Stop us if you've heard this one before ... a sex tape featuring Tila Tequila will hit the internet in the next few weeks -- except this time she's getting it on with a guy ... and the new tape is VERY HARDCORE.

TMZ has learned Vivid Entertainment obtained footage of Tila recently banging on camera ... and they plan to release the video just in time for Christmas. Stocking stuffers, anyone?

We saw the footage -- calling it "hardcore" is an understatement ... especially compared to her last tape, which was an all-girl affair.

Chief Keef has been moved from a fancy Malibu rehab facility because the media just can't get enough of him.

Keef's lawyer tells us the rapper is no longer at Promises ... he's been moved to another rehab facility in Southern California because of the "overwhelming media attention" he was getting in Malibu.

We're told Keef -- aka Keith Cozart -- still has about 60 days of court-ordered treatment to go ... as he deals with his weed issues.

Attorney Leah Starkman says since Chief won't be home for Christmas ... home will come to him .... arrangements are being made to fly his family out from Chicago.

Bynes took the family dogs for a walk with her parents today ... after she was sprung from a Malibu rehab facility earlier this week. She'd been getting treatment there for mental illness since September.

As TMZ first reported ... Amanda's meds and counseling had stabilized her condition -- bipolar disorder and schizophrenia -- to the point where doctors felt she could be released to her mother's supervision.

According to the attorney for Amanda's mom -- the actress is now at her mother's house, and will still be receiving outpatient treatment.

Bynes had been at The Canyon treatment center since September ... following her stay at UCLA psych ward.

Amanda still has to deal with a DUI charge. As we told you, a judge has ruled her competent to stand trial ... though a plea bargain seems likely.

Justin Bieber picked the wrong city to spray tag, 'cause the mayor of Gold Coast, Australia just issued an ultimatum to the "pop princess" -- clean up your mess ... OR SING FOR ME!!!!!

Mayor Tom Tate just issued a video message to Bieber after the singer went graffiti crazy all over a hotel wall during a visit to the city last week.

"I've got a message for pop princess Justin Beaver," Tate said ... "We love your music but we hate your graffiti and your vandalism here in our city."

He continued ... "Mate, you've got two choices -- come back and clean up your mess or come back and sing at the [Mayor's Christmas Carols event] on the 7th of December."

It's unclear what will happen if Bieber ignores both requests ... but here's our advice for Mayor Tate: Don't hold your breath.

Bruce and Kris Jenner aren't completely out of each other's hair after officially separating in October ... in fact, the two met up for some smoochie time over Thanksgiving weekend ... and Bruce ponied up big time.

As we reported, Bruce and Kris announced they were living in separate homes (Bruce in Malibu and Kris in Calabasas) and they're both happier that way. But they still came together for Thanksgiving.

The photo was snapped Friday after Bruce, Kris, Kris' mom, Kourtney, and Bruce's ponytail all took in a movie at the theater in Calabasas. When they parted ways, Kris gave Bruce a parting kiss on the cheek.

Tippy tow Turkey Day ... Big Sean's giving back big time this Thanksgiving, handing out more than 650 turkeys to the needy in Detroit on Tuesday ... but stop, the rapper also made it ham-mer time.

In addition to the turkeys, we're told Big Sean gave away more than 100 hams to the Metropolitan Detroit Area through his charity the Sean Anderson Foundation. Mike Epps even stopped by to help!

All told, the food is expected to provide roughly 30,000 meals for families around the city over the next 3 days.
