Ezekiel Elliott says the NFL got it 100% WRONG by concluding he attacked his girlfriend on 3 separate occasions -- and vows to appeal his 6-game suspension.

"Mr. Elliott and his team of representatives are extremely disappointed with the NFL’s decision," the Dallas Cowboys star's camp said in a statement.

"The NFL's findings are replete with factual inaccuracies and erroneous conclusions and it 'cherry picks' so called evidence to support its conclusion while ignoring other critical evidence."

"For example, both the Columbus Prosecutor's office as well as the NFL investigators expressly concluded and conveyed to our office (and others) that the accuser was lying about an alleged July 22, 2016 incident whereby she accused Mr. Elliott of pulling her out of her car and assaulting her. An allegation that was ultimately undermined by her false allegation of assault."

"In addition, the NFL's own medical experts concluded that many of her injuries predated the week in question and likely occurred during a period of time when Mr. Elliott was not in contact with the accuser."

"During the upcoming weeks and through the appeal a slew of additional credible and controverting evidence will come to light."

There is no new bombshell information proving R. Kelly is running an illegal cult in Atlanta, despite claims from a city official ... this according to the Jones Creek Police Dept.

Earlier today, Fulton County Chairman, John Eaves, told the media the JCPD obtained new, potentially incriminating evidence against the singer -- and he urged prosecutors to launch an investigation.

So, we called the Jones Creek PD to get all the deets -- and they told us point blank, there's NO new evidence and no compelling reason to open an investigation into Kelly.

Ezekiel Elliott beat up his girlfriend 3 times in the same week ... and there are photos that prove it ... this according to the NFL. Elliott is facing a 6 game suspension with these charges.

The league laid out its case against Elliott in a letter to the Dallas Cowboys running back detailing a week of violence and terror against Tiffany Thompson that began on July 17, 2016.

INCIDENT #1

On July 17, the NFL says Elliott attacked Thompson at the Canvasback Lane apartments in Columbus, Ohio.

"You used physical force that caused injuries to Ms. Thompson's arms, neck and shoulders."

INCIDENT #2

On July 19, the NFL says there was another altercation at the Canvasback Lane apartments.

"You used physical force that caused injuries to Ms. Thompson's face, arms, wrists and hands."

INCIDENT #3

On July 21, the NFL says there was a 3rd incident at the Canvasback Lane apartments.

"You used physical force that caused injuries to Ms. Thompson's face, neck, arms knee and hips."

The league says it went to prosecutors to find out why Elliott was not charged with a crime. The NFL was told, "We never concluded that she was lying to us ... we generally believed her for all of the incidents."

Prosecutors had previously said there was "conflicting and inconsistent information across all incidents, resulting in concern regarding the sufficiency of the evidence to support the filing of criminal charges."

The standard for prosecution is much higher than the standard for the NFL to mete out discipline.

DMX pissed off the judge in his criminal case something fierce, after showing up more than 30 minutes late to his bail bond hearing ... but he still dodged the jail bullet.

The rapper and his attorney, Murray Richman, showed up to court Friday morning in NYC and the judge gave him an earful ... notably, X failed 4 drug tests for pot and cocaine.

The rapper is out on bail in his tax evasion case, and one of the conditions is no drugs. X violated another condition -- not leaving the state without court permission --- by flying to St. Louis to handle some family matters.

The judge could easily have thrown the rapper in jail, but showed him mercy by putting him on house arrest. To make sure he doesn't stray, X has to wear an ankle bracelet. The judge was pretty clear, telling X he couldn't even go out to mow his own lawn.

Ezekiel Elliott has been suspended for 6 games following the NFL's yearlong domestic violence investigation into the Dallas Cowboys star, the league confirms.

The league says the investigation found "substantial and persuasive evidence" that Zeke engaged in physical violence against the accuser.

The league also told Elliott if he violates league policy ever again he could possibly be BANNED from the NFL for life.

Zeke was accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend 5 different times in 6 days back in July 2016.

Cops investigated the allegations but decided there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute.

The NFL conducted its own investigation and apparently felt there was enough evidence to suspend him.

The NFL issued a statement saying, "Over the course of the last year, the league conducted an extensive investigation. League investigators interviewed more than a dozen witnesses, including Ms. Tiffany Thompson, who had alleged multiple instances of physical violence in July 2016, and Mr. Elliott."

"The league also consulted with medical experts. League investigators examined all available evidence, including photographic and digital evidence, thousands of text messages and other records of electronic communications."

The NFL says Roger Goodell consulted with 4 external advisors before deciding punishment.

Elliott denied any wrongdoing -- but the accuser has maintained he attacked her. In fact, she put up a statement last month doubling down on the allegations against Zeke and saying people like her need to speak up and stop domestic violence.

Elliott's made headlines for all the wrong reasons this offseason -- he was caught exposing a woman's bare breast at a St. Patrick's Day parade and was accused of attacking a man in a Dallas bar in July.

Adam Schefter says the NFL factored in the St. Patrick's Day incident when meting out punishment.

Zeke wasn't arrested or charged with any crime for either incident ... but it's been reported the league would take these incidents into consideration when determining his punishment.

The news will undoubtedly come as a shock to Cowboys owner, Jerry Jones, who just told us THIS WEEK that Zeke would NOT be suspended.

Allegations that R. Kelly's the mastermind behind an abusive "cult" are now in the crosshairs of one major official in Atlanta ... and he's calling for a criminal investigation.

According to Fulton County Chairman John Eaves, the Johns Creek Police Department has uncovered new evidence against the singer ... and Eaves is demanding an investigation. Although he's unclear on what the evidence is, Eaves says it's enough for the D.A.'s office to jump on the case ... as first reported by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The woman who is suing Usher, alleging he hooked up with her at a hotel, is telling the truth ... so claims a woman who says she worked at the hotel.

Quantasia Sharpton appeared at a news conference with lawyer, Lisa Bloom, and said she was picked from the crowd at an Usher concert and invited backstage to meet the singer. She says one of Usher's people took her phone number, and the next thing she knew she got a call from him and he ended up at her hotel where they had sexual relations. She says he never told her he had genital herpes.

We found out the concert in question was in Atlantic City, New Jersey on November 15, 2014. Sharpton was at the concert -- we know that because we found this pic of her with August Alsina, Usher's opening act at the venue.

Notice she's wearing a birthday tiara. She says although she was at the show celebrating her birthday, the concert was held several weeks after she turned 19. That checks out ... her birthday is in late October.

Someone who says she worked at the Days Inn in Atlantic City -- less than a mile from the concert venue -- tells TMZ she saw Usher come into the lobby shortly after midnight on November 16. She says Sharpton came down, greeted the singer in the lobby and brought him to her room.

She says she asked Usher for a pic and he said he'd take one with her before leaving the hotel. She says she waited an hour but he never returned.

Sources connected with Quantasia say she did indeed stay at the Days Inn the night of the concert, and that is where she is claiming she had sex with Usher.

As we reported, sources connected to Usher told us the singer did not have sex with Sharpton because she wasn't his type. The woman who contacted us did so because she says she was offended by the comment.

Tennis superstar Victoria Azerenka is furious a judge has given her a real-life Sophie's choice -- tennis or her kid -- that is making her drop out the US open.

The former #1 player in the world is locked in a nasty dispute with Billy McKeague -- the father of her 8-month-old son, Leo. The two split back in July.

Here's the problem ... McKeague filed custody papers in L.A. (where Victoria has a home) and the case has gone to a judge who told Azerenka she's not allowed to take the child out of California while the custody trial rages ... and it's not going to end until October at the earliest.

The dilemma -- the US Open kicks off August 28 in New York. Victoria will not leave her child -- whom she's been breastfeeding until a month ago -- with McKeague because she doesn't believe he's capable of caring for the kid.

Her attorney, "Disso Queen" Laura Wasser, told the judge her client is more than willing to buy a plane ticket for McKeague and put him up in a hotel for the 2-week tournament, but the judge said no.

Wasser also told the judge her client already has a valid custody order from Belarus, the country where Victoria, Leo and and Billy are all residents, so it should be game, set, match. But for some reason the judge won't defer to the Belarus court.

Live Nation put on a huge music festival knowing it would become a drug-fueled rave -- caring more about money than attendee safety -- and now a 22-year-old girl is dead because of it ... according to a new suit.

The parents of Roxanne Ngo, who died after consuming the drug "Molly" at Hard Fest 2016 in Fontana, CA, claim the events company ignored the fact that festivalgoers do drugs ... and that drugs cause serious injury or death due to dehydration, especially outdoors in the summer heat.

According to the docs ... after Roxanne took Molly, she got dehydrated because Live Nation failed to provide enough water outlets. She showed clear signs of dehydration before collapsing.

Ngo's parents claim EMTs were delayed more than an hour because of the crowd crush and the fact that there were only 4 medical stations for over 147,000 concertgoers. They say their daughter went into full cardiac arrest while waiting for treatment. She was pronounced dead the next day at the hospital.

Live Nation also failed to provide enough cops to curb drug usage, and ignored the history of drug-related deaths at their concerts, all because it would stand in the way of the almighty buck ... according to the suit.

Live Nation tells TMZ it does not comment on ongoing litigation.

Taylor Swift took the stand to testify this week in her butt groping trial -- but from the way she was drawn in court sketches ... you'd never know it was her.

Sketches show Taylor in what appears to be a floral top, under an updo with loose curls ... keyword here is appears.

Point is ... the sketch is pretty bad, and not very flattering. The guy she's accusing of literally latching on to her ass, David Mueller, got a more neutral side profile sketch ... where he was seen with a hand over his face as Taylor testified.

Still ... neither are as bad as the infamous Tom Brady sketch that was drawn during his Deflategate hearing. The jury definitely ain't out on that one.

Taylor Swift has come out swinging at her butt groping trial -- reportedly testifying that a Denver radio DJ "grabbed my ass underneath my skirt" while posing with Swift for a photo and stayed "latched on" to her bare ass.

The singer is currently on the stand describing an incident before her 2013 concert in Denver in which Swift claims she was sexually assaulted by David Mueller.

"He did not touch my rib. He did not touch my hand. He grabbed my bare ass," Swift testified.

"He stayed latched on to my bare ass ... as I moved away from him visibly uncomfortable."

"It was a very shocking thing that I have never dealt with before … He grabbed my ass underneath my skirt. It was underneath my skirt."

Mueller's attorney has pointed out that Swift continued to meet-and-greet with fans after the alleged incident -- making it unlikely that it happened at all.

Swift responded that she didn't want to disappoint her fans.

Mueller's attorney told Swift during the questioning that she could have taken a break from the event. Swift replied. "And your client could have taken a normal photo with me."

He's denied the allegations outright.

11:12 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the man who crashed Britney's set is 37-year-old Jesse Webb. We're told he was acting disorderly during her performance from out in the crowd, and was asked to leave by security. That's when he jumped onstage and got tackled. He was arrested for trespassing -- no weapons were found on him. Dude looks like a charmer.

Britney Spears got bum-rushed by a guy who is probably hurting this morning, because her dancers and bodyguards annihilated him.

It went down Wednesday night in Vegas at Britney's Piece of Me show at Planet Hollywood. As Britney sang "Till the World Ends" ... a man crept onto the stage and made his move.

Security and the dancers lunged at the guy as Britney seemed oblivious to the danger. You hear her ask if everything is OK. Check it out ... Britney's knee buckled as she clutched a security guard and asked, "He's got a gun?"

The man was subdued and ejected, but not before either kicking or kneeing one of the guards.

Amber Rose wants 21 Savage to put a ring on it ... and she'd rather talk about THAT than her ex-mother-in-law suing her.

Amber was at LAX Wednesday where we wanted to get serious for a minute -- she's being sued by Wiz Khalifa's mom for defamation. Amber's since lawyered up but it's clear when we got her she was in no mood to talk about it.

But Amber was quick on her feet ... pivoting to Savage, who clearly tickles her pickle.

Usher needs to lighten up by doing the opposite of lightening up -- he needs to start dating big girls ... at least that how Problem sees it.

We got Problem Wednesday at LAX and he had a clear point of view -- Usher should not turn his back on babes who got back. As we reported, Usher claims he never slept with the woman who is suing him for allegedly exposing her to herpes ... the one who appeared at a news conference with attorney Lisa Bloom.

But as quickly as Problem admonished Usher, he trashed-talked big women, saying their chances increase the later it gets.

The woman who claims she was attacked by Webbie won't have to pay for the bloody damage in her hotel room where the rapper allegedly got violent ... after the hotel decided to cut her a break.

TMZ broke the story ... Webbie was arrested last month after allegedly beating and choking his girlfriend for 2 hours in a Baton Rouge hotel. He was arrested and charged with 2nd degree battery, false imprisonment and domestic abuse by strangulation ... all felonies.

We're told the hotel room at the Comfort Inn was a wreck -- blood-soaked blankets, 2 broken chairs and more.

The woman was initially hit with nearly $400 in charges to repair the damage, since the hotel was booked under her name. But once hotel management heard about the alleged incident -- they immediately waived the fees and returned her $50 deposit.

And get this ... hotel staffers also found the Android phone she left behind and returned it.

As for Webbie, he's still waiting to be arraigned.

Kevin Hart is being sued by a fan who claims the comedian's security beat him to a pulp, threatened to taze him and called him a "bitch, pussy, coward."

Jay Collins claims in a new lawsuit he was an invited VIP guest at Kevin's Philadelphia concert on August 29, 2015 when he was "aggressively approached and detained by stadium security." He does not say in the lawsuit why he attracted the attention and ire of the hired muscle.

The suit claims stadium security handed him over to Kevin's personal security, and that's when the brutality began. Collins says Kevin's security threatened to taze him and then jammed the prongs of the tazer into his face, neck and back.

Collins says it didn't end there. Security then threw him to the ground and struck him in the head, neck and shoulders, and kneed his rib cage for bad measure. On the way out he says they called him a "bitch, pussy, coward."

He wants more than $50k ... probably a lot more. He's suing Kevin because he says the comedian has to take responsiblity for his people.
