Russell Brand is under criminal investigation in the UK -- this after cops say a handful of women came forward to publicly claim he sexually abused them years ago.

The comedian-actor was not named by London's Metropolitan Police in their statement Monday -- but there was no ambiguity that he was at the center of this new probe. They wrote, "Following an investigation by Channel 4's Dispatches and The Sunday Times, the Met has received a number of allegations of sexual offences in London."

The cops add ... "We have also received a number of allegations of sexual offences committed elsewhere in the country and will investigate these."

Unclear what exactly the police are digging into, but, presumably, it might relate to the allegations mentioned in the joint report published a couple weeks ago -- which included claims from 4 different women ... a few of whom alleged RB had raped them.

Prior to Monday's announcement ... Metropolitan Police had said they received a report of a sexual assault that allegedly took place in Soho, London back in '03 -- and many believed that, too, was linked to Brand. Worth noting, Brand has yet to be arrested for anything at this point.

For his part, Brand has repeatedly and vehemently denied of all the claims against him thus far -- and it's too early to tell whether any of these investigations will result in charges.

Los republicanos están usando la metedura de pata verbal como un golpe político pero Charlamagne piensa que es un golpe cultural, dándole al Comandante en Jefe y a su equipo de redacción el titulo de "Burro del Día".

Como señala CTG, Joe cumplirá 81 años dentro de un par de meses y sus guionistas deberían dejar de intentar que parezca moderno, pero aún tiene edad suficiente para recordar los días en que el término "boy" (niño) era un término racista utilizado para menospreciar a los hombres negros.

LL ha sido un rapero superestrella desde los 80s —uno de los primeros del género— y ha estado deletreando su nombre en las canciones hace mucho. Un pedazo de historia americana que CTG dice que el Presi debe saber.

Blueface está asumiendo toda la culpa luego de que una foto de los genitales de su hijo se publicó desde la cuenta del rapero de las redes sociales alegando que su teléfono fue robado y su cuenta hackeada.

It came out like this, "By the way that boy — that man’s got biceps bigger than my thighs." Good grief, Joe😬.

Republicans are using the verbal blunder as a political strike, but Charlamagne thinks it's a cultural one ... giving the Commander-in-Chief, and his writing staff, the "Donkey of the Day," and that's not a Democratic compliment!!!

As CTG notes, Joe will be 81 years old in a couple of months and his writers should stop attempting to have him come across as hip ... but he's still old enough to remember the days when the term "boy" was a racist term used to belittle Black men.

LL's also been a superstar rapper since the '80s -- one of the genre's first -- and has been spelling out his name in songs just as long -- a slice of American history CTG says the Prez should know.

Israel Adesanya just issued an apology to his family and beloved fans after pleading guilty to drunk driving ... saying he was wrong to get behind the wheel.

The incident happened on August 19th ... after the 24-3 UFC star had dinner and a few drinks with friends in Auckland, New Zealand.

While driving home, the 34-year-old came across a random breath testing unit ... and allegedly had a reading of 87 milligrams of alcohol per 100 milliliters, which exceeds New Zealand's legal limit of 50 milligrams.

"I want to apologize to the community, my family and my team for the decision I made to get behind the wheel after drinking at a dinner," Adesanya said in a statement.

"I am disappointed with my decision to drive, It was wrong."

Style Bender continued ... "I know that people might follow me and I want them to know I do not think this behavior is acceptable."

Adesanya pleaded guilty in court on Monday ... and is facing a max penalty of three months in jail or a $2,600 fine.

This arrest happened three weeks before Adesanya lost to Sean Strickland at UFC 293 in Sydney, Australia ... which cost him his middleweight title.

Antonio Brown has seen enough of Matt Canada's offense in Pittsburgh -- the controversial ex-NFL superstar just unloaded on the Steelers coach in a social media rant ... wildly comparing him to Adolf Hitler.

AB has been an outspoken critic of Canada recently ... ripping his former team over its scoring struggles this season, and even throwing out his interest in replacing the current offensive coordinator.

Brown continued his public bashing on Monday ... sharing a picture of Canada with Hitler's signature toothbrush mustache drawn on it and saying, "Adolf Canada."

The posts were understandably met with backlash ... with several users also pointing out they fell on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in Judaism.

"Tweeting this is crazy," one follower replied ... while another added, "Yeah, this is wildly inappropriate. It's not even remotely funny."

The Steelers were able to score a few offensive touchdowns en route to a 23-18 win over the Las Vegas Raiders ... but it's safe to say AB was still not satisfied with Canada's performance nonetheless.

Blueface is taking all the blame off himself after a photo of his infant son's genitals was posted from the rapper's social media account ... claiming his phone was stolen and his account hacked.

As the outrage against Blue piled on Monday morning, he countered with a tweet claiming his phone was stolen ... forcing his Twitter to be used against his free will.

As you'd expect, there aren't too many people who believe his new claim.

As we reported, the "hacked" account posted a lengthy rant about his newborn son and his medical struggles, including an alleged hernia. The account expressed outrage toward Chrisean Rock, the boy's mother, and said she was avoiding taking the infant to the doctor.

We should also point out, the allegedly "hacked" account only seemed to take Blueface's side in the argument ... which very rarely happens with a hack.

Things have been downhill in Blue and Chrisean's family situation since she was spotted improperly holding their child at Walmart ... and continue to spiral out of control by the day.

11:15 AM -- Chrisean Rock and Keke Palmer have connected behind the scenes on Monday after much internet chatter.

Chrisean had initially taken issue with Keke going public but cooler heads have prevailed and Chrisean appears to have an ally in Keke while a Blueface reconcillation is still TBD.

Keke Palmer believes Chrisean Rock's issues are reflective of the challenges facing so many other Black single mothers ... publicly offering the embattled reality star support.

Keke, who's a new mother herself, couldn't contain her anger as many -- including Blueface's manager Wack 100, called for Chrisean's baby to be removed from her care.

The way Keke sees it, personal opinions against Chrisean are irrelevant -- maternal health care is the #1 priority in situations like these, and she says neglected kids are the ones placed in the system which often leads to a path of crime.

Keke says there's an ongoing epidemic in health care for Black women and Chrisean is simply one of the many victims.

The CDC reported that in 2021, Black women suffered nearly 70 deaths for every 100,000 live births ... almost 3x the number of White women.

The "Nope" actress echoed much of what Cardi B told us when she spoke about Chrisean's early struggles with motherhood ... but the controversy surrounding her newborn baby is becoming more critical by the day!!!

Chrisean and Blueface are both under fire after the "Thotiana" rapper exposed their son's genitals ... accusing Chrisean of failing to schedule the appropriate surgery to fix a hernia, which has grown rather large.

She's also still trying to live down last week's viral Walmart video that showed her carelessly holding her baby.

Chrisean barked back at Blueface for airing out their baby's business ... but also admitted she hadn't yet set a date for him to have surgery, either.

Ronald Davis fue detenido el pasado jueves y acusado de delito grave de estrangulamiento, restricción ilegal, detención ilegal, asalto simple, imprudentemente poner en peligro a otra persona y opresión policial.

El Fiscal de Distrito del Condado de Dauphin dijo que Davis está casado y tiene familia, pero tenía una "relación íntima" con su ahora ex novia.

Davis supuestamente aseguró ilegalmente una orden de internamiento involuntario y tenía a la mujer interna en un centro de salud mental en contra de su voluntad de acuerdo con una denuncia ante un tribunal penal.

Un amigo acompañó a Davis para grabarlo mientras detenía a la mujer antes de entregar el vídeo al fiscal, que lo hizo público.

Blueface may have successfully destroyed any bit of public goodwill he had in his custody fight with Chrisean Rock ... posting a pic of their son's unhealthy genitals in an effort to prove his point -- but he's sticking to his guns.

On Sunday, Blueface shocked and angered onlookers online by uploading the graphic pic on social media with a complaint ... "This what my son d**k look like an she worried about me an lil baby c*** like bih get our son c*** right then do what you want."

We blurred the pic for obvious reasons, but Blue's defense is their still weeks-old son was suffering from a hernia but Chrisean still hadn't scheduled the necessary surgery to correct the condition.

Fans were split over Blueface's lack of family discretion ... one fan noted Chrisean's behavior during pregnancy may have pre-doomed the entire situation while Blueface even challenged another who questioned his parenting skills.

Others still want CPS to intervene ... which pretty much mirrors the thoughts of Blue's manager Wack 100, who demands the child return to the hospital so it can get the proper care.

Blue and Chrisean have been at each other's throats since the baby's birth ... last week Chrisean admitted fault for not cradling his head properly while shopping at Walmart, much to Blue's disappointment.

He doesn't think she's serious about raising the child but until something's done, the lil tyke will be the main one suffering.

A Pennsylvania State Police Trooper allegedly had his ex-girlfriend illegally committed to a psych ward, but his crazy plan backfired after he was caught on video violently restraining her as she begged for her release.

Ronald Davis was arrested last Thursday and charged with felony strangulation, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and official oppression.

The Dauphin County District Attorney said Davis is married with a family, but had an "intimate relationship" with his now former girlfriend.

Davis allegedly unlawfully secured an involuntary commitment order and had the woman tossed in a mental health facility against her will, according to a criminal court complaint.

A friend went along with Davis to record him taking the woman into custody before turning the video over to the D.A., who released it publicly.

Check out the disturbing clip ... Davis is sitting on top of the woman, manhandling her on the ground.

She pleads with him to get off her, telling him, "This isn't normal. Can I please get up? I didn't do anything wrong except disagree with you."

The woman tries to break free, wrestling with Davis and elbowing him in the back.

But, Davis is too strong and keeps her under his control until more cops arrive and she's taken to the hospital to be evaluated. The woman spent five whole days in the psych ward before getting discharged -- but she shouldn't have been there in the first place.

The latest round of negotiations between the WGA and the AMPTP is said to be wrapping up soon ... with either an agreement to end the strike, or a signal to hit the picket lines again.

Leadership from both parties -- including a reported handful of high-profile CEOs from the major studios -- have been hashing out a new deal over the past several days ... which has crept into the weekend and into the wee hours of the night.

As of Sunday, reports say the AMPTP has given WGA its "best and final" offer ... a leaked line that hasn't sat well with normie members -- who are scoffing at the notion of that.

Basically, the WGA has to read all the fine print now and make sure they're good with the terms the studio bosses are offering ... and it sounds like the devil is in the details, as lawyers pore over the paperwork and go back and forth with union brass -- who, of course, speak on behalf of countless individuals who are currently on strike from East to West.

A lot of the nitty gritty pertains to money, AI and more guaranteed writers in writer rooms -- among other sticking points -- but the idea that these terms from AMPTP are the best they can realistically do suggests they won't come to the table for a while if WGA turns it down.

There's also this ... Yom Kippur -- the holiest of Jewish holidays -- is literally about to start come sundown Sunday ... and many have reported the AMPTP wants an answer before then.

Considering it's already past 6 PM PT right now ... something tells us this baby is gonna get kicked down the road and dealt with another day. Don't get us started on SAG-AFTRA ... which is on its own strike right now, and which isn't anywhere near a deal either.

Alex Hall has been getting dragged after what some perceived as her trying to make a Black woman sound angry and unhinged -- and a fellow cast member says it's well-deserved.

We spoke to 'Selling the OC' star Kayla Cardona -- who's very familiar with what has fans up in arms now that Season 2 has officially come to a close ... with unsettled business between Alex and Brandi Marshall -- who got in a huge fight on the show.

The drama between them all stems from Brittany Snow's ex, Tyler Stanaland ... and Brandi accusing Alex of being "messy" when it comes to pursuing him. It was a feud that simmered all season and eventually came to an ugly head during an argument in Cabo -- which was caught on camera and obviously aired on Netflix.

During that shouting match ... many felt Alex was hurling racist microaggressions at Brandi by suggesting she was going to swing on her and trying to paint her as violent. That didn't occur in the moment -- Brandi kept her cool -- but there was a lot of chatter after the fact.

Like we said, AH has been taking it on the chin on Twitter ... and in our convo with Kayla -- who was front and center for all of that during filming -- she says succinctly, "If the shoe fits."
