Amazingly, Game's package wasn't the only thing people noticed in his IG posts seen 'round the world -- because a spokesperson for Ethika tells us sales have erupted more than 500% for the 2 styles the rapper sported.

We're told Game doesn't have a deal with the skivvies co., but they did send him some swag in August. With the huge sales boost ... Game's gonna be so vein.

Lil Wayne has some bare walls, courtesy of the cops, who just seized some of the rappers extremely expensive pieces of art.

As TMZ reported, Miami-Dade County Sheriff's deputies raided Wayne's Miami Beach mansion Tuesday, armed with an order allowing them to seize Wayne's property to satisfy a $2 million judgment Wayne owes to a private jet company.

We're told Wayne has $30 million worth of art in the mansion, and cops took some of the pieces.

Our sources say cops brought along someone who valued the items inside the house so they could figure out what to seize.

Miami Beach police are at Lil Wayne's Miami Beach mansion right now, seizing property to satisfy a judgment against the rapper involving private jets.

We're told when deputies arrived Wayne's security refused to let them in. The cops explained they were there to seize certain assets inside the house because Wayne had not paid a $2 million judgment to Signature Group, a jet leasing company. Wayne also owes the company $200k in lawyer's fees. The judgment came down in September.

We obtained the court order, which allows Miami-Dade County Sheriff's deputies to break the locks of the house and doors if necessary to gain entry and confiscate seizable assets.

Wayne is in L.A. He went to Ace of Diamonds strip club Monday night.

Melanie Griffith is learning that a home in the middle of nowhere might be hard to sell ... even if it’s posh Aspen, you know, where the beer flows like wine.

Griffith just lowered the price of her incredible Aspen retreat by a mil, after originally listing it for $9.9 million back in June.

Casey Kasem's kids won a big battle with their dad's widow -- they're getting to cash a life insurance check that Jean Kasem tried to keep away from them ... TMZ has learned.

Casey's 4 kids, 3 from a previous marriage, and his widow had been fighting over who gets one of two $2 million life insurance policies he left behind after his death in June 2014. One for Jean, and the other for a trust in the kids' names.

But Jean pleaded with the insurer, MetLife, to hold off on paying the kids because she claimed they could have contributed to Casey's death. She wanted an investigation, and our Kasem family sources tell us the kids made a similar claim against Jean.

For its part, MetLife wanted a judge to decide who got the money.

The judge ruled in the kids' favor, saying the trustee is the sole and rightful beneficiary. Jean's $2 mil policy was never in dispute, though it's unclear if she's been paid yet.

Kanye and Jay Z are arguably two of the most talented rappers in the game ... but they're also the neediest -- at least, according to the laundry list of their hotel concert demands.

THE SUITE:

Jay Z insists on 71 degree temp. Hotel staff must provide 3 $80 Mayan tuberose-scented candles.

DMX says his baby mamas will finally start gettin' paid because he's fired the guy he says kept messing up their payments.

As TMZ reported, X was arrested Tuesday in New York for a contempt of court warrant for failing to pay his ex-wife child support for their 4 kids. The rapper tells TMZ as far as he knew, the child support checks were going through.

However, X says his now former business manager was the guy screwin' up and X has given him the boot. The rapper tells us he's in the market for a new financial manager.

Jerry Heller is suing everyone connected with "Straight Outta Compton," alleging the movie defamed him ... and he wants $110 MILLION minimum.

Heller has just filed suit against Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, the Estate of Eazy-E, NBC Universal and others, claiming the portrayal of him in the movie was false and damaging.

Heller says he was portrayed as "the bad guy" and "a sleazy manager who took advantage of Eazy-E, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube." And he says there are other lies in the movie, including:

-- He withheld a $75k check from Ice Cube

-- He fraudulently induced Dre and Cube to sign unfavorable contracts

-- He enjoyed lobster brunches while the contracts were being signed

-- He was fired by Eazy-E

He claims he never gave permission to use his likeness and he wants profits from the movie as well because NBC sold tickets off his back. He also claims producers used his book without permission for pivotal scenes, including the one where Suge Knight strong-armed Eazy-E into signing away his rights to Death Row.

And this is funny ... he says producers didn't even bother to give his character a fake name, like "Gary Beller."

You'll recall Heller sat in the front row with his lawyers when the movie premiered.

He's suing for $35 million in compensatory damages and at least $75 mil in punitives ... plus all profits from the flick.

Abby Lee Miller and Kelly Hyland have finally buried the hatchet in their "Dance Moms" lawsuits ... and all it cost the show's production company was some floor repairs.

The case was settled last week in L.A. and according to court docs, Kelly agreed to drop her lawsuits against Abby and Collins Ave Entertainment. "Dance Moms" can still use Kelly and her daughter's image in show reruns ... for a price.

As part of the deal, Collins Ent. has to pay $17,500 to replace the floors in Hyland's home that she claims were damaged during production. The two sides must also keep up a friendly front.

TMZ broke the story -- Hyland sued Abby twice last year -- once for a brawl during a NY taping of the show and the other for causing emotional stress on her 13-year-old daughter.

Donald Trump just opened his checkbook to settle the trademark war over his campaign slogan -- but the real winner here is St. Jude Children's Hospital.

As TMZ first reported ... radio host Bobby Estell swooped in and filed a trademark application for "Make America Great Again" before Trump's team could do it -- giving Bobby the exclusive right to sell gear with Trump's slogan.

Well, Bobby just posted a pic of a check from Trump Marks LLC, made out to St. Jude's ... meaning Trump answered his demands.

As we told you, Bobby said he'd transfer rights to Donald if he got a face-to-face meeting, and a $100,000 donation. Bobby whited out the amount of the check, and it's unclear if he got the sit down ... but he did thank Donald and say, "have your slogan back."

Dead Studios is the latest beneficiary. The company sent Kylie a bunch of free swag, including a pair of their Dead Sports leggings. Brand director Sam Moore tells TMZ, sales went through the roof in a matter of hours after Kylie posted photos showcasing the tights.

Moore says the company made a month's worth of profits in 24 hours. The craziest part, they say they don't have an endorsement deal with Kylie.

Safe to say Kylie will be getting more free swag.
