"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Karlie Redd says 2 men broke into her garage and jacked her beloved Porsche, and she's suing a car dealership for organizing the heist.

Now, the dealership -- Vanderhall Exotics of Houston -- would call it your run-of-the-mill repo ... but in docs, obtained by TMZ, Karlie says her 2014 Panamera was straight stolen. She says she'd made $43,300 worth of payments on the car she purchased for $57,397 -- but on February 28, around 2:53 AM, the men forced their way into her garage.

In the suit, she says they also got into her house, stole an unspecified amount of jewelry and clothing ... and then bolted with the Porsche. Karlie says she called police and, through an app, traced the car back to the dealer in Texas.

The dealership claims the car was lawfully repossessed, but Karlie strongly disagrees. She's not demanding the return of the car, but she is suing to get back all the money she'd paid on it.

Michael Irvin says his legal team has been informed the rape kit in his sexual assault investigation has come back negative ... though officials would not confirm or deny when contacted by TMZ Sports.

As we previously reported, the NFL Hall of Famer is being investigated for allegedly drugging and raping a 27-year-old woman at a Florida hotel back in March.

Irvin has adamantly denied ANY wrongdoing and says he never touched the accuser.

As for the claim about the negative rape kit, we're told Irvin got that information from his Miami legal team which told Irvin they'd been in contact with police investigators.

We called the Ft. Lauderdale Police Dept. to verify Irvin's claim -- but a rep told us the PD could not comment on an open investigation and Irvin's case is still pending.

Playboy twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon -- 2 of Hugh Hefner's former 'Girls Next Door' hotties -- were arrested after they allegedly busted each other up.

Law enforcement sources tell us police were summoned to the Shannon twins' WeHo home Wednesday morning around 3:30 AM.

Cops say Kristina and Karissa had gotten into a violent brawl after a night of drinking. We're told Kristina punched Karissa in the face, and Karissa picked up an ADT security monitor and threw it at her sister ... knocking out teeth.

The twins were arrested for domestic violence on the spot, since they both had visible injuries.

Karissa was booked for felony domestic violence, and Kristina for misdemeanor domestic violence. As for the difference ... Kristina's injuries were way more serious.

Seems like they oughta live up to their TV titles and get their own places.

Rapper Rich the Kid flaunts his wheels, but when it comes to paying he prefers to ditch the bill ... according to a new lawsuit.

DPN Cars Corp is suing the rapper, claiming he missed a March car payment for $6,620. A company rep there tells us the whip in question is an S600 Maybach.

Rich was standing on the hood in Bev Hills back in March after throwing money on the sidewalk.

We've reached out to the rapper, so far no word back.

Shia LaBeouf loudly claimed an L.A. bartender "f**ked up" by threatening him over french fries -- but now the bartender's striking back ... with a lawsuit.

You'll recall, Shia exploded in a rage last month, screaming at staffers in Pinz Bowling Alley and Jerry's Famous Deli. It was never very clear why he flipped out, but it was crystal clear that he singled out David Bernstein ... the bartender at Jerry's.

In a lawsuit, Bernstein says Shia lost it because he'd been cut off from booze. He says the actor was "significantly under the influence" ... and pounded on the bar with his fist at the news he would not be served.

In docs, Bernstein says he grabbed a Grey Goose vodka bottle because he was worried Shia was about to attack. The bottle is clearly cocked on his shoulder in videos of the incident. He adds ... Shia calling him a "f**king racist bitch" was an attempt to "incite a predominantly African-American crowd.".

Bernstein insists in his suit ... all his customers love him, including the black ones.

Stevie J says Joseline Hernandez put a new twist on her attacks on him -- this time her weapon of choice was, no joke ... a bowl of hot mushrooms.

The alleged fungi fling went down May 10 at Seasons 52 Restaurant in Atlanta. According to the police report, Joseline flew into a rage when Stevie tried to back out of the meeting they'd planned -- with his lawyer. He accused her of being "in a hostile mood."

When Stevie got up to leave he claims Joseline grabbed a bowl off the table with "about 6 to 8 very hot mushrooms ready to be served and threw it at him." Stevie's lawyer then called police.

Several restaurant employees told cops they witnessed the 'shroom abuse and added that Joseline's behavior scared other patrons. Officers recovered the ceramic bowl as evidence.

12:30 PM PT -- We just spoke with X-Pac -- who's obviously PUMPED about the situation!

The WWE legend reacted to the good news and even gave us on update on his yeast infection.

X-Pac was telling the TRUTH ... officials say the pills he was carrying at LAX tested NEGATIVE for meth -- and now his drug case is essentially over.

We broke the story, X-Pac was arrested at LAX on April 29 after drug dogs found pills in his luggage that officials believed to be meth. He was booked for possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

X-Pac (real name Sean Waltman) denied the allegations and said the pills were a non-meth medicine to treat a yeast infection.

TMZ Sports has obtained official documents showing the L.A. County District Attorney tested the pills which all came back as "no controlled substance."

As for the weed X-Pac was carrying at the time, officials say it was a legal amount in the state of California.

"There may be a federal crime here, but there's no state crime," the D.A. noted. Our law enforcement sources say the case is over.

Hanging with Nicki Minaj is a sure sign you've finally made it ... Jeremy Meeks now knows the feeling.

Rockwell, the guy who sang the hit "Somebody's Watching Me" ... got dragged out of his house in handcuffs for allegedly fighting with his housekeeper.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the housekeeper called cops Thursday afternoon to report Rockwell had hit her. The fight was apparently over lunch. We're told she claims the one-hit wonder got pissed because she didn't make a sandwich quickly enough at his Venice, CA home.

According to our sources, she told police she wanted to make a citizen's arrest on her boss ... who's btw, Berry Gordy's son.

Rockwell is being booked for misdemeanor battery, and remains in custody.

Translation: someone's watching now, for sure.

Frankie Edgar says it would be ridiculous if Cris Cyborg gets sued for punching Angela Magana in the face ... telling TMZ Sports Magana should've seen it comin' when she ran her mouth.

We spoke with Edgar about Magana's plans to pursue legal action ... and The Answer clearly disagrees with the idea, saying "it's kinda crazy to me."

"I don't know how a fighter can press charges for getting hit," Edgar tells us. "Especially if you run your mouth."

"I'd never sue someone over a fight."

9:50 PM PT -- Greg Gianforte has been cited for misdemeanor assault by local authorities. Cops found that the nature of Jacobs' injuries did not meet the statutory elements of felony assault. Gianforte has between now and June 7 to appear in Gallatin County court.

6:20 PM PT -- Jacobs called cops after Gianforte's alleged attack to report an assault, and is reportedly getting X-rays on his elbow at a local hospital.

Gianforte's camp just released a statement ... they claim Jacobs entered the office without permission and began aggressively asking questions, and when Greg tried to grab the phone pushed in his face, Jacobs "grabbed Greg's wrist, and spun away from Greg, pushing them both to the ground."

A Montana politician running for congressional office body slammed a reporter ... and the sounds of the scuffle were caught on audio tape.

Greg Gianforte -- who's gunning for a House seat in Congress in a special 2017 election -- slammed Guardian reporter, Ben Jacobs, Wednesday in Bozeman, Montana during an event ... around local TV crews, at that. He then yelled to "Get the hell out of here!"

Jacobs tweeted about the incident, saying Gianforte "broke my glasses."

The reporter's question about the GOP healthcare bill seemed to spark the attack, but it's unclear if Gianforte faced any repercussions. Jacobs was quick to get the audio to the Guardian, which posted it soon after.

Jacobs also shared a photo of his broken glasses ... as he was being taken away in an ambulance.

UFC fighter Angela Magana says Cris 'Cyborg' Justino is gonna pay for punching her in the face this past weekend ... telling TMZ Sports she's lawyer'd up and is ready to sue.

We spoke to Magana who says she's "most definitely" suing Cyborg for her medical bills and has been cooperating with authorities ... who she claims are pursuing felony assault charges.

(As of now, Cyborg has only been cited for misdemeanor battery.)

Angela also calls B.S. on people who say she had it coming after taunting Cyborg online ... saying Justino needs to have thicker skin.

Magana also sent a message to Cyborg.

"You f***ed up, big time. You can't do what you did. I'm gonna get you as hard as I can get you."

Sandra Bullock's worst nightmare -- the guy she found standing in her hallway in the middle of the night -- copped a plea in the felony stalking and burglary case ... he won't be going to jail, but the punishment is actually comforting to Sandra.

The judge gave Joshua Corbett 5 years of probation and ordered him to continue getting in-patient treatment at a mental health facility. Corbett broke into Bullock's home back in 2014 ... and she actually came face-to-face with him after she was awakened by a loud noise.

Bullock made an understandably panicked 911 call after barricading herself in her room ... which was played in court.

Here's why probation is comforting to Bullock ... up until now, all she had was a restraining order which does no good if the person restrained has mental issues and doesn't take his or her meds. No one's monitoring the person who's the subject of the restraining order.

Now that Corbett is on probation, he'll be monitored by a probation officer who can keep tabs on him and make sure he takes his meds. Typically, someone who takes the required meds becomes harmless.

For safe measure, the judge ordered Corbett to stay clear of Sandra for 10 years.

Barry White's son is almost broke and nearly homeless ... and he claims it's all because he's getting the raw end of the deal from his father's trust.

Darryl White is suing the legendary singer's estate and Barry's widow, Glodean White, saying she promised he'd get his fair cut, IF he agreed to not sue her to challenge the amount of money he was getting.

Darryl says Glodean never let him see the will after Barry died in 2003, instead it was more like ... trust me.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, he says he agreed and got payments up until September 2015. Darryl, who's a singer himself, believes Glodean is using up his father's dough to support her lavish lifestyle. He's suing to finally get a look at the will, and a proper accounting of what he's due.

We've reached out to Barry's estate and Glodean, so far no word back.

The Joker has been arrested ... again ... this time well outside the Gotham City limits.

29-year-old Lawrence Patrick Sullivan -- whose face is tatted up like Batman's archenemy -- was busted in Miami Tuesday after allegedly pointing a loaded gun at drivers passing an apartment complex.

Responding officers say they found Sullivan with a loaded Smith & Wesson handgun in his pocket. Cops were responding to multiple calls earlier in the day about an armed man who resembled the Joker.

He was booked for carrying a concealed firearm, and bail was set for $5,000.

Former Playboy Playmate Dani Mathers has a choice ... either go to jail or do some hard labor, as her punishment for secretly taking a pic of an elderly woman in a gym locker room and then shaming her on social media.

Mathers was in court Wednesday and copped a plea in her criminal invasion of privacy case. The judge told Mathers she could pick door #1 or door #2.

Door #1: 45 days in jail and 36 months probation.

Door #2: 30 days graffiti removal ... again with 36 months probation.

She chose door #2.

You'll recall Dani took a pic of a naked, 71-year-old woman at an LA Fitness and then posted the pic on Snapchat with caption, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."

The judge didn't lecture Dani ... it was all business.
