Tyrese Gibson está siendo demandado por presuntos daños a un alquiler de Airbnb por hacer "alteraciones excesivas", pero él se está defendiendo diciendo que los cambios que hizo no son un gran problema.

La administradora de la propiedad, Tracy Wolf, le dice a TMZ que Tyrese firmó un contrato de arriendo de 6 meses para una finca de 5 dormitorios en Woodland Hills por $20.000 mensuales a partir de febrero, y ella dice que comenzó a añadir estructuras a la casa justo después de mudarse.

Webb va detrás de Tyrese por más de $25.000 en daños y perjuicios.

Tyrese Gibson is being sued for allegedly damaging a rental property by making "excessive alterations" ... but he's on video saying the changes he made aren't a big deal.

The property manager, Tracy Wolf, tells TMZ ... Tyrese signed a 6-month lease for a 5-bedroom estate in Woodland Hills for $20,000 per month starting in February, and she says he started adding structures to the home right after he moved in.

Wolf claims Tyrese caused damage throughout the property by altering electrical panels, adding electrical outlets that weren't up to code, painting a marble fireplace in a shiny gold metallic color, closing off doors and windows, and causing damage to the HVAC units.

TMZ obtained video of Tyrese showing off some of the changes inside the home ... he says he blocked some doors and windows for privacy concerns and claims the materials he used aren't attached to the home's existing structures and all the changes are temporary.

The property manager says Tyrese told them there were no permanent changes to the home ... but they insist the changes are far from temporary and, in any event, caused damage to the property.

What's more, the property manager claims Tyrese tried to get the homeowner's gardener to remove 22 banana trees on the grounds ... and when the gardener refused, she says Tyrese tried to hire another company ... but got thwarted by the property management team.

Wolf also claims Tyrese allowed a construction crew to drill a bunch of holes in the home's wrought iron gate and brand-new stucco exterior ... and we obtained video showing the alleged damage.

The property manager says Tyrese was repeatedly asked not to make any changes without written consent from the owners ... but she claims he disregarded the request and made changes on a whim whenever he wanted.

Wolf says the homeowner, Tiffanique Webb, tried being patient with Tyrese and gave him several months to restore the home ... but she says Tyrese stopped responding to calls, texts and emails ... leading to the lawsuit.

Webb is going after Tyrese for more than $25,000 in damages.

We reached out to Tyrese ... so far no word back.

Erica joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday to talk about her moment at the "Red Carpet Viewing" of her friend and fashion designer, Vernest Moore -- revealing the entire weekend celebration was planned out ahead of time, with early talks coming from Vernest himself.

She says her decision to strut her stuff to his open casket is exactly how Vernest would've wanted to be sent off ... and she says those in attendance were on board with it too.

Erica says she still gets emotional thinking about the loss of Vernest, saying she was with him in some of his final moments, and admits her nerves got the best of her before making her mark at his viewing.

Designer Vernest Moore died October 22, and friends and family gathered last week in Newark for a "Red Carpet Viewing." The event came complete with a red carpet leading all the way to Vernest's open casket.

Moore's friend and model, Erica L. Carrington, certainly wanted to leave a lasting impression with Vernest ... giving it all on the carpet by posing, stopping for pics and working the runway.

The crowd certainly seemed to love it, cheering for Erica as she stopped to blow Vernest a kiss at his casket before posing one more time in front of it. Erica wrote, "I CAN’T BELIEVE this would be my final walk for you, so I WON’T. From now on…even if I’m not walking FOR YOU, I’ll be walking WITH YOU, because I know you’ll ALWAYS be with me."

While some people on social media were confused by Erica's walk ... many loved it, writing, "I pray that when it’s my time… all my creative friends like yourself arrive with this type of energy." Another said, "I love everything about this. Funerals are intended to be celebrations, and this was so creative and over the top."

Certainly one way to honor your pal.

Lori's fans, like Lola, had their fears confirmed Tuesday when the couple announced they were headed for Splitsville by releasing a joint statement about having mutual "love and respect," but needing to walk separate paths.

Irina Shayk was spotted walking into Tom Brady's condo building on Wednesday ... and she arrived in a curious fashion -- considering she just recently vented about the coverage of her dating life.

The supermodel showed up to the lavish New York City complex wearing an all-black, leather outfit ... opting to walk through the front door near paparazzi -- as opposed to the building's more discreet, private entrance away from cameras.

It was a peculiar decision ... because she had just said in an interview with Elle that she couldn't stand the attention her love life has drawn.

What's even more interesting ... it's unclear why she was even there -- as our sources say she and Brady are not back together after splitting last month.

For her part, Shayk didn't want to talk about her romance with Brady or if she and Bradley Cooper have reignited their relationship during her chat with Elle ... saying to the inquiries, "No comment."

As we reported, Shayk and Brady began dating over the summer and continued to see each other despite her posting photos of herself topless while out vacationing with Cooper. They, however, split in October, after sources close to the situation told TMZ things just "fizzled out."

Shayk was then seen spending Halloween night with Cooper, wearing matching costumes while trick-or-treating with their daughter.

Zac Brown is giving marriage another shot -- he got hitched for a second time ... TMZ has learned.

The Zac Brown Band lead singer tied the knot with Kelly Yazdi, a model and actress, back on Aug. 31 in Coweta County, Georgia ... according to the couple's marriage certificate.

The marriage comes a little over a year after Kelly was spotted with a giant engagement ring on her finger.

Zac reportedly popped the question when they were in Hawaii, but it looks like they didn't opt for a destination wedding ... the docs say the event went down in his home state.

ZB and KY have been pretty private about their relationship -- they haven't made a big fuss about the wedding, at least not publicly. There was speculation they got hitched after she added "Brown" to her social media handle, and now we know that's the case.

It's the second marriage for Zac, who has 5 kids with his ex-wife, Shelly, from a 12-year marriage that ended in 2018.
