Khloe and Kourtney Film Crew Suspected in Thefts
The Kardashians have a Benedict Arnold on their TV show ... a thief ... a jewelry thief ... at least that's what law enforcement sources believe.
TMZ broke the stories ... $250,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's former Tarzana home, and $50,000 cash was pilfered from Kourtney's Calabasas mansion.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... whoever stole Khloe and Lamar's jewelry knew exactly what they were looking for. The thief or thieves took only the very expensive items, leaving the rest behind. They knew exactly where to look and what to take.
What makes it look like even more of an inside job ... there was NO sign of forced entry at either home.
Our law enforcement sources believe someone from the crew of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is the culprit.
We're told crew members are being questioned, but so far no one has copped to the crimes.

Porsha Williams My Hubby Screwed Me Sadly, In My Divorce!
"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Williams got hosed in her divorce settlement with Kordell Stewart.
According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Porsha gets NO alimony, NO house, NO NFL retirement money, NO cash-out, NO health insurance. She even has to pay her own credit card balances.
It's almost like a western movie. She gets the Mercedes she drove in on, and that's about it. She does get to keep the engagement ring and all of her personal crap ... jewelry, clothes and other personal items.
As for Kordell ... he gets two houses, 2 plots of land, a 2013 Mercedes and a 2010 Porsche, and his full retirement benefits. He also gets to keep a 100% interest in his companies.
Pretty crazy -- considering there was a lot of talk on "Real Housewives" that Porsha and Kordell did NOT sign a prenup.
Porsha was fighting like crazy to stay in the house, but Kordell changed the locks on her.
And it gets even worse. She's on the chopping block for the show.
On the bright side ... a pawn shop would probably pay a pretty penny for that ring.

Frank Ocean to Chipotle Here's $212,500 ... Now Kindly 'F*** OFF'
Hot sauce isn't the only thing that burns at Chipotle -- Frank Ocean just posted a photo of the fat check he sent to the Mexican Grill after the company sued him for $212,500 ... and on the memo, he wrote "F*** OFF."
Frank posted the image on his Tumblr account -- and a rep for Chipotle has already released a response, telling TMZ, "Thanks, Frank."
We broke the story -- Chipotle sued Ocean, claiming it paid him the $212,500 as an advance to record a song for one of its commercials. Chipotle claims Ocean bailed on the project because the Mexican Grill insisted on using its logo in its own ad ... even though Frank didn't want it ... the audacity.
The Chipotle rep tells us, they haven't received the check yet -- but they're grateful he ponied up.
Sour cream never tasted so sour.

'Love & Hip Hop' Producers Sued Show Idea Was STOLEN
The cat fights are now spilling into court -- a pair of female producers are suing the people behind "Love & Hip Hop" ... claiming the reality show was their idea first ... and VH1 stole it.
Trisha Lum and Nickie Lum-Davis filed the suit against VH1 and MTV -- claiming they pitched the idea back in 2009 ... and thought they had a deal to make their show, called "Hip Hop Wives."
According to the lawsuit ... the show was supposed to star current and former flames of DMX, Swizz Beatz, Irv Gotti and Jim Jones ... but VH1 honchos cooled on the idea ... saying they didn't want a show that would compete with its other reality series, "Basketball Wives."
The Lums are calling BS ... saying VH1 moguls used "Hip Hop Wives" as the template for "Love and Hip Hop" ... down to the last detail.
Trisha and Nickie want justice ... in the form of money. Their lawyer tells us they're gunning for an 8-figure judgment.
VH1 had no comment.

Jay Z Strip Club of Choice Sues to Ass-Slap Impostor
The Atlanta strip club made famous by Jay Z, Outkast, and Ludacris wants a pound of flesh from a Chicago club that has jacked the name.
ATL's famed Magic City strip club just filed a lawsuit claiming a namesake club in Chicago has insinuated the two joints are connected ... but they're not.
The Atlanta club owners are indignant because they've created a huge cache in the rap community, where stars like Gucci Mane, Bow Wow, Young Jeezy and Ying Yang Twins have referenced Magic City in their songs.
The original MC wants to shut down the knockoff, claiming it cheapens the brand and confuses consumers.
Thing is ... any consumer who thinks they're in Atlanta but are actually in Chicago ... well, they're probably so wasted it doesn't make a difference.

Darren Sharper NFL Pulls Plug On Jersey Sales [Update: It's Back]
The NFL has finally 86'd the sale of Darren Sharper's jerseys from the official league website ... nearly one month after the former Saints star was charged with raping two women in L.A.
Sharper's jersey had been available on NFLshop.com up until last week ... but now, all traces of the former Pro Bowl safety/Super Bowl champ have been scrubbed from the site.
The move comes 10 days after the NFL Network fired Sharper from his gig as an analyst.
Sharper is currently holed up in an L.A. jail cell ... while the New Orleans D.A. decides whether to charge the football star with rape in that city as well. A decision is expected to be made by the end of the week.
We reached out to the NFL for comment about the stop in jersey sales -- so far, no word back.
8:08 AM PT -- After our story went up, the jerseys reappeared on the site. Here's a screen shot of the site earlier in the day.
Ciara $20K Jungle Safari For My Unborn Baby
Ciara's baby won't be born for another month ... but she's already taking steps to make sure the kid appreciates the world of animals ... so she dropped $20K on an animal-themed nursery.
Our baby spies say Ciara and her fiance Future dared to shop at pricey Petit Tresor in L.A. ... dropping $1,800 on an 8-foot stuffed giraffe. They spent the balance on other stuffed animals, lion book ends and art work.
Ciara's been on a spending spree ... she was recently out shopping at another high end baby store with Kim Kardashian.
FYI - A REAL safari costs around $1,000 a day.

Luther Campbell To IRS Me Owe You Long Time
The 2 Live Crew song "Face Down Ass Up" pretty much describes the position Luther Campbell finds himself in right now ... because the Tax Man's about to rip him a new one.
Campbell -- famous for the 2LC hit, "Me So Horny" -- just got slapped with a $74K federal tax lien.
According to IRS docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Luther didn't pay either all or some of his 2012 taxes.
Campbell famously fought the government once before and won ... after a federal appeals court threw out a ruling by a lower court judge that the group's album, "As Nasty As They Wanna Be," was obscene.

Justin Bieber I Take Xanax Illegally
Justin Bieber jumped the gun in his deposition Friday ... and in the process admitted he was taking
Rx meds illegally.
As you know, Justin is being sued by a photog who claims the singer instructed his bodyguard to beat him up.
During the questioning, the photog's lawyer asked Bieber if he had a prescription for Xanax. Before Justin's lawyer could object, the singer blurted out that he did not.
Justin's lawyer was clearly upset and told Bieber to hold his horses before answering.
It's a significant question ... because during Justin's DUI arrest cops say he admitted his mom had given him Xanax, and he tested positive for Xanax which is the basis for the DUI charge.
It probably won't impact the case. If Bieber was under the influence it doesn't matter whether he took it legally or not.
But it wasn't the smartest thing for him to say.

'Marriage Boot Camp' Hubby I Got Gay Men Off ... For Money
Porn has ripped marriages apart before ... but not like this.
TMZ has learned, one of the husbands from Season 2 of "Marriage Boot Camp" once did porn for a gay website called "Straight Guys for Gay Eyes."
Shaun Sulligan -- porn name Johnny Walsh -- shot two scenes for the website back in 2009 ... one sex scene with a woman and one solo masturbation scene.
It's pretty unusual -- the website basically markets straight sex to a gay male audience ... focusing on the man's body instead of the woman's. But hey, whatever floats your boat.
Sources close to the show tell us, Shaun's porn past has become a sore subject in his marriage and will be addressed on the show.
FYI, Shaun shot the porn the same year he met his wife Sofia -- we're guessing she's not too happy about that.

The Black Keys We're Donating a Shirtload of Money ... To Our Little League
The Black Keys are about to make a HUGE donation to their hometown little league ... 'cause the custom jersey for the team they sponsor is now on sale to the public -- with every penny heading to the league.
The shirt went up for sale on the band's website Monday in an effort to raise funding for the West Akron Baseball League in Ohio.
As you may recall ... the Keys sponsored a team in the league last season ... and gave them bad ass jerseys with the band's name on it. They even signed 'em after the season was over as a souvenir.
The band says the money will go towards a variety of projects -- like lowering registration fees, buying uniforms, replacing benches/backstops and upgrading equipment.
Props.

Justin Bieber A Mash-Up Study In Exaggeration
Justin Bieber sighs, grunts, gesticulates ... and is generally ornery during his marathon deposition Friday.
We've combed through the entire 4 1/2 hour depo -- where he's being sued for allegedly ordering his bodyguard to open up a can of whoop ass on a photog.
The mash-up is representative of all of Bieber's antics as he did everything humanly possible to avoid answering questions.
On one level he comes off incredibly unlikeable, but when you put some of the classic moments together it's kind of hysterical.
Enjoy.

During the depo, Justin was asked if Usher was instrumental in jump-starting his career. He answered faintly, "Yeah." The court reporter was having trouble hearing, so she asked him to speak up.
Justin hurled the f bomb at her. You just gotta hear it.

Bieber's Miami Model I'm No Mastermind! Sues Over 'Rap Sheet' Story
The model who was riding shotgun with Justin Bieber the night he got arrested in Miami ... is suing the NY Daily News ... claiming the paper lied about her "long criminal record."
Chantel Jeffries -- who refers to herself as a model, student, and entrepreneur -- filed a defamation suit against the paper today ... and in the docs she says the Daily News "maliciously and intentionally" printed a story detailing 5 previous arrests, including one for misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon.
Chantel had allegedly stabbed a woman ... but as we first reported -- the case was dropped when the victim refused to cooperate with prosecutors.
Chantel, and her attorney Andrew Felix, are demanding the paper stop making false statements, and they're suing for unspecified damages.
The model wants to make it clear ... she's not the "mastermind of any alleged criminal activity."
Let's hope her deposition goes better than her pal Bieber's.
'Friday Night Lights' Star Marriage On Permanent Waivers
The famous "Friday Night Lights" battle cry -- "Clear eyes, full hearts, can't lose" -- does not apply to the marriage of one of its stars ... LaMarcus Tinker just filed for divorce.
Tinker and his wife, Shari Butler-Tinker jointly filed the petition to end their 2-year marriage on Feb. 28.
According to the docs ... LaMarcus -- who played Dallas Tinker on 'FNL' -- earned $7200 a week before roles dried up in 2012, but now collects about $2100 a month in royalties.
Shari is also an actress and dancer, but only pulls in $163 a month.
Joint filing, little money to haggle over ... this has all the ear markings of a rare quickie Hollywood divorce.
