Trace Adkins went nuts on an impersonator during a cruise BECAUSE it was the last straw ... we're told this guy has been a thorn in the country singer's side for YEARS.

The look-alike -- Michael Larsen -- has been following Trace around the country since 2007, sometimes having the audacity to sign autographs, pretending he was the real deal.

Our sources say the tipping point was the cruise to Jamaica. We're told Trace had no idea the guy was on the ship for the first two days. The singer was blindsided and angry when he walked into a bar on the ship and saw Larsen.

Trace has told his people ... he just had it with the guy but probably could have contained himself, EXCEPT for the fact that he was wasted.

Adkins -- who had been 12 years sober -- left the ship after it docked in Jamaica ... and is now in a rehab facility.

Shia LaBeouf just headbutted a guy in a bar after what sounds like a nuclear argument over his girlfriend's mom ... and TMZ has the video.

At 6 seconds into the clip, you see Shia (wearing a white cap) headbutt a bald guy.

Shia screams at the guy, "What are you saying about my girl's mom? Are you f**king kidding me bro?"

You hear a girl -- presumably the girl Shia was with -- screaming his name in a plea for him to stop.

The fight went down at a pub called Hobgoblin in South London Thursday night -- in a pretty rough part of town.

Shia knows the pub well ... he was in a fight at the same joint in November, 2012. And his bar fight history doesn't end there ... he also got his ass whooped on the street outside a Vancouver bar in 2011.

Shia LaBeouf was conciliatory and remorseful after he headbutted a guy in a London pub, claiming he's just like the next guy with faults and all, adding, "I'm super normal."

LaBeouf got into a nuclear argument with the other bar patron Thursday night in the London pub, Hobgoblin.

After the fight, LaBeouf reiterates the fight was over his girl's mom. You hear him say he gets angry when "people s**t on my girl's mom."

LaBeouf, who appears drunk, rambles on about himself with a woman in the pub -- saying how "normal" he is.

It's the new normal.

Country singer Trace Adkins fought himself on a cruise ship Monday -- or at least he may have thought he was fighting himself -- because it seems Trace was really wasted and he just checked into rehab.

Sources tell TMZ ... Trace was headlining a country cruise headed to Jamaica. He was in the bar when something happened between him and a Trace impersonator who was doing Karaoke. Trace -- who had been sober for 12 years -- had fallen off the wagon and got into a physical fight with the impersonator.

We're told once the boat docked in Jamaica ... Trace jumped ship. We're told he's now in rehab.

Kanye West was like a boxer going in for the kill ... pummeling an 18-year old guy with more than 30 blows ... this according to an eyewitness.

We broke the story ... an 18-year-old allegedly called Kim a "n****r lover" on his way into the office of a Beverly Hills chiropractor. Minutes later, Kim and Kanye stormed in -- Kim ID the kid -- and her baby daddy went nuts.

The eyewitness tells TMZ ... the 18-year-old was sitting in a chair as Kanye made a beeline for him and, without saying a word, started slugging him in the face. The kid was covering his face but Kanye was unrelenting. Kim just stood there and silently watched the beating.

The receptionist was screaming, "Stop, stop," but Kanye ignored her. The kid quickly curled up into a ball to block the blows.

The 18-year-old who got attacked in a doctor's waiting room by Kanye West is on VIDEO -- outside the building and before the confrontation -- and he appears to taunt the paparazzi as Kim Kardashian walks in.

The barely-a-man screams to Kim, "They're whack, dude. You have to deal with that everyday?" He then excitedly hops up the front steps like a rabbit.

The video stops as Kim walks in. TMZ broke the story ... Kim claims the man then started to hurl epithets to Kim about the paparazzi, calling them "n*****s" and "fa****s" Kim says she then called him out for using the word and then he turned on her, calling her a "n****r lover." At that point Kim called Kanye on his cell -- he was nearby -- and the guy apparently knew Kanye was listening and he called the rapper a "n****r."

We're told the guy walked into his chiropractor's office and Kanye and Kim followed shortly thereafter, and eyewitnesses tell TMZ Kanye punched him in the face.

Kim Kardashian was threatened with DEATH by the man who allegedly called her a "n****r lover"... and she's filing a police report and wants the guy prosecuted for making criminal threats ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the nuclear blow up at a Beverly Hills medical building tell TMZ ... the guy screamed at Kim, "I WILL KILL YOU, SLUT" ... and THAT Kim believes is a crime.

TMZ broke the story ... the guy had been yelling at paps outside the building as Kim showed up. He apparently tried to help her get in the building, but when he started ranting at photogs, calling them "n****rs" and "f****ts" ... Kim called him out and he then went crazy on her.

For some reason, Kim called Kanye in the middle of the guy's rant and the guy screamed that Kanye was an "n****r," and it all culminated in confrontation in a chiropractor's waiting room when Kanye barged in and punched the guy. Now Kanye is a suspect in a criminal battery investigation.

Kim has already met with her lawyer and they decided they will mount a counterattack by filing a police report.

Kanye West just attacked an 18-year-old guy inside the waiting room of a chiropractor's office ... after the guy allegedly called Kanye the N-word ... TMZ has learned.

Kim was at a Beverly Hills medical building when she was swarmed by photogs. We're told the guy allegedly tried to help Kim get in the building, as he started screaming, "F**k these fa**ot-ass n****rs"" -- referring to the paparazzi. Kim then told him it was not appropriate to use the N-word. We're told he then screamed at her, "F**k you bitch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid slut."

Apparently that got Kim hot as fish grease ... she watched the guy walk into an office. As they were walking we're told the guy continued berating Kim. She dialed Kanye on his cell, and when the guy realized Kanye was on the phone he allegedly said, "F**k you N****r." Kanye -- who had just arrived at the building -- then met up with Kim.

Sources say Kanye and Kim rushed into the waiting room of chiropractor Richard Hill and found the 18-year-old sitting there. Witnesses say Kanye punched the guy and Kim screamed, "We have it all on tape."

Sources say the massage therapist in the office separated the 2 men. Beverly Hills cops were called and the 18-year-old said he wanted to press charges.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Kanye is now officially a suspect in a battery investigation and they want to interview him. We're also told the matter will be referred to the L.A. County D.A. for possible prosecution.

Remember -- Kanye is currently facing assault charges involving a photog attack at LAX.

Justin Bieber's rap sheet is longer than his arm -- at least when it comes to attacking photographers -- so claims the pap suing him for battery, and now the guy is asking for permission to dredge up Bieber's past alleged photog beatings in court.

TMZ broke the story ... Bieber is being sued by Jeffrey Binion, the pap who claims one of Bieber's thugs choked him and stole his camera equipment last June in Miami.

Bieber has asked the court to limit the scope of his deposition to JUST this incident, but Binion's lawyers want to grill him about 5 other similar attacks allegedly involving Bieber, his bodyguards, and other paps. The judge just ruled ... the past incidents are fair game.

Binion runs through the laundry list in his newest court docs -- citing 1) the run-in with a Miami photog just hours before Binion, 2) the alleged attack on an Argentinian photog on November 11, 3) the alleged beating of a Hawaii photog on November 20, 4) the alleged Australian photog attack, and 5) the infamous IHOP debacle.

According to the docs, Binion wants to use these examples to prove Bieber and his goons have a bad habit of attacking photogs ... and it needs to stop.

It's pretty ironic ... "Bold and the Beautiful" star Victor Alfieri -- famous for his flowing locks -- claims he was attacked with a hairbrush ... and now he wants protection from the perp.

Alfieri has just got a restraining order against 47-year-old Christopher Veech, who lives with Alfieri's neighbor. According to docs, Veech beat him in the face last month with a hairbrush ... and has relentlessly harassed him for more than a year and threatened to put him in the hospital.

According to Alfieri, Veech was arrested for battery but released a day later ... and the harassment never stopped.

Alfieri doesn't explain why there's such animosity, but he does say the right side of his face still hurts like a bitch and his right eye now twitches.

Here's the problem. The judge granted the restraining order, but can't order Veech to stay far away because he lives in Alfieri's building. So the order is that Veech must stay 3 YARDS away.

Camille Grammer is trying to put the ugly mess with her ex-BF behind her ... and tells TMZ she's slowly rebuilding her body ... and improving her mental health.

Camille was all smiles yesterday in Malibu -- just days after she won a permanent restraining order against her ex, Dimitri Charalambopoulos.

TMZ broke the story ... Grammer accused Dimitri of savagely attacking her in a Houston hotel room October 16th ... while she was recovering from cancer surgery. He tells a different story ... claiming Camille went nuts on him ... when he called her a fame whore.

One of the stars of "Dance Moms" was arrested in New York for allegedly attacking the show's biggest star ... Abby Lee Miller ... TMZ has learned.

Kelly Hyland was booked in November for assault and harassment. Here's what we're told ... Abby was searching for new talent and Kelly was getting pissed off that her kids were being overlooked. When Abby dared to bring a potential pint-sized star by the studio, our sources say Kelly freaked out.

Eyewitnesses tell us ... Kelly began screaming at Abby and then Kelly allegedly grabbed Abby's hair and it became a full-on cat fight.

So far charges have not been filed, but guess what? Three cameras were rolling during the altercation.

Translation -- win win.

Chris Brown just REJECTED a plea deal in his Washington D.C. assault case.

Brown was in court facing an assault charge in connection with his run-in with a guy outside his D.C. hotel in October.

The prosecutor revealed in court they had offered Brown a deal -- reducing the charge to simple assault (he currently faces misdemeanor assault which carries a more severe penalty), but Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos -- who was also in court --- rejected it ... and we think we know why.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... they had combed the area looking for surveillance video capturing the run-in. For a long, long time they said they had nothing. Now they seem to be singing a different tune, but haven't turned the video over to Geragos.

Geragos -- who believes his client did nothing wrong -- is eager to see the video before cutting any kind of deal.

News of Emma Roberts engagement clearly blindsided some of the people closest to her ... kin without a clue.

Emma's stepmom, Eliza Roberts and her stepgrandma, Lila Garrett were at Il Buco in Beverly Hills Tuesday night when we offered our congratulations.

You gotta see their reactions ... because clearly Eliza had kept the engagement from her own mom.

As you know ... before getting engaged Emma was arrested after allegedly beating up her now fiance, her "American Horror Story" co-star Evan Peters.

Lila's reaction is brilliant.

Young Jeezy says he did NOT brutalize his son and make terroristic threats against him ... and claims the whole thing was a set up by his loathsome, greedy, gold digging baby mama who got him arrested.

Sources connected to Jeezy tell TMZ ... the rapper and his 17-year-old son Jadarius did indeed get into a nuclear argument in Sept., 2012, but it never turned really violent. We're told it started when Jeezy told the teenager he had turned into a punk kid with an attitude and he didn't want the kid staying at his house.

Our Jeezy sources say Jadarius became belligerent and the two starting screaming at each other. Jeezy claims he never hit, choked, or dragged his son, but admits he shoved him to the ground when Jadarius got in his face.

As for the terroristic threats -- Jeezy is accused of telling Jadarius, "I will kill you ... I will put a bullet in your head right now" -- the rapper claims all he said was something to the effect of, "I brought you into this world and I can take you out of it."

Octavia Taylor got a temporary restraining order against Jeremy Sylvers ... who played military school student Ronald Tyler in the 1991 Chucky movie.

Taylor claims in the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- she dumped Sylvers after he got drunk at a party ... tried to start multiple fights ... and capped off the evening by whizzing on several guests.

Taylor claims after they left the party ... Sylvers called her a "a f**k whore," "a bitch" and "a piece of sh*t." Taylor says she's especially worried ... because she and Sylvers still live in the same housing complex.

Sylvers has been ordered to stay 100 yards away -- unless they're in a common area of their apartment complex ... in which case, he has to stay at least 20 feet away.
