Stephen Belafonte says Mel B is breaking the deal they struck in their divorce, and he wants a judge to drop the hammer on her ... but Mel says he's full of it.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Mel's attorney says Stephen is finding any excuse to accuse her of breaking the deal they struck in November, but she has answers for all his allegations.

Stephen says Mel was late on her spousal support payment in November. Mel's lawyer says some of her business deals fell through at the last minute, so although she was late ... Mel's all caught up now through December.

Stephen complained Mel isn't giving him access to the old family home as they agreed. Mel says Stephen's refusing to give her any advance notice about when he wants to come, which she says is unreasonable.

Mel also complains about Stephen letting their daughter sleep in his bed during an overnight visit ... but his teams says he's got a big bed, and didn't feel her climb in. It's important to note ... Mel's not alleging anything sexual.

Bottom line ... Mel thinks Stephen running to the judge is a waste of everyone's time and money.

Meek Mill is seriously cleaning up while he's in prison, bouncing between several different jobs ... and doing it at a rate light-years from his rap dough.

Meek's serving his 2 to 4 years at Pennsylvania's SCI Chester ... where he's part of the general labor crew, getting his hands very dirty. A prison rep tells us Meek cleans the cell block, tidies up prison grounds and washes dishes. He also cooks food and serves it up, too!

He does it all with a smile, apparently, while earning just 19 cents per hour. The rep says he's a model inmate who gets some juicy perks due to good behavior.

Meek gets access to electrical and carpentry shops, and he's waitlisted for some therapy courses.

Lemonade from lemons, for sure. We still think he'd rather be poppin' bottles.

Reese Witherspoon got a lot of accolades for producing "Gone Girl," and now she's got a lawsuit.

Leslie Weller claims she wrote a screenplay called "Out of the Blue" back in 2005. She sent a copy to a script consultant and claims that set the wheels in motion for someone to jack her work. She says the book "Gone Girl" which came out in 2012 is a rip off of her screenplay.

Weller claims a bunch of similarities ... they both focus on a married couple's relationship where the husband and wife are slowly drifting apart. They both contain a key twist where the wife is not the nice, normal, and somewhat naive housewife and is in fact a psychopath who sets up her husband.

Weller goes on ... both her screenplay and the novel are structured in the same way -- first, everyone sympathizes with the wife, and then you start to despise the husband, but things turn and by the end, you despise them both.

And she says both her work and "Gone Girl" feature a scene with a hammer that leads you to believe the husband might hurt the wife.

John Conyers' son -- the one he wants to replace him in Congress -- was arrested this year for felony domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

John Conyers III got in a fight with his girlfriend on February 15, 2017. Law enforcement sources tell us he accused her of cheating after going through her computer at around 2 AM. The argument allegedly escalated into physical violence ... she told cops John body slammed her on her bed and on the floor, pinned her down and spit on her. She says she tried calling the cops, but he took her phone.

The woman claims he then chased her into her kitchen where she grabbed a 10-inch knife to protect herself, ordering him to leave the house.

She says he grabbed the knife and then swung at her twice, stabbing her, cutting her right bicep which required 3 stitches. She says he then chased her back into the bedroom, pinned her against the bed and slapped her.

They both called 911 and when cops came John claimed she pulled a knife on him and, when he grabbed it to protect himself, he accidentally stabbed her.

Cops looked at the woman's injuries and then arrested John for felony domestic violence. The woman was taken to the hospital.

The L.A. County D.A. declined to prosecute John ... partly because there were no witnesses and partly because prosecutors couldn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt the stabbing wasn't an accident.

Good news for R. Kelly -- cops have ID'd the suspect who allegedly burglarized 2 of the singer's Atlanta homes.

Cops say Kelly's cribs were cleaned out Thanksgiving weekend in back-to-back burglaries, while he was touring in NOLA. Nearly everything was taken ... including furniture, electronics and other property.

Law enforcement sources tell us detectives happened to catch 3 men leaving one of the houses in a van, and brought them in for questioning. They told cops they'd been hired by one of Kelly's associates, Alfonso Walker, to sell everything because Kelly was moving his entire operation to Chicago.

However, Kelly's team told cops Walker was just a part-time employee. Sources tell us cops got a search warrant for Walker's home, and found some of Kelly's property there. We're told he gave cops 3 different stories about how Kelly's gear ended up in his house.

We're told Walker was supposed to turn himself in Tuesday, but no-showed. Police have issued a warrant for his arrest.

3:27 PM PT -- Dolan's rep Leslie Sloane tells TMZ ... We can state that Mr Dolan is confident that he acted appropriately in all matters relating to his time on the Weinstein board.

The Weinstein Company's Board of Directors, lawyers and consultants all conspired to shame and blackball Harvey Weinstein's accusers ... according to a blockbuster lawsuit filed by 6 women.

The plaintiffs came into contact with Weinstein in situations that now sound familiar -- discussing scripts or movie roles during hotel room meetings where Weinstein sometimes wore only underwear. They claim he either assaulted, imprisoned or propositioned them for sex.

According to the suit, Weinstein enlisted teams of private investigators, and even a National Enquirer exec to dig up dirt on his accusers, including Rose McGowan. They claim his intent was to use the info to discredit accusers.

In the docs, the plaintiffs also point the finger at members of TWC's Board of Directors, including Knicks owner James L. Dolan -- saying they all knew about Weinstein's pattern of predatory sexual misconduct, and took steps to conceal it.

They're filing the class action suit for federal racketeering, assault, battery and infliction of emotional distress -- and they want damages for pain and suffering.

Shia LaBeouf took matters into his own hands by naming 2 people who he says stole his "He Will Not Divide Us" flag ... which, in turn, got cops off their asses.

Shia posted a statement Monday in which he ID'd Joseph and Maigann Hutchins as the folks who allegedly jacked his 'HWNDU' flag and replaced it with a Trump t-shirt and hat.

He calls the duo "neo-Nazis," and lays out alleged details about their lives. Shia also calls out cops in Tennessee for not bringing 'em in. Welp, looks like his bitchin' paid off.

Law enforcement sources in Greene County -- where the crime occurred -- tell TMZ a police report was filed in March, but the Sheriff's office just assigned a detective to the case.

We're told the detective has already met with the D.A., and that the Hutchinses are in fact suspects in the probe. Cops are looking to talk to them soon. We've reached out to both Joseph and Maigann for comment ... so far, no word back.

One of the stars on History Channel's "Swamp People" is a wanted man after missing day 1 of his criminal trial ... TMZ has learned.

Chase Landry was supposed to be in a Louisiana court Monday for the start of his trial for opening fire on a boat on the bayou -- but he never showed, and the judge issued a warrant for his arrest.

We broke the story ... Chase was arrested last year after he shot at the boat while gator hunting. He insists he thought it was gonna crash into him, and that's why he fired. Chase's attorney was in court, and we've reached out to him to see if he knows why his client no-showed.

Our guess? He's out hunting something.

Naya Rivera has filed for divorce ... this after she was arrested for allegedly hitting her husband, Ryan Dorsey.

Naya cites irreconcilable differences for ending her 3-year marriage to the actor.

In her legal docs, filed by "Disso Queen" Laura Wasser, she's asking for joint custody of 2-year-old Josey. She also wants the court to block either of them from getting spousal support.

Naya previously filed for divorce in November 2016 but later dismissed it.

Sources tell us the arrest over Thanksgiving weekend was the last straw for her. As TMZ reported, Naya was arrested Nov. 25 for domestic battery after allegedly hitting Ryan in the head over a dispute involving their son. Interestingly, she lists the date of separation as Nov. 24.

Our sources say it's not the first time the police got involved in their marriage. We're told Naya called the cops on Ryan 3 times during their marriage.

The former 'Apprentice' contestant who accused Donald Trump of sexual assault in 2007 is back in court ... showing her defamation suit against the Prez is not going away.

Summer Zervos attended a hearing Tuesday at the Manhattan State Supreme Court ... flanked by her lawyer, Gloria Allred. Trump's lawyers argued for the case to be dismissed, while Zervos' team worked on where and how to get the Prez on the stand.

As we reported ... Zervos sued Trump back in January, claiming he defamed her when he publicly called her a liar and referred to her allegation as "totally made up nonsense."

Summer appeared on season 5 of "The Apprentice," and alleges Trump assaulted her during a meeting at the Beverly Hills Hotel about working for him. She claims he open-mouth kissed her, grabbed her breasts and asked her to lay in bed to watch TV.

Zervos and Allred were surrounded by reporters outside the courthouse as they left.

Trey Songz treated fans like trash, and gave one of them the opposite of a VIP experience -- an alleged smack in the face ... according to a new lawsuit.

A Philadelphia woman says she bought tickets to meet Trey in the VIP at a strip club called the Vanity Grand Cabaret -- but claims the singer was hostile and disrespectful toward patrons all night. In docs, obtained by TMZ, she says afterward, she tried to snap a pic of Trey in the parking lot -- but he attacked her, smacking her phone out of her hand and into her face ... breaking her glasses.

The woman's suing the singer and the venue, claiming it knew Songz had a tendency "toward violence and negative interaction with the public."

As we reported ... Trey pleaded guilty to 2 misdemeanors related to an onstage freak-out last year. That was months before the alleged Philly incident.

Ex-USC football player Osa Masina was sentenced to 3 years behind bars on Tuesday after pleading guilty to 3 counts of misdemeanor sexual battery ... but will only be locked up for 1 year.

Masina learned his fate at a Salt Lake City courthouse Tuesday afternoon ... after the 19-year-old victim re-told her testimony ... saying she was anally raped by Masina after falling asleep at a party back in 2016.

She also said Masina engaged in oral sex with her while she was asleep.

The ex-USC linebacker was initially charged with rape and two counts of forcible sodomy -- both 1st degree felonies ... but accepted a plea deal on lesser charges in October.

Once Masina gets out, he will spend the next 2 years on probation.

Terry Crews is suing the agent he claims groped him at a Hollywood party ... TMZ has learned.

Crews is suing agent Adam Venit for allegedly grabbing his junk at an event last year.

The actor has already filed a police report claiming sexual assault and our law enforcement sources say that the investigation is ongoing.

In the lawsuit, Crews says Venit stared at him "like a rabid dog, sticking his tongue in and out of his mouth provocatively." Crews said after the alleged assault he pushed Venit away, and turned to Adam Sandler yelling, "Adam, come get your boy! He's grabbing my nuts."

Crews says on his way home from the event Adam Sandler called and asked if he was ok, and Crews responded that he was surprised he got molested at age 48. He says Sandler expressed shock at Venit's behavior.

He says the next day he called his agent at William Morris Endeavor -- the same agency where Venit works -- telling him of the alleged assault. A few hours later, Crews says Venit called him and apologized, claiming he was just not himself that night.

Crews says he met with WME's chairman Ari Emanuel, who apologized for Venit's behavior. Crews says he told Emanuel he feared retaliation, but Emanuel said Venit "did not have that level of power despite his title as head of the Motion Picture Department."

Crews says he's suffered psychologically and says he has never felt more emasculated and objectified. He says he worries about Venit's power in the industry and hurting his career.

Lisa Vanderpump's lawyers didn't screw the pooch on the lawsuit she was facing over doggy clothing -- it's been dropped for good.

The suit -- filed by dog boutique Fifi & Romeo against Lisa -- has been dismissed with prejudice, meaning they can't refile it. Looks like Lisa might have thrown them a bone, as in a few bucks, because F&R asked the court to toss the case.

We broke the story ... the boutique sued Lisa for allegedly failing to promote their company after they agreed to dress Giggy for events and photo shoots.

Pierce Brosnan is being sued for carelessly starting a fire that partially torched his neighbor's house.

A fire ignited at Pierce's Malibu home in 2015 and spread to his neighbor Alexander Haagen's house, which would not have been damaged but for the fact that Pierce failed to properly dispose of rags that were susceptible to spontaneous combustion.

Haagen got paid for the damage by his insurance company and now the insurance company has turned around and sued the former Bond star.

Brosnan's home was extensively damaged in the blaze.

Blake Anderson finalized his divorce about as quickly as the law will allow ... TMZ has learned.

The "Workaholics" star's now ex-wife Rachael Finley filed for the big D back in late May -- and 6 months later they've reached an agreement and the judge has even given 'em a stamp of approval ... according to court docs.

The couple got married in 2012, and have a 3-year-old daughter. They agreed to joint legal and physical custody of her.

Under California law there's a cooling off period -- meaning even the smoothest of divorces have to wait 6 months -- which Blake and Rachael did.
