La casa de "A christmas story" aparentemente no se le vendió a un propietario privado después de todo, porque el grupo que gestiona el lugar acaba de anunciar un nuevo propietario y es uno de los suyos.

Así es la cosa; la propiedad actualmente opera como una atracción turística en Cleveland. La gente tiene la oportunidad de recorrer el lugar como un museo y pasar la noche ahí. Las cosas han sido así por un tiempo, hasta que el año pasado anunciaron (como empresa) planeaban venderla.

El plan era venderle todo el terreno a alguien nuevo que pudiera continuar gestionándolo como museo o simplemente mudarse y vivir ahí como si fuera una casa regular. Había interés de un grupo de los actores de la clásica película de los 80s, encabezada por Yano Anaya, para hacerse con ella y mantener la venta de entradas.

Después de un montón de drama y de idas y vueltas, parecía que Yano y un grupo que estaba trabajando en línea iban a conseguir finalmente el lugar, pero ahora, parece que todo se fue por la borda.

La página de negocios de la casa de "A christmas story", acaba de decir que tienen su nuevo "dueño" y no es otro que su actual CEO, Joshua Dickerson, quien va a tomar las riendas.

Escriben: "Aunque la cara de la empresa ha sido durante mucho tiempo el fundador, Brian Jones, el verdadero trabajo y rendimiento lo ha llevado el Sr. Dickerson entre bastidores. Parecía justo que diera el paso definitivo y se convirtiera en propietario".

En términos de cómo están enmarcando su nueva "propiedad", la gente de la casa dice que Josh está tomando una participación en el capital de la empresa y se convertirá en su socio principal. En otras palabras, dirigirá el espectáculo y la casa.

El año pasado, nos dijeron que la empresa que vendía la casa (la misma empresa para la que trabaja Josh) esperaba obtener alrededor de 8 cifras por este lugar.

Por supuesto, esto es probablemente un fastidio para Yano, que hizo las paces con Brian y parecía preparado para heredar la propiedad, que pensó que era apropiado teniendo en cuenta su historia con ella.

'Tis the season of giving and Kyle Kuzma is off to an amazing start ... the NBA star donated $60k worth of clothes to female inmates preparing for release from county jail in his hometown of Flint, Michigan!

The Washington Wizards forward also launched an initiative to refurbish housing conditions for the women who are locked up.

The Kyle Kuzma Family Foundation partnered with I.G.N.I.T.E. and R.I.S.E., two jail reform organizations that support incarcerated women as they prepare to re-enter society.

Kuzma revealed the collaboration at the 23rd I.G.N.I.T.E. graduation ceremony at the county jail on Sunday ... by surprising the female inmates, and announcing the big $60k donation.

The 6'9" baller also handed out presents to kids who were there to visit their moms.

That's not all Kyle's doing ... the 28-year-old also launched "Kuz's Corner," which will help refurbish living conditions at the Genesee County Jail.

"Kuz’s Corner provides incarcerated female inmates something to reach towards, and prove to themselves, and others of their worth and value," the foundation said in a press release.

"The females chosen to reside in Kuz’s Corner have set themselves apart as role models in their behavior, mentorship, and strive to return to the community as a better neighbor."

Kuzma -- who's averaging nearly 23 points a game this season -- cares deeply about his foundation which helps single mothers and children in Michigan, the DMV (D.C. Metro area), and Los Angeles ... a cause that hits close to home.

"When I was growing up, she worked two jobs and that hard work and dedication, just to make ends meet, put food on the table," Kuzma said about his mom Karri on GMA.

"That’s been my inspiration my entire life."

1600 Pennsylvania Avenue got adorned over Thanksgiving weekend ... and it looks like President Biden and co. are ready to welcome December cheer based on all the sparkly ornaments that went up all throughout the building and the rest of the grounds.

There's all the traditional stuff you'd expect ... Xmas trees, wreaths, lights and fake snow all over the place -- but there also seems to be a little bit of a specific holiday theme here.

The White House says they're going with a "Magic, Wonder and Joy" motif this year ... but if you read into what exactly is lining the halls right now -- it would appear the Bidens have a sweet tooth, 'cause there's a bunch of fake candy/treats hanging from the ceilings!

It's always cool to see the People's House get into the spirit of things ... and it also sounds like they're expecting quite a few visitors throughout the next month and change -- upwards of 100,000 or so, according to WH staffers.

Tom Brady is on dad time right now -- taking his kids out to sea ... just a few days after their mom, Gisele, flew 'em out to Central America with that jiu-jitsu guy she's always with.

The retired NFL quarterback posted a bunch of photos of him and his little ones Sunday, where they're on a boat and diving into the ocean with snorkeling gear on. He captioned his post, "I did Michigan and Massachusetts winters for a long time. Let me have this."

The pics he threw up are super cute ... but he definitely added one thirst trap, which features him facing the camera and completely shirtless. Yeah, the dude's ripped here.

No sign of his eldest son, Jack ... but we can see his other 2 kids -- whom he shares with Gisele -- front and center and ready to dive. There was another little girl in the mix too, but it's unclear who she is. In any case, if you peep his IG, looks like lobster's for dinner.

Now, what's interesting about this excursion is the fact that Gisele took these same children on a trip just earlier this week. They were photographed down in Costa Rica enjoying a vacation ... with none other than Joaquim Valente tagging along as well.

Gisele and Joaquim have been on a lot of getaways together this year ... and at times, her and Tom's children have joined them. It seems like that's becoming a regular thing now.

Despite the obvious appearance of Gisele and Joaquim being a couple ... she's denied any such thing, saying he's simply a close friend of the family who coaches them all up.

Hard to say if anyone's really buying that ... frankly, nobody tends to jet set with their jiu-jitsu instructor for intimate family outings like this, month in and month out. Whatever though ... right now, it's Tom's time with the kiddos -- and he's making the most out of it.

11/27/23 -- A Target rep is addressing the viral "call-out" from TikTokers, telling TMZ ... "A recent TikTok video showed a guest questioning if there was a sale on three Samsung TVs that had both a Black Friday sale sign, as well as a sale sign behind it indicating the same price."

They add, "In fact, the TVs were on sale before Black Friday as part of our early Black Friday sales. We continued to offer those items at the same discount during Black Friday, but updated the signage to reflect the extended timing. "

The rep continues, "In both instances, guests would have saved the same amount, between $20-$80 depending on which TV they purchased. Those discounted prices compared to the regular prices are clearly shown in both sale signs in the video.

And finally, "We know our guests are looking for flexibility when they shop holiday deals, which is why we began Black Friday deals in late October and will continue offering great discounts throughout the holiday season. We also offer a Price Match Guarantee, and will match the price of any item purchased by a guest that is offered at a lower price later in the season."

TikTokers are hitting Target to prove the big box store's Black Friday deals may not be what they seem -- showing off some sticker prices as being equal ... regardless of the day.

There's a viral trend on the app right now -- namely, Gen Z'ers going to their local bullseye center and wading through the Black Friday sales that were going on yesterday. Based on what they're capturing though ... they seem to be suggesting clever marketing is afoot.

Check out the video and you'll see what we mean ... in at least three instances, people are removing the "Black Friday Deals" signage -- which features one price -- and revealing the price tag that's covered up in the background. In the examples seen here, they're the same.

One girl hit a pallet with TVs, and the Black Friday mark-down has it pegged at $429. But when she removes the holiday price card, the regular card behind it has a matching number. In other words, she's suggesting there is no real deal at play here ... just new cardstock.

Another dude does something similar, but over in the clothes section ... where he peels back a sticker price for a pair of pants -- which then shows it's been upped in price from $25 to $30 ... so, the guy's implying Target's price-gouged to make it seem like folks are saving.

While most people are wise to this sorta thing -- companies tweaking prices and signage to capitalize on a holiday -- these young'ns apparently think they've uncovered Watergate! 😅

We've reached out to Target for comment on this -- but there isn't much to say besides ... welcome to capitalism, everyone. Now then, go buy more new stuff and be happy, dammit!

Remember, Jada revealed last month that she and Will had been living separate lives for years and weren't romantically involved anymore -- while also going on to say she was shocked when Will referred to her as his "wife" when he slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars.

Her memoir revelations put renewed focus on their dynamic, which had already been under a microscope well before her book -- and that was multiplied with the latest salacious claim.
