It took SIX years and a $6-million-discount ... but David Spade finally managed to unload his Malibu mansion ... for practically no profit at all.

Spade bought the beachfront pad waaaay back in 2005 for $9.3 million. Two years later he tried to hawk it for $16.5 million, but there were no takers (wonder why?) ... and he took it off the market.

Not to be defeated, Spade tried again in 2011, listing it for $13.5 million. But still no cigar -- until now, as reported by Trulia.

Spade sold the place for the low, low price of $10,225,000. Leaving him with a much smaller profit than he expected ... a cool $925,000. Small in rich people terms.

But the real winner is the buyer, as Spade reportedly made a ton of upgrades over the years.

Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade put the nail in his divorce coffin ... finally reaching a financial settlement with his ex-wife, six years after their severely bitter split.

Wade's attorney released a statement earlier today saying the NBA champ "provided a very generous settlement" to Siohvaughn Funches. Wade filed for divorce in 2007 ... it was granted in 2010, and Wade was awarded sole custody of their two sons in 2011.

The divorce was brutal, especially regarding custody -- Siohvaughn was arrested last summer for allegedly attempting to abduct their kids. She subsequently accused Dwyane of all sorts of bad parenting, including depriving them of life-saving asthma medication.

On Friday, Funches publicly accused Wade of leaving her homeless and destitute, taking to the streets of Chicago with a sign that read, "NBA Miami Heat star, mother of his children on the streets.”.Wade claims he's been paying her $25,000 a month, and also paid for her mortgage and four cars.

As for custody, it's still a contentious issue -- Funches wants visitation again, but a court hasn't decided whether to give it to her.

Chris Brown and Drake now have something else in common besides Rihanna -- a New York judge just ruled they don't owe a CENT to a nightclub they brawled next to last summer, TMZ has learned.

As we reported, Brown and Drake were sued for $16 million by Entertainment Enterprises, the company behind Greenhouse nightclub in NYC.

Greenhouse is adjacent to W.i.P nightclub -- where Chris and Drake's entourages got into a massive bottle-throwing brawl last June -- and EE said their reputation took a massive hit following the ordeal because of its proximity to Greenhouse. EE said the brawl cost them a lot of money.

Drake responded to the lawsuit, saying it wasn't his problem -- because he can't control how the media reported the incident -- and this week, the judge in the case took his side.

The judge said Drake and Chris had no duty to the club to behave -- especially because their brawl didn't even occur on Greenhouse's premises -- and while nightclub brawls are unfortunate, they're not uncommon ... which means EE can't just sue whenever a fight happens.

The lawsuit was tossed out.

Jeremy Shockey's ex-wife is feeling the cold, hard sting of DEFEAT ... after her attempt to destroy the couple's prenup has officially been quashed by a judge.

TMZ broke the story ... Shockey and Daniela Cortazar have been battling each other in court over their divorce. Daniela wanted to get a piece of the ex-NFL star's multi-million-dollar fortune, but he said HELL NO -- claiming to have an iron clad prenup.

After months of back and forth ... a judge ruled in Jeremy's favor, ordering the prenup to be fair and reasonable. All Jeremy had to do was cough up $21,000 for Daniela's moving expenses and let Daniela keep the $19,000 he wired her during the divorce ... calling it temporary support.

As for assets ... Daniela gets to keep the primo swag she collected during their 8 months of wedded bliss ... but she's gotta fork over half the value to Jeremy in cash.

Specifically, she's keeping a $7,000 Rolex, $1,200 Bulgari ring, $800 Cartier bracelet and $800 purse. Leaving her with a bill of $4,900 to pay her ex.

Jermaine Dupri just lost a nasty $79,000 battle over a badass Lamborghini he hasn't driven in two years ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Dupri was hit with a big, fat lawsuit back in 2011 ... after a financial company claimed the legendary hip hop producer blew off payments on his $330,000 Lambo Murcielago.

The company -- Premier Financial Services -- demanded Dupri pay for the balance on the car, $79,095, which was repo'd in 2011 ... and according to court docs filed in Georgia, a judge has granted its wish.

The docs, filed on June 18 and obtained by TMZ, show Dupri never responded to the lawsuit -- so a judge entered a default judgment against him, ordering JD to pay up.

It's just another financial blow to Dupri, who's already been accused of stiffing Uncle Sam to the tune of $800,000 in unpaid federal taxes.

Suddenly $80k seems like chump change.

Farrah Abraham has money coming out of her ass ... she's raked in sex tape royalties totaling more than $100k in just 2 months!

TMZ broke the story ... the "Teen Mom" turned porn star inked a 6-figure upfront deal with Vivid to sell the XXX tape she shot with James Deen -- "Backdoor Teen Mom."

TMZ has obtained Farrah's first royalty check -- a percentage of profits she receives from sales. So prepare yourself ... after two months, Farrah amassed $119,576.39!!!!

Rapper Future stepped up to the plate and took responsibility for ANOTHER kid ... problem is ... now he's battling the baby mama in court over child support.

TMZ broke the story ... a woman named Brittni Mealy slapped Future with a paternity lawsuit back in Feb, claiming he was the father of her son. But a month later she dismissed the suit, without explanation.

Then on June 8th, Future filed docs, admitting he knocked Brittni up and asked the court to make it official ... by legally recognizing him as the father. He also wants joint custody and for the court to determine how much child support he should pay.

Brittni then fired back with docs of her own, claiming it's not enough. She says Future left his kid without support for months. She's asking for that cash -- specifically from June and July -- plus future support.

Meanwhile Future's still battling his baby mama #1 (Jessica Smith) ... trying to shoot down her request to collect more cash for their 10-year-old son.

Yay fatherhood.

Oprah Winfrey is the answer to Lindsay Lohan's prayers -- at least according to Michael Lohan who tells us that LiLo's BIG deal with the big O is the best thing that could have happened to her.

Our photog spotted papa Lohan at LAX Saturday -- and asked him how he felt about LiLo making nearly $2 million to do a sit down interview and 8-part docu series with O.

Michael says he couldn't be happier for LiLo and explains how the Oprah effect could be just the thing his troubled daughter needs to keep her nose clean.

Courtney Love is in the hole to Uncle Sam (again) ... this time the IRS claims the she-rocker owes over $260,000 in unpaid back taxes ... i.e. enough to buy about 26,000 terrible dye jobs.

The IRS filed a tax lien against the "Hole" singer on July 11th, claiming Love still needs to pony up some tax cash from the years 2009 ($3,236.23) and 2011 ($263,624.78). Grand total = $266,861.01.

It's not Courtney's first tax rodeo either ... back in 2009 she was slapped with another lien (for unpaid taxes in 2007) ... to the tune of $324,335.21. That lien has since been paid.

In other news ... Courtney is releasing a memoir this Christmas -- meaning we can probably expect another tax lien in 5 to 7 years. Hooray.

Sinbad just got a brand new degree from debt school ... and all it cost him was $11 MILLION ... TMZ has learned.

If you recall, the '90s comic -- who starred opposite Scott Bakula in "Necessary Roughness" ("Andre does not eat raw meat, 'cause Andre's a vegetarian!" God we loved that movie) -- is broke now and filed for bankruptcy back in April.

But in order to enjoy the full benefits of bankruptcy (the govt. wiping away debts) ... he was required to complete a course on personal financial management -- and guess what, HE PASSED!

It's great news for Sinbad, considering he owes $10,991,715 in debts ... and claims he's only got $131,000 in assets.

So congrats, Sinbad ... not just for graduating debt school, but for knocking Robert Loggia on his ass back in 1991!!!! (god, we loved that movie)

Mmmmmmm Ritz -- TMZ has learned, Amanda Bynes ran up a super stoner bill at the Ritz-Carlton in NYC this week ... ordering more than $2,000 worth of room service before getting the boot on Thursday.

As we reported, Bynes was ejected from the hotel for smoking weed inside her hotel room, as well as for being intolerably rude to hotel staff. Bynes denied the allegations, but her hotel bill, obtained by TMZ, appears to back up the hotel's story.

According to the bill, Amanda racked up nearly $9,000 in charges, staying in a $700-a-night room -- and $2,389 of that bill came from room service orders.

The bill shows Amanda placed nearly FORTY (40) separate room service orders -- and we're not talking a side of fries here and some nachos there ... each order averaged roughly $60-70 a POP.

The photog who was attacked by Kanye West at LAX Friday is the SAME paparazzo who was attacked by Britney Spears in the famous umbrella incident ... TMZ has learned.

The pap -- who goes by the name Dano -- was on the receiving end of crazy Britney's Mary Poppins-style attack back in 2007. The word on the street was that Dano was more than a tad aggressive.

After the umbrella incident ... Dano put the umbrella (she left it on the street and he picked it up) on eBay. He also put the Ford Explorer she dented on the website and the bidding reached more than $30k.

But those figures are small potatoes ... we're told he also raked in a fortune from his video of the incident.

As for Friday's incident ... we broke the story .... Dano wants to press charges and Kanye is now a felony suspect for attempted robbery.

No wonder she fought so hard ... Kobe Bryant's mother raked in hundreds of thousands of dollars selling her superstar son's stuff.

As TMZ reported ...Kobe and his mom Pamela Bryant fought an epic battle -- when she tried to auction off a bunch of his sports memorabilia -- Kobe even sued her to block the sale. The two struck a deal -- the NBA star allowed her to sell around 10% of the treasure trove.

Well the auction ended Friday night ... and Kobe's old junk fetched a pretty penny -- 6 figures in all.

Octomom has been HOSING taxpayers by illegally collecting welfare ... and now we know how much she nabbed.

TMZ broke the story ... the L.A. County Dept. of Welfare Fraud prevention seized Nadya Suleman's financial records, after getting a tip that the mother of 14 was collecting gov funds, despite making more than $200,000 in 2012.

FYI -- Octo can only collect welfare if she rakes in less than $119,000 a year.

Here's what we now know:

-- From Jan. to May 2013 she got $6,666 (appropriate #, right?) she had no right to collect
-- From Jan. to May 2013 she got $9,016 in Food Stamps she shouldn't have gotten

All totaled = $15,683.00 (that's just for 4 months).

Motor City Madman and die hard conservative rock legend Ted Nugent is "shattered but not at all surprised" that his beloved Detroit has filed for bankruptcy -- telling TMZ, the liberals have been sabotaging the city for decades.

You'll recall, the City of Detroit filed for Chapter 9 bankruptcy protection Thursday ... the largest municipal bankruptcy case in U.S. history ... and Nugent is utterly devastated.

He tells us, "Liberal democrats took hold of the greatest, most productive city on earth and turned it into a bloodsucker excuse-making hell. Liberals seem to think that what Mugabe did to destroy the breadbasket of Africa in Zimbabwe is somehow a desirable model."

He might be on to something ... considering Detroit's last Republican mayor left office in 1962, but the fact is it's a much more complicated issue than simply liberals vs. conservatives (for example, the decline of the American auto industry wasn't exactly Detroit's fault).

Nugent adds, "If allowed to continue, our President will do the same to the whole country. Heartbreaking and tragic."

Ni-Hao people of Los Angeles ... ex-NBA star turned Chinese b-baller Gilbert Arenas just dropped a couple million bucks on a sick new pad in the valley ... with killer views (not killer sharks).

Arenas -- who left the NBA in 2012 and now plays for the Shanghai Sharks -- bought a 5,853-square-foot casa in Encino, CA. He still owns his other home in Virginia as well (i.e. the one with the shark tank).

According to docs, Arenas took out a loan for $1.7 million for the digs. It's unclear what the final sale price was, but the house was previously listed for $2.5 million ... so he probably coughed up a hefty down payment.

As for the crib -- despite being in the Valley -- it's pretty sick. Tuscan villa design, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, maids quarters, grill and BBQ ... plus the pool and spa sit at the edge of a cliff, creating views to die for.
