Nirvana y la herencia de Kurt Cobain volverán a enfrentar la demanda que los acusa de pornografía infantil

El Tribunal de Apelaciones de EE.UU. para el Noveno Circuito revivió la demanda el jueves, revocando la decisión de un tribunal inferior de olvidar todo el asunto.

Recordemos que Spencer Elden dice que él es el bebé desnudo que aparece en la portada del álbum "Nevermind" de la banda. Por supuesto, ahora ya es mayor y en 2021 presentó una demanda contra Nirvana y el patrimonio de Cobain por la portada.

Spencer acusó a Nirvana de publicar pornografía infantil al utilizar una foto suya desnudo en la portada del álbum allá por 1991, cuando solo tenía cuatro meses.

La demanda fue desestimada en septiembre de 2022, cuando un juez de distrito en California dictaminó que Spencer había esperado demasiado tiempo para demandar a Nirvana.

Ahora, el tribunal de apelaciones dice que la demanda puede seguir adelante porque Nirvana volvió a publicar la portada del álbum en 2021 cuando la banda volvió a lanzar "Nevermind" y sostuvo que cada republicación de la portada puede constituir una nueva lesión a Elden, despejando el camino para que Spencer continúe su demanda contra la banda de grunge de Seattle.

El ex novio de Keke Palmer presentó su propia orden de restricción contra la actriz y cantante, en medio de su desagradable ruptura, alegando que ella fue física y verbalmente abusiva con él durante su relación.

According to the new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Darius Jackson beelined it to court Tuesday to request a domestic violence temporary restraining order against Keke.

In the docs, Darius claims Keke frequently became agitated and aggressive during their relationship, usually after drinking alcohol, and abused him for years.

Darius claims Keke, who is the mother of his child, punched him in the face at a birthday party back in 2021 after she had been drinking. He says her friend, Lenoria Addison, tried to stop Keke from attacking him and says he has text messages from Keke apologizing for hitting him.

In the docs, Darius claims Keke also punched and hit him during his January 2022 birthday celebration in Cancún ... with the alleged attack leaving bruises on his body.

Darius says in February 2022 Keke attacked him again -- allegedly choking and hitting him inside her home after drinking booze.

Most recently, Darius claims Keke got mad at him in March 2023 about an overflowing shower, blamed him for the problem and called him a "bitch, a punk ass, and a loser."

Darius says Keke would often send him a barrage of emails after the alleged domestic violence incidents ... usually lashing out or apologizing.

As we've reported ... Darius and Keke are going through a contentious split, she's accused him of abuse -- he denied it -- and she got a temporary restraining order against him, plus temporary sole custody of their kid.

1:58 PM PT -- John tells us he meant no harm in the tweet, saying, "Seriously, folks? I said no such thing. Despite headlines claiming otherwise, I absolutely did not call for an act of violence or threaten a U.S. president."

"The Dukes of Hazzard" star John Schneider will likely have a visit from the Secret Service in the near future ... because he made a social media death threat against President Biden.

The actor, famous for playing Bo Duke on the iconic TV show, posted on Twitter Wednesday, stating both Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, "should be publicly hung." John's full tweet read, "Mr. President, I believe you are guilty of treason and should be publicly hung. Your son too. Your response is..? Sincerely, John Schneider."

John's threat has since been deleted ... and was a direct reply to Biden's post about Donald Trump, where POTUS took shots at the indicted former president.

Judging by his tweet, John thinks Biden is guilty of treason too.

Funny enough, Wednesday, the same day he sent the threat, was a pretty eventful day for John ... because he was also revealed as the secret celebrity hiding behind the donut costume on FOX's singing competition show, "The Masked Singer."

John's account also has other replies where he mentions Biden and treason ... and there's another recent post ripping Dr. Anthony Fauci as "Treasonous."

So, there seems to be a theme here ... but now, it's escalated to death threats.

We reached out to John's camp ... so far no word back.

The greatest wide receiver in NFL history is ... Randy Moss!

That's according to the first-ballot Hall of Famer himself who gave his list of greatest wideouts ever when he joined Kevin Hart on his Cold As Balls" show this week ... and yes, that means he's better than Jerry Rice.

"Hands down, I consider myself as the greatest wide receiver to ever play the game," the 46-year-old said.

"It wasn't a shot at Jerry. I still have respect and love for Jerry, but I just thought the way that I changed the game of football."

Of course, it's a debate that's been raging for decades ... with many believing Rice is not just the WR G.O.A.T., but also the best football player, period. With 3 Super Bowl wins, including an SB MVP, and a gang of NFL records, it's a strong argument.

On the other hand, Randy has ridiculous numbers, too ... and he didn't play with two Hall of Fame quarterbacks in Joe Montana and Steve Young. In fairness, Moss did play several seasons with Tom Brady.

The Coastal Carolina football team had second thoughts after sharing a pic of its head coach posing shirtless on the beach with a bunch of female students in bikinis ... 'cause the controversial post was promptly deleted.

The Chanticleers program -- which is in Honolulu for the EasyPost Hawai’i Bowl -- initially published an image of Tim Beck alongside the school's dance team and mascot earlier this week ... with everyone rocking their beach 'fits (even the bird).

Beck shared the pic on his personal Instagram story ... and the dance team's account commented on it, saying, "Glad we ran into you at the beach today. Thanks for the picture!"

Naturally, the pic rubbed some folks on social media the wrong way ... after all, a school staffer being nips out with a bunch of scantily-clad students might not be the most "professional" image for the university.

Others -- including some of Beck's players -- thought it was harmless ... with one athlete even joking his coach was a "ladies man."

After the mixed reviews, the post was deleted around three hours later.

Beck addressed the picture with reporters ... saying the photo op was a "spontaneous event."

"There was no intent to try to generate any particular kind of response one way or the other of how that was," he said. "So, I mean, that’s that’s kind of my statement really on it."

Coastal Carolina also commented on it, according to the Sun News ... saying, "The photo was taken as part of the football team’s documentation of its trip to Honolulu to participate in the Hawaii Bowl. The Chanticleers look forward to playing in the bowl game on Saturday."

Un policía estatal de Vermont arrestó a un automovilista por mostrarle el dedo y llamarlo idiota hace cinco años, pero el inusual encuentro fue capturado en video y recién fue publicado en YouTube.

Todo comenzó el 8 de febrero de 2019, cuando el policía estatal Jay Riggen conducía en su carro patrulla y vio a Gregory Bombard aparentemente mostrarle el dedo medio mientras se cruzaba con él en otro vehículo.

Cabreado, Riggen detuvo a Bombard en una calle residencial y se acercó a la ventanilla de su conductor, lo que desencadenó el posterior enfrentamiento.

En el video recién publicado en YouTube, Riggen acusa a Bombard de su supuesta grosería, pero Bombard lo niega y le dice al policía que él debe ser "sensible".

Riggen se molesta aún más por el comentario de la sensibilidad y le explica que no ha detenido a nadie en 12 años por mostrarle el dedo.

También lo califica de "comportamiento inusual", sugiriendo que Bombard buscaba llamar la atención de un policía emitiendo esa "señal negativa".

Los dos siguen discutiendo sobre ello hasta que en un momento dado, Bombard le pregunta qué delito se habría cometido si hubiese enseñado el dedo del medio. Riggen no lo dice exactamente, lo que lleva a Bombard a amenazarlo con presentar una denuncia contra él.

A Vermont State Trooper arrested a motorist for flipping him the bird and calling him an a**hole five years ago -- but the insane encounter was all caught on video and recently uploaded to YouTube.

It all began on February 8, 2019, when state trooper Jay Riggen was driving in his patrol car and saw Gregory Bombard seemingly give him the middle finger while cruising by in another vehicle.

Pissed, Riggen pulled Bombard over on a residential street and stepped up to his driver's side window, sparking the ensuing confrontation.

In the newly released dash cam video on YouTube, Riggen immediately accuses Bombard of flipping him off -- but Bombard denies it, saying the trooper must be "sensitive."

Riggen gets even more annoyed at the sensitivity remark, explaining that he hasn't stopped anyone in 12 years for giving him the finger.

He also called it "unusual behavior," suggesting that Bombard was looking to get the attention of a trooper by giving off that "negative signal."

The two keep arguing about it with Bombard, at one point, asking what crime was committed if he had extended his middle finger. Riggen doesn't exactly say, leading Bombard to threaten to file a complaint against him.

Riggen eventually climbs back into his patrol car and follows Bombard's vehicle down the street, while still steaming from their squabble.

Inside the patrol car, Riggen can be heard saying Bombard called him an "a**hole" and told him "f**k you" as he walked away. The trooper then turns on his lights and sirens, announcing that he's arresting Bombard for disorderly conduct.

The rest of the video goes down exactly as you might imagine with Bombard taken away in handcuffs and thrown in jail. But the charges were later dropped against Bombard and the case was closed.

Jason Oppenheim, president and founder of the famed Oppenheim Group, is now representing Kanye West in the sale of his Malibu beachfront estate, and there's been some criticism Oppenheim should not represent an antisemite, but we've contacted some high-end realtors who feel it's absurd to have a litmus test on which clients they will represent.

The L.A. realtors we've spoken with say there is no way in this divided social and political climate anyone can do business by excluding clients whose views they find offensive. The example that repeatedly comes up is the war in the Middle East. As one high-end realtor put it, "What are we supposed to do, ask a potential client if they side with Israel or Palestine?"

An extremely successful L.A. realtor begged to differ, saying, "Wait a minute. Kanye is one of the biggest antisemites in the world. I would never represent him, ever."

But another realtor said, "Are we supposed to see if a client is a registered Republican and say screw you, I'm not representing you?"

It goes beyond religion and politics ... one realtor said, "What if a client has an offensive post on Instagram? Or what if a client's in the middle of nasty divorce and I side with their spouse?"

Several realtors said it's ridiculous to think they would Google every prospective client to look for a reason not to represent that person.

And one realtor, who was at one time a practicing lawyer, said it's absurd to think an attorney would judge a client before taking a case, adding, "It's just not reality."

And a realtor we spoke with said what if a client had a different view on gay marriage? He said, "At some point it just becomes impossible to do business."

That same realtor asked, "What about the buyer who pays Kanye $53 million for the Malibu property?" before adding, "What if Kanye goes to a Mercedes dealership. Should they not sell him a car?"

Logan Paul went down to South Park and got his ass roasted ... 'cause the satirical show just went after the WWE Superstar and his Prime drink company in its newest special.

"South Park: Not Suitable for Children" just dropped on Paramount+ on Wednesday ... and one of its many targets just so happened to be the YouTuber-turned-entrepreneur.

In a clip of the show, character Clyde Donovan sits in front of a computer as he watches an influencer named Logan LeDouche (who looks very similar to Paul) hawk his drink brand, "Cred" (which shares the same appearance to Prime Hydration bottles).

"The most important thing is just to be yourself," LeDouche says in the scene. "When I feel like I can't be myself, that's when I need a hydration drink that'll pick me up -- that's when I need Cred!!"

The spoof even mocks Logan's over-the-top marketing campaign for the company ... which included jumping out of a plane as he drank a bottle of Prime.

"Drink Cred, or you're a piece of s***!!"

The scene also pokes fun at the company's controversial energy drink ... which was scrutinized by Senator Chuck Schumer, who said it could be harmful to Logan's primarily young fanbase -- even though its cans specifically state it's for people ages 18 and up.

"Drink Cred at your school today!! Not intended for children," the narrator in the clip says.

Logan seems to be okay with it all ... 'cause he recently shared the clip on his social media accounts

Young Thug's father is at his breaking point with Lil Baby shading Gunna over his plea deal, and wants him to zip it for good ... although, pops is using way harsher words!

In a new convo with Infamous Sylvia, Jeffrey Williams Sr. ripped Baby as the dust settled on his latest snipe ... calling Gunna a "rat" on his new track "350," which dropped last week.

Big Jeff isn't going for it, and straight up told Sylvia that Baby needs to "shut the f*** up" because he isn't helping Thug's cause.
