Mark Salling has plea bargained his child pornography case ... pleading guilty to possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor.

Salling had been charged with 2 counts of child porn after cops found more than 50,000 images of child pornography and child erotica on his personal computer.

He has agreed to make restitution to the victims, which is $50k per victim -- presumably the children in the photos.

He was facing 20 years in prison. Salling and prosecutors agreed the appropriate sentence should be 4 to 7 years in prison ... with 20 years of supervised release.

As a condition of his supervised release he will be registered as a sex offender -- and also will not be allowed to live within view of school yards, parks, public swimming pools, playgrounds, video arcades, or any other places frequented by people under age 18.

The sentence is ultimately up to a judge.

The father of Serena and Venus Williams has finally agreed with his estranged wife on something -- it's best if we stay the hell away from each other!

TMZ Sports has learned 75-year-old Richard Williams and 38-year-old Lakeisha Williams have asked the court to grant a "mutual restraining order" -- barring both sides from contact during their nasty, nasty divorce.

As we previously reported, Lakeisha accused Richard of cutting her off and leaving her and their young child in financial ruin. She also claims he's gun-obsessed and dangerous.

Richard claims Lakeisha is an alcoholic who's been stealing money from him. Both sides deny each other's allegations.

Justin Theroux is firing back at the NYC neighbor who's suing him over home renovations -- and his allegedly loud dog -- and claims the guy is only covering up his own domestic issues.

Justin filed a response to the lawsuit, saying Norman Resnicow's demand for the actor to install pricey soundproofing has nothing to do with noise in Justin's apartment. Instead, Justin says Resnicow is trying to conceal his own "volcanic and abusive outbursts emanating from inside his apartment." He adds cops have been called more than once to Resnicow's place over the noise.

And Justin's not taking any crap about his dog either. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, he says Resnicow's complaint about his dog barking too much doesn't add up because the dog hasn't been there since 2011. Plus, when the pooch was there ... no one else ever complained.

This whole mess started with Justin accusing Resnicow of interfering with home renovations he and Jennifer Aniston are having done -- and in the new docs he says he has proof. He's included what he says is a photo taken last month of Resnicow badgering workers -- on Justin's property -- in his PJs, no less.

Resnicow's response -- “With his latest temper tantrum in court, Justin continues to star in his own nasty clown show. Not quite Emmy material.”

Nia Guzman is on a mission to intimidate an ex-friend who says she's a witness in the custody battle with Chris Brown ... at least according to the woman.

The ex-friend, Shakur Sozahdah, is requesting a restraining order against Brown's baby mama -- and in the docs she says Nia's been parking in front of her house and "sprinkling a weird substance" in her yard. Shakur also claims Nia's been texting her like crazy and bad-mouthing her and other family members.

As for why? According to the docs, Nia's been begging Shakur for a face-to-face meeting. Shakur claims she's a witness in Nia's custody battle over 3-year-old Royalty ... and thinks Nia is using scare tactics so she won't testify against her.

Nia denies the allegations, and according to a rep ... she hasn't seen Shakur since early 2017. Still, the judge granted the restraining order, forcing Nia to stay 50 yards away from Shakur.

Shakur is the same woman Nia accused of threatening her, and in fact got a restraining order against her on Tuesday.

We heard from Edorsson's lawyer, who informs us that the case against her client was "determined to be unsuitable for prosecution and the record of any charge has been dropped."

A 2-time 'Survivor' contestant is facing a battery charge after getting into an argument with her boyfriend and allegedly hitting him in the face.

Kat Edorsson was arrested early Saturday morning at an apartment complex by the Orlando PD after cops responded to a battery call. According to the police report ... Kat and her boyfriend were arguing in the lobby, and the security guard saw her strike him in the left side of his face.

Cops say the BF didn't retaliate and didn't want to press charges, but because she was determined to be the "primary aggressor" according to a witness ... she was arrested anyway.

Kat tells TMZ ... she and her BF had a minor disagreement that "unfortunately got blown out of proportion when an uninvolved party observed the incident and falsely reported the circumstances."

Kat appeared on 'Survivor' seasons 24 and 27.

Hip-hop artist Tech N9ne is adamant -- there is no I in "Strange" ... no matter what a rival record company wants you to think.

According to a new lawsuit .... the "Caribou Lou" rapper's independent record label, Strange Music -- founded with his business partner in 1999 -- is being ripped off by another label that popped up in 2016 with a strikingly similar name -- Strainge Entertainment.

According to the docs ... Strainge was created under the umbrella of Universal Music Group to cause confusion with hip-hop fans and undermine the years of hard work done by Tech N9ne and Strange Music.

Tech claims consumers constantly get Strange Music's artists mixed up with the Strainge label on social media due to Strainge's intentional marketing deception ... and it's hurting his brand.

Strange Music is suing Strainge for trademark infringement, and wants the label to change its name and destroy everything with Strainge on it. Tech N9ne also wants any profits Strainge has made off the name.

We reached out to Strainge ... no word back yet.

Wayne Newton doesn't think the shooting massacre in Las Vegas will dim the lights in venues along the strip ... but he says Sin City's performers gotta do what they do and power through the grief.

Wayne -- a Vegas staple in live entertainment -- came on "TMZ Live" Tuesday to dish on whether Vegas would have a hard time coming back to full form after Stephen Paddock gunned down 59 people and injured hundreds more from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel.

The Midnight Idol doesn't seem too worried about that, 'cause he says Vegas is still one of the safest places around despite the massacre. But he's putting the local showstoppers on notice here too.

Ex-NFL star Kordell Stewart is going after the blogger he claims snatched a nude video and posted it online.

Kordell's suing Quentin Latham for a December 2016 post that included video of Stewart's exposed junk and ass. In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Kordell also accuses Latham of creating a fake email account ... which he used to make it seem like the video had been exchanged between Kordell and another man.

Kordell's lawsuit repeats what he told TMZ Sports ... "at all times during his life, Mr. Stewart has been, and is, a heterosexual male." According to the docs, Latham also posted a story claiming Kordell intended to marry Tyler Perry.

The man who was once arrested for stalking Madonna just scored a victory over NYC ... which will now have to fork over nearly half a million bucks for a beating he took from police.

Robert Linhart had sued the city in 2010, seeking as much as $5 mil, because he said cops punched and kicked the hell out of him while arresting him. The jury deliberated for about an hour Tuesday in Manhattan ... and returned a verdict in Linhart's favor.

He was awarded $455,000 for pain and suffering, plus future damages for living with his injuries. Linhart's attorney, Lori Lefkowitz, says her client "was very pleased, and felt vindicated" by the verdict.

Tyrese is now under the microscope of the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services over claims by his ex-wife and baby mama that he spanked his 10-year-old daughter so hard she couldn't sit.

Tyrese and Norma Gibson are in a court battle ... Norma's trying to get a permanent restraining order prohibiting him from physically disciplining their kid. She also wants full physical and legal custody. She's worried Tyrese will take their daughter to Dubai, where he has business ties, and not come back. She also wants Tyrese to take domestic violence courses.

She claims Tyrese "beat" the girl between 12 and 16 times. Tyrese says he only struck her once on her bottom. Tuesday in court, Norma's attorney said DCFS is now investigating Tyrese.

It's not uncommon for DCFS to launch an investigation as a precautionary measure.

For his part, Tyrese says Norma is bitter that he married someone else and is trumping up false allegations out of revenge.

Tyrese's lawyer, Terry Levich Ross, tells TMZ bluntly, "She's a lying piece of s***. Tyrese is devastated. He's a good guy and I will prove that."

Nia Guzman, Chris Brown's baby mama, says one of her ex-friends is making death threats against her and Royalty ... so she's run to court for protection.

Nia filed a police report, and also requested a restraining order, against a woman named Shakur Sozahdah. In docs, Nia says Shakur is making criminal threats.

Sources connected to Nia tell us she believes Shakur wants to kill her and kidnap 3-year-old Royalty.

Also, Shakur recorded, and posted, a diss rap that squarely threatens Nia with lines like ... "I really hate this bitch / I won't take my foot off your neck / You lucky I love your little daughter like I do, do 'cause we woulda already run the f**k up on you, you"

In the social media post, she also accuses Nia of doing blow and having a "disease infested mouth."

Nia's request for a restraining order was filed Monday and granted. Shakur must stay 100 yards away from Nia and Royalty.

Montia Sabbag spent 2 hours with law enforcement Monday and she fielded a slew of questions about who may have secretly recorded her sexual liaison with Kevin Hart and then tried extorting him.

We were at Lisa Bloom's law office Monday morning when 2 investigators from the L.A. County District Attorney's office showed up to interview Sabbag.

Bloom says the investigators did not treat Sabbag as a suspect in the 2-hour meeting. We're told they all went over the events of the August 19 weekend in great detail.

We're told Sabbag offered her theory on who may have secretly recorded her and Kevin in his hotel room, but it's just a theory.

Former New York Yankee Pat Kelly says he and his girlfriend getting booked for assault was just a "misunderstanding" ... and "everything's good" now that he's outta the slammer.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Kelly and his GF, Marina Cernova, were arrested at the London Hotel in NYC on Sunday after Marina called cops to report Pat had beaten her.

Both Pat and Marina were jailed for misdemeanor assault ... 'cause police say Marina also punched Pat in the face.

But when we got Kelly outside Manhattan Criminal Court ... he told us he was A-OK -- though he did seem kinda annoyed that our guy wouldn't give up his sources.

Chris Williams apparently has a forgetful mind ... because that's allegedly why the R&B singer ended up in handcuffs for stealing.

Sources tell us the incident went down Saturday at a Kohl's in McDonough, Georgia where Chris walked in with a tote bag and wearing a baseball cap. We're told he went to the back of the store and grabbed a pair of JBL headphones ... priced at $99.99.

We're told he threw the headphones into his bag and tried walking out. When security stopped him, we're told Chris said he simply forgot he bagged them.

By then, cops were called and arrested him. The "I'm Dreamin'" singer was arrested and booked for petty theft, a misdemeanor. He was released after a couple hours.

We've reached out to Chris for comment, so far no word back.

O.J. Simpson could be eating home cooked meals again -- if his daughter's grocery store run in Vegas is any indication.

O.J.'s oldest daughter, Arnelle Simpson, was coming out of a Trader Joe's Monday with a cart full of goodies, and photogs asked if she was whipping up dinner for dad.

It's unclear if he's staying with her, but it would make sense for them to break bread. Simpson told the Nevada Parole officials he planned to stay in the area for now.

50 Cent jacked a couple photos and plastered them on his social media to pimp himself and one of his products ... so says a photographer in a new suit.

Christopher Pasatieri -- who says he's a professional photographer -- says he photographed 50 Cent and some of his shots ended up on the rapper's Instagram page, each generating over 42,000 likes.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Pasatieri submitted a screen shot of the IG posts that shows Fiddy pimping his SMS Audio headphones and TV show, "Power." Pasatieri says the rapper never licensed the photos or asked for permission to post them on IG.

Pasatieri doesn't say when he shot 50 but it appears it's from a concert in June 2014 at Citi Field where he performed with G-Unit, which is also being sued.

Pasatieri is suing for damages.
