Richie Sambora had a heated phone call with his ex-gf Nikki Lund about their failing business deal -- but he never threatened to bury her in the desert ... according to Sambora's rep.

The former Bon Jovi guitarist acknowledges talking to Nikki last month about the clothing line they own together ... Nikki Rich. His rep says Richie told her he was backing out of the business because he was hemorrhaging money -- having lost $4 million on the venture.

Lund tells a different story. Earlier this week, she filed a report with the L.A. County Sheriff's department claiming Sambora threatened to "dig a hole in the desert and bury" her during the phone call. Deputies are now investigating.

According to Sambora's rep ... Lund was the one attacking Richie on the phone that day. He claims she was pissed off because Richie had skipped a recent L.A. fashion show for the clothing line, and she really lost it when Richie reiterated he was pulling his financial backing.

The rep says Richie remained calm, and even offered to pay all Nikki Rich employees 3 months of severance ... but claims she just got more and more angry.

Patrick Schwarzenegger and Miley Cyrus put that whole "Patrick flirts on Spring Break" thing completely behind them, and went out Thursday afternoon for brunch.

Patrick and Miley are regulars at the popular Studio City joint Hugo's (order the Papa's Eggs, thank us later) and according to an eye witness ... Miley ordered up their famous Green Juice.

It seems like a joke to everyone who saw it -- 'cause it was hysterical -- but boxer Marvin "Papi Gallo" Jones says dropping his cell phone from his trunks during a fight ... cost him the bout!

Jones was fighting Friday night in Florida when his cell phone -- yes, cell phone -- fell onto the mat right after the opening bell.

Jones tells TMZ Sports he was listening to music before the fight and tucked the phone into his shorts. When he headed to the ring, he pulled out his headphones ... but not the phone. Next thing ya know his Samsung Galaxy's taking a standing 8.

Jones says he lost as result of the blunder because it threw off his focus. He says he kept thinking, "Man, my cell phone just fell out in the ring – and on TV!"

The price was right for Mike Tyson's former Ohio palace to get snatched up by a fledgling church ... which got a very sweet deal for the 58-acres -- and we've learned Tyson will have an open invitation.

Pastor Nick Dejacimo with The Living Word Sanctuary tells TMZ Sports they dropped $750k on the land and the house ... which is 33,000 sq. ft. Yeah, that's a lot of money ... until you consider it was valued at $1.3 million in 1999.

Pastor Nick says the place is almost ready to move in -- "The skylights, arches, and windows in the pool area, it literally looks like a church." As for the dilapidated pool ... he says it will be filled in and converted to the sanctuary.

He adds his humble congregation of 140 has saved 9 years worth of tithing donations in order to make the purchase. In addition to the church ... they plan to renovate part of the land into a workout facility with a jogging path.

Dave Chappelle was the victim of a drunken racist attack during a New Mexico show -- a guy in the crowd threw a banana peel at him ... then got thrown in jail for it.

Santa Fe cops busted Christian Englander after he hit Chappelle in the leg with the banana Monday night. Not shockingly ... police say he appeared to be wasted, and confessed to doing it.

Englander told cops he was angry because Chappelle had singled out his friend who was drawing in a book. He says the friend identified himself as "Johnny Appleseed" ... and then Dave started cracking on him. Ironically, Englander says he thought Dave was making racist jokes at his friend's expense ... and that's why he whipped the banana peel.

He was booked for battery and disorderly conduct.

During the show, Chappelle got pretty angry and started threatening -- jokingly he said -- to retaliate if he found out who threw the peel.

Rocky Stanley -- the stepson of "Gypsy Sisters" star Nettie Stanley -- was stabbed to death Monday night after an altercation in the parking lot of a YMCA.

According to Kingsport PD in Tennessee, 22-year-old Rocky (whose real name is Huey) was involved in a fight over a basketball game. He was rushed to the hospital with multiple stab wounds and died a short time later.

Police recovered the murder weapon and were able to ID a suspect, Zachary Morris Gardner ... who turned himself in to police Tuesday morning. He was arrested for first degree murder.

Rocky never appeared on "Gypsy Sisters" -- but Nettie and his father star on the TLC reality show.

TLC tells us, "Our thoughts are with the Stanley family after this unthinkable tragedy," adding that they will work with the family and production company for support during this difficult time.

Michael Strahan has hooked up again ... and showed off his pretty chick in St. Barts.

The athlete/commentator/talk show host/rich person was ready to flaunt his relationship while vacationing with 2 other couples -- including fellow ex-NFLer Tony Gonzalez and his wife.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Tiesto and crew -- Martin Garrix, and LIV owner Dave Grutman -- went to scoop up David Guetta in Grutman's 55' VanDutch yacht. Y'know, typical Wednesday stuff.

But as they approached Guetta's dock, the engine stalled and they couldn't stop the boat from barreling into the dock. Don't worry ... we're told nobody was hurt, and even the boat survived without a scratch.

Guetta's response -- laugh hysterically, jump aboard the yacht, and head to a party.

We're told it's gonna cost about 30k to fix the dock, and Guetta won't make Tiesto pay for it. As for why they all laughed it off -- Tiesto, Guetta, and Garrix all command about $300k to $500k for a single gig.

Nicki Minaj didn't get pissed when a female fan grabbed her ass onstage, she got even … with a handful of the fan's boob.

Minaj was performing in Frankfurt, Germany over the weekend when she brought up the fan ... who figured, "What the hell" -- and grabbed Nicki's famous cakes with everything she had.

Watch how Nicki played it cool -- this ain't her first rodeo -- and props to her well-endowed fan too.

Nicki later tweeted, "She wanted to get it poppin so I got it poppin right back. I'm not kidding. Tittieez on fleek."

Rock legend David Crosby slammed into a jogger while driving through California wine country ... sending the guy to the hospital with multiple fractures and lacerations.

According to the police report ... Crosby was doing 55 mph in his 2015 Tesla when he hit the man on a highway in Santa Ynez. Crosby told police he was blinded by the sun when the accident happened.

The 46-year-old runner's injuries were not life-threatening, but were serious enough that he was airlifted to a hospital. Crosby was not injured.

The report shows alcohol and drugs were not a factor, and Crosby immediately stopped his vehicle.

Crosby's rep tells us the rocker is upset he accidentally hit the jogger, but he's relieved the injuries weren't life-threatening and he wishes the man a speedy recovery.

Lil Wayne's security viciously attacked a fan who mocked Weezy with his iPhone .... and it was all caught on video.

Wayne was scheduled to show up at midnight on Saturday to play a show at Revolution Live in Fort Lauderdale, FL ... but the crowd became agitated when Wayne didn't get there until 3:30 AM.

According to people at the show, one fan used his iPhone to show off a scrolling message to the stage. Before Weezy arrived, the message said "Shut the f*** up and put on Weezy" ... but later it just read "F*** Weezy."

Wayne was spotted by the New Times Broward-Palm Beach pointing out the fan and sending one of his security people to deal with him.

We're told security carried the victim out of the club, but the club says no paramedics were called.

Cincinnati Bengals superstar A.J. Green is officially a married man -- after tying the knot at a SICK star-studded wedding in Georgia ... complete with a hip-hop dance routine featuring his bride.

With teammates like Andy Dalton, Carlos Dunlap and Mohamed Sanu in attendance, Green married his longtime girlfriend Miranda Brooke at the historic 200 Peachtree venue in Atlanta.

Bobbi Kristina Brown has left Emory University hospital, and is now in a rehab facility in Atlanta -- but the transfer is NOT a sign her condition is improving.

Bobbi Kristina was moved to the new facility Thursday after doctors at Emory made one more attempt to slowly remove life support to see if she responds. She did not ...and we're told doctors say she's in the same non-responsive state she's been in for weeks.

Bobby Brown and Pat Houston helped carry her belongings from the hospital to the new facility ... which we're told is better suited for long-term care.

As we first reported ... Bobbi Kristina's breathing tube was moved from her throat to her neck a few weeks ago. We're told that was in preparation for the support she will be getting in the new building.

We're told Bobby remains adamant and faithful his daughter can come out of the coma.
