11:00 AM PT -- Savage says Hwang's accusations are without merit and absolutely untrue, and claims they were investigated, but ... "None of her claims could be substantiated because they did not happen."

Savage says he's worked in entertainment his whole life and has "always endeavored to treat everyone on any set I work on respectfully and professionally." He adds ... he supports all people who feel they are being mistreated to come forward and speak out, but he also must "protect myself and my family from those seeking to tarnish my good name."

Fred Savage is getting sued for allegedly assaulting a costumer on his TV show "The Grinder" -- but she also claims he regularly tormented female crew members, demanding they don't make eye contact with him.

In the suit, filed Wednesday in L.A., Youngjoo Hwang says Savage constantly gave her dirty looks, rolled his eyes and hurled profanities at her while they were working on the show in 2015. Hwang says Savage made no secret of the fact he didn't like her, saying things like, "It's so f**king annoying that I have to be nice to you when I f**king hate you!"

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Savage had a rep for intimidating and tormenting female crew members, demanding they stop following him around -- even though it was their job to do so -- and told them, "Don't ever even f**king look at me anymore!"

TMZ broke the story ... Hwang claims Savage eventually blew up at her when she dusted dandruff off his tuxedo jacket, as part of her job. In the suit, she says he yelled, "Do not touch me with your hands" -- and when she explained what she was doing he "violently struck [her] arm three times with his hand."

Hwang says she reported this, but was told by an executive producer, "I'm not even sure what Fred did constituted harassment and I don't think you should report it to H.R."

She claims FOX protected its star, and did nothing to clean up the hostile work environment Savage created. As we told you, a source close to Fred says FOX actually did investigate Hwang's allegation and found zero evidence to back her story.

Steven Seagal says the 2 women accusing him of rape and sexual assault are lying, and damaging victims with legit claims.

Steven's attorney, Anthony Falangetti says his client did not engage in any of the sexual misconduct alleged by Regina Simons and Faviola Dadis earlier this week during a joint news conference.

As we reported, Regina claims Steven raped her 25 years ago after he invited her to a fake wrap party. Faviola alleges Steven sexually assaulted her back in 2002 during an audition at the W Hotel in Bev Hills.

8:05 AM PT -- A source connected to Savage tells us ... FOX investigated this claim and interviewed every possible witness. They also looked at video and never saw anything inappropriate on Savage's part. We're also told they couldn't find a single witness to verify the woman's claim.

The source called the allegation, "Absolutely 100% false."

Fred Savage allegedly attacked and harassed a female crew member on the set of the TV show "The Grinder," and she's now filing a lawsuit ... TMZ has learned.

The alleged incident went down in 2015 while Savage was working on the FOX show. We're told the woman, who worked in wardrobe, is claiming Savage had it out for her and created a hostile work environment -- including verbally dressing her down in front of other people.

We're told things came to a head when she was brushing dandruff off his clothing, while he was wearing it, he got pissed and allegedly "violently struck" the woman 3 times in the arm. The woman claims Fred had a rep for losing his cool with female crew members.

The crew member plans to sue Savage and Twentieth Century Fox for harassment, assault, battery and discrimination. We've reached out to reps for FOX and Savage, but no word back yet.

Logic had a compelling reason for wanting to get a divorce ... he sat his wife down and told her he was happier single than married.

Sources close to the former couple tell us ... the rapper became very distant from Jessica Andrea after the success of his track "1-800-273-8255" in late 2017, and started spending much less time at home.

We're told shortly after the couple appeared at the Grammys together in January, Jessica came home and was surprised to find Logic waiting for her ... to tell her he wanted a divorce.

Our sources say he told her the main reason for wanting to split was he "just wanted to be single" ... and she was shocked and devastated.

We're told Logic and Jessica have a prenup, which entitles her to a payout yet to be determined ... but she won't get their house or car. She's no longer living with him and has moved in with a family member.

As we reported ... the 2 issued a joint statement about their breakup Tuesday, insisting there's no bad blood between them.

We'll see if it stays that way.

10:42 AM PT -- The NFL tells us they are "looking into the matter."

6:00 AM PT -- Zay Jones was released from custody Wednesday morning at 4:45 AM. We're told his family picked him up. He's currently out on bond.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Zay Jones got into a bizarre naked struggle with his brother -- who's also in the NFL -- and it ended in a bloody mess ... with Zay in handcuffs.

TMZ Sports obtained this video of the crazy fight that went down Monday night in a downtown L.A. apartment building. Zay is stark raving nude while grappling with his brother -- Cayleb Jones of the Vikings.

You can hear Zay yelling, "I'm going to fight for Jesus" ... and according to witnesses, Cayleb was trying to stop him from jumping out a 30th floor window.

Zay eventually broke free, and ran in the direction of Cayleb's gf's apartment ... you can hear her screaming. We're told at some point, he ran back out of the apartment, entered a public balcony area and smashed his foot through a window.

Photos from the scene show blood on the shattered window, and all over the floors and walls.

We're told Zay actually tried to squeeze through the hole in the window, but Cayleb restrained him until police arrived, and arrested him for felony vandalism.

Jones was the Bills' 2nd round draft pick last year.

According to law enforcement sources, he's being held in the medical ward of L.A. County Jail. It's unclear what his condition is at this point.

The Bills tell TMZ Sports, "We are still in the process of gathering more information on the matter. At this point, we will have no further comment.”

3/21/18 -- A rep for Robbins tells TMZ ... he nor his companies "have no direct dealings or obligation to Associated Energy Group (AEG)." The rep goes on to say Robins and his companies are not aware of any pending legal claims against them on this matter.

Tony Robbins needs to get motivated -- to take care of the fuel bill for his private jet ... according to a new suit.

The famed life coach's company, Tony Robbins Productions Inc., is being sued by a jet fuel company called Associated Energy Group for allegedly failing to pay up for about $23,000 worth of fuel.

AEG's lawsuit is aimed at several private jet owners, including Robbins, who allegedly used a flight services company called Zetta ... which AEG claims stiffed it out of more than $200k in fuel.

According to the docs ... Robbins portion of that is $23k plus interest, and AEG is asking for attorney fees on top of that.

We reached out to Robbins ... no word back so far.

Former NFL lineman Jonathan Martin turned himself into police on Tuesday ... TMZ has learned.

Martin has been charged with 4 felonies -- 4 counts of making criminal threats. He's also been charged with 1 misdemeanor for carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle.

Martin has pled not guilty.

The surrender follows a bizarre incident on February 23, where Martin posted a photo of a shotgun and ammo with the message, "When you're a bully victim & a coward, your options are suicide, or revenge."

According to the docs, the criminal threats were made against the San Diego Chargers' Mike Pouncey, and Martin's former Dolphins teammate Richie Incognito ... as well as 2 of his old high school teammates at Harvard Westlake. The school was put on lockdown the day Martin posted the shotgun pic.

Prosecutors say Martin faces up to 6 years in prison if convicted.

Martin spent less than 2 hours in jail before being booked and released.

"Gypsy Sisters" star Mellie Stanley got caught up in another alleged coupon scam -- only this time it appears to have crossed state lines ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Stanley was arrested Monday night in Indiana based on warrants for her arrest out of Tennessee. She was wanted on seven counts of felony criminal simulation -- basically, cop speak for creating fraudulent coupons, we're told.

Sources say police in Clarksville, TN were alerted to a coupon scam Mellie was allegedly involved in back in November. We're told she tried making a $2,412 purchase at a Toy "R" Us there, but fled suddenly. Sources tell us she had 7 coupons that were somehow made to seem redeemable for $300 each. The cashier was suspicious and called cops.

Our police sources tell us the TN authorities were already on Mellie's tail for similar crimes in at least 4 other states. We're told police believe Mellie is part of an organized theft ring that makes counterfeit coupons, which they then use to buy gift cards to make illegal purchases at a variety of stores.

We broke the story ... she was arrested in Kentucky for a very similar alleged incident back in December ... allegedly trying to make off with $18k worth of Toys "R" Us gear.

11:55AM PT -- Nick has been released on his own recognizance.

7:25 AM PT -- TMZ has obtained the police report which says Laura actually went to Nick's place ... not the other way around. Nick claims he was asleep when she let herself in using a front door code. He told cops she made her way into his bedroom and was "just hanging out with him."

The report says Laura confirmed Nick's story and told cops she didn't fear for her safety.

Nick Gordon has been arrested again ... this time for violating the no contact order following his domestic violence arrest.

Sheriff's deputies got a heads-up from someone informing them Nick was sleeping over at the home of girlfriend Laura Leal, this according to the Daily Mail, whom he was accused of beating last week.

Laura had a change of heart and even begged the judge to lift the no contact order, saying the fight that led to his arrest was her fault because she was bipolar and out of control. The judge didn't buy it and kept the stay away order in place.

Nick's arrest last week triggered renewed interest in the investigation into the death of Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina. Nick has been a person of interest for years, and there was suspicion she was the victim of physical abuse at the hands of Nick.

Nas and Kelis are at war over issues involving their 8-year-old son, but they have actually come together and reached a settlement on the issue of custody.

We've learned Nas and Kelis have agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of Knight. The agreement is specific, breaking down who gets the child during various holidays. For example, Nas gets Knight on Father's Day and Kelis gets the child on Mother's Day.

They'll alternate Knight's birthdays ... he gets the even years and she gets the odd years.

Columbus Short's on easy street again ... he's out of jail after serving just 34 days of a 1-year sentence for beating his wife.

TMZ broke the story ... CS pled no contest to hitting his current wife, Aida Abramyan, during an argument back in November. He was sentenced to 36 months probation and domestic violence education. Problem was ... he was already on probation for a brutal 2014 bar fight, so he got a year in the slammer for violating probation.

Columbus was booked on February 13, but according to docs, obtained by TMZ, he was released Monday night from L.A. County Jail.

Kevin Hart believes Meek Mill possibly getting his sentence overturned is a beacon of hope for the criminal justice system as a whole ... and he's got a helluva explanation for why.

We got the comedian Monday night leaving Mr. Chow in Bev Hills, where he weighed in on Meek facing the very real possibility of walking free due to a police corruption scandal in Philly, among other things he's arguing ... like an allegedly biased judge overseeing his case.

Kevin sounds pretty optimistic that justice for Meek will have a ripple effect for wrongly imprisoned individuals beyond just their hometown, not to mention the youth as well.

Hillary Clinton's ex-running mate, Tim Kaine, says Donald Trump should probably stop attacking Special Counsel Robert Mueller ... 'cause appearances (of guilt) are everything.

We got the Virginia Senator Monday in D.C., where we asked what he made of Trump's recent flurry of gripes about Mueller's Russia investigation being nothing but a "WITCH HUNT!" that'll supposedly show "NO COLLUSION!" between 45's campaign and ol' Vlad.

Kaine says Trump's clearly nervous about something, and he's not doing a very good job at keeping his poker face intact under pressure from the Special Counsel's office.

More importantly ... he says if Trump truly isn't guilty of wrongdoing, why the big show? Sounds like a classic case of "If the tweet fits" ... according to Tim, anyway.

Desiigner won't have to answer for allegedly flashing a NYC motorist -- 'cause the cameras that were in position to capture his penis simply weren't close enough ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us that detectives on Desiigner's exposure case from last month received the video they wanted from surrounding buildings, where the rapper allegedly exposed himself to someone on the street after an apparent road rage run-in.

Thing is, we're told that footage wasn't any help to cops ... 'cause it was shot from way too far away. Sources say the people in the video looked like ants on camera, and it's impossible to tell if Desiigner actually exposed himself.

Another factor that helped out Desiigner ... the OG video of the incident never showed a clear shot of exposed genitalia, and the alleged victim never came forward to cooperate with the investigation after leaving the scene.

In other words, the winning defense ... not my penis.

Milton Bradley's in trouble with the law -- charged with battery -- for allegedly beating up a woman he's married to once again ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... cops were called to Bradley's L.A. home back in January. When they arrived, his wife told them Bradley roughed her up during an argument ... before fleeing the scene.

Officials investigated ... and the L.A. City Attorney decided to charge the ex-MLB All-Star with battery on a spouse -- a misdemeanor. If convicted, M.B. could face up to a year in jail ... and a fine.

FYI -- this ain't Bradley's 1st brush with the law ... he spent 15 months behind bars after he was convicted of beating up his previous wife.

The younger sibling of Florida shooter Nikolas Cruz got busted by cops for venturing onto the school grounds where his brother went on a killing rampage.

Zachary Cruz was arrested Monday by Broward County Sheriff's deputies after the 18-year-old allegedly rode his skateboard onto school property at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High. Cops say he told police he decided to visit to "reflect on the school shooting and to soak it in."

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Cruz allegedly broke through multiple locked doors and gates to ride his board on campus. Police say he was captured on the school's security camera system ... and the school says it wants the case prosecuted.

Zachary -- who was adopted -- was booked on one count of trespassing on the grounds or facility of a school, which is a misdemeanor. He's said to have been told by authorities to stay away from the high school ... for obvious reasons.
