Chuck Liddell Pleading For Cain Velasquez's Release ... 'Give Him Bond'

BRING HIM HOME
TMZSports.com

Chuck Liddell clearly believes Cain Velasquez should be out of jail by now ... telling TMZ Sports a judge needs to give him bond ASAP.

The UFC legend has been locked behind bars since late February -- after he allegedly tried to kill a man who was accused of molesting one of his relatives.

Liddell -- who's been good friends with Velasquez for years -- told us out at LAX this week it's time for that to change ... saying Cain should be let out and able to see his family.

"It's so funny how easy it is to get out -- they're letting all these crazy people out," the Iceman said. "But you have a problem with letting him out? I don't know."

Liddell went on to say, if all of the allegations are true, he doesn't blame Velasquez one bit for it all -- obviously, a big reason why he thinks the 40-year-old should get bond.

"I get it," Chuck said. "In that situation, I get it."

Cain, though, will remain in jail until at least his next hearing on June 10.

Chuck, meanwhile, is pleading with the former fighter to "stay strong" while the case plays out ... saying, "We're here for you. We love you."

As we reported, Velasquez -- who's already been denied bail twice -- is facing a myriad of criminal charges, including felony attempted murder. He could spend serious time in prison if convicted on all counts.

Johnny Depp's Attorney Camille Mum on Dating Speculation

DATING DEPP?!
SplashNews.com

Camille Vasquez is staying tight-lipped about speculation that she and her client, Johnny Depp, might be a thing -- but the answer is already out there.

The actor's hotshot attorney was leaving court in Virginia Tuesday with the rest of the team, head up and looking proud of the intense cross-examination of Amber Heard they'd just put on for most of the day ... particularly Camille, who was leading the charge.

Waiting for your permission to load TikTok Post.

A pap was outside and asked what a lot of people have suspected the past several weeks -- namely, the notion she and JD could, perhaps, be dating.

Watch ... she doesn't offer much of an audible response, but her body language is kinda telling -- a nod/smile, it seems. What it's communicating, though, is up for interpretation we suppose ... but, frankly, we already know what's behind curtain #1 on this non-issue.

As we first told you ... Camille and Johnny are not dating, despite all the innuendo and shipping going on among fans ... of which there is a lot, especially online.

For what it's worth ... Amber's shown her attorney some affection as well, but there's no online buzz about anything going on over there.

As for Johnny and Camille, fans have circulated material on TikTok and other social media platforms believing something was up -- but we've been assured ... it's much ado about nothing. Camille's actually taken, so no ... there's no fire in this smokescreen.

Blac Chyna Trial Judge Was Biased & Hostile ... Kardashian Atny Says She's Just Trying to Save Face

UPDATE

4:42 PM PT -- The Kardashian family attorney has responded to Chyna's claims, and didn't hold anything back, saying Chyna's latest filing is a, "baseless effort to save face after losing at trial."

UPDATE

They continue, saying while Chyna and her attorney may be upset they lost at trial, "their effort to make a scapegoat of Judge Alarcon is frivolous, dishonest, and deserving of sanctions." They also point out the fact Chyna's attorney didn't have an issue like this with the judge until "after the jury found against her client."

Blac Chyna thinks the deck was stacked against her in her fierce legal battle with the Kardashians ... she accuses the judge of harboring an extreme bias.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Chyna is accusing Judge Gregory W. Alarcon of showing an "undeniably hostile and extremely biased" attitude against her and her attorney.

I GOT YOU, JUDGE ...

Chyna claims the judge's alleged bias worked against her ... specifically in regards to the judge's jury instructions Chyna thinks led to the eventual verdict, which went in the Kardashian's favor.

CHYNA THE UNDERDOG
It's Tricky with Raquel Harper

Remember ... the judge tossed Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, outta the courtroom for trashing Kris Jenner and her kids, and TT later appeared to threaten the judge, though she claims it was actually aimed at Kris and not the judge.

Chyna's complaints echo those of Walter Mosley, the executive producer of "Rob & Chyna," who testified during the trial. Walter thinks the judge clearly favored the Kardashians and didn't seem to be a fan of BC's lawyer, Lynne Ciani.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard Trial Court Making Sure They're Kept Apart ... Staggered Entrances, Exits

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard won't be bumping into each other on their way in and out of court ... measures are in place to keep the exes separated as the defamation trial unfolds.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Johnny and Amber's entrances and exits are arranged by court deputies, who work with their security teams to stagger timing to make sure they don't see each other.

When court breaks for lunch, we're told Johnny and Amber are taken to opposite ends of the courthouse ... with deputies escorting them to their own secure areas away from the public.

The separation is taken super seriously ... in this clip from Amber's testimony Thursday, you see deputies stand between Johnny and Amber to make sure they don't get close to one another as they are shuffled off for a lunch break.

While there's been rampant speculation Johnny and Amber made eye contact in that moment, sources close to Amber tell us they didn't lock eyes.

As you know ... the trial is now on a break until May 16, when Amber will be back on the stand for more questioning from her attorney, Elaine Bredehoft, and then cross-examination.

During the weeklong break, Amber is not allowed to consult with any of her attorneys -- per the judge -- because she's still in the middle of her testimony ... we're told she'll use the break to get some rest, while also spending time with her family, including her sister, who's been staying with Amber during the trial.

The reason for the break ... the judge is going to a legal conference. Johnny and Amber knew about it going in and the trial was scheduled around the judge's prior obligation. Closing arguments will take place May 27 and then the jury will begin deliberations.

"HE'S GOING TO KILL ME NOW"

There's been plenty of explosive testimony from both Johnny and Amber. During her time on the stand, cameras showed Johnny eating gummies, doodling on paper and even appearing to snicker at her testimony. People close to Amber tell us they find Johnny's courtroom behavior rude and insensitive to Amber and the court.

On Thursday, a spokesperson for Amber said, "Mr. Depp's behavior in this trial has been as pitiful as it was in their marriage."

Meanwhile, Johnny's team has bashed Amber's testimony as the "performance of her life."

We reached out to the Sheriff's department in charge of security at the courthouse, but they had no comment.

Johnny Depp Bashes Amber Heard's Testimony 'Performance Of Her Life'

UPDATE

11:37 AM PT -- A source close to Amber tells TMZ ... "Beneath all his smirks/smiles, there is the serious matter of abuse. Behind all his laughter, there is the serious matter of violence against women. Beyond all his lawyer's misdirecting and misleading, there is only one pivotal question: Does Amber Heard ... or any woman who speaks out ... have the right of Freedom of Speech as enshrined in the First Amendment?"

Johnny Depp's team is trying to tear apart Amber Heard's testimony ... claiming it's nothing more than performance art.

Johnny's spokesperson tells TMZ ... their prediction during opening statements has now come to fruition ... that Amber has been "preparing to give the performance of her life in this trial." They now say their prediction was dead-on accurate.

They claim her stories of abuse have evolved with "new and convenient details" as time goes on. By contrast, they say Johnny's "recollections have remained exactly the same throughout the 6 painful years since her first allegations were made."

They also say the upcoming cross-examination from Johnny's team will be telling, as Depp's attorneys zero in on alleged inconsistencies in her stories. As you know, Amber wrapped up day 2 of her testimony ... where she told the jury he called her a "nagging bitch" and a "c***."

5/5/22
"HE'S GOING TO KILL ME NOW"

Amber also claimed Johnny once penetrated her with a glass bottle during one of his alleged violent outbursts.

She also said he threatened to kill her multiple times ... once over Christmas on his island in the Bahamas. She alleges he said he'd end her life if she ever embarrassed him in front of his kids again.

UPDATE

2:24 PM PT -- Amber just told the court about the time she punched Johnny to protect her sister. She says she was arguing with Johnny on the mezzanine of a staircase in one of his penthouses and her sister Whitney got between them.

UPDATE

Amber says she feared Johnny would push her sister down the stairs, referencing the time Depp allegedly did the same to model Kate Moss, and that's when she swung and landed a punch. She says it was the first time she ever punched Johnny and he responded with laughter before his security broke up the fight.

UPDATE

2:17 PM PT -- A bunch of images were just shown in court, and Amber says they show the destruction Johnny inflicted on the home in Australia after the bottle incident where he hurt his finger.

UPDATE

Amber says the images show blood on the couch next to the kitchen, blood on multiple beds, plus holes in the wall where Johnny smashed a bottle. She says he also scribbled words and phrases on the bathroom mirror and a lampshade.

UPDATE

She also told the jury about a night when Johnny passed out with his iPad open, and she discovered he was texting another woman. Amber says the messages showed Johnny slept with the woman right after their wedding.

UPDATE

1:13 PM PT -- Then there's this ... Amber claims during one of Depp's alleged violent outbursts, he penetrated her with a glass bottle. She says he continued to threaten he would "f*****g kill me" over and over again while doing so ... she says she was bleeding from her privates.

UPDATE

12:19 PM PT -- Amber just detailed more alleged violent outbursts from Johnny ... telling the jury about the time Depp started chucking glass bottles at her during an argument.

UPDATE

She says the incident started with an argument about his drinking and she says he cornered her in the bar area of a home and started throwing bottles at her, with glass breaking all around.

UPDATE

Amber got emotional as she recalled the ordeal, sobbing on the stand, and saying Johnny ripped her nightgown off her chest and had her breast in his hand as he told her he hated her and blamed her for ruining his life.

UPDATE

She told the jury Johnny had her by the throat when he suddenly shifted his anger to a nearby phone mounted on a wall, punching the wall before slamming the phone and screaming at her, "f****** hate you, you ruined my f****** life."

UPDATE

She also described more violence from Johnny in Australia, like the time she says he bashed her against the wall next to the fridge.

UPDATE

11:46 AM PT -- Amber just described her wedding with Depp, saying it all started in L.A. with a ceremony at his mom's house followed by a flight to The Bahamas for celebrating with friends and family. She says that was a happy time in their relationship, but things turned south shortly after.

UPDATE
MORE ACCUSATIONS OF CHEATING

Heard says following the wedding, she flew to London to work on "The Danish Girl" and Depp went to Australia to film 'Pirates.' She says while they were apart, she got the sense Johnny believed she was having an affair with the director and actor Eddie Redmayne.

UPDATE

8:41 AM PT -- Amber just described the first time they went together to the Met Gala in 2014, saying it got physical. At some point during the ball, Amber says Johnny started accusing her of flirting with a woman and when they got back to their hotel she says he roughed her up.

UPDATE
UPDATE

She told the jury Johnny shoved her and threw a bottle at her, which missed and smashed into a chandelier. Amber says she shoved back and their struggle moved to the living room, where he shoved her down on a sofa and whacked her in the face, resulting in what she thought was a broken nose.

UPDATE
JAMES FRANCO ACCUSATIONS
UPDATE

Amber also detailed arguments she had with Johnny over James Franco while she was filming a movie with James, arguments she says eventually got physical.

UPDATE

She told the jury about a verbal and psychical altercation with Johnny in 2014 onboard a plane, claiming Johnny started questioning her about James, asking if Franco used his tongue during a kissing scene.

UPDATE

Amber says Johnny reeked of weed and booze, and he got very vulgar ... calling her a "slut" in front of his assistants and security and embarrassing her.

Amber Heard is testifying for the second day, telling the jury Johnny Depp called her a "nagging bitch" and a "c***."

Amber told jurors ... a year into their relationship, it was apparent to her Johnny had an extreme substance abuse problem ... passing out, getting sick and losing control.

5/4/22
AGGRESSIVELY SEARCHED

She described an incident where she says Johnny tried to burn a painting, and how he accused her of having an affair with a musician. She says during that time, Johnny was strung out on cocaine, and not eating or sleeping.

She says in 2013, during a junket in Tokyo for "The Lone Ranger," Amber called him out on drinking in front of his kids, and she says he became upset that she was judging him. She says he screamed at her in the hotel room and called her a "nagging bitch" and a "c***."

Heard has experienced a range of emotions on the stand since her testimony began Wednesday ... from sadness and happiness to anger. EMBRACING THE FANS
TMZ.com

Johnny Depp's supporters are out in full force -- showing the actor a ton of love as he arrives for court -- on the day Amber Heard is expected to take the stand.

Depp just got to the courthouse in Fairfax, Virginia where close to 50 fans, mostly women, greeted him with everything from posters with positive messages to flowers. Johnny clearly took notice, waving to and thanking everyone with a big smile on his face.

DISTURBING DETAILS

Of course, things inside the courtroom aren't as peachy -- with more shocking testimony that happened Tuesday -- including accusations Depp did a "cavity search" on Amber once when checking if she had any cocaine.

The entire trial has been full of wild claims, and Johnny's team rested its case earlier this week ... it's expected Amber will finally take the stand Wednesday.

Amber's legal team tried to get the whole thing dismissed after Johnny's team rested ... but the judge wasn't having it. A rep for Johnny told us on the decision, "Numerous witnesses have testified that Ms. Heard engaged in psychological, verbal and physical abuse towards Mr. Depp and we are pleased at Chief Judge Azcarate’s ruling to continue with the trial after Mr. Rottenborn failed to convince the court that there was reason to dismiss the case."

We'll see what Amber has to say.

Blac Chyna's Executive producer Accuses Judge of Bias in Kardashian Trial

CHYNA THE UNDERDOG
It's Tricky with Raquel Harper

Blac Chyna had the deck stacked against her in her fierce legal battle with the Kardashians ... so says the Executive Producer of "Rob & Chyna" who accuses the judge of bias.

Walter Mosley thinks the Kardashians had more than an edge ... they had an enormous advantage, from a gaggle of lawyers in the courtroom to an endless amount of money to drop on the case, and a judge whom he says clearly favored the famous fam. It was no surprise to Mosley, the Kardashians pulled off a win in the legal war with Chyna.

Mosley said on the "It's Tricky with Raquel Harper" podcast ... it was a classic case of David versus Goliath. Mosley believes the Kardashian's legal bill came in at around $5 million.

He says as much as the judge seemed to like the Kardashians, he wasn't a fan of Chyna's lone lawyer.

Walter, who testified, says he noticed some unbalanced treatment from the judge when he was on the stand.

ON THE HORIZON
BACKGRID

For her part, Chyna seems to be rolling with the punches ... and she's not looking back on the case, but rather focusing on the future.

Amber Heard Fails to Get JD's Suit Tossed ... Her Turn to Make a Case

Amber Heard made a last-ditch effort to get Johnny Depp's defamation claims tossed after his side rested their case -- but a judge said hell no ... and now, it's time to tell her side of the story in court.

The actress's legal team filed a motion Tuesday asking the judge to dismiss several of Depp's claims -- which was to be expected and is apparently fairly standard in these types of cases.

Ben Rottenborn argued that Depp and co. couldn't win the case because they had not proven that Amber acted with actual malice with her op-ed piece ... claiming that she didn't even come up with the headline, and that the ACLU actually penned the first draft for her.

For their part, Amber's team is standing firm that her underlying claims of DV are true -- insisting Depp, through his testimony and other evidence, essentially showed how he'd abused her in some capacity ... even if it was more so verbal/emotional than physical.

Johnny's attorneys offered their rebuttal in fierce terms -- Ben Chew came out swinging from the outset as he tried to bat down Amber's attorney's framing ... yelling in the courtroom that Amber, herself, was the abuser in this case.

In the end ... it would appear the judge here mostly sided with Johnny because she refused to strike his claims -- save for one issue about the WaPo headline, which she tabled for later since that evidence hasn't been introduced yet.

At this point, Amber and her team are going to have to present their side -- thus far, it's been all Johnny. Amber is expected to testify on her behalf this week ... so it'll be interesting to see how she refutes Depp's current characterization.

On the issue of Johnny prevailing in keeping this case alive, a rep for the actor said, "Numerous witnesses have testified that Ms. Heard engaged in psychological, verbal and physical abuse towards Mr. Depp and we are pleased at Chief Judge Azcarate’s ruling to continue with the trial after Mr. Rottenborn failed to convince the court that there was reason to dismiss the case."

The rep adds, "We stand confident in the future of the case and for the truth to be continued to be shared."

The Kardashians Defeat Blac Chyna in Defamation Trial!!!

The Kardashians have come out victorious in their fierce legal battle with Blac Chyna ... who sued them for defamation, but the jury's riding with the family.

Before the verdict was read, it was apparent the Kardashians were nowhere to be found. The clerk asked their lawyer where they were, and the attorney responded, they were all in NYC, "at some gala." Obviously, they're at the Met.

STUNNING ON THE CARPET
TMZ.com

As you know ... the Kardashians and Chyna have been squaring off in court for the past few weeks over the $100-million lawsuit BC filed back in 2017, accusing the Kardashians of defaming her and conspiring to ruin her career by getting her reality show with Rob canceled.

The trial featured tons of explosive testimony ... with the Kardashians claiming Chyna was violent with Rob, threatening to kill him and Kylie Jenner.

Much of the testimony focused on an incident between Chyna and Rob in December 2016 ... when she was pregnant with their child and their reality show, "Rob & Chyna," was in the midst of being picked up for a second season.

The Kardashians claimed Chyna threatened to kill Rob by putting a gun to his head and wrapping a phone cord around his neck, alleging she also hit him with a metal rod and threw furniture at his car when he tried to leave the heated argument.

Chyna testified she was only joking when she pointed a firearm at his temple and wrapped the cord around him, and she denied throwing anything at his car or hitting him.

I GOT YOU, JUDGE ...

There was lots of drama outside the courtroom too ... with Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, appearing to threaten the judge who had tossed her outta the courtroom for trashing Kris Jenner and her kids. TT claimed her threat was aimed at Kris, not the judge.

Almost all of the Kardashians took the stand at some point ... including Kris, Khloe, Kim, Kylie and Rob ... plus Kris' BF, Corey Gamble.

In the end, the jury sided with the Kardashians.

Johnny Depp's Manager Claims JD Was Due to Make $22.5M ... For 'Pirates 6'

Johnny Depp was going to make a boatload of cash for the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie that never happened -- a significant figure that could prove his damages -- according to his rep.

JD's ex-agent and current talent manager, Jack Whigham, took the stand Monday as Johnny's legal team continued to trot out witnesses on their client's behalf -- and during questioning, Whigam shed some light on what he believed Amber Heard's claims had cost Johnny.

Whigham claims there's no doubt in his mind Johnny lost his role in the planned 6th installment of 'Pirates' ... which he insists would've earned JD a whopping $22.5 mil.

CONFIRMING THE DEAL

Now, it's worth noting that during cross-examination ... Whigham admitted that the alleged deal was NOT something he'd gotten in writing yet -- which Amber's team latched onto -- but he explained ... that's not how the business goes.

Whigham claimed these sorts of talks with high-level actors and big studios -- especially as it pertains to franchises -- are often had on a verbal level first, and said studios will usually signal what an actor can expect for the next chapter, assuming one happens.

In this case, Whigham claims 'Pirates 6' was supposed to happen with Johnny in a key role -- obviously, he's the main character Jack Sparrow -- but that all came to a screeching halt after Amber's WaPo op-ed.

As you know, Johnny's suing Amber for around $50 mil in damages -- and it looks like the $22.5 mil he says he missed out on makes up a good chunk of that. Time will tell who the jury believes.

Tory Lanez TSA Snatches His Weed in Vegas ... He's Detained & Released

Tory Lanez might be on a good luck streak in Vegas -- he's still partying there after a run-in with the law ... over marijuana TSA allegedly found in his bag.

TMZ has learned Tory was stopped Sunday morning in the Las Vegas airport -- where he was attempting to board a flight outta town -- and according to law enforcement sources ... a TSA agent found a "large" amount of ganja in one of his bags.

We're told TSA temporarily detained him, but eventually let him go ... without the stash, of course. The feds are holding that. While marijuana is legal in Nevada, it's still not legal federally ... and that means ya can't fly with it.

Tory's not letting that little hiccup with the law ruin his weekend. Since he probably missed his outgoing flight, he's turned this into a biz opportunity ... and now he'll be onstage Sunday night for a performance at Drai's.

If he wants to get high beforehand, someone's gonna have to puff puff give ... 'cause Tory ain't got it!

As for any further legal consequences -- our sources say there is an ongoing investigation, so it's possible he could be cited ... but, the reality is the feds aren't prosecuting many minor marijuana offenses these days.

Blac Chyna I Haven't Paid Taxes In Years!!! ... Has No Bank Account

Blac Chyna's long overdue for a good accountant ... after testifying in court that she hasn't paid her taxes in years, and doesn't even have a bank account.

BC was questioned about her finances by the Kardashians' defense lawyer, Michael Rhodes, on Thursday on Day 2 of her testimony in her civil case ... and she admitted she hadn't filed her taxes since 2018 or 2019.

She says the last filing was for her businesses -- Lashed LLC, 88 Fin, and Blac Chyna Inc. ... she tells Rhodes the last time she personally filed was back in 2015. She also said she doesn't have any personal bank accounts.

Chyna also revealed she'd made about $2 million in 2020, 2019 and 2018 ... and makes money through celebrity appearances -- like $25k for an upcoming celebrity boxing match. However, her main moneymaker seems to be OnlyFans, on which she claims she's made $1 million.

She says she posts bikini and feet pics on OnlyFans ... and when asked, admitted to posting some nudity on there as well.

As we reported, Thursday's testimony had BC in tears as she talked about her ex, Rob Kardashian, posting nude pictures of her online. As you'll recall, the pics were removed from IG after going up, but Rob reposted them.

When asked if her filing for a restraining order after the nudes were posted was a publicity stunt, she replied, while crying, "It was the only way I could stop him from posting pictures of me on the Internet."

She also said she wasn't looking for headlines by going on "Good Morning America" the day after the filing ... telling the jury she just wanted everyone to hear her side of the story.

Johnny Depp Drug Abuse Pics, Private Texts Shown in Court ... Says He'd Have Sex with Amber's Dead Body

CONFIRMING THE CRUDENESS
UPDATE

12:41 PM PT -- Johnny Depp's drug abuse was put on full display in court, as Heard's attorney entered several photo exhibits, including images of cocaine on a table and Johnny passed out cold.

UPDATE
UPDATE

One pic showed 4 lines of coke cut on a table, along with a glass of whisky and a Keith Richards CD. Heard's attorney Benjamin Rottenborn told the jury the photo was taken when Depp was filming a documentary about Keith, and he and Amber had gotten into a fight because Johnny thought she was cheating.

UPDATE
UPDATE

The pic of Depp passed out was taken while he was working long hours shooting the film "Black Mass" ... and he'd taken opioids to "stay normal." Another photo showed huge bags of marijuana, which Rottenborn says was shot in a recording studio.

UPDATE
UPDATE

Depp has made no secret of the fact he's battled addiction. In fact, during testimony he admitted he'd been hooked on Roxicodone. A source close to Depp tells us he'd made multiple attempts to get clean before successfully kicking the addiction.

UPDATE

10:23 AM PT -- A source close to Depp tells us, "Johnny Depp is a victim of abuse. He has been since Ms. Heard made her very first false allegation in 2016, and has continued to be subject to abuse ever since, as outlined in his testimony. Today's cross-examination by Ms. Heard's attorney has proven to be no exception."

UPDATE

They continue, "Mr. Rottenborn's aggressive and, coincidentally, “jack-hammer” approach toward a man who has suffered extensively over the last six years proves that the mistreatment of Johnny goes well beyond Ms. Heard's grievous behavior. Colorful texts, which Johnny has already apologized for, do not equate to physical actions and Mr. Rottenborn still has not been able to connect the two, nor will he ever be able to.”

UPDATE
FIGHTING OVER FRANCO
UPDATE

Depp was asked about a fight he and Heard had on a plane in 2014. He said the argument stemmed from a scene she had to do with James Franco in an upcoming project. He said he believed Franco and Heard were having an affair.

Johnny Depp is getting grilled on the stand, with Amber Heard's lawyer showing the court text messages from Depp that say he'd do unspeakable things to Heard's corpse just to prove she was dead.

The actor's testimony continued on for the third day, and a string of texts between him and "WandaVision" actor Paul Bettany were presented during cross-examination ... talking about burning Heard's body, and what Depp would do to her after she died.

At one point in the texts, Depp says they should drown her before burning her body. Then, he writes, "I will f*** her burnt corpse afterwards to make sure she is dead."

A source close to JD tells us the drowning line was in reference to the "She's a witch" scene from "Monty Python" -- one of Depp's favorite movies. However, it still doesn't explain the whole having sex with a corpse thing.

As the texts continue, Depp talks about being mentally messed up, talking about drinking bottles of alcohol and taking pills. Bettany is also expected to testify in this trial.

Depp has remained calm, cool and collected throughout the hearing -- with his legal team painting the picture of a peaceful man -- so you can imagine Heard's team brought up the texts to try and prove the opposite.

The lawyer read more texts from Depp, referring to Heard, from 2013 ... calling her a "workless hooker" and saying things like “I‘ll smack the ugly C**t around before I let her in don’t worry."

Johnny also talked about his drug use, using with Marilyn Manson, and being introduced to drugs at an early age.

4/20/22
CRUEL AND GROTESQUE

As we reported, day 2 of Depp's testimony partially focused on the alleged human fecal matter found in their bed ... saying he found it "so outside, so bizarre and so grotesque that I could only laugh."

Later, he says Amber blamed it on their dogs, but Johnny noted their animals were tiny, and couldn't produce what had been left behind.

Cain Velasquez Sends Message From Jail ... Calls For 'True Victims' To Speak Out

UPDATE

1:48 PM PT -- Velasquez's hearing was continued until May 6 -- meaning the UFC legend will remain behind bars for at least another three weeks.

UPDATE

It should be noted ... at the hearing Tuesday, fellow UFC legend Daniel Cormier showed up to support his good friend.

Cain Velasquez has finally broken his silence on his attempted murder case -- releasing a statement from jail on Tuesday, thanking his supporters and urging "the true victims of this case" to come forward.

Velasquez just posted the message on his social media page -- just hours before he's set to go before a judge for a hearing in the case -- saying he's grateful for all of the fighters and fans who have pleaded for his release from jail following his February arrest.

"To everyone that has expressed your support, my family and I will never be able to thank you enough," Velasquez said. "From the bottom of our hearts and the depths of our souls, we are forever grateful for your love."

The 39-year-old did not go into detail about his side of the story in the case, but he did say it's "complex and slowly unraveling as we speak."

As we reported, officials say Velasquez shot at Harry Goularte multiple times on Feb. 28 in Santa Clara County, Calif. ... after the man was accused of molesting one of Velasquez's close relatives.

Velasquez has been hit with 10 criminal charges, including one count of felony attempted murder.

In his note, Velasquez urged the "true victims of this case" -- presumably others he believes Goularte has molested -- to speak out.

"May God give you the strength to come forward," the UFC legend said. "Though it is most difficult to relive the pain that has happened to you, in speaking the truth, justice will be served and your own true healing will start."

"I will never stop helping or loving my community and all of you. Thank you for loving me."

Velasquez's hearing is slated to begin at 1:30 PM PT. There is a chance he could finally be released from jail following the court session.

Tasha was ordered to pay Cardi about $4 million in damages and attorney's fees ... and had to delete all old posts that include offending statements -- false claims about Cardi and STIs, cocaine, prostitution and "side peen." However, Tasha's appealing that judgment and had yet to remove those posts and/or videos.

According to the new docs, Tasha's now on the clock -- the judge has given her 5 days to scrub her social media platforms and YouTube page of all those shots at Cardi. Both sides agreed to the terms of the injunction.

Now, if Tasha wins the appeal, the judge says she can file to modify the injunction ... so, she could repost her allegations about Cardi.

For now, though, she's in delete delete delete mode.
