'Glee Project' Contestant Yells at Cops ... I'm Black, You Want To Shoot Me?!

Published | Updated

An ex-contestant on "The Glee Project" tried to taunt Pittsburgh cops into shooting him -- and sparking a race riot -- during an arrest he claims ONLY went down because he's Black.

Bryce Ross-Johnson was thrown out of a bar Saturday night after scuffling with a bouncer for wearing a hat -- a violation of the dress code -- according to the criminal complaint, obtained by TMZ.

Police say when they arrived ... Bryce was antagonistic and taunted, "Hey, I'm African-American, you want to shoot me?" -- and, "Why don't you shoot me, that's what you do to black guys, right?"

Cops kept cool, and no shots were fired ... but the 25-year-old former "Glee" wannabe got arrested for public drunkenness, assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and defiant trespass.

Ross-Johnson thinks the white officers and white bouncer targeted him because of race. He admits blurting the racial taunts -- but only because cops were asking him "stupid stuff" like what drugs he was on, and when was he last in prison.

Linkin Park Fans Too Young & Drunk, You're Sunk With Cops

Published | Updated

Linkin Park's teenage fans will be shown the door en masse Tuesday night ... if they don't obey the zero tolerance underage drinking policy at the band's SoCal concert.

Chula Vista PD just announced the band's gig at the Sleep Train Amphitheater tonight would be patrolled by extra cops looking to boot underage boozers ... inside and outside the venue. Illegal party animals will also be ticketed.

CVPD says the 21 and over crowd will also get 86'd immediately if they're visibly wasted. No warnings, no second chances ... and no refunds.

The venue's getting famous for its tough stance against concert boozers -- as cops went into crackdown mode earlier this year for Journey, Blake Shelton, One Republic, Nine Inch Nails, Rascal Flatts, and ... for some strange reason ... those always-wild Dave Matthews Band fans.

LP fans, you've been warned -- don't get sloshed before you mosh.

Arian Foster is GOING OFF on Anheuser-Busch for daring to criticize the league's handling of the domestic violence crisis -- saying the beer giant is, "Selling poison on that high horse."

The Houston Texans running back's blood was clearly boiling when he read AB's statement ... which said it was "not yet satisfied with the league's handling of behaviors that so clearly go against our own company culture and moral code."

Foster's response -- "Lol ok, alcohol company."

"Selling poison on that high horse," he wrote ... adding, "Domestic violence and alcohol damn near synonymous."

Foster was challenged on Twitter, with someone saying, "Finally a BIG time company taking a public stance AGAINST and you rip them? Huh?"

His response? "You need a company to tell you dv is wrong?"

"Everybody is just riding the media wave. There has been tons of dv cases throughout the years where was all this support then? Its political."

"Anytime it's starts to tinkering with their bottom line, then they act. Now they're concerned."

Floyd Mayweather STIFFS WAITRESS After $32M Fight

Published | Updated

Floyd "Money" Mayweather did not share A PENNY of the $32 MILLION he earned Saturday night with the waitress who served him $25,000 worth of booze and chicken wings ... TMZ has learned.

Nik Nguyen tells TMZ ... she thought she'd hit the jackpot when Floyd walked into Rehab at the Hard Rock Sunday afternoon with around 150 people. Floyd and crew ordered:

5 bottles of Patron - $2,375
3 Grey Goose - $1,425
6 bottles of Ciroc - $2,850
20 bottles of Luc Belaire Rose champagne - $11,500
1 6-liter bottle of Luc Belaire Rose - $6,500
200 chicken wings - $600
1 fruit platter - $55

TOTAL BILL: $25,305.

Nguyen tells us ... she went the extra mile to provide Floyd and company with excellent service. Not surprisingly ... the Hard Rock ended up comping Floyd, and he showed his gratitude by leaving Nguyen ... chicken bones, empty bottles and that's it.

She says it's especially maddening because some of the people in Floyd's entourage -- including Jamie Foxx -- were throwing money at random girls who were twerking on stage.

Nguyen says she's been struggling with 2 jobs and the recent death of her father ... but she didn't walk walk away empty-handed. She says security guards felt so sorry for her they scooped up a few bucks the twerkers left behind and gave it to her.

We've called Floyd's team ... so far, no comment.

Robin Thicke I Was Too Wasted on Vicodin To Write 'Blurred Lines'

Published | Updated

4:34 P.M. PDT -- Thicke's attorney Howard King tells TMZ ... “Robin's moment of personal vulnerability is being exploited in the hope of diverting attention from the obvious weakness of their legal claim.”

Robin Thicke was wasted on Vicodin and booze when he helped create "Blurred Lines" ... and that's his defense to allegedly ripping off Marvin Gaye.

Thicke sat for a deposition in the case where Gaye's family sued him for allegedly lifting Marvin's song, "Got to Give it Up."

The lawyer for Gaye's family asked Thicke if he was present when Pharrell created "Blurred Lines." Thicke responded, "I was high on Vicodin and alcohol when I showed up at the studio." He goes on to say he was so out of it he really wasn't involved in the creative process.

Thicke then kind of throws Pharrell under the bus in the depo, saying, "The reality is, is that Pharrell had the beat and he wrote almost every single part of the song."

Thicke has a problem ... he gave a GQ interview where he said, "Pharrell and I were in the studio and I told him that one of my favorite songs of all time was Marvin Gaye's 'Got to Give it Up.' I was like, 'Damn, we should make something like that, something with that groove.'"

Thicke had a great answer for his GQ interview, telling the lawyer, "With all due respect, I was high and drunk every time I did an interview last year."

In fact, Thicke said, "Every day, I woke up, I would take a Vicodin to start the day and then I would fill up a water bottle with vodka and drink it before and during my interviews."

Robin says he's now drug free, telling the Gaye family lawyer, "I've been sober for the last 2 months ... When your wife leaves you, it gives you good reason to sober up."

But here's the thing. Later in the depo Robin says he's sober in the sense he no longer pops Vicodins but he still drinks.

Paris Hilton's family is breaking bad -- if you believe a Costa Rican newspaper ... which reported cops had seized 400-kilos of cocaine and $1.5M in cash at a Costa Rican ranch owned by the Hiltons.

But the family tells TMZ ... the story -- which has now gone viral -- just ain't true.

The newspaper, Diario Extra, reported cops found the coke and cash during the search of a plane at the ranch's private airstrip. Some reports said Rick and Kathy Hilton were actually at the compound during the raid.

But a rep for the Hiltons tells us ... they're shocked by the story because they don't even own a ranch in Costa Rica, adding they have "absolutely nothing to do with this."

Besides, who's got money for coke ... when you're shelling out $13K for a dog?
