Dr. Murray to Appear in Court Today
UPDATE 10:43 AM PT: Dr. Murray has arrived at court.
Dr. Conrad Murray will appear in court today ... asking a judge to let him off the hook in his child support mess. His excuse -- he's broke ... so TMZ has learned.
Dr. Murray is on the hot seat in Las Vegas for not paying child support in California ... he's more than $13,000 behind in support. Authorities in California went to Nevada -- where Murray lives -- asking to enforce the judgment.
The Nevada judge ordered Dr. Murray to pay and scheduled a court hearing for today.
We're told Dr. Murray, along with his lawyer, Chris Aaron, will show at 11:30 AM PT. Dr. Murray will ask the judge to allow him to pay a minimal amount -- $100. Aaron tells TMZ Murray has not been able to get a job since Michael Jackson died and has no money. Aaron says Dr. Murray is not running from his obligation -- he has full intention of paying.
We will live stream the hearing.

Porn Company Gives Carrie Prejean the Hard Sell
Carrie Prejean's sex tape cost her more than a million bucks during her settlement discussions with Miss California USA, but we've learned Vivid Entertainment is officially stepping up with an offer to line her pockets with even more money.
TMZ has obtained a copy of a letter Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch sent to Prejean's lawyer, Charles Limandri. Hirsch is asking to acquire the rights to distribute "erotic footage that Carrie Prejean, former Miss California, produced for her boyfriend following their four (4) day rendezvous in February 2007." It's the same video (eight in all, along with 30 photos) that TMZ obtained but has not posted because it's just too racy.
In the letter, Hirsch tries tempting Carrie with this: "We would like to present Carrie with several options where she could certainly earn millions of dollars."
Hirsch boasts his stable of stars, including Kim Kardashian, Kelli McCarty (former Miss USA) and Shauna Sand -- the kinds of women any gal would be proud to call her peers.
TMZ spoke with attorney Limandri last night, and it looks like Carrie's not biting. Limandri says Carrie's mom/rep says, "No, at any price."
Carrie claims she was underage when the videos were shot, but her ex-boyfriend to whom she sent the videos begs to differ.
But Carrie may have another plan to score some loot. We're told she may sue the Miss Cali pageant, along with its officials, because she believes they leaked the settlement to TMZ.

Cops Search Home Connected to Crawford Case
Police in Germany searched a home in Stuttgart in connection with the Cindy Crawford extortion case -- but they would not confirm the apartment belonged to the suspect, Edis Kayalar.
German authorities confiscated several items from the home, but would not say where Kayalar was or whether or not he had been charged in Germany.
Kayalar allegedly tried to extort Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber, over a photo of their daughter bound to a chair and gagged.
Kayalar has been charged with one count extortion -- he faces two years in the slammer.

Delay in Jackson Case -- The Ghost of OJ
Michael Jackson's homicide investigation is taking longer than expected because -- as one law enforcement source connected with the case said -- "We've had bad luck with big cases like OJ in the past, and we don't want to repeat those mistakes."
The source also pointed to the Robert Blake case, which some experts believe was also botched. But the source added, "There is not a problem with the case. Time is on our side. We want to do this right." The L.A. County D.A.'s office and the LAPD are working as a unit to "anticipate defense strategies and prepare for them." The D.A.'s office is actively involved, requesting lots of info from the LAPD.
One of the issues: authorities have keyed in on Applied Pharmacy in Las Vegas -- they want to make sure there are no other pharmacies that sent the Propofol in question to Dr. Conrad Murray.
Another issue: authorities have gone back to their medical experts for more input, as "strategies have changed" in a case they call "very complicated."
As for when the investigation will wrap: now authorities are saying they'd like to end it "before the Christmas holidays".... but that could get pushed to January.

Huge Suit Over Jackson, Stones, Guns & Doors
The company that hawks all things related to Michael Jackson, The Rolling Stones, The Doors, Guns N' Roses, Led Zeppelin and Red Hot Chili Peppers is demanding untold millions from the businesses that are illegally cashing in -- allegedly.
Bravado International Group claims it has the exclusive right to the merchandise of these huge musicians -- dead and alive. Bravado claims Dollar Days International, Alan Shrem and Kennedy-Shrem International are illegally using the names and likenesses of Michael Jackson, Jim Morrison and the other musical luminaries in the sale of shirts, watches, posters, play money and other stuff.
The suit -- filed in federal court in Los Angeles and obtained by TMZ -- makes specific mention of Jackson's most memorable works, including "Thriller" and "Bad."
And speaking of bad, Bravado wants $2 million for each violation.

Marie Goes After Former Manager for $2 Mil
Marie Osmond has countersued her former agent, claiming he's made "extortionist demands" against her and defamed her as well.
TMZ has obtained the legal papers, filed in the arbitration case between Marie and former manager P. Karl Engemann. Marie wants $2 million from Engemann for the damages she claims he caused her.
The legal docs assert that Engemann "tried to extort Osmond to pay more compensation to him...by defaming and disparaging Osmond to third parties."
Osmond claims Engemann derailed her plan for a talk show by bungling the negotiations. She also says he screwed up her negotiations with "Dancing with the Stars" and her Nutrisystems commercials.
In addition to the $2 mil, Marie wants punitive damages.
Porn Kings Trying to Release Prejean Sex Tape
The world's largest porn company has obtained a copy of the Carrie Prejean solo sex tape -- and TMZ has learned they're desperately trying to release it.
The porn company -- Vivid Entertainment -- tells us they obtained the tape legally, but they want Carrie to sign off on it personally before it goes wide. Good luck with that...
As TMZ first reported, the solo sex tape was played in front of several people during settlement negotiations between Prejean and the Miss USA Pageant just a few weeks ago. Once Prejean saw the tape, she instantly dropped her $1 million demand.
For the record, TMZ has had the tape for weeks, but elected not to publish it -- and we have not disseminated it.
Vivid Prez Steven Hirsch tells TMZ, "The third party that brought the tape to Vivid affirmed that she was over 18 years of age at the time it was made."

Crawford Suspect -- GF Claimed Death Threats
Cindy Crawford's alleged extortionist had a brush with the law before the latest incident, but in that case the woman who asked for a restraining order ended up flaking out in court so Edis Kayalar skated.
Kayalar's girlfriend in 2008-09 claimed in a declaration that he pushed her and threatened to kill her if she called the police. She said, "He asked me to sleep with him at a friend's house, and when I refused he slapped me across my face and punched me 6-7 time (sic) all over body."
But she never showed up in court and, according to the docs obatined by TMZ, the judge took no action.
Kayalar is accused of trying to extort Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber, for $100,000 -- over a picture of the couple's daughter.
By the way, in the legal docs, she says, "He's hard to find and slips through the system." That's a problem the feds are dealing with right now.

We're told police went up Paris' driveway, went into the yard and spoke with someone inside to make sure things were ok.
They were, and police just left the scene.

Best line ever ... Jon says in legal docs, "because of the enormous Media interest ... and public interest it makes it impossible to carry on normal daily activities, let alone find, secure and maintain a job with an employer who is willing to be exposed to the daily Media intrusions that has impeded my life." Pleeeeeze!!!!
Gosselin claims TLC has been bad mouthing him all over town -- he wants $5 million in damages.

Papa Lohan -- Leaked Calls Could Mean Prison
Michael Lohan could wind up behind bars for his despicable decision to release secret recordings of his family's phone conversations -- because it appears MiLo wasn't legally allowed to be on the calls in the first place.
It's all over a protective order Dina obtained in Nassau County, New York back in 2005, which bans Michael from communicating with Dina by email or phone until 2011.
Now, the release of the tapes, one of which was reportedly made in 2008, could be a smoking gun, proving Michael broke the rules of the protective order -- and, if convicted, it could score Michael some quality time in prison.
TMZ has learned attorneys for Dina Lohan have already contacted the Nassau County District Attorney in connection with the audio tapes.
Unfortunately for Lindsay -- who was granted a one-year protective order against Michael back in 2004 -- there are no laws against being an insensitive, fame-hungry, backstabbing father.

Eddie Cibrian's Wife He's Finally Screwing Me!
Eddie Cibrian's soon-to-be ex-wife claims the actor is cheating on her again -- this time with his wallet.
Brandi Cibrian claims the "CSI: Miami" star has left her essentially high and dry since he took off back in August after 8 years of marriage -- refusing to give her a dime for food and gas.
According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Brandi claims Eddie is raking in $60,000 a week on his show, but he's currently only paying for Brandi's "household bills."
Now, Brandi wants some serious jack so she can take care of the couple's two young children -- as well as herself. She's asking for $39,963 a month in spousal support so she can pay for things like the kids' schooling, the car, medical bills and of course -- pilates.
UPDATE: Eddie's lawyer, Neal Hersh, tells TMZ, "Nothing could be further from the truth. Eddie's responsibility as a father is his highest priority. He has been and will continue to be responsible to the children as well as Brandi. The parties are very working together to resolve the issues of custody and money."

Cindy Crawford -- Extortion Victim?
Cindy Crawford was targeted for extortion, over a photo of her daughter which showed the daughter bound to a chair and gagged.
Documents were filed in federal court saying that Edis Kayalar, a friend of a former nanny of Crawford and husband Rande Gerber, was threatening to sell the photo of the couple's 7-year-old daughter.
Crawford's rep says the photo was taken as part of a game of cops and robbers, without Crawford's knowledge. The docs say the nanny took the photos as a "prank" and that Kayalar stole the picture from her.
We're told Crawford and Gerber went to the cops, who turned it over to the FBI.
According to legal docs, Gerber paid Kayalar $1,000 for what he thought was the original photo. But Gerber claims Kayalar came back a few days later, claiming he still had a copy and demanded more money.
And this is curious .... according to the documents, Kayalar was arrested by the L.A. County Sheriff's Department on September 16, 2009, placed in federal custody by ICE agents for an immigration violation. He was then deported to Germany.
But it didn't end there ... The Feds say on November 1, 2009, Kayalar called the Crawfords from Germany and said he "had no choice now but to extort the victims for money because they had gotten him deported." He demanded $100,000 or else he'd release the photo to the media.
BTW, someone tried peddling the photo to TMZ approximately 6 weeks ago. We passed.

Shaq and Shaunie Wanted a Reality Check
TMZ has learned Shaquille O'Neal and now-estranged wife Shaunie made a pilot for a reality TV show -- and while their marriage is falling apart, at least one network is still considering putting the reality show on the air.
Earlier this year, the O'Neals had been pitching out a show called "Love Shaq," based on several family-style reality shows like "Meet the Barkers," "Newlyweds" and "Til Death Do Us Part" -- but unlike those couples, the O'Neal's marriage fell apart before the show ever aired.
TMZ got in contact with A&E, who confirmed they had seen the pilot -- and told us they are still "considering" whether or not to purchase the show. FYI -- the show is obviously not in production at the moment.
But the show could be dead before A&E gets to make a decision -- as we previously reported, Shaunie's already moved out -- pulling their kids out of their Florida school and relocating to L.A.

Tyson Now Has Arizona on His Butt
Mike Tyson can't get a break. Court officials in Arizona tell TMZ they're looking at yesterday's bloody LAX incident to determine if the ex-champ violated his probation. If he did, he could end up in an Arizona prison.
Tyson was convicted of felony cocaine possession and misdemeanor DUI in Arizona in 2007. He was placed on 3 years probation. One of the conditions -- Tyson can't violate any laws.
If Arizona prosecutors believe Tyson crossed the legal line yesterday, they could attempt to violate his probation and he could face jail time.
A probation official tells TMZ if charges are filed against Tyson in L.A., that could trigger a probation violation. The official says worst case scenario for Tyson -- 2 1/2 years in State prison.
