Jeremy Meeks will be a little lighter in the pockets ... because he's agreed to pay child support.

Jeremy struck a deal in his divorce case and will pay his estranged wife, Melissa, $1,000 a month, and that's retroactive to November 1, 2017 ... meaning he's gotta pony up 4 months worth of support.

Jeremy and Melissa also agreed to joint legal custody of 9-year-old Jeremy Jr., who will spend 30% of his time with his dad. Good news for Jeremy? He doesn't have to pay spousal support.

Melissa's attorney, Lisa Bloom, tells us, "We are pleased that we were able to get Melissa child support in an amount 25% above legal guidelines. And the parties have worked together to come up with a reasonable child custody and visitation schedule, as parents should."

TMZ broke the story ... the 2 sides were ordered to mediation, but everyone was a no-show because the sides were trying to hammer out a deal. Deal's done, but the judge still needs to sign off.

Bobby Brown believes Whitney Houston and their daughter are getting the short end of the stick when it comes to justice in their deaths, but says there's a way to make things right for both of them.

Bobby recently told Rolling Stone he thinks Whitney died from a broken heart, and Monday at LAX, he told us the official record -- Whitney's death certificate -- should be adjusted. The Coroner said Whitney had several drugs in her system and heart disease and cocaine use were contributing factors to her death.

Rick Ross' hospitalization did more than just scare his family, it caused his daughter Toie's $100k Sweet 16 to get pushed back, too.

Sources close to Rick tell us the rapper booked a section of the Casa Casuarina -- formerly the Versace Mansion -- nearly 7 months ago for Toie's bash. We're told the party was slated for March 17, but after Rick was rushed to the hospital last week, his family called to postpone the party as they didn't know how long the boss would be in for.

Ross is known for throwing elaborate parties for his daughter, with performers like Rich Homie Quan, Trina, Meek Mill and Ace Hood. We're told this year's event was going to be the biggest yet -- with hundreds of people invited, performances and several surprises for Toie.

Before the Kardashians, the Osbournes were the first family of reality TV but you won't be seeing them on the tube again any time soon, according to Jack Osbourne.

We had Jack on "TMZ Live" Monday and he told us the family mulled over the idea of bringing back the show which made them a household name in the mid-aughties, but ultimately canned the idea in favor for their upcoming 10-part podcast series which premiered this week.

Aldon Smith's embattled Raiders career is over -- the team just announced they released the star LB after the domestic violence incident involving his fiancee.

The big news was revealed on Sunday night's episode -- during which Kylie Jenner was first told Khloe was preggo with a little girl by Khloe's doctor. Kylie told Khloe, who didn't seem to believe it, saying she was hoping for a boy.

But the still-expecting mom confirmed her baby's sex in a tweet soon after ... saying she was happy to be bringing another Kardashian girl into the world. As we reported ... Kylie recently gave birth to her own daughter, Stormi, and Kim's surrogate delivered baby Chicago not long ago either.

Rick Ross is in a battle for his life, and his condition became so dicey Friday his family raced to the hospital in sheer panic.

Check out this photo ... we're told one of Rick's baby mamas and several companions poured into the white Rolls-Royce and gunned it for the hospital near Miami. They were in such a mad rush to see Rick when they arrived they didn't even shut the car doors.

TMZ broke the story ... Rick was hospitalized early Thursday morning after someone from his home called 911 to report a person in distress who was breathing heavily and unconscious.

We've since learned Ross was placed on ECMO, a machine which takes over heart and lung functions which also helps restore oxygen back into his blood.

Tampa Bay Bucs star Gerald McCoy is FURIOUS after he found out a group of boys called his 6th grade daughter the N-word at school ... and the school didn't tell him about it!

McCoy says the boys were playing "Truth or Dare" when one of the dares was to go up to McCoy's 12-year-old daughter and call her the n-word to her face.

Gerald says the boys were "bold enough to do it" -- and his daughter is devastated.

McCoy says his daughter did NOT get violent -- instead she reported the boys to school officials.

But what pissed Gerald off ... the school never contacted Gerald or his wife. Instead, he learned about the incident from his daughter and had to contact the school to find out how they were handling the situation.

McCoy says the school should have contacted the parents FIRST and then launched the investigation -- instead of the other way around.

"There is no way, shape or form where that was handled properly," McCoy says.

McCoy says the school ultimately decided on a 1-day suspension -- and McCoy is PISSED saying, "A 1-day suspension is not doing anything."

McCoy feels the school was trying to sweep the incident under the rug because they're not taking racism seriously enough ... and he feels it's important to share the story with the public.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's crown jewel of their Hidden Hills estate is finally in place ... and all it took was 2 years, tons of dirt and several backhoes.

This new aerial shot shows the big dig going down in their backyard -- it's the near-culmination of a plan the couple put in motion way back in 2016. TMZ broke the story ... Kimye wanted a pool so big, it sounded more like a small lake or pond.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt are a couple of money grubbing actors who signed up to glorify Sharon Tate's vicious murder ... so claims her sister, Debra Tate.

Debra tells TMZ she believes Leo and Brad only saw the Benjamins when they signed up to star in Quentin Tarantino's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" ... a film about a struggling actor who lives next door to Sharon Tate at the time of the 1969 murders.

Debra says, "To [celebrities] it's a paycheck and these people just don’t care. They are terribly hurtful to the actual family and all the living victims. They don’t give a sh*t."

She goes on to say she'd like to believe Brad and Leo haven't thought this through because they're "throwing all their social responsibility to the wind."

Debra also went after Hilary Duff, who's portraying Sharon in a different film. Debra's fuming after Hilary posted an insensitive picture on Instagram, saying, "What kind of trash is she? That's just absolutely garbage. Is there any point in that?"

As for her feelings about Quentin, Debra's adamant his movie will just end up glorifying Manson ... given Quentin's thirst for eroticizing murders. She claims Quentin's lawyers said the director would reach out to her, but they never did.

One source connected with the family tells TMZ, "This trip couldn't have come soon enough." They had planned to go to Hawaii, but the drama surrounding Heather's felony domestic violence arrest made the trip "imperative."

We're told Ava is "concerned and sad" over her mom's mental state.
