Christina Aguilera knows how to keep things interesting -- it hasn't even been a week since she announced her engagement to a production assistant ... and now she's pregnant.

Christina and soon-to-be baby daddy/husband Matt Rutler met on the set of the 2010 film "Burlesque," where he worked as a P.A. And things heated up from there.

Aguilera announced they were engaged on Valentine's Day.

Christina gave birth to her first child -- Max Bratman -- in 2008.

Pretty crazy timing ... Aguilera lost a ton of weight just last year.

Eddie Cibrian has overpaid Brandi Glanville more than $100k in spousal support ... and he's gunning to get it back -- and his people tell us Brandi is a bald-faced LIAR in trying to spin what really happened.

The former couple is still sparring over money, and they hired a law firm to help figure out who owes what. The attorney sent both Eddie and Brandi this letter which says after a full audit Eddie paid Brandi $114,738 too much in alimony.

Multiple sources connected with the audit confirm to TMZ ... although the document merely refers to the overpayment as "support" ... the overpayment is for SPOUSAL support, not child support.

Brandi has tweeted, "...Mr. fancy new cars&house man is asking ME for child support." We're told that is FALSE. Eddie's people tell us, "It's a complete lie." Furthermore, our sources make it clear child support has nothing to do with the overpayment.

As for how Eddie expects Brandi to pay him back ... according to the lawyer's letter, it will be subtracted from her share of his retirement accounts.

The verdict is in on the man accused of killing Usher's 11-year old stepson, Kile -- GUILTY.

TMZ broke the story ... Jeffrey Hubbard was arrested last March for running over the boy with a jet ski on a Georgia lake in 2012.

As we reported ... Kile Glover -- the son of Usher's ex-wife Tameka -- suffered severe brain injuries when Hubbard's jet ski collided with Kile ... who was on an inner tube that was being towed behind another boat. Kile was vacationing with his father, Ryan Glover, at the time of the accident.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green's new baby boy is obviously worth a lot to the couple -- because they named him Bodhi Ransom Green.

27-year-old Fox gave birth to Bodhi on February 12th, as TooFab first reported.

Bodhi is Fox's second child with Green -- she gave birth to their first son Noah in 2012. Green has another son Kassius from a previous relationship.

It's war between Big Boi and his estranged wife -- the Outkast rapper does NOT want to shell out endless child support ... claiming she's perfectly capable of supporting herself.

As we reported, Big Boi's wife Sherlita Patton filed for divorce last year ... demanding FULL custody of their minor child (they also have an 18-year-old).

But Big Boi's not about to cave -- he just filed a response, saying their child would be better off with JOINT physical and legal custody.

Ludacris can't afford to pay thousands of dollars in child support -- and he's blaming his financial woes on the death of his "Fast and Furious" co-star Paul Walker.

Ludacris was in court Wednesday with his baby mama, Tamika Fuller ... who's demanding Luda pay her $15K a month to take care of his 2-month-old baby daughter, Cai.

But Luda went to court and told the judge ... he was counting on "Fast and Furious 7" money to make his payments, and the movie is now on hold so his payday went away.

Luda claims he can only pay $1,800 a month -- confessing he only made around $55K for 2013.

The judge split the baby down the middle, ordering Luda to pay 7K a month for now ... while hizzoner reviews all the financial docs.

Emo king Conor Oberst from the band Bright Eyes insists he NEVER raped a 16-year-old girl back in 2003 -- despite the girl's public claims -- and now he's suing her for more than a million bucks.

Conor just filed a defamation lawsuit against Joanie Faircloth, who claimed the rock star raped her ten years ago after one of his North Carolina shows.

Faircloth made the allegations in December in the comments section of the website xojane.com -- claiming Conor came on to her backstage after the 2003 concert and later forced himself on her ... after she made it clear to him that she was a virgin and wanted to stay that way.

Joanie wrote, "Conor took a lot from me including my virginity, my dignity, and self-esteem."

But Conor insists the encounter is made up -- in fact, Conor says he never even met her.

Conor claims Joanie's just an embittered superfan, who gushed about him and Bright Eyes as recently as January 2013 -- writing about how the last time she saw Conor in concert is her best memory ever. She even listed "Bright Eyes" as her favorite band on Facebook.

Simon Cowell's new son has been cleared for takeoff -- TMZ has learned, the 5-day-old child just got his very first passport ... to become one of the most well-traveled jetsetting babies in the world.

Simon and Lauren just left an NYC courthouse, where they filed papers to get their son Eric his passport.

We're told BOTH parents had to be present in order to get the official government paperwork -- and since Simon's only in town for a few days, the couple decided to check this off their to-do list right away.

Makes sense -- Simon spends tons of time in the UK ... so baby Eric will obviously be making plenty of trips across the pond.

Philip Seymour Hoffman's dying wish was to keep his children far, far away from Hollywood -- this according to the actor's will.

TMZ obtained a copy of PSH's will -- drawn up in 2004 -- and according to the document, Hoffman requested that his son Cooper (back then his only child) be raised in Manhattan ... in order to be surrounded by the culture, arts, and architecture of the city.

If NYC turned out to be impossible, Hoffman asked for his son to be raised in Chicago or San Francisco. And if that didn't work out either, Hoffman wanted his son to visit these cities at least TWICE per year ... for cultural purposes.

The glaring omission on his list is obviously Los Angeles -- interesting because Hoffman was a big time Hollywood actor who spent lots of time in L.A.

Clearly, he didn't think it was a suitable city to raise a kid in.

As for the entirety of his estate, Hoffman left the whole shebang to his longtime partner and the mother of his 3 children, Mimi O'Donnell.

Shayne Lamas and husband Nik Richie not only tragically lost their 20-week-old unborn baby last week ... Nik was put through one of the most heart-wrenching moments a father can bear -- having to name and hold the baby after it died.

TMZ broke the story ... Shayne suffered a rare pregnancy complication last week and underwent an emergency hysterectomy to save her life and stop the massive bleeding. In the process, she lost her baby.

Nik tells TMZ ... a few days after the baby died, a social worker from the hospital, along with someone involved in the religion affiliated with the hospital, came to him and asked if he wanted to know the gender of his baby. He said yes, and they told him the baby was "a beautiful boy."

But then Nik says, he was asked if he wanted to view his son to get closure. Nik says he nervously obliged and was taken to a room where his son lay. Nik says they asked him to hold the baby while they prayed.

But it wasn't over. Nik was then told he needed to name his child so they could fill out a birth certificate. Nik, who was overwrought with emotion, told them he always wanted a son named Rex, so he named the boy Rex Jagger Lamas-Richie. He chose Jagger because of Mick.

Nik says he's glad he got to see his son but it was the hardest thing he's ever done.

As for Shayne ... Nik says she doing better but -- after a medically-induced coma and a cardiac arrest scare -- she's still in ICU and in danger.

Nik wrote a letter to his son, that he asked us to share.

Brooke Mueller is desperately trying to stop a test that could show her substance abuse caused serious damage to her twin boys ... so claims the twins' father, Charlie Sheen.

Sources connected to their custody war tell TMZ ... Brooke had agreed to have Bob and Max tested for Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS), but at the last second she did an about face and filed legal docs to block the test.

Brooke claims the kids are fine, so there's no need for a test.

Charlie vehemently disagrees, claiming the kids have real issues and an FAS test could help in the treatment.

TMZ broke the story ... Denise Richards told DCFS Bob and Max tortured the family dog and viciously attacked her two daughters, strangling and punching them ... even throwing feces at one of them. And the kids were violent at school, hurting other kids and punching a teacher in the face

Charlie and Brooke will fight it out in court Thursday. The judge could order the FAS test.

A 13-year-old boy got one heck of a birthday surprise after emerging from brain surgery last week ... when his phone rang and 3 HUGE STARS were on the line to wish him a speedy recovery.

TMZ Sports has learned ... Kevin Durant, actor Kevin Hart and NFL star Tavon Austin called up 13-year-old Mikka on Thursday after learning about the brave boy's battle with a brain condition.

We spoke to Mikka's dad who tells us, "Before they called, his energy level was low ... but those guys really picked him up. They actually brought a smile to his face."

He adds, "Mikka didn't believe it. When Kevin Durant called I said, 'It's really K.D.'"

"All three guys told him to be strong and they wished him a happy birthday."

Tavon tells TMZ Sports ... "I was happy to call Mikka when I found out he was having major surgery. He's my family (cousins). I watched Mikka as an infant. He's a tough kid."

Mikka's dad says ... Mikka was released from a Maryland hospital on Sunday -- and says, "He can't wait to go to school and tell all of his friends!"

They've played for popes, presidents and even Whoopi Goldberg ... but this weekend, the Harlem Globetrotters got to pull out some of their best tricks for Britney Spears' kids.

Sean and Jayden James -- who look A LOT like their dad Kevin Federline these days -- got to meet some of the players before their big game at Staples Center in L.A.

We're told Britney wasn't at the game -- but her father was ... so the kids got some quality time with grandpa.

As for the game itself, the Globetrotters took on the Washington Generals ... and won.

11:20 A.M. PT -- Kate just told TMZ she lied about the threats, saying "I regretfully tweeted while my emotions were high that I was being threatened by Michael with a knife, this was not the case." Major tells us she made it up because she feared Michael would take her son away.

Michael Lohan went ballistic and brandished a knife last night during his fight with baby mama Kate Major saying, "I'm going to kill you, bitch!" -- at least that's what Kate told cops -- but Michael's 911 call tells a different story.

TMZ has obtained the police report regarding the altercation last night at Michael's Florida house ... after Michael called 911, claiming Kate was drunk and acting erratically around their one-year-old son.

According to the report, when police arrived, Kate told them Michael had falsely accused her of drinking around their baby and a fight broke out. That's when Kate claims Michael grabbed a knife and threatened to kill her with it.

Kate told police she locked herself in a bedroom to get away from him ... and he tried to kick the door down. When he failed, Kate claims Michael went outside to the bedroom's sliding glass doors and made stabbing gestures at her.

Kate claims she tried to call police ... but her phone was broken ... even though she still managed to send out a bunch of tweets.

Send out the coroner ... because Cam Newton and Colin Kaepernick completely murdered the Katy Perry song "Roar" last night ... and it's absolutely HILARIOUS!!

The NFL superstars co-hosted the "Hall of Game Awards" on Cartoon Network ... and at the beginning of the show, they had some goofy banter about who should have been the MAIN host of the event.

That's when Cam grabs the mic and busts out his best tone-def version of the pop song ... and Colin followed suit.

The best part ... Colin screws up some of the lyrics and the kids actually BOO.
