Jessica Alba's company allegedly made false claims about its products and now it's paying the price.

Alba's Honest Company has agreed to fork over $1.55 mil to settle claims it misled customers into thinking its soaps and cleaning products didn't contain a certain chemical ... but they did.

According to the suit ... the actress' company marketed products as being free of sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). Turns out it IS an ingredient in a different compound used in its products.

Great day for Buffalo Bills running back Jonathan Williams -- who fought his 2016 drunk driving arrest ... AND WON.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Williams -- a 5th round pick out of Arkansas in 2016 -- was pulled over in Fayatteville, AR on July 14 when cops suspected he had been drinking.

Williams had admitted to drinking a 40 oz. before getting behind the wheel, but refused to take a breathalyzer ... leading to his arrest. He begged cops to give him a pass because he was just drafted into the NFL.

Williams pled not guilty and took the case to trial -- where prosecutors failed to prove JW was driving drunk that night. Why? We're told the lack of a positive blood alcohol test was a factor.

We spoke with Williams' lawyer, Shane Wilkinson, who says, "The prosecution simply didn't have enough evidence to prove he was intoxicated."

"Jonathan is a good person and he is glad this is behind him so he can concentrate on his family and football."

1:19 PM PT -- Withey's attorney Alan Jackson tells TMZ Sports, "This was an apparent pathetic attempt at a shakedown that we saw a mile away and we are thankful the DA recognized that."

Utah Jazz center Jeff Withey will NOT be prosecuted for domestic violence -- despite the fact cops believe there WAS a physical altercation with his Playboy Playmate ex-fiancee.

TMZ Sports has learned ... Withey was investigated by the Manhattan Beach PD after Kennedy Summers filed a police report accusing him of beating her up.

Investigators found evidence that Withey and Summers got into a physical altercation during an argument in July 2016 ... with Withey admitting he used force against Summers, which left bruises on her thigh.

But -- and this is the key part of the investigation -- cops believe the evidence shows Summers initiated the altercation by jumping on him and hitting him after accusing Withey of cheating on her.

Officials say they believe Withey has a "reasonable claim of self-defense in that he was trying to get [Summers] off him." They also say Withey "never admits to striking [Summers] out of anger."

Summers did have bruises on her thigh from the incident but no other visible injuries.

We're told the findings were brought to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office -- and the decision was made to NOT move forward with the case. In short, Withey is off the hook.

Mary J. Blige is gonna have to cough up some emergency relief dough to her estranged husband while their divorce plays out, but he's gotta be disappointed by how much he's getting.

A judge has ordered Mary to pay Martin Isaacs $30,000 per month in temporary spousal support. Big number, no doubt, but way less than what he requested ... $129,319 per month.

The court found Martin was entitled to some dough to accommodate the standard of living he was used to while married to Mary, but also decided his dream number was unreasonable.

Mary will also have to pay retroactive spousal support dating back to September ... and his attorney fees -- that comes to $235k.

XXXTentacion got sucker punched onstage and knocked out cold during his show in San Diego ... which turned into an all-out brawl that left one person stabbed.

The video of the attack is insane -- XXX was up on the mic performing Wednesday night when the attacker socked him out of nowhere. Security scrambled and beat the piss out of the unidentified puncher.

Law enforcement sources tell us the stabbing happened backstage after the initial punch.

XXX was eventually carried offstage. One of his tour managers tells us he was unconscious for at least 2 minutes. We're also told XXX and his camp believe the attacker was hiding backstage.

Cops say another fight broke out later in the parking lot as well. Fans at the venue seemed to blame rapper Rob Stone for the melee -- they chanted his name as soon as the fight started, but it's unclear if he's really involved.

No arrests have been made. We're also told cops wanna talk to XXX for a statement.

Meanwhile, XXX posted a video afterward blaming the venue and security for setting him up, and he's threatening to sue.

Bill Cosby brought MORE celeb pals to court for day 4 of his sexual assault trial.

Cosby walked in with comedian Joe Torry and actor Lewis Dix Jr. Thursday, and the pals seemed very relaxed, even jovial -- despite serious allegations against Cosby.

Earlier this week, Cosby arrived at court locked arm-in-arm with Keshia Knight Pulliam ... and on Wednesday with another former co-star, Sheila Frazier.

Talk about making a bad situation worse ...

The SUV that Derek Fisher wrecked over the weekend in his DUI crash is registered to one Matthew K. Barnes... TMZ Sports has learned.

Fisher was driving the white 2015 Cadillac Escalade early Sunday morning when he hit a guard rail on the 101 Freeway in L.A. and flipped it while driving home with his girlfriend, Gloria Govan.

The car was completely totaled. Fisher was arrested for DUI.

Of course, Govan was previously married to Matt Barnes. They have two children together.

In fact, we're told the Golden State Warriors star had given the Escalade to Gloria specifically "for the kids."

So far, no comment from Barnes ... but we're guessing he's gonna want Fisher to pay for the replacement.

Stephen Belafonte's complaints about being broke as a joke fell on deaf ears, as the judge pushed off a decision on how much, if any, spousal support Mel B should pay.

As we reported, Belafonte says he's on hard times -- making zero dollars, running up credit card debt ... and desperately in need of cash flow. He got no sympathy from Mel's attorneys who requested a continuance on the money ruling.

Mel's team argued it's premature to talk money because she's incurred expenses related to the restraining order she has against him, and Stephen might end up having to cover some of that bill.

The judge agreed and pushed the hearing to the end of the month.

J Lo and A-Rod didn't look the least bit shaken by his looming legal battle with an ex -- as they boarded a private jet together.

Jennifer couldn't look more chill -- rocking sweats and Tims -- with her wingman, Alex. The couple's flying from Miami to Las Vegas for her show at Planet Hollywood Wednesday night.

TMZ broke the story ... one of Alex's ex-lovers is threatening to go public with private messages he allegedly sent her if he doesn't cough up $600k. We're told Alex is weighing his legal options, including reporting her to cops for extortion.

Bill Cosby's wife was MIA from court for the 3rd consecutive day of his sexual assault trial, and it's standing out to the media ... and possibly the jury.

We checked, and Bill and Camille Cosby haven't been photographed together in public since April 26, when they walked separately into an NYC office building.

While Cosby has shown up for his trial in PA with 2 former co-stars this week -- Keshia Knight Pulliam on Monday, and Sheila Frazier on Wednesday -- Camille no-showing could hurt her husband's defense.

Fact is, in sexual assault cases, attorneys typically want the spouse of the accused to publicly show support. There are reports Camille will eventually be in court, but first impressions matter ... especially with juries.

Gloria Allred desperately needed to be on vibrate, but instead her phone rang in the middle of the Bill Cosby trial Wednesday ... and it got her booted from court ... temporarily.

Allred was escorted out of the courtroom in Norristown, PA after she got an incoming call. By all accounts, the judge is known to have zero tolerance for that sort of thing.

The court's communications director tell us, generally, if someone is ejected from the court they're not permitted to return for the duration of the trial. Gloria caught a break though -- she was allowed re-entry after a recess.

James Comey has released what he'll say to Congress Thursday about convos he claims he had with President Trump ... and it's filled with bombshell allegations.

Comey's opening statement details conversations he says he had with Trump after being elected, and he claims the President asked him how they could "lift the cloud" on the Russia investigation.

He also insists Trump leaned on him to drop the investigation into General Mike Flynn. Comey claims Trump said ... "I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go." Comey notes he did not tell Trump he would let it go.

In the statement, Comey says Trump asked him to pledge his loyalty during a dinner in January. Comey claims he told Trump he could count on his honesty.

Comey also says he felt the need to start documenting his convos with Trump -- something he says he felt he never had to do under Barack Obama.

Alex Rodriguez is dealing with an ex from hell -- a woman who's hit him up for cash for years is now threatening to expose private messages if he doesn't cough up as much as $600k ... TMZ has learned.

We're told A-Rod broke up with the woman back in 2014, and although it was never a serious relationship -- more of a fling -- she continued contacting him every now and then, asking for small amounts of money. We're told he always turned her away empty-handed.

But things changed earlier this year when Alex got together with Jennifer Lopez. We're told the ex suddenly started hitting up A-Rod for larger amounts of money. He did not give in, and finally within the last week ... he told the woman he was in a happy, committed relationship with J Lo ... and simply wanted to be left alone.

That final denial set her off, and she insisted she would not be ignored. Think Glenn Close in "Fatal Attraction."

We're told she demanded $600,000 or she would contact multiple media outlets to offer text messages Alex had sent her. One source with direct knowledge believes the woman's motives are clear: once A-Rod hooked up with J Lo ... the ex saw dollar signs, and felt he would pay any amount to keep her quiet.

The source believes she intended to release old texts with Alex from when they were dating, and make it seem like he was still contacting her while dating Jennifer.

We're told A-Rod is standing firm ... he will NOT pay her a dime. Instead, his legal team is preparing to go to police and even federal authorities if the woman continues threatening him.

Bill Cosby got another show of support from a former co-star as he entered the courthouse for day 3 of his criminal sexual assault trial.

Cosby walked hand-in-hand with actress Sheila Frazier, who shared the screen with the famous defendant in the 1978 comedy, "California Suite."

Frazier, who also starred in the 1972 movie, "Super Fly," is married to the hairstylist for both Cosby and his wife, Camille.

Keshia Knight Pulliam walked into court arm-in-arm with Cosby on Monday.

Demi Moore has fired back at the family of the man who drowned in her swimming pool, claiming his own negligence caused his death.

The family of Edenilson Valle claims he was left alone in her backyard after Demi's caretaker threw a small party and everyone but Edenilson left. They say a rock was dangerously placed near the pool and Edenilson -- who could not swim -- tripped, fell in and drowned.

Demi says in her response it was Edenilson's fault ... presumably because he didn't see the rock in plain sight.

Morgan Spurlock is applauding Reality Winner for "stepping up" to help Americans get closer to the truth ... even though she's been charged with leaking a classified NSA document.

We got the "Super Size Me" filmmaker at LAX, and he was very candid about Winner's arrest. He stopped short of calling it BS, but said he thinks government whistleblowers are a necessity these days ... especially if it relates to Russia.
