Oksana to Judge: Make Mel Pay For My PR
Oksana Grigorieva spent tens of thousands of dollars in PR to thwart public perception that she sold the secret tapes -- and now she wants Mel Gibson to foot the bill ... this according to sources.
We're told Oksana racked up $84,000 in PR expenses and certain unpaid legal fees. As for the PR fees, our sources say Oksana felt hiring PR reps was the only way counter someone as big and powerful as Mel Gibson. Oksana -- who insists she didn't sell the tapes -- felt she was getting trashed in the media.
Sources say Oksana wants Judge Scott Gordon in the custody/child support case to clear the $84,000 debt.
Here's the disconnect. The judge would never award money for PR expenses. Aside from legal fees, Judge Gordon would adjust the existing agreement -- $5,000 a month plus the house -- only based on the needs of baby Lucia.
As we first reported ... Oksana's lawyers have gone to court and asked Judge Gordon to up the monthly child support obligation to upwards of $40,000.
We're told the judge has yet to rule on the request.

Settlement Reached In Jon & Kate Custody War
The epic child custody war between Jon and Kate Gosselin is finally over -- TMZ has learned the former reality couple has reached a settlement agreement ... but the terms are extremely confidential.
As we previously reported, Jon filed documents in a Pennsylvania court back in April asking for primary custody of their eight kids -- and demanded an opportunity to renegotiate his child support obligations.
But earlier this month, the two sides officially agreed on a new arrangement that involves both custody and financial obligations ... but the terms of the deal were sealed by the court.
A source close to the couple confirmed the deal -- telling us, "An official agreement between Jon and Kate has been reached and they will be working together for the benefit of their children."
Lawyers for both sides had no comment.

LeBron Sued by Man Claiming to Be His Father
TMZ has learned ... LeBron James and his mother Gloria James are being sued for millions by a man who claims he tried to prove he's the NBA star's biological father -- but LeBron and his mom tampered with the evidence in a diabolical cover-up.
The lawsuit is explosive -- in it, 55-year-old Leicester Bryce Stovell claims he met Gloria in a D.C. area bar in 1984 ... and had unprotected sex with her on the night they met. He later found out she was 15-years-old at the time ... he was 29.
According to the docs -- filed recently in federal court -- Gloria has spent the rest of her life shielding LeBron from the truth.
But the man making the claim isn't some schmuck -- dude is a Princeton graduate ... who earned a law degree from the University of Chicago ... and then became a Senior Legal Advisor for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
In his suit, Stovell claims he has a very clear recollection of the night he had "consensual sexual relations" with Gloria -- in fact, he even remembers apologizing for his sub-par performance.
Leicester claims Gloria went back to her hometown in Ohio after they hooked up -- but returned several months later to inform him she was pregnant with a boy named LeBron ... but she never specifically identified the father.
Leicester -- a self-proclaimed high school star athlete -- says he remembers telling Gloria, "Well, if he's mine, make sure he plays basketball." He claims that was the last time he saw Gloria for more than 20 years.
According to the docs, Leicester claims he reconnected with Gloria over the phone in 2007 -- when he began to think he could be LeBron's father ... partly because they look almost identical. Leicester also notes that when he saw LeBron at an NBA game he was, "struck by our similarity in appearance ... James and I are nearly if not identical height and pigmentation and have very similar athletic body types."
A few days after the phone call, Leicester claims LeBron -- through his lawyer -- agreed to take a DNA paternity test.
Leicester claims he was given results that showed he was not LeBron's dad ... but several months later, he began to suspect that the results were tampered with ... and Gloria and LeBron were behind the fraud.
Lindsay Lohan's Dad I Have a Plan
Michael Lohan tells TMZ ... he's going to throw a Hail Mary and try and convince Lindsay Lohan and Judge Marsha Revel to put his daughter in a rehab facility immediately.
TMZ first reported ... there's concern among Lindsay's friends that she's off the rails and can't handle the next two weeks of freedom, before turning herself in to serve her jail sentence.
Michael says he wants Lindsay in rehab and then ... before July 20 ... he'll ask the judge if she'll suspend Lindsay's jail sentence.
Problem is ... the judge has already said Michael doesn't have legal standing in the case.

Mel Gibson: I've Paid Oksana a Fortune
Mel Gibson's lawyer claims the actor has opened his wallet to Oksana Grigorieva since their baby was born, but now that she's allegedly breached their custody agreement Mel's gonna get a little stingier.
Mel's lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, tells TMZ Mel has opened the bank vault for Oksana ... putting her up in a multi-million dollar house, buying her a car, providing health insurance and "giving Oksana tens of thousands of dollars to support her and Lucia over the past months."
Kolodny says Mel has gone far above and beyond what's required of him under a support and custody agreement the former couple reached in mediation.
But now, Kolodny claims Oksana has violated the agreement by refusing to let Mel see their daughter on Father's Day, Mel is only going to pay Oksana what they agreed to in mediation and not a penny more.
Kolodny wouldn't say how much Oksana is legally entitled to under mediation, but sources tell us it's "well over $10,000 a month."
Sources connected to Oksana tell a radically different story ... claiming Mel hasn't paid any support since they split.

TMZ has learned 51-year-old Mark Hardy is in police custody after his daughter told cops that Mark "put his hand down [her] shorts and touched her genital area without her permission."
Hardy was arrested at the legendary Mayflower Hotel in D.C. -- where the alleged incident was said to have occurred early this morning. He's set to face a judge later today on the charge of misdemeanor sexual abuse.
UPDATE: TMZ has just received a statement from L.A. Kings saying simply, "We are aware of the charge. Due to the legal nature of this matter, we will not have any additional comments at this time."

Michael's Rehab Plan for Lindsay: Get Medieval
Lindsay Lohan's life is hardly a fairy tale, but her father's rehab plan for her is straight out of Brothers Grimm -- because it involves locking her in a lavish castle in the middle of ... Long Island.
As we first reported, Michael Lohan asked the judge in Lindsay's DUI case to send LiLo to inpatient rehab in lieu of sending her to jail for missing alcohol education classes ... and the place Michael suggested to send her is the very pricey Oheka Castle.
Only two problems: First, the castle isn't a rehab facility, it's a lavish hotel and resort where celebs like Kevin Jonas get married.
Second, a rep for Oheka tells TMZ it would cost $10,000 a day to rent the top section of the castle -- the only part that's isolated enough to serve as a rehab getaway.
That's a little steep for Lindsay these days, but Michael claims, "several family members have come forward" to help pay for Lindsay's treatment. He's also hoping the castle's owner will give him a friends and family discount.
Once upon a time, indeed.

Dwyane Wade: 'Foreplay' Lawsuit Is Total BS
Dwyane Wade claims he's "saddened" and "shocked" by a new lawsuit filed by his estranged wife -- in which she claims the NBA star is damaging their children by engaging in "sexual foreplay" with his new girlfriend in public.
The woman behind the lawsuit is Siohvaughn Wade -- the mother of Dwyane's two sons. Siohvaughn just filed a new lawsuit, on behalf of the two minor children (an 8-year-old and a 2-year-old) -- claiming Wade has engaged in "extreme and outrageous conduct" with his new GF Gabrielle Union in front of Wade's two children.
But Wade tells TMZ, "I am shocked that Siohvaughn Wade has brought this baseless and meritless lawsuit in the name of our children against Gabrielle Union."
Wade adds, "I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party. It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination."
Wade concludes, "My primary concern is my children and actions such as this only inflame the situation and are harmful to their well being.”
UPDATE: TMZ just spoke with a rep for Gabrielle Union who also rejects Siohvaughn's claims -- and apologizes to the court system for having to deal "with erroneous claims when there are real victims who should be receiving the legal attention they need."

Julia Roberts Blind Sided By Bullock ... Again
Sandra Bullock's divorce and baby news has covered up Julia Roberts ... literally.
While Sandra and her new baby Louis landed the cover of People's "World's Most Beautiful People" issue, Julia -- who got the top beauty honors and should have been the cover girl -- is relegated to a blip on the upper right hand corner of the mag.
This on top of the fact that Sandra won her Oscar for the box office hit "The Blind Side," a role Julia originally turned down, proves sometimes being a "Pretty Woman" just isn't enough.

Lohan Family War, What is it Good For?
Some things never change ... Michael and Dina Lohan are at war again ... and Michael is now blaming Dina for bleeding their Lindsay Lohan dry.
M.L. is responding to Dina's claim that he's trying to "save" Lindsay because he wants to leech off his daughter's bank account. On this one, Dina is missing the boat ... because Lindsay is broke. Dina isn't acknowledging it, but multiple sources involved in her finances say it's so.
Michael says it's ironic, because Dina is guilty of "bilking Lindsay with her 20% commissions..."
Michael tells TMZ, "If Dina wants to persist with the lies, denials and false accusations, I WILL release every one of the over 100 tapes I have of her stating the exact opposite of what she has been saying about Me and Lindsay."
Michael threatens to report Dina to Child Protective Services. So Child Protective Services will eventually be investigating everyone with the last name of Lohan.
