Take a step back, Ronda Rousey haters -- Diamond Dallas Page says Rowdy's gonna be just fine ... even though her mic work for WWE's been sorta shaky thus far.

"Give the girl a break, man," DDP told TMZ Sports. "It's a lot of pressure going in, but that girl thrives on pressure."

DDP would know -- the pro wrestling legend says he faced the same acting issues coming into the biz ... but eventually settled in, just like he thinks Ronda will once she gets some more reps under her belt.

Of course, some athletes are born entertainers ... and DDP says Ronda's ex-UFC bro, Conor McGregor, definitely has that gift.

"If anyone really gets the showmanship, it's McGregor."

But, will WWE fans ever get to hear Conor slay the mic inside the squared circle? DDP ain't so sure about that ...

Bellator MMA star Justin Wren says he just suffered the worst physical beating of his life -- but it didn't go down inside a cage!

Justin's fought 15 heavyweight behemoths in his career, but tells TMZ Sports none of those beatdowns come close to what Mount Kilimanjaro did to him a few weeks ago.

In case you missed it, "The Big Pygmy" scaled the near-20,000-foot mountain with Super Bowl champ Chris Long and some of his NFL bros ... all to raise awareness for the water crisis in Africa.

Wren says that at one point, they had to climb for 20 HOURS STRAIGHT ... and some of their crew were forced to tap out (don't worry, they were stretched down).

But the coolest part of the trek -- Wren says he signed his new Bellator contract at Kili's summit!

MMA's 1-handed killer is BACK -- and this time, he says he ain't stopping til he gets to the UFC.

We spoke with former XFC lightweight champ Nick Newell -- who retired back in 2015 -- before he returns to the cage Friday night at LFA 35 ... and when we asked if UFC was still the goal, he didn't mince words.

Specifically, Nick fired back at Dana White -- who previously said it was "craziness" to fight with 1 fist.

"I am crazy ... and I'll wipe out that (UFC lightweight) division," Newell told TMZ Sports.

"Gimme the opportunity, send me over the papers, and it's gonna happen."

Nick's always been gunnin' for the big show ... and with other 1-handed athletes like NFL prospect Shaquem Griffin showing out right now, he says there's never been a better time for him to make his case.

Heather Locklear's sister told cops the night Heather was arrested she and her boyfriend were arguing ... and the boyfriend tried to choke and kill her.

TMZ has obtained the search warrant cops got days after Heather was arrested for felony domestic violence. We were told cops were looking for a gun, but it turns out they were on the hunt for other items, including Rx pills.

According to a Ventura County Sheriff's deputy, when cops arrived the boyfriend, Christopher Heisser, was standing on the side of the bed leaning over Heather and holding her wrists while she was on the bed.

Cops said they observed Heisser bleeding from the bridge of his nose and redness on his chest. He told deputies Heather attacked and repeatedly struck him -- and he defended himself. He said she bit his face as she acted "crazy, angry and wild."

She told cops the fight started after he lied to her -- she did not elaborate on the lie -- and she threw a can of Red Bull at him. She told cops Heisser choked her to the point she couldn't breathe, but also claimed she had no marks on her neck.

She then became belligerent with the cops, telling them, "Get out of my f****** house," charged at them, grabbed one on the arm and later kicked him in the shin.

Cops say they eventually grabbed her and cuffed her on the ground. But, officers say she was still so belligerent, they had to put a hobble on her to prevent her from kicking them.

Cops got her outside, pinned her against her car and she screamed, "You f****** deserve your kids to die! You f****** deserve it! And when you find yourself in that position, think of me!"

She went on ... "I hope no one f****** burns your entire department down, your f******* police department ..." She then said what triggered the search warrant ... "Get the f*** off my property. Don't ever come on it. All of you are not allowed ... I will shoot you if you come on my property and take that as a threat and f****** put another count against me."

Heather's daughter, Ava, was present when cops were there and said Heather had been drinking. Heisser was arrested hours afterward for DUI.

During the investigation cops discovered she had a .38 Smith & Wesson revolver registered in her name.

When they went to her home with the search warrant, they were looking for the gun, but also ammunition, holsters, paraphernalia related to firearms, prescription bottles, diaries, clothing, mail and various other items.

The search warrant notes Heather had a history of drug and other alcohol-related incidents, including a call in 2012 where she was reported to be suicidal.

Cops did not find a weapon.

The Miz thinks Ronda Rousey's been AWESOME in WWE so far ... but says she's making enemies with the "wrong people" -- HER BOSSES.

We got Miz and his beautiful wife, Maryse, leaving Il Pastio in L.A. the other night ... and had to ask about Ronda -- who's been rampin' up her ring work on "Monday Night Raw."

The A-Lister gave Rousey 2 thumbs up ... but warned that body-slammin' her superiors (including one through a damn table) ain't gonna end well for her.

"I think she's messing with the wrong people in Triple H and Stephanie McMahon," Miz told TMZ Sports.

Tommy Lee has now gone nuclear against his son, Brandon ... not only does he want to press criminal charges, he wants a judge to order Brandon to stay clear of him.

Sources connected to Tommy tell TMZ, Tommy was willing to withdraw the police report he filed after Brandon punched him in the face during a heated argument over Brandon's mom, Pam Anderson. But, there was a string attached ... Tommy wanted his kid to apologize.

Things changed dramatically after Brandon released a statement that the fight was the result of his dad's alcoholism.

Tommy Lee's fiancee, Brittany Furlan, freaked out after he got knocked out by his son, Brandon, because Brandon had guns in his room.

TMZ's obtained audio from the 911 call Tommy's fiancee made Monday after Tommy and Brandon got into a fight ... that ended with Tommy knocked out unconscious and bleeding after his son allegedly sucker punched him.

In the call you can hear Brittany tell the emergency dispatcher that she locked the door after the altercation because "my stepson has guns in his room." She eventually told the dispatcher to cancel the paramedics en route after Tommy regained consciousness, but they still insisted on coming.

Tommy Lee's son lost control and barged into Tommy's bedroom, challenged him to fight, and then knocked him out cold -- so violently his fiancee thought he was dead ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Tommy tell us ... Brandon went nuts after his dad posted a few pictures of his mom, Pamela Anderson, making funny faces, because he felt it disrespected her. We're told he texted his dad -- who was in bed with his fiancee, Brittany Furlan -- from another room telling him to take the pics down.

We're told Tommy shot back at Brandon, asking him why's he's upset by this but not upset that Pam accused him of abuse.

At this point, our Tommy sources say Brandon burst into the room, yelling at his dad, and challenged him to a fight, but Tommy refused and told him to get out. We're told when he got up and went to the door to make Brandon leave ... Brandon sucker punched him, knocking him out cold.

Our sources say Tommy was unconscious for several minutes and had blood coming out of his mouth, and his fiancee actually thought he was dead. We're told after the knockout, Brandon pulled out his phone and began filming before Brittany called the cops.

As we reported ... a source connected to Brandon claims Tommy was drunk, but we're told he only had a glass of wine at dinner.

Brandon says Tommy came after him aggressively and he punched him in self-defense.

We're told the medics who took Tommy said he suffered a concussion.

Tommy filed a police report against Brandon and cops are investigating.

7:30 AM PT -- Police confirm with TMZ when they took the initial crime report they were told Brandon and Tommy Lee were arguing over a social media post. They say as of now Tommy has not backed down ... he's pressing charges against Brandon. The police report does not mention alcohol.

Tommy Lee's son, Brandon, is being investigated for criminal battery after his dad filed a police report, but we've learned Brandon is saying his dad lunged at him after he called Tommy out for attacking his mom, Pam Anderson.

Family sources tell TMZ, Brandon has been living part-time with Tommy Lee -- Brandon says because he's trying to help his dad overcome alcohol issues. The sources say Brandon and Tommy Lee got into a heated argument Monday night because of Tommy Lee's post attacking Pam for talking about their relationship with Piers Morgan.

Tommy tweeted, "Think she'd find something new to discuss instead of rehashing old s*** but I guess she has nothing else going on & needs attention. Signed, 'The Abuser' (who she texts everyday & asks for me back)."

The sources say Brandon claims Tommy was drunk and lunged at him and he punched his dad in self-defense. The sources add Brandon doesn't drink at all and wants to get his dad sober.

Tommy posted Tuesday night a different version, saying, "My fiance and I were in bed when my son busted into the room and assaulted me. I asked him to leave the house and he knocked me unconscious. He ran away from the police. THAT'S the truth."

4:35 PM PT -- The fight happened Monday night, and we've confirmed police responded to Tommy's Calabasas home around 10:45 PM. No arrests, but officers took a report.

Tommy was transported to a hospital where he got checked out.

Tommy Lee's face looks like he needs to see Dr. Feelgood, stat -- he says his son, Brandon, gave him a fat lip ... but we've learned Brandon's saying he was defending himself when it went down.

Tommy's mouth is swollen and bloodied in a pic he just posted, and he's laying blame squarely on 21-year-old Brandon ... one of his sons with Pamela Anderson. Tommy says, "My heart is broken. You can give your kids everything they could ever want in their entire lives and they can still turn against you."

It's unclear what sparked the father-son beef, but a source connected to Brandon tells us Tommy was drunk. We're also told Brandon absolutely acted in self-defense.

Also, on Monday Tommy took a shot at Pamela's recent interview with Piers Morgan, where she talked about Tommy abusing her. He responded, "Think she'd find something new to discuss instead of rehashing old s**t."

Trey Songz could be legally blocked from going near a woman who claims he struck her ... at least if attorney Lisa Bloom has her way.

TMZ has learned Bloom is going to court Tuesday morning ... asking a judge for a restraining order on behalf of the woman who claims he struck her during NBA All-Star Weekend. TMZ broke the story, the woman says she and Trey were at a Hollywood party when he hit her in the face out of jealousy because she was talking to another man.

Bloom says in her legal docs Songz choked her client, then began punching her in the face several times until she fell to the ground and he continued striking her until security pulled him off her. The woman says Songz was hitting with such force it was as if 2 men were fighting. She says she suffered bruises to her face and hand.

The woman also says she was trying to get away and called an Uber, but Songz grabbed her cell phone and threw it down a hill. She says she had a second cell phone and he also took that and threw it down a hill.

The woman filed a police report and went to the hospital just after the incident. Cops are still investigating.

She says she works in the nightclub industry and Songz frequents some of her clubs and she's scared of him ... which is why she's filing the restraining order.

Songz's lawyer, Shawn Holley, tells TMZ, "Trey has not spoken with Ms. Buera nor has he attempted to speak with her since the night of the gathering." According to people connected to Songz, the woman has tried reaching out to friends of Trey since the party, but they did not respond to her.

Holley says there were witnesses present at the party who dispute the woman's account.

Bloom tells TMZ, "We are taking this step today to protect my client's right to peacefully live and work, and we will continue to fully cooperate with law enforcement's investigation of this serious matter," adding, "We are asking just one of them with a conscience to reach out to us and tell us what they saw."

Songz is currently on probation for pleading guilty to 2 misdemeanors after he went crazy throwing anything he could find off stage at his concert in 2016. He also was sued by a fan after he allegedly smacked her phone out of her hand and into her face, breaking her glasses.

Cris Cyborg says she's changed her tune on rearranging Amanda Nunes' face ... and is now willing to rumble with the UFC's other Brazilian women's champ!

"If she's calling me out she has to prepare herself," Cyborg said. "[Nunes] should defend her (135-pound) belt, but if not, OK, we'll fight in July."

Remember, Cyborg was NOT about that life just a couple months ago ... telling us she needed to focus on the 145-pound division and give deserving contenders their shot.

But after wrecking Yana Kunitskaya at UFC 222, she's game for a greater challenge -- beating the chick who KO'd Ronda Rousey and Miesha Tate into retirement!!

Cris told us Nunes ain't ready for someone her size ... and after watching Cyborg DISMANTLE natural 135'ers like Yana and Holly Holm, ya gotta wonder if Amanda's having second thoughts.

Migos is being sued for allegedly inciting a riot at one of their concerts where several peopled ended up getting stabbed.

The concert in question went down in 2015 in Albany, New York. According to the lawsuit, Migos showed up hours late, which apparently agitated the crowd. Once there, the lawsuit claims the guys reeked of weed and alcohol. They also refused to honor a meet-and-greet, despite the fact fans paid for it.

The allegations continue ... the trio was "encouraging, cheering and inciting the patrons to fight."

The suit, filed by the venue, claims Migos "caused patrons to be stabbed, robbed, beaten, severely harmed, and injured ..." and during the melee they were "laughing and egging the crowd on as metal gates were ripped from the ground and thrown into the crowd."

Quavo appears to be nearing a light at the end of the tunnel after he allegedly beat down a famous jeweler ... 'cause we're told the case is going nowhere fast.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the investigation into whether Quavo attacked Eric the Jeweler after the Grammys has stalled because the alleged victim has stopped cooperating with police.

We broke the story ... Eric initially told the NYPD that Quavo and another man jumped him at a Grammys after-party when Eric started talking smack about an alleged $10k debt Quavo owed him for some jewelry he'd provided. He also said his chain went missing afterward.

UFC 222's breakout star didn't have to wait long to get his next fight ... Brian Ortega just announced he'll be facing Max Holloway for the featherweight belt!

Ortega -- who viciously KO'd Frankie Edgar on Saturday -- broke the news on the TMZ Sports TV show (airs Monday night on FS1) ... telling the guys Dana White confirmed he's next in line for Max.

No word on when or where it's going down -- but you can bet it'll be a scrap. Brian's undefeated in his MMA career ... and Holloway hasn't lost in over 4 YEARS.

Dana alluded to making the matchup after 222, saying he'd "make that fight immediately" as soon as Holloway's injured leg got cleared by a doctor.

Looks like the UFC honcho didn't wanna wait ... and can you blame him after seeing Brian's uppercut from hell?!

Canelo Alvarez has admitted he tested positive for a performance enhancing drug -- but he's blaming the dirty test on contaminated cow meat.

The boxer was tested in advance of his upcoming May 5 rematch against Gennady Golovkin -- and says results show he had trace levels of Clenbuterol.

FYI, Clenbuterol is a banned substance often used by athletes to cut body fat while retaining muscle mass. It's banned by every major doping agency.

But Canelo says he's NOT a cheater -- just an eater.

He believes the traces of Clenbuterol are "consistent with meat contamination that has impacted dozens of athletes in Mexico over the last years."

Canelo says he will immediately move his training camp from Mexico to the United States and will submit to any number and variety of additional tests that the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association deems necessary ahead of the fight.

"I am an athlete who respects the sport and this surprises me and bothers me because it had never happened to me," Canelo says.

"I will submit to all the tests that require me to clarify this embarrassing situation and I trust that at the end the truth will prevail."

Canelo's team notes he has tested clean dozens of times over the course of his previous 12 fights.
