Lil Baby and NBA star James Harden have been stopped by police in Paris ... with a report claiming the rapper was arrested for weed.

Harden and several other men were swarmed by cops during an apparent search on the popular Avenue Montaigne. In one video circulating on social media, the Brooklyn Nets superstar can be heard saying he doesn't understand what's going on as cops begin to search him.

One photo shows an officer holding what appears to be a vaping device ... unclear who it belongs to or whether is contained the alleged marijuana.

Baby was seated in the back of a police van and appeared to be handcuffed ... local reports say he was among 3 people arrested for some sort of marijuana-related charge. The report said the vehicle the men were traveling in was pulled over and officers could smell marijuana. There were allegedly 20 grams of weed discovered.

We reached out to the Paris Police Dept. who would only tell us the incident was currently an active investigation.

So, let's break it down -- on top, Odell was wearing the monogram reversible jacket, which comes with a hefty $5,250 price tag.

Of course, the swag didn't stop there -- naturally, Beckham paired the jacket with the monogram cargo pants with removable 3D pockets (thankfully, Odell decided to ditch the boxy pockets).

As for the trousers, they come with a $2,010 price tag.

To top it all off, OBJ had some pretty special pair of Jordan 1s -- the Pass The Torch Js, which were designed for Kawhi Leonard after winning the 2014 NBA Finals and run around $1-2k a pop nowadays.

Kendall Jenner and a bunch of her hotshot gals had quite a love affair in London.

Kendall was among the many stars who hit up LOVE Magazine's party Monday night at The Standard to wrap up London Fashion Week. Fashion Week now moves on to Milan but not before a little celebration in honor of the mag's 23rd issue.

Miley Cyrus damn near brought New York Fashion Week to a halt with a surprise runway appearance ... thanks to a super-hot ensemble.

Miley closed out Marc Jacobs' fall/winter 2020 runway show Wednesday night in NYC ... much to everyone's delight. The crowd had no idea she'd be making an appearance ... strutting her stuff in a black bra-top and pants. She also wore long, black leather gloves ... not that anyone needed reminding who's in charge.

Naomi Campbell thought the performance was fire based on the comment she left on Miley's Instagram post. Hailey Baldwin summed it up with three words .. "YUP. STOMP QUEEN."

That Miley got the honor to close out the show should come as no surprise. She's known Marc Jacobs since she was 16, starred in his 2014 spring/summer show and collaborated with him last year for a special hoodie.

Taking New York by storm's one helluva way to countdown the days before she's officially single. As we first reported ... Miley and Liam Hemsworth's divorce becomes official on February 22.

Gigi and Bella Hadid -- along with Paris Jackson making her runway debut -- took part in a farewell runway show at Paris Fashion Week ... and it was a doozy.

The sisters and Paris glammed up Wednesday for the Jean-Paul Gaultier Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2020 Show at Paris' Théâtre du Châtelet. The show was an extremely significant one for the iconic French designer -- his last one ever after a storied 50 years in the biz.

Jean-Paul -- who famously created Madonna's famed cone bra and corset for her 1990 Blond Ambition Tour -- drew tons of famous models from past and present at his final show.

From the younger generation ... Gigi sported a sailor motif that included a revealing striped top, while Bella just went with a see-through dress. Paris dialed it back quite a bit, rocking a chic-hippie look. Solid runway debut, for sure.

Cardi B has plenty of game on the fashion front, but she outdid herself Friday at Paris Fashion Week.

She was at Richard Orlinski's fashion show -- a show which she stole with an outfit which is right on the line. Check out the eyes -- pretty dramatic, don't you think?

Cardi just turned 27 and has been celebrating overseas with hubby Offset. She showed up Thursday at Offset's fashion show. TMZ broke the story Quavo showed up at an after-party event, but the bodyguards didn't recognize him and initially would not let him in. Quavo was super upset and took several swings at people once inside.

Quavo went on the warpath inside a Paris club, unleashing his anger -- and a few punches -- on staffers and a famous dancer with ties to Beyonce.

The Migos rapper showed up to Palais Maillot nightclub Thursday for an after-party. The event was a celebration for Offset's Paris Fashion Week show ... but a witness tells us Quavo arrived after Offset and Cardi had already left.

We're told security working the party didn't realize Quavo was Quavo, and stopped him at the entrance. The witness says that's when one of the dancers from Les Twins -- who toured with Beyonce -- stepped in and told security to let Qua inside.

Once inside, Quavo was clearly pissed and struck a staff member. You can see in the video we got, he's so angry he even punches the Twins dancer who was trying to help him!!

Cops were not called to the club ... and Quavo didn't stay much longer.

As for Offset, his fashion show went off without a hitch ... as Cardi B's outfit was one of the most talked about from all the Fashion Week events.

Cardi B just showed up to support her hubby for Paris Fashion Week and she's sure to be the talk of the night ... looking sexy in a diamond-studded fit.

Cardi's got her face covered by a blinged-out mask and her boobs out in a see-through dress, an easy to make sure all eyes stayed on her as she strolled into the Laundered Works Corp show Thursday in support of Offset.

Cardi's dressed in black from head to toe, keeping warm in what appears to be a fur coat, and she's got some long, blood-red nails to complete her look. It's quite a fashion statement, even if no one is entirely sure what the statement is.

Offset's the designer behind the fashion show, and Cardi says she's super proud of her hubby and wants to pleasure him. No word if she's gonna take the mask off though.

Seems Cardi's ripping a page out of Offset's fashion playbook ... he's a big fan of masks, including this Swarovski crystal mask worth a whopping $11,000.

Justin Timberlake was ambushed by a notorious prankster Tuesday in France ... and the man's sneak attack outside the Louvre was caught on video.

Justin was walking into Louis Vuitton's Paris Fashion Week show with his wife, Jessica Biel, when Vitalii Sediuk forced his way through the crowd, grabbed Justin's leg from behind and tried to pull the singer down.

JT's security quickly swarmed and broke the man's grasp, but only after Justin got dragged back a few steps.

Justin held Jessica's hand the entire time, and she looked pretty surprised by the ambush. The couple seemed to shrug it off as they continued walking into the event -- and it doesn't look like JT was physically harmed.

Gigi Hadid allowed a woman who jumped on the runway at Chanel's spring 2020 show to have her fun for a few seconds ... but then she stepped up and booted her ass out.

The woman -- who's been ID'd as a YouTube comedian known as Marie S’Infiltre -- awkwardly hopped up on the catwalk Tuesday morning at the Grand Palais as the models were taking their finale walk for Paris Fashion Week.

Dressed in a black and white tweed outfit and a black hat, the crasher tries to continue walking around the set when Gigi decides she's had enough ... and gets right in her face.

After what looks like a few choice words, Hadid puts a hand on S'Infiltre's shoulder and escorts her to the back exit ... with a little bit of force. Other models also gather around Gigi to block the crasher from getting back on the runway.

Cardi B is all about using protection ... because she stepped out in France wearing nothing but purple latex.

The "Bodak Yellow" rapper is overseas for Paris Fashion Week, and she's oozing sex appeal with her wild latex look ... showing off her flawless figure, and lots and lots of cleavage.

Cardi B is definitely feeling herself ... and her booty ... grabbing her ass with some purple nails, which totally complement her ensemble.

Cardi B is taking a page right out of Charlie Day's game day playbook -- donning a full body suit that covers every inch of her from head-to-toe.

CB was spotted -- or heard, more like -- in the City of Love Saturday, right in the middle of Paris Fashion Week. She was doing a photo shoot in front of the Eiffel Tower in this interesting little number that screams Green Man from "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."

Granted, Cardi's getup here is a bit more elaborate than Charlie's spandex morph suit in the show ... in fact, hers seems to resemble a men's kimono more than anything.

"Joker" fans hoping to dress up like the notorious Batman villain for screenings will need an change of clothes, or they'll be turned away -- at least at Landmark Theatres.

In the name of safety and security, several big theater chains have already enacted policies that prohibit moviegoers from donning masks and face paint or bringing props, but for the opening weekend of Todd Phillips' "Joker" film ... Landmark is going a step further.

CEO Ted Mundorff tells TMZ ... "We are not allowing costumes, face painting or masks by either our employees or guests," specifically for the release of the movie starring Joaquin Phoenix.

Landmark operates over 50 theaters in 27 markets in the U.S.

Regal Cinemas tells us it doesn't think the "Joker" poses any specific risk because, "We do not believe the content or the existence of any movie is a cause or a signal for violence."

That being said, a Regal rep added their theaters are in regular contact with law enforcement year-round so they always have info to help make whatever security assessments are necessary.

This all comes amid backlash against "Joker," with critics saying the film has a dangerous message ... and the potential to incite troubled individuals to commit mass shootings.

Bella Hadid is turning heads at breakneck speeds in Paris ... which tends to happen when her ass is literally hanging out on a catwalk.

The model strutted down the runway Wednesday at Paris Fashion Week in a cropped blazer and sheer bodysuit -- with the most eye-catching part being her black briefs and butt cutouts.

Fair to say fans of the Mugler Womenswear Spring/Summer 2020 line got an eyeful.

Another cool feature in Bella's outfit ... butt-length chains that dangled from her hair bun. You'd think Bella's sultry outfit couldn't possibly be upstaged ... but you'd be dead wrong.

Gigi Hadid strutted her stuff down the runway in her bare feet, but she wasn't making a fashion statement ... she was just chugging along after a wardrobe malfunction!!!

The smoking hot model made the best of a potentially disastrous situation during the spring 2020 Marc Jacobs show ... walking the runway with grace and pizzazz totally barefoot after one of her heels broke.

Gigi was the only model without shoes and socks, but she didn't seem flustered at all. Of course,  it helps to have a flawless figure like Gigi. Confidence can really do wonders.

Gigi wasn't barefoot for the ENTIRE show ... during the first round, she breezed down the runway in high heels, but as her stylist, Katie Grand, explained, one of Gigi's heels broke before her second walkthrough, and the model shrugged it off and went barefoot.

Gotta hand it to Gigi ... she can take anything in stride.

No word if Tyler Cameron is a big fan of feet.

Miley and Russell were just a couple of the celebs on parade Monday night at the iconic fashion designer's Spring-Summer 2020 show for New York Fashion Week. Miley went dark -- head-to-toe black -- including her fuzzy hat, while the NBA superstar opted for a brown suede suit. Fashion statements are just what he does.

Gotta love the location for this haute couture event -- an abandoned subway platform in the Lower East Side. No MetroCard required!!!

Great way to kick off the week as NYFW inches closer to Wednesday's finish line -- it's shifted from 7 days, 8 nights to 5 days, 5 nights. Apparently, people CAN get enough.
