Lindsay Lohan is back in New York City ... acting like she doesn't have a care in the world.

We got Lindsay as she came to the front door of her apartment building to let daddy Lohan inside.

As for Lindsay's state of mind re: the coke-fueled Miami party last Friday that ended with a beatdown of Paris Hilton's little brother ... Michael tells us, "Lindsay thinks it's a joke that people are blaming her."

Michael says Lindsay is sticking to her story ... there were only 5 people in the house and no drugs when she went to sleep at 1:15 AM, and when she woke up at 9:30 AM the place with filled with people and coke.

Adam Shankman -- the guy who directed "Hairspray" and several eps of "Glee" -- has reportedly checked into rehab.

Shankman's rep told US Weekly ... "Adam Shankman is currently seeking treatment in a rehabilitation center. His friends and family support him and wish him well on his journey to recovery."

The rep did not say WHY the 49-year-old is in rehab.

Seems Shankman is following his friend Zac Efron's lead -- as we previously reported, Zac sought treatment TWICE earlier this year for cocaine.

Here they are ... pics of the drug aftermath at Lindsay Lohan's mansion party in Miami ... showing two burned out joints and something that appears to be the remnants of a baggie of cocaine.

TMZ already reported there was coke and booze EVERYWHERE at the party before things got violent ... and now, we've got pics of the mansion taken after everyone left the scene.

It's unclear who the drugs belonged to ... but Lindsay's camp insists the actress kept her nose clean the entire night ... and didn't booze either.

Still, Lindsay knows ... insane mansion parties in Miami aren't exactly bastions of sobriety ... and Lohan (who's still on probation) knows she shouldn't have put herself in that situation in the first place.

In fact, we're told after the rager ... and subsequent fight ... we're told Lindsay scrambled to find a private jet to get her ass out of town ... calling several private jet owners hoping to call in a favor.

Eventually, she found a ride ... and in a pic obtained by TMZ, you can see Lindsay smiling on the plane ... as if she doesn't have a care in the world.

Barron Hilton's injuries from a beat down -- which he claims Lindsay Lohan masterminded -- have gotten serious enough that he's seeking emergency treatment in Miami ... TMZ has learned.

Paris Hilton's bro is staying at the Fontainebleau Hotel ... where an ambulance arrived last night to take him to the hospital.

TMZ broke the story ... Barron was partying at a Miami mansion early Friday morning when he says Lindsay accused him of talking trash, and then had a male friend beat the crap out of him.

Barron was left bloodied with several cuts to his face -- and sources close to the Hiltons tell us the injuries are so bad ... he was advised to seek medical treatment immediately.

We're told Barron turned down the ambulance at his hotel, and instead got private transport to the University of Miami Hospital ... where he received various treatments -- including a CT scan.

Lindsay and her father, Michael Lohan, deny she was involved in the incident at all ... though video outside the party suggests otherwise.

Cocaine and booze were in abundance at Lindsay Lohan's party where Barron Hilton was beaten to a pulp ... multiple sources tell TMZ.

Our sources say a number of people at the party were snorting and drinking non-stop. Sources connected with Lindsay insist she was NOT partaking and even threw some of the druggies out of the party.

Now check this out ... the video showing Barron confronting Lindsay was shot around 11AM EST Friday ... the party having started the night before.

Another apparent blunder by police in the Jameis Winston case ... TMZ Sports has learned there WAS surveillance footage at the bar where Jameis and the accuser were allegedly boozing before the incident ... but since cops delayed the investigation, the video was written over and lost for good.

We spoke with the owner of Potbelly's bar in Tallahassee, Fl ... who tells us investigators only RECENTLY came to his establishment and asked for footage that could have shown the interaction between Jameis and the accuser in the hours leading up to the alleged rape.

According to the search warrant, the alleged victim told police she had been boozing hard at Potbelly's before the incident (5 or 6 shots that night) ... and she left with a black guy who she later ID'd as Winston.

Problem is ... the incident happened back in Dec. 2012 ... but cops never bothered to go to the bar and ask for the footage until TMZ Sports began to poke around last month.

Justin Bieber and his entourage were detained at the Brisbane, Australia airport while customs agents looked for drugs ... and TMZ has learned they allegedly found weed on one of Justin's pals.

The Australian Federal Police tell us ... a 19-year-old man was detained back on Nov. 24 ... but was released after getting a stern warning for using "inappropriate language." He reportedly swore at the officers.

Sources connected with the incident tell us Justin was the one with the potty mouth.

The AFP says a security check turned up an unknown amount of pot on a 23-year-old man in Justin's entourage. The suspect was released, but got a ticket for allegedly importing drugs.

Sources close to Justin tell us the suspect had a disposable vaporizer -- basically an electronic device to smoke marijuana -- which had residue in it.

We're told an attorney for the suspect appeared in court today, and paid the fine.

It's been one helluva tour -- as we first told you ... one of JB's bodyguards was arrested last month in Hawaii after allegedly attacking a photographer on the beach -- and was also caught on video attacking a photog in Sydney.

The woman who claims she was raped by Florida State QB Jameis Winston says they were boozing at a local bar before the incident ... and she had 5 or 6 shots, this according to police documents.

According to a search warrant affidavit, the woman told cops she "began to feel the effects of the drinks" and was then whisked to a nearby apartment, where she was raped.

According to the affidavit, “[the accuser] then remembers entering an apartment on the ground floor. She remembers the male taking off her clothes then engaging in penile/vaginal sex with her as she told him to stop and tried to fight him off.”

Cops said in the affidavit ... at some point during the incident, another black male with dreadlocks came into the room and told the man to stop ... at which point he took the accuser into a nearby bathroom where he "completed the act."

Cops say the woman contacted police within an hour of the alleged rape -- but claim the accuser was so drunk at the time, she was "unable to tell a detective where the incident occurred."

She had only "hazy recollections of details after that," the cops said.

It wasn't until roughly 5 weeks after the incident that the woman first identified Winston as her attacker.

Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "burger joint" -- TMZ has learned, a Wendy's employee was arrested last month in Georgia ... after allegedly making a cheeseburger with one crazy off-the-menu ingredient ... marijuana.

According to the Lovejoy Police Department, 32-year-old Amy Seiber was busted during her shift on November 1 ... after a customer called 911, complaining she had found a half-smoked blunt in her cheeseburger.

The customer met with police at the Wendy's location where she ordered the burger, and cops claim Seiber immediately admitted the blunt was hers.

According to police, Seiber said she had been smoking pot on the job and conveniently "misplaced" the blunt inside the customer's burger ... right on top of the pickle.

The blunt was taken as evidence and Seiber was arrested for possession of marijuana ... oh yeah, she was also promptly fired.

We spoke to the lucky customer, who tells us she experienced food poisoning-type symptoms after the incident and had to be hospitalized.

So far, she says Wendy's has offered to help pay for her medical bills ... and has even generously thrown in a $50 gift certificate. Like she'll ever eat at Wendy's ever again.

A rep for Wendy's tells TMZ, "Obviously the employee broke the rules and did not follow proper food handling steps ... We are deeply sorry that this incident occurred.” The rep says the franchisee is working out a favorable solution with the customer, including paying her medical bills.

Amanda Bynes has been sprung from the Malibu rehab facility where she'd been getting inpatient treatment for her mental illness.

As TMZ first reported ... Amanda's meds and counseling had stabilized her condition -- bipolar disorder and schizophrenia -- to the point where doctors felt she could be released to her mother's supervision.

According to the attorney for Amanda's mom -- the actress is now at her mother's house, and will still be receiving outpatient treatment.

Bynes had been at The Canyon treatment center since September ... following her stay at UCLA psych ward.

Amanda still has to deal with a DUI charge. As we told you, a judge has ruled her competent to stand trial ... though a plea bargain seems likely.

Katherine Jackson wants a do-over in her fight against AEG -- TMZ has learned, she just filed docs asking for a new trial ... after the jury ruled in favor of the concert promoters back in October.

As we reported, AEG emerged victorious after Katherine sued the company for wrongful death, claiming AEG negligently hired Dr. Conrad Murray to care for Michael Jackson before his "This Is It" concert tour ... the same doctor who was ultimately convicted of killing the singer with a fatal dose of Propofol.

Katherine has now filed legal docs looking for a second chance to convince a jury AEG is to blame for MJ's death ... claiming she didn't get a fair shot the first time around.

Katherine lists a bunch of reasons for her claim in the docs ... including jury misconduct, new evidence, and general procedural errors.

A judge has yet to rule on Katherine's request ... but she's definitely facing an uphill battle.

CeeLo Green sounds optimistic about the felony drug case he's currently facing ... telling TMZ, "The darkest part is over."

"The Voice" judge -- who stands accused of giving a woman ecstasy last year -- was rolling out of LAX when he gave us the lowdown on his court case.

Riff Raff was just given a gift courtesy of the D.A. in Greensboro, NC ... TMZ has learned his drug case has gone away.

We broke the story ... the rapper was popped back in August when cops saw his car stopped in the middle of a street at 2:30 AM. A search allegedly turned up some weed, drug paraphernalia and an open container of alcohol.

But despite what seemed to be strong evidence, the D.A.'s office ultimately didn't believe they had enough to get a conviction. And, since this is the season for giving, the D.A. gave him a break ... and dismissed the case entirely.

Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are officially divorced ... this according to court documents obtained by TMZ ... and it's clear, Diane is looking to get her old identity back.

Lane -- who recently appeared in "Man of Steel" -- initially filed the divorce docs back in February, seeking to end the marriage that began in 2004. Lane had cited "irreconcilable differences" for the split.

The docs, filed November 27 in L.A. County Superior Court, show that Diane and Josh have some sort of private financial arrangement ... and she's checked the box to NOT seek spousal support outside of their arrangement.

Diane -- who legally went by Diane Lane Brolin -- also restored her last name to just Diane Lane.

Child support won't be an issue -- 'cause the couple has no children together.

As for Brolin, the "No Country for Old Men" actor is currently in rehab after several drunken incidents last month. He recently told TMZ he's swearing off booze for good.

Country music superstar Luke Bryan -- the guy behind the hit "That's My Kind Of Night" -- slammed a beer WHILE driving his truck back in July ... but cops say he did NOTHING wrong.

The incident went down on Luke's private ranch in Tennessee -- Luke can be seen chugging a can of Busch ... the brew that's "as smooth as it's name."

But according to the Knoxville Police Department, Luke was within his legal right -- 'cause in TN, it's perfectly OK to booze while operating a motor vehicle AS LONG as it's on private property.

So, while it might not be the safest thing to do -- it definitely ain't illegal.

Still, kids -- don't drink and drive.

Gucci Mane's got a problem with the United States government that goes beyond taxes -- it's like a bullet to the heart ... because Uncle Sam wants to take his Glock.

According to a federal indictment, the government wants Mane to surrender his 2 guns -- a 40 caliber Glock and a 45 caliber Taurus. They also want the ammo that goes with it.

As for why the government has a hard-on for Mane ... the rapper has 2 priors -- aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of more than 20 grams of pot.
