappropriate comments and unwanted advances for 4 months in 2015 while she worked as a sales associate.

She claims the manager's advances reached a boiling point on October 1, when he spanked her after a staff meeting in front of everyone. She also says he physically assaulted her by shoving her head. Mora says when she complained things only got worse.

Mora says HR was useless and she started suffering panic attacks on the way to work. She says she reached the breaking point and had to resign.

"Revenge of the Nerds" star Robert Carradine confessed to deliberately driving into a semi-truck, intent on killing himself and his wife -- that's her bombshell claim in new legal docs.

Robert's estranged wife, Edith Carradine, says 4 months after the harrowing March 2015 crash on a Colorado highway, she confronted Robert about the accident. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she says Robert "confessed to me and our two children that he deliberately drove into the truck to kill us both."

She added Robert's an "experienced professional race car driver" who was wide awake ... so when he suddenly veered across the highway and into the full sized semi-truck, he did so on purpose."

Edith says the crash was the result of Robert's depression, which he's been suffering since his brother, David's death in 2009. She wants possession of Robert's 17 guns, fearing he'll hurt himself.

Her other beef is money. In the docs, Edith says she's broke, has no job and owes more than $14k in attorney fees. She wants his guitars, some of which he claims she's already taken, because they're worth several thousand dollars.

Kris Jenner has obtained a court order to keep a former security guard away from her, after he was busted trying to contact her at her home ... for the 3rd time.

Kris' attorney, Shawn Holley, filed a request for a restraining order Wednesday, detailing Joshua Jacobs' latest attempt, on May 1, to get face-to-face with the Kardashian matriarch. In the docs, Kris says Jacobs... "crashed his vehicle through the gate to our community, came on to my property looking for me at around 1:00 AM."

Jacobs was actually kneeling down in front of the security keypad on her house, and pressing keys when Kris' personal security spotted him. He was charged with felony stalking, and arraigned Wednesday.

According to docs, Jacobs made the same mad dash for Jenner's house 2 weeks earlier, and also showed up in March ... with his grandmother in his car.

Starbucks' pink and blue Unicorn Frappuccino craze has a Brooklyn coffee shop feeling straight-up blue ... and super pissed off.

Owners of The End claim the idea of a brightly colored, multi-flavored drink was theirs, AND they came up with it months before Starbucks. In a lawsuit, The End says its Unicorn Latte features pink and blue colors and ZERO coffee ... just like Starbucks' concoction.

According to the suit ... The End started selling its Unicorn Latte in December 2016 and filed paperwork to own the name in January. Starbucks rolled out their beverage in April, and The End says it's confusing consumers -- Unicorn Frapp, Unicorn Latte ... tomato, tomahto.

The End wants Starbucks to stop using Unicorn on all its drinks and pay up for stealing it. Not fuh nuthin' but ... the Brooklyn shop also wants a public apology.

A Starbucks rep tells us ... the suit is without merit, and its drink was inspired by many unicorn-themed foods and drinks trending on social media.

Kodak Black's heading back to jail for violating house arrest and could be there for just shy of a year -- but the judge also hooked him up with a get out of jail early card.

The sentencing went down Thursday in Fort Lauderdale and although the 19-year-old rapper got slapped with 364 days in jail, he could actually be free in about a month ... IF he completes a court-ordered life skills course.

We're told the course involves learning how to maintain a bank account, and how to conduct himself as an adult. The judge's point -- pull your life together, and I'll give you an 11 month discount. Kodak's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, tells us they're happy with the judge's sentence. Remember, prosecutors wanted him locked up for 8 years.

As we reported ... the rapper was found guilty after leaving his crib on multiple occasions -- including a strip club jaunt -- without approval from his probation officer.

El Chapo's gotta stop his whining and get in touch with his softer side ... with a little love letter writing.

That's what a federal judge basically said in a new order after the drug lord bitched about his prison conditions -- from no free access to channel surfing and a stationary bike that faces away from the TV to the size of his cell inside the Metropolitan Correctional Center.

The judge is tired of the back-and-forth spat with prosecutors and he put an end to it -- saying Chapo's complaints do NOT raise constitutional concerns and he will NOT micromanage the Bureau of Prisons.

Casey Anthony was back in the baby business ... at least for a minute.

Casey was at lunch with friends at a restaurant in Clearwater, Florida, when a woman at the table forked over the 6-month-old to the woman who was acquitted of murdering her own child.

There's a story behind all this ... the infant is the grandson of a veteran NBC producer who has gotten close to Anthony. There have been numerous stories ... NBC has made a serious play for several years to get a sit-down with her.

The infant's mother took the pics back in February.

BTW ... this was not just a moment in time. One of the pics shows Casey and the baby at a home before they all went to lunch.

Street ball legend Fly Williams -- considered one of the greatest street ballers of all time -- was arrested in NY after cops say he was running a multi-million dollar heroin empire.

The 64-year-old -- who was drafted by the Denver Nuggets in the 1st round of the '74 ABA Draft -- has named the "kingpin" of the operation by the Brooklyn District Attorney.

He's facing 10 felony charges related to the alleged ring.

Law enforcement sources tell us prosecutors believe Fly was running a team of street dealers who were moving 2 million glassines of heroin at $10 a pop.

Cops have recovered $180,000 in cash and 2 KILOS of heroin.

18 arrests have been made in connection with the ring and face charges of conspiracy, operating a drug ring, drug possession and more.

Chief Keef doesn't think he's going to jail despite there being a warrant out for his arrest in Miami after he was a no-show this week in court.

We got the "I Don't Like" rapper out in L.A. Wednesday night where he seemed unfazed about the chance he'll be thrown in jail. Keef clearly ain't sweatin' it because it's "just a DUI."

He even urges the cops to come get him.

We broke the story ... Chief Keef failed to show up Tuesday for his arraignment on DUI and weed possession charges, so an arrest warrant was issued in his name.

ScHoolboy Q was under investigation for felony armed robbery, but will not be charged due to a lack of evidence against him ... or even witnesses accusing him.

It's a weird incident no one knew about, but our law enforcement sources say it went down back in March after an L.A. concert featuring ScHoolboy Q,

The alleged victims said they followed Q to an after party, and when they arrived 2 people robbed them at gunpoint. They admit the rapper "never participated in the actual robbery," but told police he showed up in another car while it was happening. Their insinuation was Q masterminded the jacking.

However, we're told the alleged victims delayed reporting the robbery at all, and when cops reached out ... they had no interest in filing charges. All of which explains why the D.A. just officially rejected the case.
