Christina Anstead's marriage to Ant Anstead is officially a flop ... she just filed for divorce.

The "Flip or Flop" star filed divorce papers in an Orange County court after less than 2 years of marriage.

Christina and Ant started dating back in October 2017 and tied the knot in a super-secret wedding at their Newport Beach crib back in December 2018. They have 1 child together ... 1-year-old Hudson London.

As we reported ... Christina and Ant announced back in September they were separating, saying she and Ant "made the difficult decision to separate." She added, "We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority."

Ant, who hosts "Wheeler Dealers," is now Christina's second famous ex. Remember, she was previously married to her "Flip or Flop" co-star, Tarek El Moussa, and they enjoyed tons of success together before an extremely public split in 2016. They later divorced in 2018.

It appears Christina and Ant's split is not a tumultuous one. As we first reported ... our sources had said the split wasn't caused by anything scandalous. Plainly put -- they had just grown apart.

Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi's marriage is over ... or at least she wants it to be, 'cause Erika just filed for divorce.

The singer and 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star filed divorce docs in Los Angeles County this week -- seeking a dissolution of marriage from her powerhouse attorney hubby -- who's more than 30 years her senior.

It's unclear what she's seeking at this point in terms spousal support -- if anything at all -- but we're working on getting more info. It's pretty shocking news considering they've been together for so long now ... the two got hitched in 1999. Last millennium, folks!

They share no children, but probably have a ton of assets between the both of them after all these years -- they're incredibly wealthy.

Erika became a regular 'RHOBH' cast member starting in season 6, and Tom's made several appearances as well.

Julianne Hough's calling it quits on her marriage ... almost a year after rumors of marital strife, and 6 months after they separated.

The dancer and actress filed to divorce her husband -- former NHL player Brooks Laich -- Monday in L.A. The couple wed in 2017, and after separating in May this year ... they were reportedly giving it another shot.

You might recall ... Hough was not wearing her wedding ring while cohosting NBC’s "New Year’s Eve" with Carson Daly, and again on social media a few days later.

This was right around the same time Brooks was posting messages about his sexuality and his goals in 2020 ... including wanting to be "open to all things and present in my relationships."

A couple months before that, Julianne made headlines when she addressed her own sexuality, saying she's "not straight" but chooses to be with her husband.

Looks like both will soon be free to explore whatever they want ... as single people.

An infamous claim Amber Heard dropped a deuce in her and Johnny Depp's bed has been shot down as unlikely by none other than a judge, but the truth may never be known.

Judge Nicol -- who presided over Depp's libel suit against The Sun -- weighed in on the crappy sitch, which has long dogged Amber after Johnny alleged either she or a friend shat on their bed and tried covering it up ... which sparked the nickname "Amber Turd."

Hizzoner's official two cents ... it probably was NOT Amber who made brown on their own bed, and the offense likely came from their notorious Yorkshire terrier, Boo, whom the judge concluded -- based on evidence, it seems -- ate a nug of bud and had an accident.

The judge writes Boo, "had an incomplete mastery of her bowels after she had accidentally consumed some marijuana." As for why it couldn't have been Amber, he says the supposed prank would've been ineffective and harmed her before Johnny (y'know, since she slept there too).

If you're unfamiliar with this tale, it goes something like this ... back in 2016 before Johnny filed to divorce Amber, she was having a birthday party at their DTLA apartment -- which Johnny showed up to late, and ultimately bailed on, something he says seriously ticked her off.

The next day, their maid called Johnny up to say she found caca in their bed -- and Johnny assumed it was Amber who'd done it as a way to "get back" at him for skipping out. That ended up being the last straw ... shortly after that, he dumped her and the rest is history.

What's funny -- and what the judge appears not to have addressed -- is the fact that we're told this maid attested a while ago that she knew Boo's poo inside and out ... claiming it was usually quite small, and what she found was what Johnny described as a "whopper."

The feces was tossed out, so there was no realistic way to test the DNA to confirm who the culprit actually was. As it stands, though, seems like Amber's rep is no longer in the toilet.

Johnny Depp just suffered a gigantic miscalculation ... he lost his libel lawsuit in the UK in which he tried to clear his name against allegations he abused his ex, Amber Heard, and this could have a seismic impact on his career.

The A-list actor got shot down in his claim against The Sun, one of its editors and its publisher, News Group Newspapers, for an article it published in 2018 where they flat-out called him a "wife-beater" referring to his marriage to Amber Heard in the mid-2010s.

The headline at the time read, "Gone Potty: How can JK Rowling be 'genuinely happy' casting wife beater Johnny Depp in the new Fantastic Beasts film?"

Depp filed suit, and multiple sources connected to Depp felt this was an enormous mistake because his career had been on the ropes during the Amber Heard divorce and once it was over it looked like he would get through it okay. For whatever reason, Depp lawyered up and filed the case, which again put allegations of wife-beating squarely on the table.

So, the case went to trial this year, with Amber Heard as The Sun's star witness, and she laid out her claims Depp physically abused her during their marriage. Apparently, she was convincing.

The judge who presided over the case tossed out Depp's claim after ruling that 12 of 14 claims of domestic abuse against Depp were "substantially true." In other words, the judge found evidence of spousal abuse.

Heard's legal team praised the decision, while Depp's lawyers vowed to appeal ... claiming the judge completely overlooked contradictory evidence. Of course, their turbulent relationship was well-documented ... including the infamous finger-tip incident, among other private moments -- which were secretly recorded -- that showed him raging at Amber.

Fact is ... this isn't Depp's only defamation case involving allegations of wife-beating -- he's still got a second case here in the U.S. against his ex-wife. He's suing her after she claimed to be a victim of domestic abuse -- without naming him -- in a WaPo column.

Megan Fox just went scorched Earth on her ex, Brian Austin Green, for posting a Halloween photo with their youngest son ... and she didn't pull any punches.

BAG threw up the post on IG Sunday, which depicted him at home in a Yeti costume and his and Meg's boy, Journey, behind him in what appears to be a Spider-Man outfit. Brian's doing some goofy pose, and he captioned it ... "Hope you all had a good Halloween!"

Innocent enough, right? WRONG!!!! At least according to Megan, who left one hell of a public comment ... ripping BAG to shreds.

She writes, "Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It’s not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren’t in." Megan adds, "I had a great halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media."

She continued, saying ... "I know you love your kids. But I don’t know why you can’t stop using them to posture via Instagram. You’re so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I’m an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year. You have them half of the time. Congratulations you truly are a remarkable human!"

One last jab from Megan ... "Why do you need the internet to echo back to you what should be inexhaustibly evident in the way your children love you?" Oof, gut punch. Then again ... Brian has posted his three boys' faces before, so it's strange MF flipped over this.

We've reached out to Brian for comment ... so far, no word back, and we're guessing he's not gonna respond.

Tobey Maguire and his estranged wife must have a thing about election season -- one presidential term after they broke up ... she's finally filed for divorce.

Jennifer Meyer filed Friday in Los Angeles, almost 4 years to the day after they first announced they were calling it quits on their marriage.

The couple got married in 2007 and they have 2 kids together -- a teenage daughter and an 11-year-old son.

What's interesting here is there were rumors they were trying to work it out, as they looked happy together in late 2017 at a launch party for her jewelry collection.

But, later in 2018, Meyer was reportedly referring to Maguire as the "greatest ex-husband" ... so it seemed they had settled into the roles of coparenting exes.

Now, Jennifer's made it official.

Ron Perlman wants to move on with his life and get remarried ... so he's asking for an assist from the judge in his divorce case.

The "Hellboy" star filed legal docs requesting a bifurcation of his divorce ... legal speak for both parties getting single status now, and handling the rest of the divorce issues later. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Perlman says he's currently engaged to actress Allison Dunbar and he's ready to walk her down the aisle.

Perlman adds, "I believe terminating the marriage as soon as legally possible would be in our best interests in that it would reduce the emotional strain and pressure I have personally observed in both [Opal Stone Perlman] and myself, and it would allow me to move forward with my life."

As we reported, Ron filed for divorce back in November 2019 after 38 years of marriage to Opal.

Tamar Braxton challenged her ex to release video allegedly showing her attacking him in his car, but he's saying he can't -- 'cause Tamar busted the camera to pieces.

A rep for David Adefeso -- who recently got a TRO against Tamar over this -- tells TMZ her recent plea on "The Tamron Hall Show" for him to show his cards as far as evidence is moot ... because she knows damn well she destroyed his camera, ensuring there's no video evidence.

Not only that, but the rep tells us David's dashcam only captured front and back views from the car ... it didn't record anything inside the vehicle, something we're told Tamar would know if she had just asked before jumping to conclusions and acting hastily.

The rep says the destruction of David's property after the alleged attack ended up costing him upwards of $1,600. In fact, he's now claiming he had to shell out more than $7,500 total for other damage she allegedly caused in the violent episode this past August.

You'll recall ... David ran to court seeking protection in September, claiming Tamar punched him in the throat while he was driving ... almost causing him to crash. David also alleges she's threatened violence on him via goons from her ex-husband. A judge granted the TRO.

Since then, Tamar went on the 'Tamron Hall Show' to give her side of things -- claiming there was no violent act captured on David's camera or an audio recording she made in the moment.

Amber Rose is railing against her ex, Kanye West ... claiming he's consistently bullied her since their breakup in a way that reminds her of President Trump.

Amber pulled no punches as she called out Kanye as a narcissist in response to the "30 showers" jab he took at her in 2015 ... 5 years after they split.

She went off on him on the popular "No Jumper" YouTube channel, and told Adam22 ... "I don't know if he says things to make his wife more comfortable but to slut-shame me and say you needed 30 showers?" Amber added, "You took me around the world. Since when do you need 30 showers?"

Amber's essentially saying she's stunned that 10 years after their breakup Kanye's still bullying her, saying, "Even if someone is picking on me, which he has for 10 years. He has picked on me, he has bullied me for 10 years."

The most recent example? Amber says Kanye, at one of his so-called presidential campaign rallies, called her a prostitute. She said, "He just called me a prostitute at his rally. Ten years later. Just leave me alone. I don't talk about you. Obviously, it comes up in interviews 'cause it's a big part of why I'm famous so I try to give good interviews and not shy away from that, but at the same time, it's like, 'Bro, leave me alone.'"

When Adam22 brought up all of this, Amber responded, "That's what narcissists do, you share 2 years with someone, you take them around the world, you buy them all the jewelry, you shout-out to the world how much you love them and how much you love this person and then the person decides this isn't what they want their life to be. I opted out."

Amber also talked about Kanye's presidential bid and said there's strong similarities between him and the President.

She said, "I can see why he loves Trump, they're twinsies, they're the same person. There's things that Trump says and I'm like, 'Oh my God, that's Kanye.' He probably sees himself in Trump and that's why he supports him."

Jenelle Evans and her baby daddy, Nathan Griffith, finally have a plan to share custody of their son -- and it's gonna require a third adult ... Nate's ma.

A judge has signed off on the custody arrangement between the exes to parent their son, Kaiser ... and it includes a detailed schedule. According to the docs, Jenelle retains primary physical custody of the 6-year-old, while Nathan gets him every other weekend.

Grandma Doris will care for the boy every 5th weekend, and when Nate can't do it, his mom can fill in on his behalf.

Kaiser will also be jumping around between households on holidays -- on even years, he'll be with his mom for Thanksgiving and with his dad for odd. Come Christmas, Kaiser is set to celebrate with Jenelle on Christmas morning, and then with his dad later that day ... and until the 27th.

Nathan was granted a significant amount of time to be with Kaiser for the summer -- 6 weeks straight once school's out. For Mother's and Father's Day -- well, that one's easy.

Both parents will share legal custody of the kid, and have to figure out exchange points among themselves. Kaiser also can't be more than 2 hours away from Jenelle when he's visiting dad. And, per the judge, neither parent can trash talk each other in front of him.

You'll recall ... Nathan vowed to get custody of Kaiser last year, claiming Jenelle was an unfit mom and was turning his son against him. Looks like they were able to work out their differences after all that time ... good deal.

"The Hangover" star Rob Riggle got some sobering news to kick off his October ... his wife of 21 years filed for divorce.

Tiffany Riggle filed legal docs in Ventura County court to end her marriage to the comedian. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ. They got married back on April 13, 1999, and she lists May 2, 2020 as the date of separation.

They had 2 kids together -- 16-year-old daughter Abigail and 12-year-old son George ... and she's asking for joint custody with Rob -- a big football fan who now appears on FOX's NFL Sunday pregame show and once hosted the NFL Honors show in 2018. She also checked the box asking for spousal support.

Former Eagles guitarist Don Felder won't be walking down the aisle with "Inside Edition" anchor Diane McInerney ... we've learned they broke off their engagement.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Diane called off the engagement back in August after their long-distance relationship became too difficult. Don lives in California, and Diane lives in New York City.

We're told the split is amicable ... our sources say Diane will always love Don and they're still keeping in touch -- Don even sent Diane 3 dozen pink roses last month for her 49th birthday.

Don and Diane dated for 2 years before he proposed this January on the beach in Malibu.

There's a pretty big age gap too ... Don's 24 years her senior, but we're told the distance -- not the age -- led to the split.

Now that she's not getting married, we're told Diane's focusing on homeschooling her young daughters back home in NY.

Jesse Williams' 3-year bitter divorce drama has officially come to an end ... on paper, at least.

The judge just signed off to finalize the "Grey's Anatomy" star's divorce settlement with Aryn Drake-Lee -- and it means they're both officially single as of August 7, 2020.

According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... they will share joint legal and physical custody of their 2 young children -- son Maceo and daughter Sadie. However, they have to meet and confer with each other about posting images of the kids on social media.

As for major financial business ... Aryn gets to keep the former family house in L.A., along with places in Brooklyn and Oakland. She's also keeping a leased 2017 Audi Q7 SUV and 2018 Q5 SUV, while Jesse gets to keep his leased 2018 Porsche Cayenne SUV. They really dig SUVs.

The good news for Jesse -- he's also keeping the $936,810 he made in profits from "Grey's Anatomy" since their 2017 separation.

Other accounts and royalties accumulated during their marriage will be split up, and of course ... Jesse's still on the hook for child support. According to the docs, he owes $50,629 per month for the 2 kids up until October 2019, and then $40k per month after that.

He also has to fork over 2 more spousal support payments of $50,695 for August 2019 and September 2019 to Aryn ... but then no more.

According to the docs ... Jesse and Aryn actually reached the settlement in Sept. 2019, but now it's officially a done deal with the judge's signoff.

TMZ broke the story ... Jesse filed to end his 5-year marriage to Aryn in 2017. They'd actually been together for 13 years.

When Jesse filed, it initially seemed like the proceedings would be amicable. Remember, they were even committed to co-parenting despite the divorce. But, it didn't take long for things to take a nasty turn when they beefed over child custody.

It was around that time that Jesse also responded to stories about dating Minka Kelly on Jay-Z's "Footnotes from 4:44" video release.

Then there were all the financial battles -- after he was ordered to fork over $100k per month in support payments for Aryn and the kids. She wanted more child support money and Jesse wasn't buying it.

Demi Lovato's would-be groom is pouring his heart out on wax ... with a love song about the first time he met her ... something we're guessing ain't gonna please his ex-fiancee.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Max Ehrich is dropping a new single Friday, and it's all about his relationship with Demi.

We're told the tune is about the night he met Demi, and it tells the story of his inner dialogue -- being terrified of falling in love with her because he knew their relationship was the real deal.

Our sources say Max's song also touches on him falling for Demi right off the bat, and he sings about how he couldn't sleep because he knew he wanted to be with her forever.

As you know ... things didn't work out between them, and Demi recently leaked a song about their breakup. For his part ... well, he went ham, first saying she never really broke up with him because he learned about it in the tabloids, and then somehow invoking Jeffrey Epstein's name in their relationship.

It's interesting ... we're told Max recorded the song in quarantine, in a makeshift studio inside the home he was living in with Demi. So, exactly when did he write this song?

Max's album won't come out until next year -- he signed a music production deal last October before he started dating Demi and finished the second half of the album after meeting her -- but our sources say he wants to drop the single now because of how he feels.

Max's track is set to debut on all streaming services.

As we reported ... Max spent part of his weekend sulking on Malibu beach where he proposed to Demi ... he calls it a "healing experience."

Our sources say Max still loves Demi and while he's doing all he can to move forward, the split's been very painful for him.

Demi Lovato's abrupt end to her engagement still has the would-be groom down in the dumps -- he's also down at the beach where he got on bended knee, clearly heartbroken.

Here's actor Max Ehrich out in Malibu this weekend -- supposedly, at the same beach where asked Demi to be his wife not too long ago ... to which she said yes. The guy's seen sitting by himself, and at one point ... gets up to walk a bit before plopping back down to sulk.

It's pretty sad to see ... obviously, the breakup -- which he still maintains he learned about through a tabloid -- has him shaken up. Remember, they had gotten engaged just a couple months ago ... until they weren't, when Demi confirmed she'd called things off.

We ran into Max this past week at LAX, and he pleaded with people to stop bullying him over the split -- and to give both he and Demi their privacy without trying to villainize anyone.
