Kim Richards is doing well in her fight to stay clean and sober, but a judge wants to make sure she doesn't backslide.

According to new court documents, Richards has been steadily attending AA meetings since September -- as the court required. She's attended 52 meetings.

Back in April, she had a drunken incident at the Beverly Hotel ... then was arrested for shoplifting at Target in August. The judge sentenced her to 300 hours of community service, 3 years of probation, and the 52 AA meetings.

The judge is now requiring her to continue attending at least 1 AA meeting per week. As we first reported, she's also back shooting 'RHOBH' ... so, this is definitely as good as Kim's been for a while.

Jennifer Lawrence's recent dig at Lindsay Lohan on the "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" has cost her at least one fan ... Lindsay's little sister.

J. Law admitted to Colbert last night ... she's been puking lately because her nonstop work ethic makes her suffer "Lindsay Lohan grade exhaustion, but without any drugs or alcohol."

Lindsay eventually caught wind of the situation and decided to take the high road quoting Maya Angelou -- but Ali Lohan was pissed and put Jennifer on notice.

We'd say that's one less 'Mockingjay' ticket sold, but the thing's already made a gazillion dollars.

Nicki Minaj is about to make a huge mistake by marrying Meek Mill -- if you believe what her former producer Noel "Detail" Fisher is drunkenly (and awesomely) spewing in this video.

"Detail" had a blast partying at Henry's in West Hollywood -- like, REALLY had a blast. Fittingly, the man who produced Beyonce's hit, "Drunk in Love" ... was hammered when he offered Nicki some advice.

Ole Miss defensive lineman Robert Nkemdiche has been charged with possession of marijuana after cops say they found a bunch of joints in his Atlanta hotel room ... after he fell out of a window.

Officials say they were called to the scene after Nkemdiche fell out of his hotel room window early Sunday morning -- falling 15 feet -- and found 7 rolled joints in the hotel room.

Cops say the room was an absolute mess when they checked it out -- but the weed was in plain sight on a table by the window.

As for Nkemdiche, he was transported to a nearby hospital -- where he is listed in stable condition.

Scott Marshall -- champion of "Ink Master" season 4 -- died from a deadly cocktail of heroin and prescription drugs ... TMZ has learned.

According to the coroner's report ... cops found a small bag of heroin on the nightstand next to Scott's body in the Roselle, IL hotel room.

Cops say Scott was lying prone on the bed, and noted there was a small amount of blood on the mattress underneath his face.

According to the toxicology report ... Scott had Xanax, Valium, and the metabolized form of heroin in his system. The coroner concluded his death was an accident due to intoxication.

The coroner noted Scott had multiple "red crusted abrasions" on his thigh and foot, suggesting prior intravenous drug use.

TMZ broke the story, Scott was found dead in a hotel room in October near his tattoo shop.

Meek Mill is throwing cold water on the whole fake pee test story ... saying the Philly D.A. is out to get him over some tweets he sent out last year.

Sources close to the rapper tell TMZ Meek thinks the whole system wants him behind bars and the lab tech's pee story was completely made up. We're told Meek says the tech was standing in the room when he submitted a urine sample so it's impossible he filled the cup with water.

He also believes the D.A. has a grudge against him after he tweet he sent last year saying, "The D.A. on my case is a racist. I caught that case when I was 18, she's still bothering me."

TMZ broke the story ... Meek was in court Thursday where the tech testified he tried cheating his urine test by handing her a phony sample.

Nelly just caught a HUGE break in court Friday, and now he's one step closer to clearing his name ... IF he stays on the straight and narrow.

The rapper was in a Tennessee court for charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. His lawyer argued his clean record qualified him for a pretrial diversion, and the judge agreed. If Nelly stays out of trouble for a year, the charges will be wiped from his record.

TMZ reported the incident back in April ... cops pulled over his tour bus and busted Nelly for possession of pot and MDMA, but his lawyer later vowed it was not Nelly's MDMA.

Michael Lohan wants to be able to hookup with his estranged wife without fear of getting arrested -- no easy task when you're married to Kate Major, but he's asking a judge nonetheless.

TMZ obtained docs Lohan filed asking the court to lift a restraining order Kate got against him last month when she feared for her safety. Sources connected to the troubled couple tell us Kate's been calling and texting him ever since her drunken arrest on a Jet Blue flight ... even during her rehab stint.

We're told they've even hooked up a couple times at a hotel where Lohan is staying. Obviously, Michael is worried he could get arrested for the contact with Kate ... as long as the restraining order is in effect.

Scott Disick wasn't smiling on the outside at lunch with Kourtney Kardashian -- but he's gotta be grinning inside, because it looks like his plan to win her back is working.

The estranged couple went on another lunch date Wednesday in Calabasas, but this time they brought a chaperone ... their daughter Penelope.

Scott and Kourtney have been spotted out together a bunch since he wrapped up his inpatient rehab stint. As we told you, Disick's dumping his Bev Hills party palace ... partly to show Kourt he's serious about cleaning up his act.

Scott Weiland's tour bus was a pharmacy on wheels ... police found a stash of drugs on board that ran the gamut from hardcore narcotics to prescriptions to ED meds.

TMZ obtained a copy of the search warrant Bloomington, MN cops got to search Weiland's bus after his death -- and it shows they found at least 2 bags of a white substance. They've already said that substance tested positive for cocaine.

Also on the bus -- a generic version of Xanax, 2 different brands of sleeping pills, Buprenorphine ... a synthetic opiate painkiller, and Viagra. There was also Ziprasidone ... which is used to treat bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Scott was diagnosed as bipolar in 2001.

According to the docs, all of those drugs were found in a bedroom on the bus. We know Scott's body was found in a bedroom ... although the document does not mention his name.

Cops also found one bag of a green, leafy substance.

Multiple players on the USC football team tell TMZ Sports they feel "betrayed" and "let down" by Steve Sarkisian -- claiming they're extremely disappointed in his decision to sue the school.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Sark wants more than $30 MILLION from USC, claiming the school wrongfully fired him because of his alcoholism, which is recognized as a disability in California.

But the football players we spoke with are not sympathetic to Sark's plight -- telling us Sark is not practicing what he preached.

"I felt betrayed," one key player told us ... "He always talked about accountability and now he's not taking accountability for his actions."

We're told the team was relieved when Sark was cut from the program -- but many people feel like the ongoing legal war will only be a distraction that could hurt the program down the road.

The way Kyle Richards sees it, the best way for Kim Richards to avoid falling of the wagon again is to continue showing up for her 'Real Housewives' tapings.

Kyle was on TMZ Live on Tuesday and we asked if she'd thought it might be better if Kim did NOT come back to the show ... since there's frequently alcohol around when they shoot.

Stitches is clearly vertically challenged ... hitting the pavement for a second time in just a couple of days.

The rapper posted this video, bemoaning his latest run-in. As everyone knows, Game's manager, Wack 100, knocked him out cold Thursday night after Stitches came to the club looking for a fight.

He says he's going to snort his own pain remedy ... which could get him 3 to 5.

Tiffany Thornton's husband, former MTV star Chris Carney, was so wasted before Friday's fatal car crash ... he probably didn't think twice about getting in a car driven by a guy who was liquored up.

People at The Tavern in Little Rock tell us, Chris started off with beer and moved to the hard stuff. We're told he was slamming shots of Fireball Whiskey and doing Vegas Bombs to the point he couldn't stand up.

Chris was in no position to judge the sobriety of the driver, his friend Ezekiel, who we're told had been drinking beer and downing some shots.

As we reported, Carney and Ezekiel died early Friday after their SUV drifted off the road and struck a tree. We're told neither were wearing seat belts.

Chris struggled with alcohol over the years but his mom tells us she believed he had been sober for a year.

Scott Weiland had semi-strict rules in place to prevent him from falling off the wagon during his tour, but there was a gaping hole in the plan.

TMZ got hold of a backstage rider from Weiland's management team, which requires "sober stage hands" for his shows.

Members of the Wildabouts got a full stocked bar in their dressing rooms -- everyone except Scott. They got whiskey, vodka and beer. Here's what's curious ... the rider says Scott gets a bottle of Pinot and a bottle of organic vodka.

Scott was a hardcore addict and just about every respectable addiction expert out there says addicts should stay away from drugs and alcohol. It's weird Scott -- who fought a losing battle for much of his adult life -- was provided booze that could trigger a relapse.

Our sources say the no-drug policy was jettisoned once the band was on the road, and that explains how cocaine ended up in Scott's bedroom on the tour bus.

The apparent relapse was underscored by accounts we got from some big musicians, who say Scott was "drunk texting" them over the last few days of his life.

Ex-USC football coach Steve Sarkisian has finally surfaced -- and he looks like the picture of sobriety ... just 2 months after hitting rock bottom.

Sark was leaving NikeTown in Bev Hills, looking lucid, healthy and upbeat ... drastically different from the guy who drank himself out of a job earlier this year.

Check out the clip ... Sarkisian says he'll still be rooting hard for his Trojans when they take on Stanford in the PAC 12 championship Saturday ... but wouldn't give a prediction as to who will win.
